The crab raguns are always yummy and so are the spring rolls or the Chicken Egg Rolls and all of the people that work there that I have come in contact with have always been super nice, super helpful and are always smiling and happy to take care of you. Save yourself and go to the one in the mall China Max they don't disappoint! Or the buffet down the road. Skip this place they don't do as they say. Also the outside seating got taken up so inside only, can't bring your fur family.

Food is as expected. I had teriyaki chicken over mixed vegetables. The service was prompt and spot on. I’d give it another go!

Little man liked his orange chicken, have to add the soy sauce though. Serving sizes for the single meat was pretty weak for the price. I could double the size at the Chinese place in the mall for the same price, which is probably what we'll do next time. Overall, it's good.

Love going here! The food is good and served up quickly. Service can be a little unpleasant at times (they're stingy with some food items like the honey walnut shrimp). Overall, for a fast food Chinese restaurant, it's good.

Fast service. Everything was good except one of my dishes was a over cooked and over flavored almost to make up for it. It's the Mongolian beef and something I get at all panda expresses. Other than that the food is good and standard. Friendly service

Kung Pao Chicken and Beef and Broccoli are always good... Ordered a family meal and 5 egg rolls. Check your food because they forgot the egg rolls but remedied the situation when I pulled back through the drive through.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this location so my expectations were pretty low. 1. Wanted vegetarian option.. but only rice or noodles or noodles are veggie. Everything else has meat. Argh. 2. Next choice, Kung Pao chicken. Ran out. Ugh. 3. Next choice, Black Pepper Angus. THEY HAVE IT! Black Pepper Angus and Fried Rice: Spicy and tender and delicious!!! Really good! The rice was tender and not dry at all. Very happy with dinner! Whew!!

I have been here a few times and every time is been a poor experience. Panda is my absolute favorite resteraunt and this one makes me sad. I walked in today and all the food was in the bottom of the trays. No new food was being cooked. After a 15 min wait we finally got our food. The rest was cold after sitting out and the fresh chicken was overcooked. So disappointing being this is my favorite place. Wasnt offered anything for my wait and the servings were small. And this was the manager working the line. Sad. Thank you I'm upgrading my review to a 3 from a 1. Still have continued to go since this is my favorite place. Not always pleased with the food but it's getting better. Or maybe more tolerable but I really like the cute Asian girl working there. Always has a smile for us and very people friendly. Wish I knew her name. Hopefully I can upgrade my review later on

Service was ok.The girls offered us samples and the proportions were great! The only downside was that the drinks had no flavor. I thought it was me so I went to change my drink. But nope after 4 times switching drinks they all tasted watered down :(

Went in for the first time. I got a sample of the mushroom chicken that there was maybe 3 little pieces left at the time i walked in. I loved it. The young guy who was cashier was very nice and helpful. I ordered the mushroom chicken. He told a worker to make some more.. well i got a fresh batch of half cooked, rubbery chicken. A dry egg roll with bunch of hard pieces in it. The sweet and sour sauce taste like Hawaiian punch syrup. My husbands orange chicken was good tho.

Always enjoy the food when they have it. It seems like a common thread with Panda Express is that they are always out of food. On my last visit they were out of five items. Like I was saying seems like a common thing is to be out of food, and this time they didn't offer a wait time to prepare missing food items.

First time to ever go to Panda Express, was excited for a change to the many burger joints in the area. I ordered Walnut Shrimp with Mixed veggies. The food was OK, flavor was nice. I wish that the veggies didn't live in a pool of water at the bottom of the bowl. Also, the value wasn't there. I paid around $10 for a small bowl of mostly veggies and about a handful of shrimp and a drink.... Rice is cheap serve it with all of your Entrees......Compared to Pei Wei honey shrimp, I've had better. Feeling let down :(

I walked in and was amazed at the presentation! They had flames coming from the wok and we hustling and bustling! I saw the fridge full of freshly diced and chopped veggies. I was excited! The front steamtable was clean and full of food! It looked fresh! The chow mein was mounded high and was steaming! The inner foodie in me got way too much food. I got 3 entrees with a side of fried rice, a side of chow mein, 2 egg rolls, and a couple of cheese wonton. I brought it home, turned on Netflix to watch some TV, and set out the spread. My first bite was of the chow mein (a weakness of mine) I can imagine the face my wife saw when I took my first bit. It's nasty. The texture is gross, the flavor is bland, and was just overall unappealing. The rest of the food was the same story. I don't recommend it and I won't go again. The service was great and the cashier was extremely friendly and accommodating (offered me sauces and extra fortune cookies).

Spend your money elsewhere, they don't care beyond making a buck at your potential expense.

I work in Freeport but live in Houston. I decided to stop for lunch before heading home and was highly disappointed. I eat Panda Express at least twice a month. I ordered a plate with lo mein and fried rice. The lo mein was hard and tough to chew. I also had the angus beef which was dry and had no flavor. I asked to change my order for fresh food and even asked to change my entire entrée which they did. I asked for Orange chicken and was served broccoli beef instead. Seems like they couldn’t get my order right. I finally gave up sat down and tried to eat what I was served even though it wasn’t what I asked for. The food taste overall had no flavor and has ruined my Panda Express experience.

Cold food - no fortune cookie! I’ve lived in Chicago and Winter Haven Florida AND Richmond, Tx and loved their food BUT THIS WAS DOG! The cold Rangoon and cold rices only acceptable and not great! My $$ should be refunded!

A staffer whom I presume to have been the manager from his attire was working the serving line when I stopped in for lunch on 14th September 2023. I should've gotten the meal for half price as I was served about half the food that I would normally get at a Panda Express. I went back to work still hungry. Zero stars for poor service. Edit -- Originally this review was a generous three stars, but I dropped it to one star as I found myself needing to go purchase a second lunch elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!! Did an online order just after 6:00pm and set the pick up time for 7:30pm since we live over half hour away. When we arrived at 7:30 we were told they only have “ whatever is left over” the kitchen closed at 6:00 apparently. Nobody ever notified us the order would not be fulfilled. Now I’m sitting here with my whole family hungry and it’s fairly late to start dinner plans. The charge is still pending on our bank account we will see if they still charge us for the food they would not fix us. I have seen some bad customer service in my time but this takes the cake!! I recommend that nobody order from Panda Express, they may or may not have your order when you get there. UPDATE: We checked our account and they did charge our card for the food they would not fix us and they are not answering their phones. We will be filing a fraud claim on that charge with our bank.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS AND RUDE EMPLOYEES if I could give zero stars I would! Half of my kid’s meal was missing as and we immediately call the store as soon as we got home and realized the order was incomplete but nobody answered the phone. We tried calling at least 6 times until someone named Mark Anthony picked up. We explained that we were missing half of the order on my kid’s meal when he rudely interrupted saying to “come back to the store to get the rest”. We do not live close to the store and explained that we would prefer to have a credit for that order. Mr. Mark said he couldn’t do that and refused to let us speak to a manager about the situation and hang up on us. We are extremely disappointed at the service received from this store and their employee and more likely won’t bring our business to this location ever again.

The “Sweet” tea is NOT sweet at all! Literally NO SUGAR. The rice is sooo bland & dry. The workers look miserable. They have definitely gotten worse over the years. There used to be so many smiles & great costumer service about 2 years ago. Also just because its called broccoli beef, doesn’t mean you put more broccoli than beef! If the restaurant is too broke to meet demand then they should definitely close this location. Please replace these workers also, just so rude. I also found a blonde hair in my food, but i didn’t want to get back in that slow line so i threw it away.

This used to be a good Panda, not anymore. They only have a few items on the menu now and the food is always VERY old, been sitting forever. I walked out last time I went after seeing what was sitting in the trays. I feel sorry for drive through customers that can't see how old the food is that they are ordering. This is a horribly managed panda, they need to just shut their doors.

It seems like Any time we have ever gone to the Lake Jackson location, it’s almost never good. The food we got today was far from fresh. Hardly any sauce on the chicken and the rice was not even fried. 🤦🏼‍♀️ hardly any flavor whatsoever. We will most likely start taking out business elsewhere. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This was my first time there, the lady gave me a menu and explained the different options. I waited 10 minutes after paying for my food with barely anyone there. I get to work, and this isn’t even what I ordered. I don’t even know what this is or even if I am allergic to anything in it. Welp no lunch for me. Absolutely annoyed and won’t go back. Going to the mall from now on.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining Here, and I must say that it left a lot to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I encountered a staff that was consistently rude and disrespectful, making my dining experience extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, the food served at Here was disappointingly cold. It seemed as though no effort was made to ensure that the dishes were served at an appropriate temperature. The cold food greatly affected the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and dissatisfied. Moreover, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of the food at this branch of Here was nowhere near as good as what I've experienced at other locations. The lack of consistency is truly disappointing, as one would expect the same level of quality and flavor across all branches of a restaurant chain. In light of my experience, I would strongly advise against wasting your money Here. Instead, I recommend exploring the other dining options available in the nearby mall. This location has gone downhill fast. Everyone knows Panda is not the best Chinese food, but it gets the job done when done well. In the past year, every visit has resulted in soggy disgusting proteins and hard, undercooked rice. It used to be consistently decent before a year or so ago. After my last 3 experiences, I don’t think I’ll be back
