This place has great food. I will definitely go there again. It does get very crowded and the wait time can go up past an hour. Very small place, if you want a decent breakfast at the waffle House, go early during the week. And the weekends very crowded!

Our server Janet was the best! She was so helpful and attentive. Our food was taking a bit, which we didn’t mind, and she was so apologetic and kind to us. The manager was very sweet too and checked in with us as well! Some of the best service I’ve received at any restaurant!! :)

Not as good as the waffle houses in Florida, but it was still good. Walked in and the place was a mess from a huge rush they just got done with, reminded me of Florida.. lol. Service was good, food was good, music was loud like every waffle House.. lol glad I decided to stop in! Will be back again. Can't ever go wrong with a pecan waffle and scattered, smothered, double covered hash browns!!!

My wife & I stop on our travels for the first time to the Waffle House in Kyle, TX. We grew up with Waffle House. Unfortunately, we don’t have a Waffle House in San Antonio, TX, although I’ve been asking WH corporate to build one in the Alamo City. We ordered the waffles, hash browns, eggs, sausage patties & coffee. Delicious breakfast & the service was great. Please build a Waffle House in SA. Thank you. 🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️👊🏽👍🏽

All right so check this out this is waffle House and when I went I had a good time. If you've been to a waffle House you know what you're getting into hopefully not into a fight but you never know. My server was named Valerie and she was super sweet and very helpful and very patient because I was waiting on my friend to show up for us to eat. I ordered waffles and sausage egg and cheese hash browns. The food was hot and fresh water was clean I also ordered water on the side everyone was super friendly and it was kind of slow It was nice I went around 11:00 pm they were also super kind and let me take a couple pictures of the restaurant. I do wish the prices were a little bit more reasonable but it's definitely worth it. I will be going back again.

It's a newer Waffle House, so cleaner. Food was good. Vibes were chill. Better than the airport one, unless you like late night drama. Iykyk.

On the way home to Austin from San Antonio wanted to stop at waffle house. One thing about Waffle House is they are all constant. Food tastes just like the one I usually go to. We waited for 45 minutes as expected. The staff here was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Great pit stop for so food.

Had to get Waffle House before the year ended and it didn’t disappoint! I got the Texas Bacon Egg Cheese melt and my friend got the All star plate! Definitely gonna have to stop by again in the future!

Here at the new waffle House, enjoying my monthly fix. Enjoying the atmosphere. It’s a little chilly in here, but the food came out quickly. Waitress was nice and bubbly. no complaints at all.

This is the first location I've been to where the servers don't yell out the order to the cooks. My kids have never been to one so I hyped up the way most do it and was disappointed. Our server was very pleasant and gave my kids recommendations on the food. Over all the place was clean, would have given 5 stars if they would have yelled the order and cooks would have been hyped up not looking like they were bored.

Service was okay. Walked in for some brunch and the store was decently full. I saw a few tables that needed to be cleaned so me and my gf waited to be seated. No one greeted us or said anything for about 5 minutes until a group of men walked in and immediately got greeted and they tried to seat them first. So once we told them we were there first we got seated. Then throughout our meal our waitress brought our food to the wrong table 3 times & forgot my gf's waffle. Then once we went to pay, the lady who checked us out didn't say a word to us the entire time she was there. Ignored us when we walked up and impatiently put her hand out for the receipt. Only thing she said was thank you. Another time we came too one of the servers was sweeping right under our table while we were eating and hit my feet multiple times! We love coming here but the servers need to be more friendly.

So I went in to this location and had to wait bout 10 minutes to be seated which was not a issue. Tney were pretty busy. So finally got seat and placed our order and when the food came out my omelet was so burnt and greasy I would not give it to my dog. Waitress was fantastic but they messed up the whole order. I would not recommend

The server mention can’t get a cup a coffee because we’re not ready to order and said that’s their policy said it is too busy while all I seen 4 persons dine in at 7:28am on Sunday Completely understand if the place was full or pack but was not the situation

If I could give zero stars, I would! Horrible service. Our eggs were made wrong, and when we let him know, he insisted they were correct—even though we’ve been ordering them the same way for years. Our coffee arrived late and we were never offered a refill. We ordered one water, and it was the last thing brought to the table—we were practically left drinking our own saliva. We never received the correct eggs. Niko was unprofessional, untrained, and couldn’t seem to get anything right. Even when we gave him the benefit of the doubt, he still managed to get everything wrong. Safe to say, we won’t be returning to this location

Came in at 12 got a steak plate, a waffle and a scramble bowl with gravy. They forgot the gravy the first time had to remind the server about it, waited 10 minutes and had to remind a second time came over and told us it was watery didn’t get gravy had to wait on them to make it. They threw away the one without gravy and said they would make a new hot one with gravy didn’t get that cause we were waiting on the gravy which I guess they don’t measure the powder to the liquid cause they were waiting on it to thicken. Waited 50 minutes for it didn’t get it. Personally I usually love Waffle House I don’t know what happened today but the server and the food sucked don’t know if I’ll be back.

The worst waffle house in the south. 9 employees and still managed to not get anything done. 5 groups just straight left while we were there. Not one table around us got the correct order. They never bothered to bus any of the tables. My wife's waffle was raw. There was a bottle of Tabasco with a hair on it at the bar. 5 employees not only walked by but looked at it and notices it. Not one of them took it away or bothered to clean it let alone cover it. Not one person was happy to be there.
