It was quick! The girl had the team working good together, It only took me about two minutes to get my coffee. In-N-Out!
i came in today around close and the guy who was working was super nice to me :) he answered my questions and made my order super fast. i’ll be coming back to this location!
I’m sure they have seen my name (if they read this) but I always order from DoorDash. My order isn’t always correct, which can be frustrating but.. if they run out of stuff, they run out. As of recently, they’ve been doing an amazing job contacting me if something is out/making my order delicious. Today was a bad day for me, so seeing that they gave me two donuts instead of one makes me feel unbelievably happy. Thank you guys, keep working hard if you see this.
I love Ana and her team, she's done a great job with her new team because i been coming here for a long time now back before they got the new look and they were a lot slower and stuff but now they have gotten better because the team is better and its just going faster and i can tell they do better than before
Just went through the Duncan drive thru and Jeffery was so patient while taking our order. We don’t often get coffee at Duncan Donuts, so we had several questions. It’s so nice and welcoming to come across people who are kind and patient. We’ll be back! ps the dairy free coconut milk lattes are amazing!
great employees all were super duper sweet. super slow, but thats because there was a free coffee coupon that they were not prepared for. as a store manager, it is AWFUL how unprepared these poor employees were set up. this management needs to do better. i hope those sweet girls on shift can find better jobs.
I only visit the 24 hour locations because they are the best locations others often lacking key ingredients to make simple items on the menu like milk and Crescent buns ect. Language barrier prevent me from getting what I order.
I came here on 12/1 and someone forgot our donut and the sweet person with the cute blue hair at the window gave us our donut when we came back around and gave us extra + apologized!!! Super sweet, very good costumer service! And our drinks were fantastic. Shout out!
I love this location! The crew seems to enjoy each other, they work well together, and they are always welcoming and friendly. That’s refreshing in 2025! The decor changes frequently and is always upbeat and festive…The Independence Day donuts and balloons for pride were fun! My favorite things are the coffee of course, second only to Tim Horton’s or a nice pour over, and the Bagels! The bagels are my favorite from anywhere! I really appreciate that they have stevia packets, a nontoxic, naturally low calorie sweetener. Keep up the good work!
Quick, Convenient, and Delicious! I'm always impressed with the speed and efficiency of my local Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru. Even during the morning rush, the line moves quickly, and the staff is always friendly and upbeat. They get my order right every time, which is a huge plus! Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee and donut for myself or a box of Munchkins for the office, Dunkin's drive-thru is my go-to. The convenience factor is unbeatable, and the consistently good coffee and fresh donuts make it a perfect way to start my day (or get an afternoon pick-me-up!). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty and hassle-free treat!
I came in on a busy Saturday morning, and workers were clearly working hard and moving as fast as they could. I was pleased with my wait time and my ordering experience. The only thing I wasn't happy with is how the management was treating the workers, yelling, clapping, and snapping fingers at workers is never acceptable. It was uncomfortable for me to watch as a customer, and infuriating for me to watch as a retail worker myself. I understand during a rush tensions may be high, but there is no excuse for treating your workers that way, management must do better.
I ordered over the counter/inside and wanted to order two large Dunkin Midnight blend coffees. They did not have Dunkin Midnight blend brewed, but they were nice enough to brew a new batch of Dunkin Midnight for me....such a distinct taste to the Original blend. Staff was nice....ordered two breakfast sandwiches as well.
Convenient, clean, nice people working. Variety of doughnuts was a bit sparse, but it was late afternoon.
Good if you’re in a pinch. They’ve gotten my order wrong several times and the bagels aren’t very fresh. You can see them preparing the food and the sanitary glove etiquette has much to be desired (they wear gloves, but touch non-food and food items with the same gloves on.) But it’s a nice breakfast for a busy morning, and the drive thru is a winning convenience!
Service was very polite but really slow. The iced coffee with sweet cold foam came out with chocolate foam because they ran out (and didn't ask if it was ok to substitute until they were handing it out the window). The biscuit bites are very small and more bread stick dough than biscuit. The dogs loved them.
This store is a love hate spot for me. service is usually really slow and have to repeat myself multiple times just to make an order. With that said I love the coffee and foods. Always tasty. I go this time of year specifically for the maple bacon croissant which is amazing wish they had it year round. Step up service and that would make this place amazing.
Coffee was decent but hashbrowns tasted like day old oil. My stomach instantly became nauseated.
I don't know why but it never fails when u go to the Dunkin donuts by frandor that your order is ALWAYS wrong. This time I asked for the pancake sandwich with no cheese. Even said so on the receipt. Half way home we saw cheese on it and went back. Told the cashier and I was.pokiye about it. She walked to the end and said,"this guy came all the way back cause there's cheese on this." .............. I still remained calm and walked to the end of the other two workers and just politely said I didn't wanna take any more pain meds for ingesting dairy products. Those two were ok about it. I don't ever go here, was with someone actually. Also I never see the same employees here clearly a huge turnover. Always younger kids too. Quality is poor at best and orders are always wrong. Not worth it.
PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FOOD AND DRINKS THROUGH WALK-IN OR DINE-IN IN THIS STORE! This Dunkin store has always been very slow and understaffed, especially for those who do not order through drive-through. Since the employees need to prioritize drive-through orders (I assume), my walk-in or dine-in orders have always ended up being extremely long waits. Today I ordered a medium hot latte over the counter, and it took more than 40 minutes for that cup of coffee to be ready. I understand that labor shortage is a real challenge these days, but I think the employees could surely better improve their coordination and efficiency. I have noticed that many other customers experienced similar long waits in this location during my past couple of visits. I would suggest the management here take this issue seriously and really up their game. Another sign of employees being hastily and insufficiently trained: they did not know how to put money on a gift card. I had to give up buying a Dunkin gift card from this location. A noteworthy pro: this store's sanitary condition seems to get better than before.
Waited in drive through for 10 minutes and no movement, so decided to go inside. Only two employees working. Dude at least said he’d be with me in a minute. Store was filthy - I scanned the counters and cases where the donuts are kept - crumbs and misc debris all over. Observed multiple fruit flies buzzing around the donuts. Will not return.
This place has consistently poor customer service. The staffer did his very best to not say a single word to me as I ordered at the counter. When given the wrong item another staffer said “that is all we have” and made zero attempt at an apology or correction. Some people are not built for customer service and should probably not be in that position. Boss, hire or train people to be people centered if you want them to come back.
Not sure if your employees are working too fast or just didn’t have the items I asked for. A double chocolate donut has frosting not glaze. I received my free iced original coffee (that I didn’t really want) but not my Pepsi. My fault for thinking my favorite chain wouldn’t be so incompetent. I guess it’s just the location. You also forgot my extra egg on the sausage sandwich
I am highly disappointed with this location. Every time that I go they are out of a key menu item. First they’re out of bread, then they’re out of eggs, then they’re out of cups. Cups! I am absolutely disgusted with this establishment and it’s workers. Not only do they not care about the customer, they don’t even care about themselves. This Dunkin’ is disgraceful! UPDATE AS OF 7/30/23 - this place rules! My girl Bentley hooked it up with a blueberry muffin. Super kind staff and great service!
I gave this a 1 star, cuz i went there today and the server was horrible, they gave me the wrong order and didn’t even give me my drink and the food took so long for like 10 minutes to arrive and everything is so expensive unlike the other dunkin’s.
I wish I could rate them at a zero or below. Had a horrible experience. Went inside to get a free coffee for free coffee Wednesdays. There were four employees present, two of them sharing a doughnut, and continued to eat in front of me. Eventually someone came to take my order, and the free coffee coupon didn't work and he just starred at me. Then offered to make it free. It was a terrible coffee, the two of them that were eating made coffee afterword and helped customers without washing their hands. The employee making food scratched his back with his glove on and continued to make food. And they forgot my friend's food completely. Extremely unprofessional and gross!
I ordered my food which wasn't prepared by the time I got to the window so I was able to see my food as well as others prepared. The cashier took my money with gloves on might I add and then proceeded to make my food and other meals with the same gloves on (without utensils). She was using her gloved hands to pick-up each item and prepare the sandwiches. I brought it to her attention and requested her to remake my meal with different gloves or give me a refund. The cashier immediately told the manager that I wanted a refund. She didn't offer to change the gloves to remake the order. The manager came and nicely gave me my money back. I wouldn't recommend due to unsanitary environment.
I purposefully arranged our hotel stay to be next to a Dunkin Donuts because of the convenience. This was the worst location ever. First of all, they are slow as hell. They have no pep in their step. They are on their phones, sipping on their coffee or chitchatting about how customers are complaining. There was literally only one girl making everything, the other was at the drive thru computer and the other one kept disappearing. I walked in 10 minutes after I placed a mobile order and waited for 20 minutes only to be told their food station was closed and could only make our drinks. They had locked the front door so people were knocking and banging on the door to come in. An associate started arguing with a customer waiting for his order and told him his food will get done when she feels like it. She later yells at him and tells him he doesn’t work in customer service? And then she shouts that she’s going to put in her two weeks. This was a whole experience at 10:00am. Biggby Coffee across the street is getting everyone’s business because of this Dunkin’.
A group of us were staying in the hotel next door so we put in an online order or 3 to be exact. When we went to pick it up they were in able to make any of the food items. Did not want to refund us, but give us donuts instead. Who wants $35 worth of extra donuts? We really wanted our breakfast sandwiches or a refund. We ended up w neither one. Nicole told us “I spent enough time on this order”. When getting back to the hotel we had 3 beverages which all tasted “not right” to be nice. Not sure what was done to them, but did not consume much. Got ahold of corporate, who knows if anything will be done but we will never/nor our sports teams visit that location ever again.
Worst Dunkin ever i visited, i ordered Hot pumpkin spice latte. they gave it in lukewarm when i complained they made another which is worse than first. then they made third one which is even worse. Also people working there comments on the back and laughs at customers. I ordered 1 hash browns but they charged me for 2.when i informed about that, rep was looking at me like i made a mistake. she didn't even tried to fix .
literally have been here 7 times and each time there was a mistake/issue with ordering/my order. The ovens are always down or something of that nature. the employees don't know how to give refunds (they still owe me $8 which is annoying). several times when i've ordered cold brew, they've given me iced coffee, so i'm paying more for what they're giving me. they also always are out of stock of things, no matter what time of day i come. I should've stopped coming here after maybe the 2nd or 3rd time, bc i always like to give multiple chances before i form an opinion of a place... but i kept coming back bc its the closest coffee place to me & i don't always have time to drive elsewhere. honestly, i'd rather skip coffee for a day than come back to this location- even knowing that i'd get a migraine from caffeine withdrawals.
Worst Dunkin in Michigan! I get a cold brew with chocolate every day! I drove through and got one and it was never stirred. I came back in and mentioned it. The girl was very rude and started telling me off . She worked there 3 years and never had a complaint .( Although the Google reviews say different! ) Instead of just replacing my drink. She continued to explain how you can't mix the chocolate because it's to thick! This was after I tipped 25% on my order. I order one from Okemos store and it's always stirred. The girl told me to go to Okemos next time! If upper management wants to know why they have a 3 star rating on Google. I'd start with the attitude of the people running the store!
My sister and I went to the Dunkin’ on Saginaw street in East Lansing and we had a less than appealing experience. The coffee was decent but the breakfast sandwiches tasted like they had been heated up in the microwave and were previously freezer burnt. We called to complain and the woman on the phone couldn’t have cared less about the sandwich’s even after we told her they tasted funny. I used to come here all the time for coffee and might take my business elsewhere after this experience. If you come here only get the coffee! The breakfast sandwiches are complete trash and could possibly give you food poisoning!
Food was underwhelming. Specifically asked for strawberry cream cheese on a cinnamon bagel, instead I received a cold cinnamon bagel SMOTHERD in regular cream cheese. The hash brown tasted of old oil, and the stuffed croissant was most disappointing of all I would not recommend. The only high light of my past visits could have been the bagel bites but I guess that's just lost in the wind. Today you guys have lost a valued customer. Please clean your kitchen. It shows in taste.
This is my second time coming through the drive thru and the workers are laughing over the intercom taking over 15 minutes to get an iced coffee and being rude. They are also constantly out of everything
The worst Dunkin Donuts on the planet. The staff is abysmal - rude, slow and just plain awful. The doors are regularly locked, during business hours, because it’s easier to manage the drive thru only. Drive out of the way to visit another Dunkin location. Seriously.
Id drive the 10 extra minutes to the other dunkin locations in town before coming back to this one. Always so slow. I place mobile orders, timed for 20-30 mins out. It's never ready. Wait time is always over 10 minutes for drive through and counter service. Just go elsewhere, its more frustrating than it's worth.
Last week I stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes before someone came to ask my order! Today I stood there for 6 and when I asked if they didn’t have front counter help they said there is only 3 of them and they have to do drive through first! I think it’s time to put a sign on the door that states drive through only if that’s the case every day!
By far the worst Dunkin I’ve been too. Staff is so rude and they always mess up the order. Went through the drive through I got a cold brew with churro syrup and cold foam with a latte and they messed up my cold brew and then argued about it. EMMA had a terrible attitude from the second she started taking my order. Then when she came to the window she gave me a dirty look and kept snatching things. I’ve worked at biggby as a barista so I’m definitely not new to customer service. When you work in customer service though you put on a front. You are supposed to be serving people. If you don’t like your job simply find another one not take it out on paying customers.
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY TIME. Customer service is awful. The employees are fake, and not kind. Apparently they can't manage two orders in one car. Also, my avocado toast was burnt to a crisp. Hash browns are soggy, and the coffee tastes likes dirt water. Think twice before you enter this drive thru. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. The girl worker has the worst attitude ever. She made my drink wrong. After I said something, she slammed my drink and made it wrong again. I am extremely disappointed. my husband went to dunkin last week. He gave the manger Ann a $100 bill and she told him that she has to go to the back to bring him change. When he left he realized that there was a FAKE 20 in the change she gave. He went back there to say something and she kept refusing saying she double checks the money. SHE DID NOT DOUBLE CHECK because there was a fake 20. She said that she will give us a call and never did. Always check the money they give you back so it’s not fake. I’m completely disgusted in the lying behavior ANN HAS. unprofessional and a big liar.
Employee needs to be trained, had no idea what an Almond spice coffee was after informing the espresso machine wasn't working so was hoping for something made with the already made coffee then tried to order a mocha which would be simple enough and made it iced because he couldn't use the hot coffee that was already made because the espresso machine was broken? Also was supposed to get a large hot coffee and got a small with the rest of the order...
Would give less than 1 star if I could, consistently one of if not the worst locations in the Lansing area, unable to make drinks correctly, staff is rude, they are consistently out of supplies like espresso. I’ve spoken to the District Manager about this all a couple months ago and there was no change at all. Avoid this location
I'm so sick of this place.. it's Convenient because I uber eats and doordash alot in the area.. the last four times I went it was horrible the bacon snacker wasn't made right the green tea tasted spoiled each time.. I'm told by the person on shift each time that it's suppose to be like that when any other location is are all the same except for this one... Wasted enough money learned a lesson
Waited for 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru only to be told that they don't have food, was literally stuck in the middle of a line of cars. No one knew that they didn't have food. I asked that they put a sign out. They said they can't do that. Unacceptable. Won't be going back, also the person speaking to me was very rude.
I would give 0 stars if i could. I understand the slow service because they are short staffed but they were completely and utterly rude. no costumer service skills whatsoever. they didn’t have any bread so i ordered a muffin with my sausage egg and cheese but it came out completely burnt. i ordered a frozen coffee with vanilla and cream and there is no coffee in my coffee? the drink is completely white. not one person said a word to me at the window or told me to have a good day
I am a huge Dunks fan, but coming to this location was very disappointing. There was a "training" evolution going on, which I understand, but doing it during the morning rush is just thoughtless(8:30-9am). When we flagged down a worker and let them know (after waiting at the window for 10 mins) that we were in a hurry, the worker Chris rudely told us that we could either "wait until the training was done, or leave". His condescending tone and attitude is the reason for the 1-star. Dunks by itself, and other experiences at different locations is usually 5-stars.
Is being rude part of the job description at this location? 3 women working and every single one of them was rude. I asked for a medium refresher and got the cup half way full. I offered to pay the difference and they still wouldn't fill it up. Kirsten was the worst out of them all. Terrible service!
Very disappointed with our interaction with employees today at the drive thru. We pulled up and the employee said she was ready for us to order. We start ordering, and then she starts talking to other people in the background, not paying attenion. I couldn't tell if she was talking to us or them at one point, and she was talking over me while ordering. I asked her if she was talking to me, and she just said "no", kept talking, and then said "hold on" and had another conversation with someone else over the speaker. Then she didn't get a single thing we ordered. We repeated the order, then another voice said "were out of that drink, there's a sign" and there was, a small sign, just for that one drink. Oops. Tried to order another drink, that other employee again says "were out. There's a sign!" There was NOT a sign for that one. Third times the charm, tried a different drink, and she scoffs and says "were out! There's a sign!" There was NO SIGN. A coffee place out of 3 drinks? Seriously? We were respectful still, and just canceled our whole order. But we were stuck in line unable to pull out with the barrier on the side and someone in front of us and behind us. But the real kicker? The employees start LAUGHING and talking about us over the speaker for us to hear! I've NEVER seen such unprofessionalism in a work environment. The whole interaction with the TWO employees on the intercom was just awful. Do better Dunkin.
Drive thru worker who is usually there is extremely rude and very snappy. Awful service.
Consistently the worst location in the city. Drive to M78 in Haslett or off Holt Rd. Always out of espresso somehow, coffees are always underfilled, and good luck getting the flavor you actually want. It’s a free for all here.
UPDATE *******AVOID THIS DUNKIN IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU THIS IS IN FACT THE WORST DUNKIN AROUND. 0 OUT OF 5. I TRULY DON'T KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN. I'VE AVOIDED THIS DUNKIN THE PLAGUE, BUT SOMEHOW I PLAYED MYSELF THIS MORNING. THEY LITERALLY SERVED ME A COLD CROISSANT STUFFER (like I had to heat it up at home) and of course I didn't notice until I got home. Half assed cold brew with half assed cold foam. Called the restaurant multiple times, but nobody answers. I tried to make a complaint with corporate and I'm told to wait two business days before they can reach back out to me. Every single time I decide to give this store another shot they never cease to be disappointing. From long drive thru waits (20 min plus), espresso machine broken (happens I know), waiting in line for them to tell you the computer is down (instead of letting your customers know right away), rude employees... But the icing on the cake today. After another long drive thru wait, ordered 2 identical drinks; medium iced mochas with extra espresso. After paying then waiting another 15 min for my drinks (I would've left if I hadn't paid). One is the color of just milk, the other is a watery mocha, with the flavor clearly not stirred in and definitely no extra espresso in either drinks, debatable if any at all. I'll post a pic if I can. I tried to call (since I was in a hurry) to speak to someone about this and ask for a refund but no answer. Alas, a terrible Google review will have to do for now. $11 for 2 messed up drinks and a waste of everyone's time.
Slow service, rude to customers. They say they are short staffed, but that's not an excuse to be rude to customers. When I was there, there were other 4-5 dine-in customers waiting 20-30 minutes for simple orders. Understandably, some were getting impatient. People have places to go.
Their coffee is hands down the best in the area. But their service makes it not even worth it. I go twice a week. And about 85% of the time, they get my order wrong. It is not a difficult order. Large hot latte with a French vanilla swirl. Half the time I get a medium, half the time I get a frozen one. Not only do they get the coffee wrong, they're rude about it. I've also ordered food from them before, twice. Both times they got that wrong too. Hands down the worst ESTABLISHMENT I've been to. Not just a bad coffee shop, not just a bad breakfast, nor fast food business, it is the worst establishment. I strongly suggest the owner of this particular franchise store take a good look at the employees and make some changes.
Me and my coworker stop here quite often on our way to work. About 90% of the times we have gone something has been wrong with our order. We barely ever bring up the issue to the workers and just deal with it. The few times we did complain we get attitude from the workers. Our iced coffees usually always have something wrong with them that we usually end up trying to fix with the little supplies we have at work. When we order food it’s usually cold, wrong or very sloppily put together. It’s a shame that this establishment is so poorly staffed/ran because they are so convenient and close to work and really yummy when they actually take the time to make your order correct. I get it times are hard and staffing is a issue everywhere but the vibe I get from them is that most of them hate their jobs and don’t care much about customer service and are just trying to rush through the orders. I get that’s it’s annoying to get complaints from customers but when the same mistakes are happening every time we come in, it gets frustrating because it’s a waste of money when your not getting what you ordered.
I waited 10 min in the drive through and no one answered. When I went to the front door an employee was locking up at 5pm when they are supposed to be open till 6pm. The guy said that the other employee was in the bathroom and to go back to the drive thru. This time someone answered but told us she couldn't make any food because they shut their ovens off 30 min before close. Yet it was an hour before closing. So I left. Terrible service. I will not be back to this location.
This has been my closest Dunkin’ for years and I leave disappointed like 9 times out of 10. It’s been going on so long that it’s definitely poorly run by management. Every time I have an issue with my order it’s a different employee. The location is frequently understaffed, and it seems like the staff are often poorly trained. I’ve had drinks messed up, received sandwiches that were still fridge cold inside, and even received a completely different order from what I placed when I was the only person in line. I don’t know why I bother going here to get food, I always end up regretting it.
If I could just speak to the owners or managers I would love to give them feedback and turn the store around. The staff doesn't stay consistent new people all the time I've never seen a manager present once. You wait in line for extended amounts of time just to get your order taken. The elderly gentleman yells into the speaker repeating what you said at five times and then still gets the order wrong. Everybody seems in a panic and acts like they are doing everything super fast running around and yet it still takes 30 minutes to get your order. The lack of staffing training positivity great customer service and available options at this location is a disgrace. Every time I ask for something they are out of it they don't keep their supply stocked they only have two choices of bagels five choices of donuts. One young lady constantly calls the drink I order a completely different name a name of a product that I don't believe is even offered at dunkin' donuts no matter how much I repeat my order it's always said to me in a wrong way. Today when I ordered a drink and a bagel like I do every single day the elderly gentleman handed my drink out the window and ran away and I had to yell in to please give me a straw they took my card and didn't tell me the total.
For the managers, I think it's very poor management that there are only 2 people on a Monday morning, a guy in the oven and the girl in the drinks, it's stressful for them and for the consumers.
I Work at a local business near this location. We work nightshift and order from this location weekly in the early morning. EVERY SINGLE TIME our order takes forever and is wrong or missing items. It’s 1/4 of a mile away and takes an hour or more. The food is always cold, and cold drinks are melted when they arrive. It’s is not the fault of the dasher or uber eats driver because we can see that they go there right away and sit and wait. Just a waste every week, but nothing else is open at that time. Other Dunkin’s in town don’t have this issue. Not sure why this one does consistently.
Almost empty Chai latte. Almost empty bag of hash rounds that were burnt and cold, and a tiny sandwich that is on par with microwaveable food for $12. I no longer see any value in dunkin. It had been a while since I have been to a Dunkin. 0% odds I will ever go to another dunkin donuts.
Drive through took forever!! Definitely not a spot to stop by if you are expecting to be somewhere! I waited 30 minutes in the drive through, absolutely insane
I’m not one to leave a bad review even if I had a bad experience, but I’m sorry they just did not get it right and didn’t seem too friendly? Maybe they were having a bad day but still there was maybe 6 employees with no other car behind me until 4 or 5 minutes after I got there, they didn’t give me the right bacon and the wrong donuts too :( this isn’t the employees fault but the bacon is just that microwavable stuff and especially without the maple stuff or whatever it is it is not worth that price, wish I would have checked the reviews before I chose this location, was also my first time and sadly last, just overall not worth it.
Ordered a boo bucket and latte on my mobile app on a Tuesday. Arrived to only be told they don’t have any in stock, but I can come back Friday to pick it up. In fact, she told me she’d call me at 9am. Well no call, so I called and they told me they set one aside for me. I get there and attempted to order a latte. Apparently their latte machine was down (was given attitude) and was told I can get coffee. No thanks. I gave her grace because I was a district manager for a well known, local, beloved coffee shop so I can understand the stress when machines are down and out of your control. Well, I ordered on the mobile app a week later, paid and when I arrived? Their machine is still down! Still waiting on my refund and reading through everyone else’s experience, I don’t see this place getting better. How are you guys still running?
Be cautious at this Dunkin’ location with modified orders or orders with too many item because they are prone to making mistakes. Ordered iced lattes today and got plain iced coffees. They also have a bad habit of flavored drinks not being mixed at all with the flavor syrup settling to the bottom. Grabbing a coffee and a donut is a safe bet.
Ordered on app when I get there their out of caramel! OK please refund me. They only refund 1 drink so I have to turn around park and go in to get my refund. "Sorry the 2 was printed out small." SMH
I am not usually the type to leave negative reviews, but I have never in my life experienced worse service at any restaurant. We got in line at roughly 10:45 AM after placing a mobile order. As far as I am aware, you can't cancel an order once it is placed so we stayed in line until 11:30!! when someone else in the line finally came over to tell us that the drive through was closed because they were too busy. Never heard of this happening before, so I was already kind of annoyed, but whatever I'll go in and grab my stuff. So we park and go in and there had to have been 30 drinks and 15 bags of food just sitting around not being given out. Instead of using their brains and reading the names out for any of the items, the workers would just ask for a show of hands for who put a mobile order in. I had to force myself to the front of a CROWD of people waiting and ask specifically for my stuff which had obviously been sitting there for quite some time. Even after all of that, they still didn't even give me everything I ordered! Literally, no exaggeration, THE worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. Never going back here even if they paid me to.
Highly disappointed! Today was my daughter's 13th birthday and we choose to do our birthday shopping in Lansing because there is a dunkin' here. We pulled up to drive through at 5:40. After sitting for quite some time, we finally have someone come to the speaker to tell us they are closed. Their hours are listed as closing at 6pm, their open sign was still on, phone lines are all busy. I'm assuming someone wants to close early. We definitely won't be back
Horrible experience every time I come here. Staff are extremely rude. Food quality is low. A miserable experience
I come in with a smile once a week, and everytime something is wrong with my order They purposely fill the cups with ice giving you one swig of coffee Sausage is always rock hard Hasbrowns are always soggy
I came in on Tuesday (1/23) to place an order for 2 dozen donuts to be picked up Today (Friday 1/26). When I was placing my order the staff member was not sure how to and asked another staff member for help. The other staff member requested me to pay for the order now and asked the other staff member to keep one receipt and write the date/time I would pickup the order. I said I would be in at noon and wanted to have my order ready as I wanted a variety of donuts before they were all gone. When I arrived at noon to pick-up my donuts they were not ready! Hence I did not receive a variety of donuts due to most of them already being purchased before I arrived. I received mostly sprinkled donuts.... The staff member getting my order ready (also the staff member who took my order on Tuesday) said, "I forgot what time you were coming so I didn't get it ready". My receipt was hanging on the wall with no writing of the date/time I was arriving.
If I could give zero stars I would. Employees had the worst customer service that I’ve experienced at any place ever.
I have never experienced worse service in my life at a place. I have been there twice in the last two months and that was twice too many. I wish I had a single positive thing to say but I don’t. Everyone there is extremely rude and short when speaking to customers, none of my drinks or food were ever made correctly and I was met with hostility when bringing this up. I am not the kind of person to leave bad reviews or have such a negative perception of a business’s customer service; I have worked many years in restaurants myself. But this is was so horrible I cannot keep my mouth shut. 0 stars
This location is awful. The service is slow. The woman who takes the order is rude without fail. I love how all the donut baskets are always empty and she'll say just tell me what you want and I'll let you know if we have it. So, we spend extra time going back and forth with what's available, when they could just actually fill the baskets instead. Our last visit, the donuts were stale. The "atmosphere" inside is dirty and dark. I've given this location a few chances, but this was our last visit, possibly to Dunkin ever. Too many other places to get donuts, coffee, breakfast, etc., that actually care about quality and service to give any more money to this company.
Very rude customer service. Was missing one thing from my order and given a coffee instead of a hot chocolate and then gaslit and not given a refund/replacement even though I proved they did not give me the correct order. They also took over ten minutes to make the order that wasn't even correct.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I am typically there around 7:45am-8am and can usually expect a 10 minute wait in the drive thru, which is too long already but there are no other options along the way to work. Today the wait was 20 minutes but I couldn't back out because someone was behind me. Most days I order a large hot decaf coffee with cream, sugar, and flavor and two donuts. Today, they couldn't even get my drink order right- I received a medium black coffee. I have learned to check my bag as they consistently only put one donut in there but I guess I'll have to start checking the drink order too.
Literally the worst coffee shop location in America. Hands-down. Been waiting in line 20 minutes to get my medium coffee. Staff was incredibly rude. Incredibly slow. And I will never go to this location ever again. Even if it was the last place on earth. 10/11/2025. I just wanted to update this review to award this Dunkin’ Donuts again as the hands-down worst coffee shop in America. You’ll wait a half an hour to get a three dollar coffee. Coffee is not that good staff has no idea how to treat customers And it’s almost comical going to this place if you’re interested in having a stroke or heart attack go through the drive-through at Dunkin’ Donuts in Frandor
Short version: Hour long drive-thru line, forgotten order, received the wrong drink and not all food items ordered. This Dunkin' sucks. I sent in a order ahead of time with their app. I arrived to an unbelievably long line, but I already paid for the meal so I decided to wait. Line ended up taking AN HOUR for anyone to get to the pick-up window. When I finally made it to the window the staff said they lost the receipt to my order and just...forgot it? They half-listened to what I ordered (an hour ago) and still ended up giving me a wrong AND incomplete order. Gave me a "hot coffee" that was ice cold by the time they handed it to me. Idk what's happening at this location lately but it is just not worth the visit anymore.
Worst dunkn I've ever been to in my life! They were rude and I was cursed out in the drive through line by and employee. They were short staffed and apparently decided to take that out on me. I felt very disrespected and embarrassed.
Incompetent staff and disgusting drinks. I can't believe nothing has improved after months of complaints from so many customers. Go to the locations in Okemos or downtown EL. Don't go to this location unless you are prepared for disappointment.
Awful service, was given a hard NO when I told them that my wife had mistakenly ordered regular instead of decaf. They told me that since the drink had already been made, they couldn’t make another. Waited over 30 minutes to even talk to someone to get my mobile order, just to find it was already made and had been sitting there those whole 30mins. And the cherry on top was to get to the car to find a LITERAL FOIL BOTTLE LID IN MY DRINK (see picture). Worst Dunkin experience. Seriously, fire all of the current staff and start over.
Unfortunately you can’t put no stars on reviews. Ive tried giving them the benefit of the doubt a few times, but today the drive thru line had people waiting 30+ minutes that we all drove out of it. I decided to go inside and saw only 2 people working. Was still polite and ordered a dunkalatte with french vanilla and cold foam. She forgot my cold foam and when i asked her to put it on she rolled her eyes at me (not like im paying for the cold foam or anything). Left, tasted it and it was NOT what i ordered. If you want forgotten expresso in your coffee and poor service i recommend.
There were 4 employees working and no one in line in front of me and it still took 15 min for us to order. When I go thru the drivethru the wait time is doubled and the order is normally wrong. The staff is rude and ignores customers when they come in. Also seems like 1 employee knows what's going on and the rest and are just holding stuff in their hands and running back and forth. I'll be going to a different location from now on.
Coffee and environment is fine, but service was awful. Staff was doing everything but taking orders and preparing mobile orders. Waited much longer for my drink and food than any other Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to.
Don’t be open on thanksgiving if you don’t wanna work. The owner is the one who gave me my food, got 3 half pieces of bacon for the stacker and my hashbrowns had 3 1/2. Don’t even wanna talk about the sandwich. Had to knock on the windows for the remainder of my order.
Genuinely have not been here one time and greeting with a happy employee. They are always rude, slow, and get mad at customers when they are busy. They are always busy you'd think they'd be used to it. I work in the food industry so I understand being busy but i've came here so many times and have never had a different experience. teaching some patience and kindness could go along way at this location <3
Just ordered two breakfast sandwiches, was handed one. Told the worker I only got one sandwich and she said “no I put them both in there” as I was literally holding the single sandwich they had given me. She then proceeded to make me the wrong sandwich and flatten and smoosh it down. It’s honestly the most unappetizing sandwich I have seen because I can tell it was hand pressed flat and made out of anger even though there wouldn’t have been a problem if the job would have just been done right the first time. Instead it just never got done right
I can't even begin to describe the nightmare that this Dunkin is. We wanted to drive through on a Sunday mid-morning for a few coffees and a quick breakfast. We waited in the drive through for literally 45 minutes. We absolutely would've given up but the way the drive through is built there's not even an option to pull out of the line unless you want to hop a curb and small rock garden. When we finally got to the window I couldn't believe the incompetence I was seeing. There were like 2 employees working and they were genuinely doing one task at a time. I watched a guy put tater tots into the oven and stand there staring at the oven until they were done. Meanwhile there's a monstrous line of cars honking, a 30+ minute ticket time and a dozen + people standing in the store that walked in. The guy looked stoned honestly thats the only explanation I could possibly have. Far and away the worst experience I have ever had at a drive through.
I saw they had $5 breakfast deal and just grabbed a coffee with two egg&cheese Wake-Up Wraps. What I got honestly felt really rude. The wraps were undercooked, sloppily thrown together, and reeked of bacon grease (I don’t eat bacon). The smell alone made me gag. I didn’t even bite them-went straight into the trash. Also… I’ve noticed I only get these sloppy wraps when the guys are making them. Never happens when the girls are on the line, in my personal experience.
You all need to schedule, train, and take better care of your employees. They were nice and did their best but I waited 30+ minutes for a coffee and two dozen donuts. The whole place was tense, they were arguing, the other customers were distressed. It’s the closest coffee shop to me, and I really hope I don’t need to go back.
I ordered a XL hot coffee with and cream and received 3 creams and 3 sugars and that is not the correct combination for a size XL. Customer service was shit, don’t even get a thank you or anything just handed my coffee out the window and said nothing. So unprofessional on top of getting my order wrong. This is not my first time having issues with this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I am a avid Dunkin coffee drinker.
Honestly would give this Dunkin a 0 if I could. Every time I go they always manage to get part of my order wrong and they take forever. I understand being short staffed but the most recent trips I have made there they have 3-4 people working and when I pull up to the window 2 of them are just standing there talking. A month ago I had to email management due to them messing up my drink and sandwich. Today they did not put cold foam on my drink (this happens regularly) which costs me extra, but they also made me a sandwich that clearly had a moldy egg. I have seen them prepare the sandwiches, someone had to look at the egg when making it and would have seen the mold. I had already ate half of it when I noticed it. This is by far the worst dunkin I have been too. I would rather drive out of my way then go back to this location.
