Today was Whopper Wednesday for $3.00. My husband likes Burger King Whoppers so we when for lunch. Our food was made to order so it was hot and fresh. The place was nice and clean. The young lady was very nice.

Wow! This is the cleanest Burger King my wife and I have ever been to. The meal was good but we were somewhat surprised at the French fries. We normally like the McDonalds French fries the best but these were pretty good too. They must have changed how they cook them. The manger was very friendly too.

She's the best . 09/24/2021 = 4 Star = add 1 star coz my fries are freshly cook today, will try again soon . 5/22/2021 = 3 Star = I order a lot but our fries are cold or so little warm my kids not happy on it , i change star from 5 to 3 star , hopefully this will not happen again or else they will get 1 star . 5/26/2019 = 5 star = Newly renovated branch , they are smiling when we visit , so far , so good .

Super rude early morning staff and probably doesn’t understand English that good to work here. The female staff kept asking on speaker “I am sorry? I am sorry?” even customer had to yell out loud. No niceness no basic welcome only cranky face then pushed customer to side parking to wait for a few nuggets. And turn around closed the window. Should be 0 star for service.

I love burger King. This location is right by my house too. Their deals are great when given and especially when offered. We purchased a whopper, chicken sandwich, one fry, and one ring. No sodas as usual. If I didn't speak up from the back seat about their deal on the two we bought we would've spent an extra $6. The girl at cash asked for help so she may have been new which I can totally understand. But when we got home our rings were totally burnt. A few may have been fried more than once. And the others may have been forgotten about. And in this picture u see the stem of the iceberg lettuce. That was in the chicken sandwich. Mind u, I ate the whopper and fries but my friend had the sandwich and rings so she was definitely not having it. I talked her out of complaining and I told her I'd leave a review instead. Either way it wasn't a great experience. I'm pregnant so fortunately for me, my food was good. Glad we didn't pay that extra $6 though. Update: I came back 4 days later with my bf. Got the 2 for 12 special. Received everything except my bfs whopper burger. Called the number on the receipt, no answer. Called the 800 number no answer. Definitely not coming back. I'm too tired to drive back. Make sure to take the time and check your order to make sure ur not leaving without your food and prior to ordering ask for specials. I love burger King especially being pregnant it's my go to craving and I can't help it. But I don't know if I can come back here. The last thing I wonna do is walk inside and be THAT customer.

Extremely rude customer service. The man helping us was speaking to us as we were stupid. Management needs to pay attention to who they hire. We complain to the manager and she laughed at us like if we were telling her a joke while the rude worker also laughed in the back:

Ordered the 16 pc nuggets and got 2 bags of 6 instead of 2 bags of 8

The manager here is rude to every one as well as her even yelling at her own employees. I went in for a whopper jr combo with a doctor pepper. She substituted the drink and don’t even think to tell me. When I confirmed her she say yeah and just walked away. I don’t know her name because I could get a good glance at the name tag but she had a huge mole on her face. Literally all the employees had to apologize for the managers actions and I hope action is taken against the manager.

Placed my order from the burger king app, went to pick it up at8:55 pm and the dining room is closed, I even ordered dine in but apparently these employees close when they want to even though the posted hours on the door say dining room open till 10 pm. I knocked on the door and they just looked and me and could not pick up my order from these useless $20.hr employees. Wake up Corporate, this franchise has issues

Joan the guy with tattoos assistant manager. He needs retraining. His attitude sucks. You guys need to hire someone that has less messed up attitude. The food was good. But the assistant manager is no Bueno. I will be going to a different b.k for now on.

Went thru the drive thru with 11 dollars, gave the lady a 10 for 8.76, gave me a receipt with no change. Said as much, lady pointed to the dollar I had already, then manager counted out her register and said it's even. They will steal your change and tell you that you're the liar.

When we asked him if he was so bothered at us walking in before 9 pm his excuse was the young man mopping needs to clock out at 9:30 pm. What does the young man mopping clocking out at 9:30pm have anything to do with the way you stare down a family of 4 with kids trying to order some food !? I had never had a bad dining experience at this location but this was definitely a bummer! News flash If you don’t like your job then don’t show up and if you don’t want anyone to walk in during dining hours then lock the door. Do not make paying customers mainly children feel uncomfortable at the way you stare at them for walking in to the job that pays your bills. Learn customer service and change your demeanor Mr. Marko!
