Opiniones de Subway Lakeside
This subway was pretty good. Great service
The staff was courteous and the food was fresh. We went right at lunchtime but the wait wasn't long at all. This was inside Johns Hopkins Hospital. It was very clean.
My New Southwest Chicken Club was EVERYTHING & I do mean EVERYTHING. The taste was scrumptious. Oh, this was my 1st time trying this particular sandwich. My son ordered the Turkey, Bacon & Guacamole. It looked delicious, it smelled delicious & my son said it was DEVINE. Subway you got it right today. No pic bc it's GONE!
My wife spent 4 days in the hospital, but this place was always open to feed me, even at 2 AM. The Boss sub with meatballs and pepperoni is my go-to in those situations.
Have been coming here for subs, wraps, & salads throughout the past 14 years of being a patient at various JH doctors/centers. The food & customer service skills are always good.
Sweetest people working at this Subway! Never had any issues going here for a year. They can be slow if you go during their busiest times, but duh.

Stingy on online orders
First, let me say I am not a Subway fan. Never have been. I decided to get a chicken Caesar salad. Hate the process of having to tell them exactly how to built it. However, the ingredients were fresh, and the amount of rotisserie chicken that was put in it was a lot for the price. :) The chicken was excellent, the veggies were excellent, and they took care of us quickly for as busy as they were.
I love their breads if i could buy it without the meats i would but u might find 1 or 2 that will sell u just the bread but by the loaf only, u have to call around to find out which 1 would sell it to u, most of Subway's have foreigners working there n sometimes i can't understand them n they don't understand me tho, lol
Overall subway not a GREAT fastfood but I expect subway inside the hospital be way better. However even the cafeteria not the best so let me stop complaining...
Cashier use my points for my meal instead of scanning for points.. don’t listen about 8 people and unorganized
Subway eat fresh bread was hard as hell... Service was slow the young lady wasn't listening to me as she was making my sandwich she put some type of salad dressing and thought it was funny that she had to start all over making my sandwich... The pizza shouldn't even be on here they don't even sell pizza anymore and that's what I really wanted was the pizza
The place is good because it's inside the hospital and because it's 1 am and they were still open. The taste of the sandwich was among the worst in Subway somehow. But hey, it's 1am and everyone is tired.
It's a subway, what do you say? I'm always at John's Hopkins Hospital and its open 24hrs. The staff is nice & friendly and can't ever go wrong with a sandwich (beats the hospital food any day)
It should say that it's inside the hospital. I was happy they let me in but if I had know I would have went to a different one.
It's nice to have access to a subway which is open 24 hours (supposedly) as someone who is stuck in the hospital with thier significant other and can't really leave. For lunch and dinner thier subs are the standard subway quality but was nice to have access to thier roasted garlic aoli which my local branches have stoped offering months ago. The good: 24 hour (unconfirmed) Typical subway quality Cleaner then majority of locations Access while in John Hopkins Hospital The bad: Twice tried and no egg available in am Coffee unmade in the am Soda machine was out of syrup for moat Ordered a sub/drink online and walked with a completely different sub and no drink.. $17 for a $7 sub. Seating is very limited as they share with four other locations.

I went there several times while I was staying with someone in the hospital. Food was always great. My only issue was one night, close to close while they had no customers, an employee had all the pans out and was cleaning. Being in the service industry, we asked if they were getting ready to close so as not to be too much of an inconvenience. They said they were. Thirty minutes later when we were done eating, and walked by, they were helping customers. I suppose it could have been a miscommunication, but you'd think they would be accommodating no matter what.

Disappointed the bread was rock hard. I only went from the cafeteria to the 9th floor set down to eat and the bread was to hard to bite. I am sure when they were moving it along they realized that also. Some of the preparers dont listen because they are so eager to get to the next person. I have never experienced this at any other subway not even in another state. Very disappointed probably will not patronize them again. Customer service is very important to me.
This place is a no they will make multiple sandwiches without changing their gloves touch the toaster handle without changing their gloves and if you ask them to change their glove they will honestly look at you as if what's the issue they will even then try to explain why they shouldn't have to change their gloves for this to be a John Hopkins establishment it has poor standards and upkeep
Walked in to order something. All three employees were sitting at tables. Employee said not open…the system is down. I proceeded to ask what their bosses name was. Didn’t give me the bosses name. Then employee tells me to come back in 10 mins. So which is it? You closed? The system down? System is down several times a week, every week! Meat balls are always cold and burnt. This is the only place that Hopkins employees have to eat in the hospital on night shift. Think it’s time to change and get another vendor with better customer service and a system that works!! 👎👎
Not only was their card machine down, which the guy seemed nonchalant about, but I guess the guy was tired (or spaced out) because it took way too long to acknowledge me as a customer, I told him what I wanted 3 times and he still chose the wrong cheese. Using the calculator to calculate my change (since the registers were down) seemed extra challenging for him, and I dare not ask for a receipt, which I always get to track my spending.

Staff here is pretty dumb. I literally was standing there for 10 minutes and no one could even say anything.
Rude sandwich makers, and they forget to put in cookies or chips that you paid for. Soda selection is horrible; no selection. Worst Subway on the planet.
Will not tell you that they run out of the addons you paid for. Refund? Yeah you wish. Agree that it’s the worst subway on the planet
The turkey club gave me severe food poisoning. Bleeding internally.
If I can give this place zero stars oh I would I recently went to subway to be specific it was yesterday I ordered a pizza with chicken and bacon and a footlong pretzel I thought I was just getting a meal not know I was going to leave out that morning with food poisoning their customer service is horrible I would not recommend
If you try and use the bogo footlong deal on the app they say payment method failed I tried 3 differnt cards called them all they all are saying they are not even trying to be charged bet if I removed the deal it go right threw never going back again now they just don't want to honor the deal
They are really rude. They give off an attitude, like they don't want to be bothered. They don't even say hi, or show any courtesy. One guy was on his phone while I was paying for my food, he never looked up. This is a really bad look for John Hopkins.
Bought my son and his girlfriend subway realized our drinks had powder blue substance in them not sure what that is about. Also one sub had enough meat on it for a whole other sandwich and your employee left it in the toaster for way too long and my sandwich was burnt and my bread was cut completely in 2. It was no longer a sub roll.. we were NOT impressed
This subway is by far the worse one I've ever been to. The bread is always stale. So if you don't get your bread toasted u won't know the difference, however I don't get mine toasted so YES I know fresh bread. If you're lucky the lettuce maybe be somewhat brown but not all the way brown and they don't seen to care....JUST NASTY. As many customers Im sure they get during the course of 24 hr u would've thought they will be so much better and be on their A game....NOPE not even close. Definitely a different respect for the other subways I've been in.
Going to this subway makes you appreciate every other subway chain. Service is by far the worst among any subway I’ve visited. Subs are tossed around and handled poorly in a rush. They rarely use a knife to neatly fold your sub so it’s always falling apart. The tomatoes are usually green or mushy. This trend has gone on for the 7 years I’ve worked at the hospital. Getting subway at any other location is gourmet compared to this location. They also don’t participate in subway’s customer appreciation month as I was told it wasn’t profitable for them. .. they need some serious help. I’ve gotten so tired of it I had to write a review
Worst experience at this location! I guess the owners prioritize profits over service. Highly disappointed. Had to throw out my sandwich in front of them.
Horrible service!! They are so rude , rush people to order , they don’t even let the customer stay 6 feet before they call the next customer, food is always mixed up (what about people who are allergic ) , no common curtesy, lack of communication just horrible !
Horrible service, dirty, no change, worker pocketed my money, no avacado, no bread, no meat on sandwich, lets people pay with foodstamps... one worker sat on her ass in the back while the ghetto boy did not wear gloves and put dropped meat on peoples food... no drinks no chips.. over charged the 6$ footlong special and charged me 14$ for it
I received very poor service, the staff was not friendly. My food was prepared with attitude... Sandwich did taste good. A Disappointed customer...😣
Please don't eat here. Found hair in my food. Took it back and basically was told that they weren't going to do anything about it. Place should be shut down

If you work here do not even bother coming here for your lunch, and yes even when you order in the app they take your whole lunch!! They are so slow and don’t bother to move things along. One guy stands at the register and never helps and one person handling in person orders and mobile orders! It’s so ridiculous!!! Then have the nerve to have an attitude!!!!
Wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. They constantly make you repeat yourself 5-6 times when selecting your bread, sandwich, and ingredients. I do not know if they are not paying attention but somehow even after asking 5-6 times they still get it wrong and you have to tell them. They do not speak English well enough to understand your order. I once asked for Vinagrette and was met with a dazed look from the employee as she pointed to every sauce imaginable except the one I wanted. They have never said hello or thank you even once. Often times you have to wait for a two minute conversation to be completed amongst the coworkers before being served. They have meat all through the cheese (from spilling it everywhere) so if you are a vegetarian who still eats dairy, pass on any of the cheese. Then they have the nerve to start asking for tips!!!! I WOULD NOT recommend eating here unless you have no other choice.
Awful experience. One of the employees had long braids and it wasn't tied back so when she leaned forward her braids fell into my sandwhich. Gross! Hair carries bacteria. The staff got irritated when I asked for a different sandwich and basically slapped my wrap together. It completely fell apart when I tried to eat it. Horrible customer service. I will not be back
Horrible customer experience. And little food for the cost. Will spare you the details but would avoid this location and Subway altogether.
This subway is just nasty and unprofessional and they never take credit card after a certain time when these particular employees are present which makes me think they're stealing money
They charged $2.09 for a cup of ice and the entire hospital has ice machine on every floor different location in it's for free then I ask for a little bit spinach they'll have to charge me for that but I can't charge them for not having a box top for my nacho instead they put it in a sandwich bag and no napkins mad because I wanted the pepeso in the back not the first one. Cause the first one never get cold cause the door keep opening and closing
Horrible and despicable. The. staff and the manager are heartless, rude, unprofessional . They make scant accommodation for the cliental they serve. Patients, family, and people in precarious situations. Even a Courtesy cup is denied to open heart cardiac patient(s). And look to see how they handle issues of cleanliness . The worst of the worst.
Ridiculous! Can’t even do an order right. How hard is it to pay attention to the orders? If they all say to be toasted with the CORRECT ingredients, then DO IT!! Is their evening shift really so lazy?! If there are dietary restrictions and they act this lazy, then someone will end up in the hospital and the restaurant will face a serious lawsuit. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Told them my name on my order and proceeded to hand me 3 orders that didn’t have my name on it. Paid for an item that was discontinued but was still forced to pay and wait for a refund. Will never be coming here again. Very sad
They advertise 6.99 promo “Any foot long” then when you get to the register, they charge you $12 and tell you you can only order what’s on special that day. Either these people are incompetent or fraudsters! Then the lettuce is not fresh
I got food poisoning from eating here.. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order here. I ordered a 6 inch sweet onion teriyaki sub at around 8 pm. The next morning at 4 am I had food poisoning. It’s 2 days later and I’m still dealing with the violent GI symptoms. Even if this is your only option in the hospital DO NOT TAKE THE RISK! Use DoorDash or UberEats or some sort of outside food delivery service. Hopkins really needs to look into this place or even the Department of Health since I’ve seen other reviews reporting adverse effects like I experienced.
Tomatoes in my sandwich were rotten. I don’t understand how the woman picked it up and put them in my sandwich because they were totally paste consistency. My wrap was stale and fell apart when she wrapped it, then they had the nerve to ask for a tip at the register.
Patient tray did not arrive from hospital so forced to get food from here. Shortly thereafter patient began to violently be ill and was unable to receive needed radiation today. DO NOT BUY FOOD FOR PATIENTS FROM THIS PLACE. I AM HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS OF THE SANITATION STANDARDS THAT WOULD CAUSE A PATIENT TO BE VIOLENTLY ILL. if you're immunocompromised you might be willing to take the risk.
Staff is rude and unorganized. Several times I have ordered online while working overnight. Either they make my food sloppily, or decide to cancel my order 10-15 mins before pickup and say they’re cash only.
