I pd $7.77 for a monster,a plain cake donut,and donut holes(stale).

When there is not customer, they were cleaning inside store or bathroom. They never stop working!! Tables were cleaned and two ladies were nice and welcomed us. Donuts are good, but the kolaches are super dry from this location.

We go get donuts at 7:30am, cause my son wants donuts b4 school. Very slow service, donuts or donut holes are usually cold unless you ask for hot then they give you slightly warm/cold donuts never hot.

I really hope they dont serve leftovers from day before. I have been a few times early in the morning and the ham and cheese kolache seems to already be old. Hard bread ends and cheese is already coagulated.

Prices are to high donuts taste like they are from the day before they have a stale taste I won't go back

The door to enter needed to be repaired as it was a very dangerous operating door A person could very easily be injured with this malfunction entry door.

Do not believe the reviews. The service is okay, but the only way your getting fresh dough nuts is if you ask for them and even then you may still end up with cold and stale dough nuts.

The gentleman behind the counter wasn’t very hospitable, and the below image is what they consider “filled”. I purchased over a dozen giant donuts holes. Worst Shipleys location I’ve ever been to. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Kolache’s very dry, I was mostly upset with the service the lady was very rude and demanding.

Got plain cake donuts and they gave me the buttermilk cake donuts instead. So gross. And I was not impressed with their glazed donuts either. Just super disappointed with the donuts here.

Terrible donuts and sandwiches. My donuts were nearly as cold and hard as a brick and the flavour was atrocious. I would not recommend to anyone that has a choice.

I asked the cashier when they were made. She said this morning. They are also hard. This is a waste of money, learned my lesson. Never again! Coffee was good!
