The service provided by the cashier Nathanael was great, he gave me great recommendations! The quality of the food was also great so I really appreciate this Popeyes for the great experience!

Went to Popeyes for lunch and it always amazes me how fast their service is. I got my fresh and hot food within 5 seconds after placing my order.

We love Popeyes chicken, even though the price has gone up the quality has stayed the same. We got the 26 piece spicy. It came with 3 sides and many biscuits. Nice, spicy, and crunchy.

Went to Popeyes for some catering and got a 75 piece with side and biscuits, and the staff was more than helpful. Not only was the order ready by the time we got there but they went above and beyond to assist along the way with only a 24 hour notice. I mean who can do that? POPEYES THAT’S WHO! Thanks to the employees and the manger for getting this order ready for my son’s graduation party. You guys rock!

Food was good BUT customer service was even BETTER!!!! Mathew and his coworkers were so busy with a lot of orders but they were so nice and attentive. The employees were so patient while we ordered and asked questions they made sure we had everything we needed and they even made our food fresh quickly and efficiently. This is the BEST DAMN CHICKEN SANDWICH I've ever had... had a #3 or 4.., i believe, with a sprite and fries. Every bit of it was perfection. Crispy chicken but fresh and giant, hanging off the bun. Which SOMEHOW didn't fall apart halfway through! HECK, NO, that bun held on strong. That way, my bacon, cheese, and pickles could compliment the entire sandwich! Your location alone has restored my entire faith in the chicken sandwich community!

Ok. This Popeyes gets a 5 star review. Staff was super friendly and my order came out right away. They were playing cajun music inside. It was clean. Long line at the drive-through. This must be one of their busiest locations. Good luck getting put of the parking lot. There's lots of traffic at this corner in Kyle.

I always get my fried chicken from Popeyes. The food is good and they prepare it on request. The popcorn shrimp with mac and cheese is a legendary combo. I usually order it to go (as I live 5 minutes away on foot) and bring it back fresh to my apartment. Don't miss out on their seasonal specials like the blackened chicken sandwich🤤 (Bonus I plated their fried chicken when I ordered takeout)

Chicken was good, although a long wait and the sadly the soda machine had no ice and only 5 choices of drink.

On my first drive-thru visit they got the order wrong and there were no napkins or utensils. On the second the order was right but still no napkins or utensils. On the third, I almost pulled drove away before I realized she forgot to give me my debit card back. I went inside and the two customers ahead of me seemed displeased with how long their orders were taking.

Got a family meal. They forgot a side and ran out of coleslaw so wasn't sure what else to get. Food wasn't fresh but it wasn't dry. Tasted good. Very crispy. Baskets always good. Love Popeyes but it's always a hit or miss here.... take a chance I guess? Or go to Chicken Express where it's more consistent.

The chicken was good but it's the first time I ordered the red beans and rice. I was sorely disappointed when I got my order home to find the side dish container was barely half full with 4 beans to a very small bit of rice and mostly sauce. It's like it was the bottom of the pan and was more like eating thick soup than red beans and rice.

A bit disappointed in the service but sadly it is seen like this in much of the younger generation. My disabled husband and I stopped to get an early dinner after I was released from the hospital for an injury. My husband was using his walker and I had my arm in a sling. Maybe I am wrong but I was a bit surprised when none of the staff even offered to help take our tray to the table when they were not busy. Also the fact that my husband had to ask for a bag for a to go order we later placed to take home. The food was good as always although for being so close to dinner hour and they were out of some sides with nothing posted anywhere was disappointing

Chicken would always get a 5 star but at this location in Kyle they have a young training type staff at this location & for some reason they always have our order wrong/ short items. Food is good but they space out a little when filling the orders. This has happened over 5 times. We call it in & we can get it right away or our next visit. But we always forget on our next visit. Food is good . Like any fast food place you need to work on your attitude. I understand that it is hard dealing with the customers but not all of us are bad. It makes your day a lot worse if you hold onto the negative energy and push the nice customers away. Be happy you have a job. Not everyone gets one.

Usually pretty decent when coming through the drive thru. But went around 9pm. Long line, they were pretty busy, line barely moving but was understandable as they had many cars. Got up to window and was told to sit in parking spot. Was there for 20-30min lady came out 3 times about my order, think someone else got mine. Everyone in front of me and behind me except one person got their order. Line disappeared, still waiting, then picks back up again. Finally got mine (two meals) just to get home and my sandwich isn’t cooked through and is pink. Usually a patient person but cars were everywhere, orders were everywhere (she had three different receipts in her hand) food not cooked through and the tenders were the only thing I was told they were waiting on but got a pink sandwich. But the customer service was decent. 🤷🏻‍♀️Not worth going back for the sandwich, couldn’t do it. Ordered through grub hub a month or so ago, took them an hour and a half to get me my food as they pushed the order back when it had already been an hour. Not sure about coming back to this Particular Popeyes.

Out of ice, out of tea, out of red beans and rice, out of tenders.... is this restaurant open?! Chicken I did get was good, but the mashed potatoes and cole slaw weren't edible.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I got my food at a decent speed. However, the prices are way too expensive. As you can see from the receipt, it cost me $10.81 for this small quantity of mediocre food. I won't be patronizing Popeyes anymore due to their inflated prices.

It has improved a bit since I posted the following review. I upped it by 1 star... We love Popeyes in general. But out of around 9 times visiting this location over months, only one time was really good and the rest of the times they either made a mistake on the order, shorted us on fries, gave us mild instead of spicy, the food wasn't fresh or something else was wrong. Today, our dine in order was forgotten and after over 20 min of waiting, I approached the counter only to be ignored for a few more minutes before I finally spoke up about my order not having come out in over 20 minutes time. And they weren't even that busy and had a lot of staff.They seemed very unorganized and in need of better training and/or management.

The food was expensive, it was very hot in the dining area, and the music was too loud. 1/2 of the sodas were unavailable and when I asked if they could just change the syrup bags he took my cup and refilled it from the drive thru machine. He stated he was too busy to change the bags.

went to location ordered a two piece chicken one leg and changed from a thigh to a breast, and I got a freaking thigh. I tried calling to talk to a mgr phone just until the phone rang like a fax machine was answering. Sorry to say Kyles fast foods in this area are all same quality is not nor is the customer service, save your money cook at home .

Pulled into the drive thru on Tuesday night about 8 o'clock. Wasn't very busy. 1st thing we hear out of the speaker was Goddam! Ordered a 2 piece chicken with dark meat, Cole slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. 2nd order was a 3 piece chicken strip mashed potatoes and gravy. Oh yea also ordered a coke and a sprite. Asked for ranch and hot sauce at the window. Got home and found one mashed potatoes and gravy. Fries on the other. Instead of dark meat Got a wing and a breast. No ranch or hot sauce. And instead of a coke got a cherry coke. Probably will not return to this location again. Especially as expensive as fast food is now. I want what I order!

Order was totally wrong. Got 2 regular Cokes instead of diet Cokes. Paid of an 8 piece and got 3 strips. (We did not exchange it because we had already driven away from the window when we noticed the chicken) They did not give us beans and rice we ordered and we had to ask for it. Cashier acted very annoyed because we asked to change the Coke to diet and for the beans and rice not received. We will be going to Wendy's next door from now on.

Worst service ever. The shift leader who worked the evening on Mothers day was a complete jerk. I asked him a question about options with combos, and he literally told me "just read the menu" and was a total jerk. He was also talking porrly about other coworkers out loud with a good half dozen people in the area waiting for their order. I will likely never come here again just because of him and they are in general just terrible. I have been eating Popeyes since I was a kid. I grew up in New Orleans where Al Copeland started this company, and it is just pathetic, and the one in Kyle is the worst. Never again. Terrible, terrible service.

When my kid requests Popeyes, this is not the Popeyes I like to go to. This place tends to be hit and miss. This past Sunday my son wanted two chicken sandwiches and drink. There was a small line as I pulled up. I get the drive through speaker and nothing. There was not any greeting, or "welcome to Popeyes, may I take your order please?" I sat in silence for over 5 minutes. I know the speaker is two way and they can hear me. When I sarcastically say under my breath, "Oh, going to make me wait huh?" The young kid comes on and asks to take my order. He is very curt and rude with this, "Anything else? Anything else?" Customer Service apparently skipped this young kid. I get to window and wonder why they are using the register for the dining room and not one for the drive through. I was impressed that he remember to not put ice in my cup for my drink. The only good thing about this place was the service is somewhat fast. The young kid working the drive through needs to be a bit more friendly and professional. This is not the first time he has given lackluster service. I usually go to Buda to avoid this restaurant.

Ordered online and went to pick up my order. Was told by the manager that they didn't have an order under my name, must be for a different store and then he just walked away. Stood there waiting to show the receipt that had the order with this store while being ignored. Manager was upset to have to make the order and then give sauce that I asked for. The place was a mess even though they just opened for the day. Also unsanitary conditions behind the counter. Cords should not be in the lemonade and covers are needed for exposed wires.

Bought dinner for my family, I was serving the chicken when my sister said look this piece of chicken has a hair on it. I looked at it and the hair was under my bath the skin. We put that piece of chicken aside, served another piece and it two had a hair on it. Just not acceptable! I called the Popeyes 4 different times and it picks up and hangs up. I called the district manager no answer , left a message. In return I got a message asking to call later? Very disgusted, and disappointed in the quality of food ( chicken). I am passing this information to everyone on FB, yelp, tic-toc, and Wherever can.

I don't know why I keep giving them chances. Every single time, that is not an exaggeration, every single time I go it's a very long wait even if they aren't busy at all. Every single time they get something wrong or miss something. Every single time I say large and they confirm large and I don't end up with large. I order spicy chicken and they give me regular. I order a 5 piece chicken strips and I get 3. I ask for one sauce and I get a different sauce or no sauce at all. Everyone on staff is rude and short with you. It shouldn't be this hard, no other fast food place in town has this many issues. Don't waste your time or money, you're going to leave with sub par food and a headache.

Every time I visit this location. They always forget something and the food is dry. My fiancé took my son to pick up his usual chicken sandwich tea and fries. When he got to the window the cashier handed him the food and like most people he checked to make sure everything was in the bag! We have had food missing many time from this location that we had to inconveniently pick up ourselves. When she passed the bag she said here and when he responded that he want to look in the bag she closed the window and keeper his card! He honked the horn, like many of us have done for his card and another young lady answered him and gave him his card. When he got home he realized the drink was missing and the chicken was dry. He called back up to the store and the person that was at the window answered the call and called him rude for honking the horn! THAT IS NOT RUDE! What is RUDE IS NOT OFFERING THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY PAID FOR! As a consumer YOU have the right to check your order while you received it. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE comes with BEING PATIENT and NOT making the customer feel RUSHED! I called the store to speak to the manager JUSTIN OR JESSE and he told me that my fiancé was rude, and that every time he visits that store he is rude. I told him that my fiancé lives in North Carolina and could not possibly be him being rude each time. What’s rude is that the store manager racial profiled my fiancé and assumed that he is RUDE each time he comes there. Which he has ONLY BEEN THERE 2 times!!! This is completely unacceptable down right rude and his assumption has made me feel uncomfortable with every visiting that location again. You can NOT PLACE A PERSON IN A CATEGORY BASED ON their skin, color, race or ethnicity! I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, consumer affairs, their corporate office and I will never visit that location again.

The customer service at this location is ABSOLUTELY horrible! We waited 50 minutes after being told it would 10 minutes to cook the wings on Friday as they were short staff by 4 people. We went to Popeyes last night and spent another $33 bucks and they left off items . I contacted the store 11 times and they answered , hung up and then put the phone off the hook! Please don’t patronize this location!! Go else where that values your money , will give you the items you ordered, and gave great customer service!

Don't waste your time & money. Ordered a 2 piece mild chicken combo for $7.50. & 1/4 pound popcorn shrimp. Had to wait 10 minutes on other side of building. When I got home & found shrimp was mostly fried corn meal, 2 piece chicken was a thigh & leg. Biscuit was cold. Not sure how they are staying open with ripping people off so bad. 👎

This restaurant without fail messes up your order. If your getting it to go you can bet your not going to get your honey or ranch sauces even when you ask at the window. As others have said the customer service is terrible, they are rude and inconvenienced when you ask for anything extra or to get what you ordered. Today for instance we ordered food they person read it back to us we said yes correct. We got to the window got handed someone else’s food, got told to pull forward and even then it took two more trips from the runner to get our order correct, as well as not getting a receipt. I get it’s fast food not fine dining, however there needs to be accountability for their poor customer service.

Don't put in a mobile order! They will have you pull forward and forget about you for 30 minutes. When I went to tell them, they said they were waiting on spicy chicken. One of the pieces I received was an older, cold piece and the cherry on top of the interaction, they gave us the wrong pie.

Came here last night, and they said it would be an hour for the chicken sandwich and that they were out of tenders, so I left. Tried again today, and they were out of ice. Not just in the drink dispenser, but in the entire restaurant. They didn't tell me this when they handed me my cup. When I asked them for ice, assuming they had some in the back, they just tersely told me they were out. There was no apology or any apparent concern for customer satisfaction. It was as if I was inconveniencing them and should deal with it. To top it off, when I got my order, they gave me the wrong side. The chicken sandwich is ok but not worth the poor customer service and staff apathy. I'll go back to Chick Fil A if I want a chicken sandwich, as they are unfailingly polite, keep things stocked and running smoothly, and make you feel like they truly appreciate you.

I just had the worst chicken sandwich from the Kyle tx location. It was like hard rubber. I have had the sandwich at other locations and it was good so it's definitely this store in particular. All my fries were just thrown in the bottom of the bag. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked for refund. Gross..worst food I've ever eaten

We were here just a few minutes ago..we ordered the 4 sandwiches for $25 promo and it says it comes with fries, chicken tenders and one large side plus our choice of dipping sauces. We were told there were no chicken tenders so we settled for chicken nuggets in its place. We ordered mashed potatoes as our large side. But we also ordered a large side of Mac&cheese and beans&rice on the side. We also placed an order for an apple pie. The employee who took our order cut my husband off mid sentence. We let it go but at the window a cashier asked us what sauces we wanted and we had told her we wanted bbq and ranch. We paid about $37 dollars for everything got our stuff and took off. Arriving home we noticed we got NO fries, NO mashed potatoes, and no ranch. We ended up getting chicken tenders even tho they had said they didn't have any?? We got a large side of rice and beans and three small sides of Mac&cheese instead of what we had asked for. Oh but I guess they didn't do all that bad since they actually remembered give us our apple pie. Right?? This was a rip-off:)

I would leave no stars if I could. I went to Popeyes over the weekend and while in drive thru smelled an odor that was foul. It caused me to lose my appetite and when I asked for a refund they wanted to offer me in store credit. I was so appalled by the smell I declined that and left with no food or drinks and they are refusing to provide me a refund.

I placed order on app. I've had little issues here and there with Popeyes but this time was over the top. When I went to the window to pick up my order and pulled around to check it, all that was there was the wings and a small thing of COLD SOGGY fries! I pull back around letting the guy at the window know my food was missing and the fries were horrible. Conveniently they didn't give me a receipt. He didn't speak English so he went to get someone else not sure if she was manager. They said they were unable to find the receipt. I finally got the order to pull up on my email showed the lady. Told her what all I ordered and her response was " okay so what are you wanting?" 😑 I told her I wanted the food I paid for! So as I am trying to tell her what sides I ordered and what flavor the food should be she interrupts me and says okay pull to the front each time I tried to speak she would say pull to the front, again! I finally pulled to the front and they came out and of course the order is STILL WRONG and I STILL did not get the food I ordered!! To spend $45 on fast food and then not get what I ordered is ridiculous!!!! The rudeness of the employee is completely unacceptable. Yalls food is not cheap for it being 'fast food' yall as a business should really do better on the accuracy of yalls order and CUSTOMER SERVICE and Manners!!

Just passed by the drive thru and got over charged and the worst quality food I’ve ever gotten from this location. Disappointing! Got a large order of fries and they were so old and stale, too hard to eat. Then I got a regular order of fries and instead they gave me a kids size fries. Tables were dirty, and it took 28 mins to receive my order(there was no one inside the store before us). The couple that ordered after me got their food 5 mins before I did. I ordered online when I went to pick it up the manager at the window hands me the food. Then proceeded to give me the drinks and I had to ask for a drink carer at least 4 times before she finally stopped trying to hand me the drinks. I got no receipt. I pulled over in the parking lot to check me order which was 2 bags for 5 meals. The order was not even right and the drinks were wrong too. This was my first time eating here since it opened. I went in to return the food and get my order. The lady at the counter was very helpful. The manager on the other hand was very rude. I got the right food but the drinks were still wrong. The food was good otherwise but the service not the greatest.

I’m not sure what the appropriate wait time should be, but I placed an online order at 7:25 p.m. and arrived at the store at 7:40 p.m. They asked me to wait around, and I finally received my order at 8:00 p.m.—even though the place wasn’t busy. Very upset.

Picked up an online order for a food delivery service and while I waited for it to be ready, I saw more than one employee (one who seemed to be a manager) eating fries off of food prep counters and then continuing to serve food without washing their hands. Super gross.

Under cooked chicken it seems like every time I place an order, something is always missing from it. Then they have an attitude when I call to let them know. As I see most people commenting, if I could give one star I would. Drive thru sucks. Ordered 3 different meals and only one came out right however it was all cold. My daughter’s kids meal literally only came with her chicken (some not cooked all the way), no apple sauce OR her drink. My son’s BONELESS chicken were BONE IN…. It can’t get worse. Y’all have one job - that’s wild.

My husband ordered a 16 piece TENDER meal, the kid working the drive thru misheard him and gave us on the bone. My husband drove from Kyle to Wimberley without checking the bag (something we will be making sure to do from now on) he drove ALL the way back to the store to get what we ordered and they denied him the exchange for the correct order. None of the chicken he was given was missing or eaten, we have 3 small children who are particular about tenders or it wouldn’t be a big deal if it was just for adults. He called the district manager who said to hold on one second and hung up on him. Will never be returning to that location. It shouldn’t be a big deal to replace the order with the correct food, especially untouched and with the receipt - after driving 30 minutes back. Never had a fast food place make such a big deal about correcting their mistake.

This is the worst Popeyes I have been to. It sucks it has to be the one closer to my house. Customer service really does suck. Went to the drive thru today. The boy taking my order yelled at me, since I was not ordering fast enough. Full on raised voice yelling. I have never experienced anything like it before. I left with no food. Before I could exit the drive thru, the car in front of me stopped. The passenger got out and went to the side door with her meal. She told the employee the chicken was old and asked for some fresh chicken. No wonder the drive thru and parking lot were empty. Look at their reviews, mostly one star. They have earned that. Don't eat here!!!!! Too many other choices nearby. Never again. I look forward to an Owner reply.

I went to this Popeyes yesterday, and it was a disaster. I placed my order of a #5 3-piece chicken tenders and side of red beans and rice and sweet tea, and I asked if I could get a gravy. I go to get my food, and I don't have the red beans and rice, and instead, I get mashed potatoes with gravy. I also didn't have my gravy ajd he said it's the mashed potatoes and gravy. So I finally get my right side order and a side of gravy, and then they forget my drink. I ask about the drink and I get my drink with no ice at all so it's a hot tea. I will never return to this Popeyes again. This place is such a mess and poor, unfriendly service. Never been to such a disorganized Popeyes in my life.

Worst manager I’ve ever met at a fast food restaurant (Martin) absolutely verbally abusive not only to the employees but also to myself, the customer. Hopefully I’ll be able to get ahold of the general manager Chris, but I won’t stop until the right thing is done with this employee.

There used to be a nicer manager guy here but looks like he was replaced by a rude manager who yells and cusses at customers through the drive thru. Refuses to give the orders correctly and says you get what HE wants to give you not what you want to order. What kind of customer service is that?

Service here was horrible today and they kept making Daniel come out to correct things when it wasn’t his mistake. The young man at the window taking orders (we couldn’t get his name) he seem under the influence or really hated his job.

Went just after 6pm and they had no mild and asked if we wanted to wait 10 min. Which was not a problem. When we got home I counted 11( little) pieces and I ordered 16 pieces (family pack) and all the chicken was spicy!!! I ordered extra sides and 2 were missing. Spent 70$ for chicken that was to spicy for the kids to eat and missing items!!!

Manager (caesar) Is always trying to start a fight, told me to pull over to the parking lot to fight over my other not being ready. staff is always on their phone. worse customer service i’ve ever experienced.

Grant that I should have checked closer, used online system to order some sandwiches. Left to go pick up order, driving to the closest store assuming that was where the computer sent our order. Several minutes after arriving at Kyle location, the manager informed us they don't have an online order, we checked our email to find it was at a location 17 miles away. One of the employees offered to go ahead and make the order for us at Kyle location and the manager shut that offer down quickly, saying that he couldn't do that because it would mess up the inventory, please, they probably throw away more food than what our order was, some simple customer service and empathy would have gone a long way. Will not be bothering to support this location anymore, plenty of other food places around.

So the big box consist of old dried out chicken...fries so hard it broke my partial. I threw up after trying to eat it The taste of old grease was the only flavor. It was suppose to be spicy. The last time I wasted my money there. Still hungry!!! Now got to spend more money to get my teeth fixed.

Was given the wrong order and the worker who gave it to me was extremely rude and made fun of me right in front of me when I went in for the right order. Will never eat here again.

I don’t know if we just caught them on off night but the customer service here is absolutely awful. They asked us to pull around and wait which is totally fine.. the first time they came out, they handed us someone else’s order & we left them know. They asked what we had & we told them. the kid then comes back out and asks AGAIN so we just hand him the receipt. He eventually comes out with our food and the sandwich is completely wrong, we’re missing our fries and the sauce we paid for. We let him know and he comes out later on with the right sandwich and our fries, no sauce.. my wife had to get out of the car to ask for ranch. the entire staff manager included STARED at her through the door and wouldn’t respond to her. when the Manager eventually comes to the door, he is beyond rude to her over THEM MESSING UP OUR ORDER. we won’t be returning.

Kyle location,Horrible experience, staff is rude and will not answer any questions about the menu they state it’s all on the menu look at it were to busy. I was told I would be refused service for asking questions about what their specials were and how many tenders came in the combo. I asked for a manager and was told they have no manager and no supervisors. My food was cold and sloppy they just threw it all together in a bag my potatoes container was open and spilled all over.

Store Number 11867. Ac is leaking in lobby area. Staff finally placed bucket to catch water and mopped. Young guy taking orders in the lobby has no knowledge on the computer and/or products. When order wad incorrect was told by "purple" that we had to pay for the difference because how it was rang up. Out of all soda products except for 2. Food was very bland and cold when served. Crumbs throughout the lobby.

Went to Popeyes and received a very bad service, I ordered a 31$ meal just to not get my large Cajun Fries. The service was horrible and the ladies in the drive thru were laughing and saying things about me instead of paying attention to my order. I don’t like the disrespect and I don’t like the fact that when I came back my fries were cold.

I order 12 pieces of chicken and get only 11 pieces, I went back for them to fix it, they just change the box and still missing pieces of chicken, they don’t know how count. They can’t make it right always something. They ruined my family dinner, I couldn’t do their survey since they always handed out the kitchen ticket with out their location info.

Upon walking into the Kyle parkway store 11867 it felt like walking into an oven, much hotter than the 90 degree weather outside. There is no AC and heat from the fryers is heating the building to very dangerous temperatures. Employees are visibly struggling with the heat, sweating and struggling to breathe, having to step outside -in 90 degree weather- to COOL down. It’s unbearably hot- no one is eating in the lobby and even the wait for food was miserably hot. The employees were kind and trying their best, but their conditions are inhumane. They have been without AC for over a month. I highly doubt the franchise owners are in there working in this 120 degree heat. Horrible irresponsible management- this needs to be resolved ASAP before someone dies of a heat stroke. I have contacted corporate and OSHA to alert them of these conditions and I encourage others to do so as well. Resolve this and DO BETTER!

The ice and drink dispensers were absolutely filthy... like hadn't been cleaned in weeks filthy. I informed a manager, and he said he'd have someone clean it... didn't happen while I was there. If they leave filth like that, where customers can visibly see, imaging what you'd find in their food prep/kitchen area. Do better Popeyes!

i was order 6pc sweet and spicy chicken wings and the classic combo. everything is fine with the classic combo but when i open the sweet and spicy wings it’s look like this??? where the wings???
