Okay, yum! I love the Hawaiian Chicken! Basically Hawaiian with bacon and chicken, making it 'meatier.' I hate to say it, but I think they're even better than MODs pizza, though they're both amazing! Be sure to use their coupons though--they have them online and sometimes given with purchases. Prices are a bit crazy if you don't get a discount.

What a great pizza night! My mom and I ordered two large two-topping pizzas from Marco’s in Kyle and everything was just perfect. The old-style pepperoni had so much flavor, and the sauces were really good too, especially the garlic parmesan! So yummy! It all arrived hot and fresh, just like pizza night used to be back in the day. This is the kind of place you’re happy to recommend to friends and family. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

A friend told me about this place so the next time I was in kyle I gave it a shot. Very good. Good tasting pizza, and on the recommendation of same friend, ordered wings. Very tasty. Glad to see a place other then a chain place with good food. Will be a repeat customer.

Food is always fresh and tasty. Large (more than average) share of pizza toppings! It's a good deal for the taste, size and price. My only concern is they always seem under-staffed. I always order online but if I call to make a change to my order, the phone rings like 50 times before someone answers. They need more workers on Friday nights. Good experience, otherwise. I've ordered 3 times in the last 2 months.

This is by far some of the best tasting pizza I've tried. I'm able to compare it to some of the best pizza places in Chicago and New York. Good deals and usually reasonable wait time. It helps if you call ahead or place the order online. Only reason I give it 4 stars is that Price changes between online and at the store. Sometimes it's best to call the check on prices and compare to what is online.

Tonight was our 2nd night ordering delivery and what a complete mess. I hung up the phone after I placed my order realizing that I was never asked for my name or my contact number, when I called asking about my order an hour and a half later I was told "yeah our delivery driver tried calling the number you called from 3 times (mind you I ordered from my work phone before I left) and nobody answered, and he said he knocked on the apartments but everyone said they didn't order a pizza". When I placed the order I gave my apartment number when I placed the order and nobody ever knocked at our door. When I asked what we could do I was told "we have the pizza here" meaning I was going to be sent a cold pizza. Nonetheless, we never received an apology. I'm extremely disappointed. UPDATE: *We gave Marco's Pizza another go. We waited about a month after it opened to order from them again, and they have definitely regained our business. The pizza flavor is awesome, and so is their cheesy bread! Delivery was extremely quick also. Good job!

I find this place to be very consistent. Pizza is always ready when it's supposed to be, and I haven't had a mess up yet. I've been visiting this establishment fairly regularly since it opened. I think the price is pretty awesome for the quality that you get. If you eat pepperoni, definitely go old world.

Pizza was fire, really good and would totally order again. It’s a bit pricey tbh but in terms of flavor, 10/10 (also there are plenty of coupons on the website)

Pizza great but needs an option online for delivery instructions..cause if you have a sleeping baby and don’t want the door bell rang too bad no option online to say not to, only contactless delivery and they’ll ring it still

Their pepperoni pizza is consistently good and affordable -- certainly better than any other of the nearby chains. This location has been pretty trustworthy, so, can definitely recommend it.

The pizza was good but if you go in to order, be careful of their prices. My mother stopped in to order a small pizza. The price board said it would be $7.49 , but the receipt showed $11.49, which is the price showed on line. When she questioned the cashier, he simply said that's what the register rings up and can't help you. That is clearly false advertising and is illegal. This happened more than once. The first time they said they would correct the issue, but a month later it clearly wasn't fixed. Check the price quoted before you actually pay! EDIT: She did the online feedback form first about 2 weeks ago and received no response.

They got my order wrong. It is simple, read the ticket/instructions. Also, it was 45min past the "pick up time" before it was ready to pick up. There was one lady that was trying to answer all the phones, enter things in the register,, check people out and deal with the delivery guys and two guys trying to make everything. Understaffed comes to mind. Then to top it all off, I am recovering from surgery and staying in a hotel and can't drive and there is no plastic ware for any of us in the order which they told us there was. Has anyone tried eating a pizza bowl with their fingers? Not fun.

I told the cashier that I didn’t have any intention of buying 2 bottles of water, he just said “sorry about that”. The pizza was brought to us in a box with no silverware. Of course, it’s very hot when it first comes out of the oven. First I want to say that it really is not an indoor dining experience, except that they give you a table and chair to use. Second, although I did like the dough/crust, I do not like canned mushrooms on my pizza. Actually, I don’t want anything from a can on my pizza. The pizza really wasn’t bad, I would ask for light sauce and extra cheese if there is a next time because I felt there was more sauce (watery, flavorless canned tasting sauce) than cheese and I would just get it to go. Apparently, there are discounts available for ordering online. The pizza was not cut evenly so we had two giant pieces and of course no knife to cut it with. We ate the smaller pieces and took the bigger pieces home.

Pizza was so wet by the time I got home (10mins) the box was sagging underneath, dripped juices all over my car seat, and half of the pizza crust felt like a sponge. It wasn't grease, it was the juices from the cheesesteak topping. Never seen this happen before from Marcos, hopefully not a trend but incredibly disappointing.

Had I known that they are now using Door dash drivers to deliver their food, I would not have ordered. My delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further. These door dash people aren't using pizza insulated bags to keep your pizza warm, so by the time you receive it, it's no longer hot. I received my pizza at a much later time than quoted AND the pizza was just luke warm. Not ordering from here again!

Have no complain about the pizza but just the delivery, why input that delivery was done and here we are 2 hrs later and no pizza. Why lie and say its a system glitch and then say it was the driver.... Please do better cause your pizza is the best!!

So apparently because I ordered late they decided to cut my pizza like a massacre. My order was placed through Uber. Contact me and I’ll give you the details. This was my fave pizza and now I will go to the new 313 that opened up. Thanks.

2 out of 3 orders were wrong. Pizza was undercooked. Pizza was missing a topping. Found a large hair in the pizza. Had to throw it away. Disappointing because the pizza doesn't taste half bad. Will not be returning.

The pizza was *really* good at first, but quality has declined significantly since then. We gave it several tries, but now it's consistently mediocre. If that wasn't bad enough, the owner of the place is excessively political, sharing his unasked-for opinions with customers. The TV is tuned to a one-sided news show, matching those same extremist views. He was already losing our business...

I have givin this location to Many tries. Placed order online, got a call they didn't have any drivers. So I drove up to pick up my order. Get to my car and check. Ordered a xlarge cheese pizza with half olives. The slices on the cheese were no bigger than 3 inches. The size of the pizza was a between a medium and large with extremely small pieces. Took it back inside and asked if this was a extra large. The manager said yes. Never have I seen this. Then she said " I can remake it for you. I told her no, because this will take longer. I shouldn't have to drive up there and not get what I ordered the 1st time. Not to mention this is the 2nd time I have used my 10$ off coupon, and never get what I order. I am extremely disappointed. Time to find a new location.

Multiple times now we’ve ordered and our order was completely wrong. How the heck do you get two pepperoni’s from a calzone and a Philly pizza??? This has been ridiculous. Not to mention I’m pretty sure they’re understaffed. Actually hire and pay your crew more!!

Great pizza if you actually get to eat it. First experience dined in and were told they had no dough. Offered us a salad. Second experience ordered for delicious very got what we ordered in a timely manner and food was great. Third experience waited 2 hrs for delivery, called for a refund. Not confident in the way establishment is managed.

Absolutely disgusting business. They eliminated positions for drivers who earn most of their money from tips. It's okay if you're going to eliminate positions, but you don't hide the fact for months and then notify the employees 4 days before you're going to take them off the schedule, and then act like you're doing them a favor by offering them an inside job to 'help management' while making less money. These people who they blindsided have children, these people depended on their income, income that included tips, not an inside job where they can split tips with everybody else why they are relegated to being helpers. Not to mention it is the start of the holiday season and for many rent is due two days after having their positions cut with absolutely no time to find a new job. This franchise owner does not care about the community that he has placed his business in, he does not care about the people who live in the community and who worked for him and he doesn't care about his customers because farming out his delivery is going to cost the customers more now. But that's okay he's going to make more money right?

My pizza delivery was ordered at 5:15 pm for a 6:30 pm delivery time and it showed up at 7:15 pm. I called the location and tried to talk to what they called the manager "Alexa" and he/she was rude and not helpful. When I explained that our order was extremely late and I was worried that our pizza would be cold and the salad would be warm he/she was condescending by saying "What do you want a discount" instead of being helpful in figuring out what was going on with our order. I have put in a formal complaint with the main office. This manager "Alexa" should not be in management if he/she is not equipped to handle customer service issues properly. We will take our business elsewhere. Mod Pizza is just as good if not better. Mod pizza definitely has better customer relations! Beware if you have an issue with your order at Marcos Pizza they have a lack of consideration for their customers!

This was the worst. Ordered online an hour ahead for a specific time and got here to pick up, not ready. The lady who initially helped me said there were orders in the oven and one might be mine but she had no way of knowing whose order was in. WHAT?? She walked off and I finally got someones attention after waiting another 10 minutes only to be told they had literally just put my order in the oven. I get things happen but they had both my cell phone and email that they could have updated me so I could order somewhere else. Manager literally just told me oh well sometimes things just don't work out the way we want them to. Rude inattentive staff and I won't be going back. To add to my earlier comments, I realized I had an email from the store sent while I was at the counter saying my order was ready even though it hadn't even been started yet.

came here on november 5th with my parents and we were taking our order with the employ and each response he gave us was rude or a smart remark to where me and my stepmom were both in shock he would talk to us like that. when our food came out i went up twice because we were missing some things, he had this agitated look on his face like we were bothering him. The food was good but his attitude was not !!!

Save your money and go to Foxes Den Pizza just down the street. It looks and tastes like a frozen pizza. It’s really bad. Bread sticks are bland. Looked up a special online and when I called to place the order the guy said the special was not available. Sooo... I ordered the special online since the staff was not helpful. One star for the hot Pepsi. They were out of cold.

I'm so sad to say this because I love Marco's Pizza, I even used to be a assistant manager at the Burnet location. But this location can't seem to get things right. I ordered pizza several times and every time it went wrong. Either it was left as pick up when I stated delivery, or my pizza came with the wrong ingredients, etc. Finally a manager told me he would credit me a free pizza and he never did. Some when I decided to give them another chance my delivery took over an hour, when I called to check on the status they told me it was being delivered right now, when that didn't happen I called again and the phone rang for well past 10 rings with no one answering. Then when I called the 3rd time the same person said the driver had just left the store to deliver. The exact same person who said my pizza was being delivered. The only thing good they did was the GM did give me a free pizza, and the pizza was actually correctly made.

We just placed an order online, 20 Wings and 2 pizzas my husband went to pick it up and the cashier told him that they were out of wings and tried to call me. I have no missed calls and had you called, why wouldn’t you leave a message??? Nobody ever called me for one, and for two how do you run out of product, someone’s not doing their job correctly with placing their food order, and why would you not get product from another location or go buy some?! Complete nonsense.

Didn't get a bag for my pizza box and then the grease leaked onto my seat and now I'm struggling to get the pungent smell out of my car.

Both times I have tried Marcos I have had a genuinely horrible experience. The pizza was delivered extremely burnt, was not even cut, and didn’t come with any of the condiments I ordered. How hard is it to CUT a pizza before boxing it? How does one forget to do this? The pizza itself tastes absolutely terrible. This place should not be allowed to make food for the public.

Whether this location is privately owned or corporate, I’d strongly suggest getting it checked out before the health department ends up doing it for them.
