I was at this location on a night it was very clearly busy! (Right after the winter storm) Line pretty much out the door, the drive thru line around the building and a crowd of people waiting for mobile pick ups. The employees were all moving non stop! I placed an online order which said I would pick up at 7.. well 7 came and went I walked out around 720ish. There was one couple who came in very upset their order wasn’t ready. The employees didn’t deserve how they were treated by them. You could clearly see the store was packed with people. I really appreciate the employees hard work that night! Top notch service for sure! Thank you Leander crew! I know it was crazy and probably an awful night for you but when I was in there y’all handled it really well! Keep up the great work!

Oh my goodness so delicious!!!!! 😋 I got half carne asada which is extremely flavorful beef and half chicken fajita! They pile it on along with all you want of extras and are so genuinely friendly. We love coming here.

The food has been amazing so far, I order on the app and it’s ready at the approximate time it tells me, it does take a while for the people at the pick up window to notice I’m there. They should at least greet you and say “I’ll be with you in a moment.”

Too often, I order ahead to avoid the line, only to receive food that feels like it weighs as much as a kidney stone. No matter how many times I eat at this location, they never seem to get the portions right. The service is consistently great, and I don’t fault the employees—they’re simply trying to keep portions consistent for all customers.

Placed an online order this evening. The pictures show how they handled our food. The salsas, guacamole, and sour cream were upside down with sour cream spilled in the bag. The kid's meal we ordered did not come with the orange or drink.

The picture is all of the fat and cartilage that was in my chicken bowl today. Every bite was with caution. Trim the meat. Increased prices and lower quality is not a good growth combination.

The chicken is usually overcooked, and they barely add any guacamole or queso — definitely less than at other locations. In New York, Chipotle was always better than Qdoba, but here it’s the other way around.

came to chipotle and wanted to order in line. I waited in line for about five minutes and when I got up to the counter to order my kids meal with the side of queso, they told me that I couldn’t order….. that I had to order online because they were running out of queso and I’m confused on how if it’s first come first served but the online people get the reward to receive queso with their order that doesn’t make sense and then the manager, Matt offered me a free drink. I didn’t wanna drink. I wanted the kids meal taco tacos, build your own with a side of queso and they could not give that to me, even though they had a queso sitting at the online side that’s ridiculous. First come first serve, isn’t it I guess not not to this chipotle

I ordered my food ahead and they completely messed up two of the burritos i ordered. One order had no beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, and no sour cream but they added white rice, beans, they took out fajita veggies and added sour cream. In the other order I had white rice but they put brown, i had no fajita veggies but they added the veggies. Very dissapointed

I went to this location and ordered a bowl with chicken, guacamole and queso. On the side I got a large queso and chips, and an Izzy. I was deliberately overcharged, (the order was rung up as a chicken bowl with guacamole, two large sides of queso and chips, and an Izzy), and was not even given a large bag of chips. When I brought the overcharge to the cashier’s attention, I was told to take it up with my bank and that he would not address the issue. All in all, I was charged almost $10 more than the food in my order should have cost. Beware buying from this location - they will intentionally overcharge.

This is continuously happening so I had to leave this review. Please don’t add burnt chicken. Especially to kids meals. I got soft tortillas cold which I don’t think heated before I picked these up. I hope management will take care of this feedback seriously.

Maybe it's late when we came so it was less clean. Only two friendly staff but the cashier and the rest seem to not belong at the workforce. No sense of service or courtesy I had brown rice with barbacoa and steak and was great. The chipss were stale. Not impressed. Outdoors were better for this better.

Don't order online from here. You have to be there in person to ensure you actually get a serving of meat. I only got two pieces of barbacoa in my order. I wish I wouldn't have tipped $3

Kids wanted tacos with only rice, beans and cheese. Instead of steak or chicken that is included, they wanted cheese but the manager charged $2 for an extra “side” and an additional $2 for salsa because she wanted to put it on her own taco so it wasn’t soggy before she ate it. $10 for a spoonful of rice and beans with cheese on top? Can somebody please make this make sense to me? This is the only lady at any chipotle that does this and it’s every time she is working. Seems like chipotle robbery…

Absolutely gave worst service and worst ever. Never going to this horrible location ever again. Idk what the worker was doing (not focused on the job), got the order completely wrong, burned the chicken (at least they refunded the food) but my family and I ended up with no good meal. Don't waste your time going to this horrible location and getting "food" by this worker, if that's even what you'd want to call it of course. If there was an option for a 0/5 stars, that is what I would give.

worst chipotle ever.. the management in the evenings is horrible she’s never managing - the cook is always is shambles and nothing is ever ready. they’re out of rice and chicken and never being proactive about what needs to be cooked. love across the street so it would be so convenient but it’s literally always a headache. line out the door - constantly waiting for food to be cooked - no management in sight. CAVA down the road is a million times better. 1000% management’s fault. if you choose to go, be ready to wait in like for 30+ mins for food to be cooked and DEFINITELY do not mobile order — you’ll be waiting for an hour.

This one lady working today at this location was shockingly rude. The service she provided was downright unacceptable, and I will be requesting a refund. The young female employee at the drive-thru window was incredibly disrespectful instead of answering a simple question, nicely, she chose to glare at us with an openly judgmental, nasty expression. No customer deserves to be treated with such attitude and disregard. However, the manager was extremely polite and helpful. She completely resolved the issue and handled herself as a true manager should!

Every single time I order from this place something goes wrong. I'm not the type to write reviews but now this is ridiculous. I ordered 2x protein bowl and I have to literally search for chicken in this bowl to find it. They act like it's coming out of their paychecks, its insane. If I pay for something I expect to get it, and this happens all too often. Never ordering from here again. You need to seriously change your staff.

Pretty much every time I go here they are out of one or more ingredients. Last time it was TORTILLAS. Im not sure who is in charge of their stock but they need to be fired. After waiting 10 mins in line (two people in front of me each getting two bowls each) I was told the burrito restaurant doesn't have burritos... when I asked the manager what was going on they just said we're out of tortillas and offered no recourse or any form of meaningful customer service. I will not be returning.

Worst Chipolte in the Austin area, the health department should shut this location down. Be prepared to be overcharged at this location, the district manager should be terminated. The chicken was raw, the kids quesadilla wasn’t melted, prices and portions are never consistent. Be prepared to be charged for ordering items on the side rather than on your burrito. Typically for Togo orders I order sour cream, salsa, and beans on the side so my burrito isn’t soggy before I get home, they charged an extra $7. Charged a single taco as a chicken bowl. Charged an extra $4 for a second side of salsa with 1 bag of chips. A bowl of rice, beans and sour cream, charged for as chicken bowl. Charged an extra $2 for cheese on the side of a kids quesadilla, I’ve never been to a restaurant that cheese was a “side”. After stealing from me and dealing with the extremely rude “district manager” that thinks she knows everything, the chicken was raw and the quesadilla wasn’t cooked and we had to throw our dinner away. That’s called theft and this woman should be incarcerated. Do better Chipolte, this location has gone wayyyyyy downhill.

4/15 reviews in the last two weeks have been positive. Only FOUR. I wish I read those before going. Staff decided to lecture and argue with me for 10 minutes before fixing the mistake(I was there a total of 13 minutes). They all had attitudes. They still wanted me to take back the food that wasn’t right and leave after touching it all with their bare hands. I’M PREGNANT. I don’t have time to go back and forth with people nor have someone’s hands in my food. I get home and the remake food doesn’t taste good so I didn’t even get halfway through before I stopped eating. It was a waste of gas and money. This was my first time eating at this location(never have I ever complained to any other location before last night). I 100% will NOT be going back. I will go ahead and make that 15 minute drive to Qdoba or a further out location for better service. I worked in fast food, sit downs and fine dining and NEVER would I have ever spoke to my customers the way they did nor would I have served sloppy food that’s spilling everywhere and the lid can’t be closed(NOT from how many toppings I ordered either because not all toppings could be put in the bowl). Corporate, I think it’s time to step in and retrain. SMH.

My burrito was essentially massaged and mashed together due to the inability to wrap it properly. It was fairly small in size as I don’t add any extras. However, the person trying to close it just mushed it around so much and attempted to wrap it at least 10 times before giving up and just putting foil around it. To make it worse, a portion of my burrito was exposed and 2 employees noticed but did nothing about it. The actually just slide my burrito on the table (my exposed piece was actually touching the table as it was dragged) and it wasn’t until I asked for an extra piece of foil before they sealed the contaminated area. I couldn’t even eat it because I felt I might get ill. Please provide your employees with better standards and training.

Dirty! Floors were gross, as well tables, glass door, and food window was messy. .. just had meat ( no flavor) , guacamole and some cheese... not going back and unfortunately I dont recommend for anyone. Employees were for sure not happy and definitely not welcoming at all.

Ordered for drive through pick up. Ordered 3 crunchy tacos with chicken. Got all the way home and took a bite of the taco. There was no chicken in the bite. I opened the taco and the taco had 2 pieces of chicken and that was it. Checked the next taco and it was the same. So I loaded my kids back in the car to take the food back. I got there and told the “manager” and his response was do you want a side of chicken? I say no I would like fresh tacos with actual chicken in it. Instead of apologizing or offering to take care of it he said go ahead and get in line and they will remake it. He just didn’t seem to care. Then after I waited for my new tacos all he did was offer me a free drink. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

The manager of this location should be fired immediately. For the 4th time in less than a month I stopped on my way home to pick up food and they are always out of everything, not to mention the staff is rude and every empty table in the restaurant was dirty. I live an extra 15 minutes each way from the 1431 location in Cedar Park which seems to be a much busier location and it's complete opposite. They are all very friendly, never out of anything and the restaurant is always clean even though they are usually really busy. I owned restaurants and bars for 30 years and this is a direct reflection on very poor management. The last time I was there they were out of black beans, out of Chipotle Honey chicken, out of sour cream and when I asked her to walk over to the drive thru to get chicken, she said "no, they need it over there". Unacceptable and will NEVER go back to this location and judging by the rest of the reviews, this seems to be the norm
