I ordered an iced latte at another location and it was so bitter and horrible I could not drink it. I returned it here at this location and the shift supervisor Chastity was fantastic! She is an excellent brand ambassador she did not just take the drink and make me an iced tea, she inquired what was wrong with the coffee and then suggested to try another one in case 1 of 3 things was wrong with it. She made me a new coffee which was better than the original along with giving me an iced tea in case I was still not happy. She's definitely a keeper!

I love that they carry jasmine tea, which other chain places don't carry. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have comfortable couch- as well as chair- seating areas designed for comfortable enjoyment of your beverage. A nice place to visit!

I loved the outdoor seating. Parking is down the street--directly behind the store is for the banking institution only so watch signage. The baristas were super friendly and helpful when I was trying to order tea and could not remember what type I usually get.

This is a great coffee place, great location, service, and quality of products. Indoor and outdoor seating, right next to the very quaint walkable Montrose Village. I have to say though, and this applies to many coffee places, that the free WiFi has promoted many to "plant" themselves at a table for hours, having maybe a cup or two of coffee, but preventing others from seating down. Perhaps these businesses should have a WiFi time limit, or just charge for it, we should all be able to seat down and enjoy it, not everyone needs to be connected 24/7.

This one in Montrose is on a corner and gets a lot of traffic because it has seating inside and out. Accessible from one entrance via a ramp. Great mix of people and free parking nearby. They share their parking with other stores. I love their tea and they have a good variety. Their coffee is also pretty good, particularly the House Blend. This location is in downtown Montrose with banks, stores and restaurants nearby. Very easy to see in traffic.

Great place to hang out with friends, family or to study. The staff is friendly, the bathrooms are clean and they are well stocked drinks and products.

I was there this week and this barista called Jessy made me the best pumpkin spice drink. Felt more like a milkshake than a coffee.. it was incredible. Can't wait to go again for another one.. thanks Jessy..

Just another coffee bean. I feel like this location is always short staffed so you're waiting about 10 min for your drink when it's not very packed. I'll have to try it again to see if it's a consistent wait.

Homey feel.. Though the furniture / bathroom are tired and worn and trash / bathroom maintenance is often neglected, the staff and patrons are chill and you can enjoy the coffee in a friendly spot.

My wife and I stop in there for coffee several times per week during our morning walk. The baristas are very friendly and it has a very comfortable atmosphere. The pastries are OK , the coffee is good and the wifi is excellent (as it should be in a coffee shop). There is also very convenient seating outside if you want to be outdoors.

The usual. A small line and wait. I just can't accept these prices at any establishment. Still the have wages, insurance, rent and buying to do. Nice atmosphere though. Plenty of outside seating. Surrounded by the film set of small town shops and leafy trees. Used in many a production..from Clint Eastwood to CSI and God knows what. Beautiful at night. The area is shut by 9..pm.

Great, big seating area, but close parking is somewhat a nightmare. Although free parking is somewhat nearby. Everyone is super friendly and nice! Our iced tea is perfect on this hot day, however EZ ice is not understood. I seem to have extra ice...

Went for the first time and saw a large sign offering three kinds of special frozen drinks at $4 each..we were there around 11 am. Went up to the counter and was told not until after 12. Ugh. So I almost didn't order anything I was so sad as they whet my appetite, then crushed my excitement. I eventually bought a less exciting drink some sort of strawberry thing with whipped cream. Wish they would not put big signs up showing deals and then tell you not now. Made me not want to go back. They were doing a lot of construction on the side upper part of the building too. I was not too impressed for my first visit.

Decent atmosphere. Decent coffee. With other, higher quality coffee shops coming into the area, I really hope people go to those and stop coming to these national chains. Buy local. Support craft. Just my 2 cents.

Consider yourself a rare rainbow unicorn if you manage to grab a table at this place. I've been here a dozen times it is ALWAYS full of laptop table hogs each killing a 4 top each. I've managed to sit inside once. The patio usually has a few tables free if you like sitting in direct sunlight. The leather easy chairs inside look like they come from a thrift shop, worn out and gross, and the low patio chair cushions outside are worn, flattened and should have been thrown away years ago. Other than that its your typical CBTL.

I don't mind that the workers can wear whatever they want, but it does bother me that they don't wear hats. Specially some of the workers with messy hair style or out of control hair styles. They should wear hair net or something when dealing with people's food. I had to throw away my food after employee gave it to me just cause her hair was hanging down towards my food. No good.

Use to be my favorite location till this morning. I purchase from here multiple times a week with no issue and ALWAYS TIPS but between the attitude of some of the younger female employees to this guy that’s working now- when the guy who’s on register right now is on register- he never has change when I try to order with cash. I don’t have my debit card so I literally couldn’t get coffee because I have cash… You’re telling me that you have been open for hours but don’t have any change? Ridiculous. I’d give no stars if I could.
