Didn't fry my wings extra.....low key damn near undercooked for me And I paid 30 bucks for the meal....but the service was excellent and the atmosphere cool, cashier was extremely nice......so this was really about how I ordered my wings.

I really don’t know what’s going on with this location but how Is it possible to get the order wrong every single time! Always missing items. Really don’t comprehend. Avoiding this place for good at this point, will be going to a diff from now on. Then you call and the staff answers, puts you on hold and hangs up. Wild.

The workers here are either incompetent, high, drunk or all of the above. Ordered a 10pc classic combo with lemon pepper and the new sweet garlic hot honey w fanta orange. Received boneless wings, two incorrect flavors and sprite. I kid you not, the fries are the only correct item. Would rate this place a negative if I could.

1/8 Update: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. The wings were almost all bone with barely any meat — it honestly felt like I was served half chicken scraps instead of actual wings. There was little to no edible meat on most of them. The veggie sides were just as frustrating. The celery consisted only of the hard ends of the stalk — who actually eats those? It felt careless and lazy. As for the Voodoo Fries, they were a complete letdown. There was almost no seasoning, and only half of the fries were even sauced. The rest were soggy, bland, and clearly not made with any attention to quality. What’s most frustrating is that the staff allowed this food to leave the store looking like this. This is poor quality control and not acceptable for a place that charges what Wingstop does. Overall, a very disappointing experience that left me frustrated and unsatisfied. 11/19 -I ordered from online and got my wings. There's barely any seasoning on them and there is literally like a quarter inch of grease in the bottom of my food and it's just too greasy to eat, highly disappointing

The employees at this location are all asleep. Slow service, no control and almost all customers had a complain. No customer service being displayed here. One employee was clearly sick and touching food,. The girl at front hardly speaks. Like she s scared of humans.

Horrible experience, I ordered sauce and PAID for it and they did not give me any. the food was covered in grease with grease all over the bag. The guy hung up on me

We arrived at 12:20 and were told the store was closed, even though online it showed open, so we placed an order through the app. The app said the order was being prepared and my bank was charged, yet staff claimed there was no order even after I showed proof. When I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available, and when I asked about a refund, they said they had no idea. The staff then laughed and giggled while walking away, which was very unprofessional. This was extremely disappointing service, and I will be back tomorrow to get the wings I paid for. Don't wanna hassle for the refund.

This location ALWAYS messes up! If you’re craving Wingstop, go to ANY OTHER location! Waited over an hour for COLD, HARD FOOD! Fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday! Wings hard as a brick!

Was ignored while standing at the cashier desk by 3 workers. They clean with dirty towels. The place is a mess. Like all of Irving stores, this one is banned now too for some reason the grace of corporations stays open to serve edible food in Irving, but by hands unclean?

I’ve always been to this location and wings were good but the last time I went the wings were nasty and not cooked right. They tasted horrible I had to throw $60 dollars 3 times. I made a complaint and they never got back with me

Ridiculous events tonight Fries were wrong flavor They were out of corn, but didn’t tell me they were just gonna let me leave without a substitution No tea the machine wasn’t even on and I don’t drink sodas Completely filthy which pictures will be provided If the manager they brought was even a manager, she looks like a teenager and she didn’t even know how to get the tea machine on, so I don’t think she was a manager They were gonna refund me for the drinks and the side and when she finally returned to the counter, she said it would be 5 to 7 minutes and I thought I was waiting on somebody after another 10 minutes I asked and she said 5 to 7 days I had been there a total of 44 minutes I said just give me a whole refund. I’m done. I don’t want anything.

Make sure you get the right order before you leave They can just put random persons order in your bag and take almost another 1 hour to change it. Food might be good i am writing this review waiting for my right order.

This location is horrible (and I've been going for over 10 years). The service is the worst. Latest example: ordered and received order ready email at 6:15pm, update about 6:33pm "just waiting on fresh fries", 6:47pm food finally ready after sitting on the counter for 30 minutes waiting on "fresh fries". Meanwhile the entire staff just stood around talking to each other. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I’ve done take out and delivery from this location and each time it was unsatisfactory. Delivery order was not delivered however I was asked if I want my whole order refunded. Duh! I didn’t get my damn food! What kind of question is that?!? The girl chuckled and said they probably stole it when I said I hadn’t received my food. I don’t find shit funny about that at all!!! Not to mention I was told it would take 3-5 business days to get a refund but it only took seconds to get my money. Yeah! Never again at this location!

I ordered 10pcs wings with sauce on side it was a combo so comes with fries but the didn’t gave me fries. I ordered seasoned fries too but too sad my order was missing no sauce no fries. I would not recommend this place at all.

The crew for tonight, August 21st, around 10 PM was a complete disaster. I am very amazed at everything that was happening. One of the girls was eating while also preparing food and putting it in the bags. She was sucking her fingers and picking food out of her teeth. The entire time, she was not wearing gloves or washing her hands. The other girl who was trying to check my food was cleaning the floor and also checking orders without gloves. Mopping and dealing with food and drinks. I asked them to redo my order since they had put all the wings together in a box, and they were for 2 different people. The fries were cold. I asked if they had a manager that night, and they mockingly pointed me to a guy who was also cleaning. What surprised me is that while 3 of them were making jokes, eating, relaxing, only an older lady was the only one attending to the food that was being cooked, everything happened in front of the manager and he didn't seem to disagree with this. Apparently, it's normal, or nobody respects it. The soda machine didn't have any sugar, according to one of the employees. In the end, the food wasn't made right, nor was the drink. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. Apparently, the manager doesn't care, and no one watches the cameras.

I ordered 10 piece combo and only got 8. The cashier knew I didn't get a receipt but made a promise to give a free meal when I go back. That promise was not up help nor did management want to confirm the transaction with the last 4 of the card. It's the broken promise for me. Sad, all over some chicken.

I ordered a 30 piece crew pack and when I got there, the service was terrible! We got a young lady with such a sassy attitude, ugh bad service. When I received my food, just as I expected the wings were dry, DRY! And sassy lady just grabbed my wings and put excessive sauce but okay they put more sauce lol. And the fries? When I read the 30 piece crew pack it said LARGE fries and the lady told me small? Like what? Then the manager came and looked at me and just stared at me and just nodding at me while I explain what’s the problem, wonder how he made manager, didn’t say a single word only gave me more fries and that’s it. Terrible service, terrible portions of food and overall just terrible.

Food and service were good, but they put my wife's garlic parmesan wings with my original hot wings, which the sauce of the original hot bled over onto hers, which was a big mistake. And the fries (pictured) are basically pieces instead of the potato length, which just sucks. I understand they're providing less service to maintain their profit margins but it's basically stealing customer's money because you're not getting what you used to get forth same price. Needless to say, we're done with WingStop....
