Fuimos a comer tras reservar una mesa, nos trataron genial, nos sorprendió la comida, abundante y exquisita, el arroz en su punto perfecto, y lo demas exquisito. Mas que recomendable.

Tanto la atención, la comida y el ambiente son de 10 Todo lo que probamos estaba muy rico y muy bien presentado. Las patatas de la Mary espectaculares, y la tarta de queso de otro nivel, el resto exquisito también. Recomendable 100%

En un local preciosos, la atención estupenda, menú variado y con raciones muy abundantes, lo que no pudimos acabar nos lo llevamos a casa en unas cajas preciosas, cuidan el detalle. Admiten perros, muy recomendable. Buena relación calidad precio. Para volver.

Hemos cenado mi pareja y yo hoy allí y he de decir que todo ha sido de diez. La atención muy buena, la camarera que nos tocó Adriana, muy atenta y servicial. La comida como digo de diez pero sobretodo quiero descartar el torrezno de Soria y la tarta de queso que es espectacular. Volveremos y lo recomendaremos.

Reservamos.para ir a comer. Pedimos unos entrantes, como ensaladilla y mejillones al cava, estaban buenísimos los dos platos. De segundos calamar a la brasa y se notaba como los mejillones que eran frescos y el calamar tenía una salsa de ajo riquísima que podías acompañar con Ali oli. La arroz negra la pidió mi mujer y la niña y dicen que les encantó. Pedimos unos postres para terminar y cada cual mejor. La verdad que la comida estuvo genial como el servicio. Repetiremos.

We found La Mary by accident in a tinny corner and we were greeted with a friendly staff and surprised by the size and atmosphere of this place. Food was great, wine amazing and service the best!! Waiters and waitresses were super friendly, polite and even gave us recommendations on wine, dishes and deserts. We will be back many times!! Kudos to Adriana our waitress who was amazing!

This is a really run restaurant with delicious food and professional, friendly, enthusiastic waiters. All of our dishes were excellent from starters to mains to dessert and coffee. The wine was great, too. Some of the portions were a bit small, but - given the high quality - we were more than satisfied. What are great way to spend a chilly Sunday afternoon in November!

No issues at all. Tasty food, great service. There is English menu and a person from the staff speaking great English(sorry man I didn’t get you name😀). If you visit León you should visit definitely. The place outside is like small square with people just drinking some beers enjoying the life.

The location is nice, regarding to our experience all the staff were kind, willing to make you feel comfortable and beautiful people. The food was awesome, delicious courses and splendid decoration and complements. Perhaps the amount a bit smaller than "Castilian Style"

Lunch - Excellent €10.90 menu del dia (usual three courses with a glass of wine). Food was far more imaginative and better quality than the other 'standard' Spanish menu del dia on offer from the other restaurants, for example a starter of a crepe filled with roasted veal and wild mushrooms. The place also does not aim itself at the tourist trade as it doesn't open for lunch until 1.30.

Spotted the restaurant whilst having a morning stroll, the menu del dia for €10.50 sounded great value and we weren't disappointed. Asparagus puree and salad to start both delicious. Hake fillet in panko and pork ribs very tasty. Mango mousse and chocolate coated pear fabulous! Great service as well. 100% recommended.

Fuimos con muchas expectativas pero la experiencia no fue la esperada. La carta había cambiado hace meses y no incluía los huevos rotos con morcilla, uno de los platos por los que queríamos ir. Pedimos la costilla, pero venía bañada en una salsa de apio que, en mi opinión, era demasiado intensa y tapaba el resto de sabores. El servicio fue correcto, pero en general no sería un sitio al que volvería. La propuesta actual no cumplió con lo que esperábamos.

Fuimos dos personas a comer un sábado, teníamos reserva. Pedimos para compartir: Ensaladilla rusa con piparra, Largarto a la plancha y Bacalao a la leonesa, todo estaba muy rico destacar la ensaladilla y el bacalao, la salsa está muy rica además las patatas que acompañaban a la carne eran caseras. De postre: Tarta de Manzana y Mango en texturas, estaba muy ricos destacar la tarta de manzana. Personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Ambiente relajado y tranquilo del local.

Food was very tasty and personell was very friendly and educated. There are two main dishes available for Vegetarians. Vegetarian Hamburger and a Rice with Vegetables. There is also some available vegetarian (or modifiable) aperitifs. Some more options would be very welcomed but its already good compared to the rest of the city.

Greeted by disinterested staff bordering on rude. With no English menu, there was no aid provided by the staff. Google translate helped, but is clumsy and time consuming. The eventual order was taken with obvious displeasure. The food thankfully was pleasing though nothing extraordinary or indeed overly interesting. The scallops were well prepared, the oxtail and Angus beef soft and tasty but overall a disappointment, wait staff aloof for no discernible reason. An unfortunate start to our Camino. If you have some Spanish maybe they'll be more helpful...

We had to wait for over 60 minutes for our starters, we ate in phases with others ready for desert before we even had our food. Waiting staff did not respond fast enough and did not even have the gesture of inviting us for a coffee or desert. Very poor quality service. A pity becas the food was good, at least for those of us that ate…

Great food. Rude hostess. ********* As you asked, I will explain. My wife and I went to lunch with no reservations. There were 8 empty tables outside. One was reserved. The others empty. We asked for a table. We were given one in the sun with no umbrella. The worst table. We asked to be moved and were told no. Then others ( locals) arrived. They obviously had no reservations. They were given other tables. When we left 2 1/2 hours later , 4 outside tables were still empty. Never used. I do not know why we were treated like that. Maybe because we were not local. Perhaps non local people should go somewhere else

Muy mala experiencia y decepción con la calidad de la comida, pedimos calamar a la andaluza y estaban amargas, eran tal cual las anillas de calamar del Mercadona. El lechazo no tenía sal, estaba sin sabor, la costilla blacl estaba saladisima, y ni que decir del entrecot. Una decepción completa. Y el ambiente hacia un calor que estábamos sudando. La Mary León ya no ofrece la calidad de antes. Es una lástima. No volveremos sin duda.

This is a terrible tourist trap. Don't waste your time or money coming here. For the price, the food is average at best. We have been walking the Camino de Santiago for the last 3 weeks and this was by far the worst meal we have had, and that includes €10 per person pelegrino menus in tiny villages. On top of the mediocre food, the management is deceptive. The menu del dia states that you get one drink, but when you ask for water they bring you bottled water and claim that this was your drink. When we got the bill, they charged us for the beer and Coke that we thought came with the meal. This is the first time in Spain that we were charged for water in this fashion. At most restaurants we have gone to they brought bottled water to the table for free or offered us tap water. After questioning this situation with the manager, he proceeded to lecture my wife in Spanish and then me in English about how it clearly states that you get one drink with the menu etc. etc.Wow! Thanks! Lecturing your guest for 20 minutes about the "clearly marked" fine print on the bottom of the menu is a fantastic way to instil good will in someone who just reported being unhappy with the meal they just had. If he would have just said something like, oh I don't know "sorry" or "what could we have done better," I would have probably just paid the bill and left without ever writing this review. Instead I left even more annoyed then when I received the bill. To his credit, after the lecture, he took off the extra drinks. Perhaps, he could have just done that, but then again that would make too much sense.
