I placed an online order at 6:30 it is not 8:11 and I still don't have my one pizza, was told couldn't be refunded cause it's in the system. I used the app, and a dasher sent me 4 dashers so far. Yet nobody has brought my order cause they can't pick it up!!

Order my food for 8:15 I've been waiting for over 45 minutes now. No update on my order yet. Im trying to get a refund but everyone is at the back, no one walks up front. Crappy place to order from.

We ordered 5 pizzas, waited 30 min for only 3 pizzas to be ready, then saw as the employees sold one of our pizzas to another customer. Terrible service! Stay away from this location!

Warning!!!!!! if you’re looking for zero customer service and a crappy attitude, then you came to the right place…… and as a side dish, they added a ridiculously slow wait time I called my order in 15 minutes before arrival, the person told me it would be 20 minutes till my order was ready. Upon arrival, they stated they never got the order and that it would take an additional 30 minutes . Now they’re saying they don’t know how long it’s gonna take . Along with that, everyone has the look on their face that they could care less and that they don’t even wanna be here. If you want little Caesars, find a different location Upon receiving the pizzas, they were not the extra most bestest. It was just a regular pepperoni pizza with a little to no pepperonis in the center. Waste of time and money

Little Caesars has some decent pizza and some locations are good, but this location is the worst I’ve seen. It’s run down and the management is the terrible. Tonight’s visit proved to be yet another disappointment. We were in the drive thru at 6:30p and as we pulled up to the window one of the employees puts a cardboard box sign in the window, saying to go inside. We did and there were only 6-7 people in line. Lady tells us it’s over an hour wait since they only have 2 people working. Had this type of situation been a one time experience, no big deal, but they are absolutely repetitive. Rude employees are common here as well. It’s sad to see when it’s in the Old Katy area.

I don’t go to lunch until 2 PM. I arrive at 2:10 and ask for a lunch combo that I can clearly see in the hot box that is ready to go the manager then screams. We can’t sell lunch combos past 2 PM so you can’t sell me the pizza that’s ready in the box. Don’t go to this establishment if you don’t have a lunch before 2 PM because your service is going to be crap and the manager is extra rude.

Let me start off and say that i will never ever ever ever ever ever buy, order or visit this place AGAIN! placed an online order arrived at the time the oree said it would be ready to get there and see it packed with customers waiting 1+ hours for a pie Thats crazy i was only there for 30 minutes and with one 1 person making pizza in the backbi quick said and ask for my order to be canceled I should of known just be the reviews of this place that it was going to be a horrible experience so now i would never ever ever ever ever ever order here I warn you all too DOMT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WAIT FOR YOU FOOD MORE THEN 1 HOUR.

Legit the longest I’ve ever had to wait to even talk to a person at a drive thru window. Sure there were a few people in front of me inside the restaurant, but 30 minutes to answer the drive thru window? At minute 10 I was invested to see how long it’d take. At minute 20 I was angry. At 30 I lost patience and understanding for the two guys in there and left. I don’t do reviews but Im just appalled that this is the self proclaimed “hot n ready” pizza you claim yourselves to be. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Walking into that place feels like I’m walking into a dumb. It was disgustingly nasty, the workers look very unpleasant and not clean. While we were thinking about ordering we saw the worker making the dough and stick his gloveless fingers in his ears and then nonchalantly continue making the dough with his dirty ear wax hands. Very nasty place stay far away. Makes sense it was empty.

I just want to say when the guy manager was running this store it was soooooooo smoothly ran, barely a wait, in and out most of the time but since the lady manager came back it just gives a chaotic environment. It’s constantly many people waiting on orders, long lines, and long waits. Please bring back the guy manager it was so much better for business and his pizza taste a lot better

There has been multiple occasions I’ve waited up to an hour for pizza. Today it took over 2 hours for pizza. We ended up ordering at another location since we had to wait . We tried to go back to get our pizza after receiving the email that it was completed, one hour later than the suggested time. Unfortunately the pizza was still not ready and we walked in to over 15 customers in the tiny establishment. One customer let us know they received an order completed email as well, over two hours before we spoke to them. No one should have to wait 3 hours for a slices and sticks. Will not be returning.

Went again tonight after a positive visit earlier in the week. Complete diaster. Night and day from 1st visit to 2nd visit. This 2nd visit, both pizzas were burnt and not enough cheese on the cheesy bread. I did order this online, and yes it was brought up, but I honestly have no faith in tonights crew. Quality checks and/or standards seem to be inconsistent or no existent at this location. Not sure if we're going to go back for a 3rd time.

Usually I’d take my time and be thorough and detailed, however, they aren’t even trying at this location. It’s not worth more than a few sentences. The employee’s are rude and can be found cussing and arguing about their shifts as if customers aren’t there. Service is slow. As in, waiting for 30min for a cheese pizza slow. Food is so underwhelming and this is the 3rd time I’ve been here with the same result. For the owner of this franchise, I suggest you either work towards saving it or sell it to someone that cares to run it right. Only reason I’ve come here is because it’s in my neighborhood. The food and service can’t be this bad EVERY visit.

Little Caesars, what time do you all stop making pizzas? If you have a set time that you stop taking orders, would you please add that to the hours so customers will know.? 10 minutes before closing time and you’re technically closed to clean kitchen? Please have a sign that states what time you all stop taking orders. This kind of information would be very helpful for customers to know going forth. There were at least 10 boxes of pizzas from other customers that didn’t get picked up and I was willing to buy some. No one came for them and now you’re left to throw them all away? Manager could be more accommodating and hospitable. Had a young 11 year old boy very sad as he couldn’t get any Little Caesars.

Would not recommend going to the location in katy off katy fort bend! Did a mobile order and they had given it to someone else! Then said 15 minutes to remake the pizza and it came out hard, undercooked and instead of making pretzel crust they made a regular one and threw some pretzel salt on it! The people on shift tonight seemed to not care at all!
