Before even starting this review I gotta give credit where credit is due, the salad bar was perfect the entire time I was there. It was a busy lunch rush & every chance the crew had, they went & cleaned up the area with the tongs & setting it up nicely as if it was the beginning of the day. Everything else was great as well. The pizzas tasted fresh & that dessert pizza they had was a hidden banger. It was less than $40 for two adults, two children & each with our own soda cup. Well worth the value for the quality you get. Only thing I could say "negatively" is that I wish there was a protein option in the salad bar. Like if yall had the bits of chicken from the buffalo pizza on the side for the salad bar that would pretty cool. Customer service was also top notch, my son spilled his drink, maintenance came by & she told me to sit back & no worry about it & proceeded to clean up the spill. Overall, going back again soon!

I’ve been going to cicis most my life and have been to many areas, locations and states. This location by far is the BEST. The food, service and atmosphere is amazing at every corner. No bugs flies or gnats around the soda machine, games are clean and modern. There’s even a monitor to watch your kids in the arcade while eating at the table. Staff friendly and welcoming. There was even a sweet lady who would pick up our trash and plates. Restrooms were clean and fresh as well. Food tasted fresh with delicious ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back every chance I can. (Coming this Friday from Alvin about 1hr drive) well worth it. 😂

I love this location! My son has so much fun playing the games! The set up of tables and games is nice for small parties and crowds. The food is fresh. The atmosphere is fun! The staff are helpful and kind. Management is kind also! When the prizes get stuck, someone is always helpful and generous when they open it to give my son his winnings😊 It would be so awesome if these games consistently worked bc we have so much fun playing! Please fix soon!🙏

This is the best CiCi's. The pizza is always hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly. The buffet line is refreshed with new pizzas often and occasionally the staff will let you recommend new pizzas to put out. Togo is really convenient. Call in is fast or making the order at the counter is just as easy. The wings are full of flavor too!

Our group brought the energy, so 5 stars for atmosphere. I rated 4 stars for service. It should have been 5 if it were up to the ladies working the floor and keeping everything clean. They work hard to clean up after everyone, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our large group of 25 people. The manager was rude though. Unwelcoming and did not display customer service skills or professional interaction with any of us. She treated us as if we were a burden and she wished we wouldn't have showed up. I can't imagine why considering we were helping the overall sales for the day. The cooks were amazing and friendly and prepared all of our special orders with a smile. The ladies at the register were also accommodating, patient, and professional. They welcomed our group to the restaurant and made sure we were charged properly based on everyone's age. The manager never came by to say anything, only gave us ugly looks from a distance. Overall the experience was great. My son enjoyed the pizza and dessert buffet and even played some of the arcade games. It was the perfect stop for all they could eat after 4 hours of jumping at the nearby Urban Air. I will also thank the servers who allowed me to use a store knife to cut the cake we brought in. I really appreciated your service.

My family eats at this location all the time and the pizza is great. But today, the pizza crust was very chewy and felt like I was eating cardboard. Hope they didn't change recipe, but there is a whole new crew working here. Not coming back to this one. The quality of pizza is really bad. They were literally making random pizzas when we were there and the quality stayed the same. The lettuce got old in the tray so they took it and made a pizza out of it haha. Cicis pizza used to be really good but over the years, their quality dropped tremendously.

On today, I came thru the drive-thru at this Cici's location ,and made a large food purchase. Now I am a big on rewards and would have appreciated if I could have scanned my receipt for those points. But instead, Cici's managers allow there employees to scan the customer receipts before giving it to them amd not inform them. When I tried to scan it stated "this receipt has already been claimed". "If you wanted the receipt that bad, JUST ASK! When the manager was contacted, I was just brushed off, like what your employees did was OK. I am sure that is not part of their job description. You all should be worried about why the customer pizza is coming out lukewarm and NOT hot.

We had a very disappointing experience at CiCi’s Pizza in Katy. We came as a large group of 7 adults and 5 kids. When we arrived, we had to wait quite a while just to get a clean table. After we had been eating for about 20–25 minutes, the power went out. We understand that the power outage was not the restaurant’s fault, and we were patient and waited for a bit. Our main reason for coming was for the kids to eat and play. I decided to calmly speak with the manager to explain the situation and simply ask if it would be possible to get a voucher for the kids so we could bring them back another day. Unfortunately, instead of listening, the manager started yelling at me and refused to hear what I was trying to say. I was not asking for anything unreasonable—just trying to find a solution. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very upsetting, especially in front of our children. Because of how the situation was handled, we will not be returning. This was a very poorly handled of customer service....they should be able to training the manager staff with better skills.

i entered this establishment expecting a joyful time with arcade machines, a buffet, and a holistic atmosphere. but come to my surprise the staff and management picked on our group for “being loud and obnoxious”. why would i want to come to an establishment that discourages fun; which the restaurant was intended for! to put a cherry on top we were screamed at on our way out by the employees like a show. I will never come back to this “pizza” restaurant ever again. I discourage anyone else from getting food here.

I just left this Cici and told the young lady who rung me up that the last two times I came for a to go salad that I’m being charged extra as if I’m tipping on to go transactions. She assured me that it wouldn’t happen this time and here we are again. I had two buffet to go and a salad to go which was a total of 25.41 but my charge on my card was 31.14. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I asked her to change the radio ( the little circle ⭕️) where the amount shows because it would not allow me to do it. The amount is in red on the right hand side but the dot was in the blue circle 🔵 on the left with a box where you can type in an amount ( as if for a tip)! I’m utterly disappointed with this and this business either needs to fix their registers or fire the thieves!!!! The food is wonderful though.
