Not much of a reviewer but I had to on this one, the service was great, food was great, and the manager was very kind and respectful. The manager even commented on my car and made us both laugh, which was just a plus as well.

I went to Burger King with an expired coupon I didn't know until I placed my order because the nearest burger king is in la Mirada and it's about five miles from where I live it was kind of disappointment to me the cashier kindly suggested that if I wanted she could use her coupon deal which it was a better deal price than the one I had to begin with, her customer service and her kindness was amazing I didn't get her name but thank you so much.

Just like any bk, this restaurant is all nice & clean very well organized so don’t mind those negative reviews, they’re just complainers and miserable with their own lives ✌🏼, always loved their fries including those chicken nuggets/tacos/cheesy tots.

Went to get their famous Whopper and shared a BK 60th birthday by taking their offer of $.37 for the burger! Yummy and who can pass that up?!

Burger king is a excellent choice for friends and families alike. Its not only cheap but also very good. The whopper and chicken sandwiches (both spicy and normal) are very good choices. The chicken nuggets are really good too. Dessert here is no joke. The milkshakes and cookies are good choices. I recommend the cereal milkshakes or the classic strawberry. I definitely recommend that you should come here! :)

Always great deals at BK!! Been going to this location since I was a kid in the 80s. They recently remodeled the outside along with a super clear lit up drive thru menu! Love their deals using the BK app and fantastic $1 Coke Icees. We always frequent some coupons in the mailer too! Excellent price-to-what-you-get ratio from breakfast to nuggets, drinks and burgers!! Hands out beats the competition!! Their breakfast deals have been our go-to recently! Kids now prefer it over the competition! I love their Breakfast burrito jr at reg price too! Keep it up BK!

One of the cleanest Burger King's I've been to! My husband and I stop by here once a month on our monthly outing to La Mirada and running errands. Its quick and easy to order off the app, plus the rewards are great! The employees are always so nice and friendly! The food is always, fresh, hot and made with time, not just slapped together!!! Wow! This is the cleanest Burger King my wife and I have ever been to. The meal was good but we were somewhat surprised at the French fries. They only messed up order once in 30 years and gave me a free shake for it. I gotta say that shake was a pretty good investment for them. I dont usually think of going here first, but when I do, yeah, it works out pretty well.

The lady at the register was cheerful and friendly, the place was quiet (940am), and the food came quick. A pleasant and quick meal.

Every time I've gone in the last 3 months, I've gotten cold, old nasty fries ,and they've forgotten at least one of my items! On the upside, the people that work there are very nice. Welcoming. They just need to check the orders better, and cook fries, to order.

ALEXIS BE MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, DONT IGNORE!! wont come back!! Its eh! You order your food and pay quickly but the waiting is soooo long to get to you.i order in a drive thu but forgot my wallet so i came inside. You would think the food is ready .. Alexis she charged quickly, then she just turn around working like i wasnt there.. without saying oh mam sit down the food will ready in a bit. I was there feeling like a idiot like uhhh ??? Do i ask wheres my food??? I felt dumb but kaij has good customer service, he smiled and said food be out. But alexis needs to be more kinder and KEEP THE CUSTOMERS ALERT ON WHATS GOING ON.

2 whoppers took almost 30 minutes to be ready, and the staff is not very friendly. I don't think I will be returning, I'd rather go to habit grill across the street. They have faster and friendlier service!

I only came here because it's part of my childhood and it's still here. But, also ordered a triple whopper special shown on their app. I honestly forgot to mention the code at the speaker. The cashier had to get supervisor to override who wasn't happy and gave an unpleasant attitude but faced away from me muttering barely audible... and shaming me of course for not mentioning the code and she'll make an exception 'this time.' Ugh, with that reception, I think it'll be a very longtime before I come back here. Oh, btw, the triple whopper was meh. Yeah, didn't take kindly to that supervisor, I would have respected a more direct discussion from her instead of her turning and talking to herself while processing the transaction.

The girl at cash asked for help so she may have been new which I can totally understand. But when we got home our rings were totally burnt. A few may have been fried more than once. And the others may have been forgotten about. And in this picture u see the stem of the iceberg lettuce. That was in the chicken sandwich. Mind u, I ate the whopper and fries but my friend had the sandwich and rings so she was definitely not having it. I talked her out of complaining and I told her I'd leave a review instead. Either way it wasn't a great experience. I'm pregnant so fortunately for me, my food was good. Glad we didn't pay that extra $6 though. Update: I came back 4 days later with my bf. Got the 2 for 12 special. Received everything except my bfs whopper burger. Called the number on the receipt, no answer. Called the 800 number no answer. Definitely not coming back. I'm too tired to drive back. Make sure to take the time and check your order to make sure ur not leaving without your food and prior to ordering ask for specials. I love burger King especially being pregnant it's my go to craving and I can't help it. But I don't know if I can come back here. The last thing I wonna do is walk inside and be THAT customer.

Cannot seem to get order right or overcharged on their specials. I even called and they never call you back

10 minutes waiting to order and there was no one there to help me out. They rather go attend the people on drive thru.

Terrible service drive through took forever

Rudest employees I ever met, not judging on single visit but after 2 visits, first time they messed up my order with beef patty that I don’t eat and denied to replace it rudely and second time when i repeated my order to make sure they don’t mess up they said you gonna get what you order, lol, just like last time? When I asked for 4 sauces for 2 burgers they said I can only give you 2 if you want, seriously that’s how you treat customers.

Nothing like going in there ordering 2 burgers for $30.00 driving over to the park... walk across the park.. bust out the food no ketchup. Totally ruined my lunch. You would think for the $$ you drop there, they would at least throw a few in there.. you guys blow.. Back to The Habit..

Went there last night worse customer service ever. It was around 9:15pm when i arrive and go in ask what time they close dining room as i walk in no welcoming or anything they were to busy gossiping about there personal life. I mean you are suppose to be working. I believe they were in a hurry also to close because felt how they rushed me to order not even a thank you is that all. Never going back. Plus thier phone number is wrong .

Ordered $5.00 meal. Informed it was $6.00. Asked for cheese, no onion on the burger, paid extra for cheese. Got onion, no cheese. Asked for sweet and sour dip for chicken tenders, received no dip. Burger was dry and bland. Very disappointed with today's purchase!

I had the worst service here. After ordering food over the phone, I went to pick up, and someone picked up my food. I asked the manager, but at first, someone said that he couldn't give me my food because he had picked it up, but when I said it was nonsense, only then did the manager try to give you food. Went thru drive thru and employee didn't take my order correctly and when approached the window Manager Blanca was very very rude n disrespectful and when i repeated my correct order i wanted she got an attitude when she gave me my change and asked me to park and she would take my order to me and i didn't not park so i waited for my order in the drive thru so she got mad and slammed window closed until she gave me my order. It was a special order so she took the items out of the bag and showed them to me and thru them back in the bag and handed it to me and once again she slammed the window shut very rudely. She then came to window again and i asked for corporate number and she pointed out to a poster on window where the number was.

Double whopper: Burger patties are very dry and tasteless. Adding their lousy cheese actually makes it taste worse. So, you can have it your way, but none of those ways will be any good. And over $9 bucks for just the burger.

The manager here is rude to every one as well as her even yelling at her own employees. I went in for a whopper jr combo with a doctor pepper. She substituted the drink and don’t even think to tell me. When I confirmed her she say yeah and just walked away. I don’t know her name because I could get a good glance at the name tag but she had a huge mole on her face. Literally all the employees had to apologize for the managers actions and I hope action is taken against the manager.
