The crew at McDonald's is always professional and the food is always fresh. Bethany general manager of this Leroy McDonald's is a credit to the McDonald's brand .
When I am running late, this is good place to drive through. Their staff is always friendly and fast.
I went during none peak hours around 9:00 pm and the service was decently fast took like 5 or so minutes after ordering to get food in the drive thru.
Used the app to order and unfortunately it was not working. Gentleman inside took care of it and delivered my order to the car no problem.
We always get the same good service every time I visit.always a fun & safe place to have a quick healthy meal. We return every time I am in spencerport.
I had curb side pick up came out hot and fresh!

This is a very nice location. The service was very quick and kind. It was also very clean. I was very impressed with how clean the place looked. The parking lot was a little tight but the place was great!
The food was done incredibly fast, I was actually shocked. On top of that the fries actually had the proper amount of salt, so also impressed.
McDonald's is always consistent. Both Batavia locations have finally got it together!! For awhile I would only go to East end, but West end has definitely stepped up their game!! Kudos!!
It was awesome but one thing, they should have food ready so they shouldn't make people wait at the curb where they tell you to wait. But other than that it's a very good restaurant loved it

Facebook marketplace transaction. It was safe, secure and smelled great! I had to drive back to Buffalo, so I didn't get anything to eat there. I stopped at long john silvers in Batavia!!!! I know right!???? It is the only one remaining around WNY!!!!

Restaurant was very clean, well staffed, and quick with food production. Food was good, staff was friendly.
So today I used the app to make an order.. I have precise location turned on for my McDonald's App. I was parked on the side of the Leroy McDonald's and the app sent my order to Batavia. I did not realize this until I pulled up to the drive thru. The app wouldn't let me cancel the order because the Batavia McDonald's had already started preparing my order. I went inside the Leroy McDonald's and explained my situation to Tristan and they didn't even hesitate to correct the problem. No sooner did I finish explaining what happened Tristan started preparing my order to fix the situation. It's service like this that makes a restaurant and the manager corp truly special. I very much appreciate everything Tristan did for me and my grandkids. Thank you..
Have never had a issues here, orders have always been correct and haven't had to wait long
My husband and I buy from this McDonald's occasionally and it's usually just 'okay' but today 02/21/25 around 1:00 it was GREAT. Staff was super quick and polite, and all of the food I ordered was absolutely delicious. The burgers even looked nice instead of just slapped together haha I don't usually leave reviews like this but I gotta say thank you when things are done right!
Came in and woman behind the counter was personable, funny and helpful. Usually do drive thru, glad I didn't today

The service was fast even at a late night hour. That being said I ordered a Hit n Spicy McChicken sandwich and received a regular McChicken Sandwich. I was starting so I really didn't mind.
The crew is friendly and outgoing, the food is decent, I wish they'd bring back the family events though. The management solves all this issue of any arise. It's a nice clean place to have a cheap meal.
Ordered curbside in the app, took 15 minutes to get order. At least employee who brought order apologized.

As per usual with most McDonald's the food was mediocre. The place was a little bit dirty but not too bad. Would recommend somewhere else. (also mcdonalds chicken nuggets are gross)
Typical fast food, nothing spectacular. Good price if you goo off the dollar menus. This particular McDonalds has better prices than some.
Kind of irritating that you have to flag down an employee to take your order. Just because you have kiosks doesn't mean everyone is going to use them. Especially someone with a special order.
We get food here a lot. For a long time it's always on point. But recently they have me cold breakfast sandwiches and then a week later forgot to give my son his drink with his meal. The drink wouldn't have bothered me, but it did because the worker in the window was distracted talking to his female Co worker- WHILE handing me the bag, I had to wait for him to say "oh, you're all set".
Long, slow lines at times. One day waited 30 minutes. I was trapped otherwise I would have left. People there aren't as friendly as they used to be. But I give anyone credit for working as hard as possible during this pandemic.
Went there last week. Asked for a quarter pounder and then add mustard and original bun. They screwed it up. I stood at counter to wait, boss turns around and tells me they screwed it up again. I stood and waited boss repeats the order to monkey in the back except she changed my order and I heard her say to add onions. I raised my voice to her so she could hear me because she was facing away. I told her that she told him wrong. Well the third time at making it I just took the darn thing because my friend was almost finished with theirs. I got it finally after 4 tries and went to my seat. it was still wrong. no mustard. Geez they are awful. I asked for a receipt. They said "no". it doesnt print. I stood there. The kid said boss what can I do. She said to use thr other register. He did and it wouldn;t print a receipt either. Food is getting cold. Back to original register and something happened and I got a receipt FINALLY..........1. Can't get order right. 2. Don't want to give receipts. They have always been a problem restaurant. Last year I went through the drive through ordereds 4 mcdoubles and 2 french fries. salt and pepper. went through and no salt and pepper. went through again,told the speaker that I just got 4 mcdoubles and they didn;t give me any salt and pepper that I asked for. Went to window and she gave me 1 salt and 1 pepper. I glared at her and she aksed if i neede help. I wanted to say she needed help go back to school and think! I told her again that i ordred 4 mcdoubles and asked for salt and pepper and you gave me 1 salt and 1 pepper to use betweeb 4(really8) hamburgers!!!!!!! Do you think I could have 3 more peppers and 3 more salts. She counted them out individually and handed them to me. meanwhile my food is cold. THEY COUNT THEIR PEPPER AND SALT
It’s a fast food place that gives us Americans diabetes and obesity issues. Clean bathrooms though
I'm an everyday customer and I order the same and they keep over charging me for extra sugar and cream especially when I go through the drive thru. It's a bit upsetting. Other than that everything tastes good.
The dining room is still closed but you can order takeout inside the store. When I tried to mobile order via the app, it said Happy Meals were not available at that location. I had to place my order in person, so reward points were not posted since it wasn't a mobile order.
The staff seemed more interested in talking and looking at a phone. We had to wait while they finished social time. Food was meh. They slapped it together so nothing was on the buns neatly, had to reassemble my sandwich. They could use more training.
I don't think I've ever received a straw in a mobile order from this place
Just hoping once to get the order correct. Bacon Cajun Chicken Sandwich is the best thing on the menu. Drive Thru staff has to double check to see if the order is complete and done. Came back another year later to try the Chicken Big Mac. It was very good. Leroy should update new menu items the net page. It would help to know new items and would be easier to order know before coming in with kids and faster drive thru.
Unusually slow for a McDonald's . Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. Staff was laughing and joking around instead of helping the customers . Won't choose that location again .
One of 2 things happen when you go here, you either get a messed up order or get pulled ahead to wait for something. I got pulled ahead for a drink today! And still waited almost 5 minutes.
Never get my order right...always seem to have a problem and I only ever order happy meals and coffees, shouldn't be too difficult.
The place is a dump. Needs to be knocked down then build a new one.... also when I got my daughter a chocolate milkshake it had strawberry chunks in it. When I took it back about 10 minutes later the worker accused me of trying to get a free milkshake. When I asked to see a manager she changed her tune pretty quick. If you use drive through, check your order. Plus they never give you napkins while using drive through. Have to ask almost every time.
Waited 8 min in drive thru while they got a big order out, should of had them pull to the side and take care of the line of cars. Ice drinks were melted by the time we got them. Disappointed !!
Food is always cold unless you ask for it fresh. Night they treat customers like trash. Would call corporate but waste of time.
Not the best customer service, atmosphere. Food is exceptional. Wouldnt recommend eating here but prices are relatively low for fast food. Overall not a very good place.

Went in yesterday. Waited an excessive amount of time at the counter before I was even acknowledged. Then another wait to have my order taken while four people were working on drive thru orders. The females in the grill area weren't wearing gloves and had loose hair. Then after the excessive waits, the young female that came to the counter attempted to short change me and I had to remind her that she still owed me $6. Then my food arrives. The hot sauce for my burritos was missing and the bagel was saturated in butter and Hollandaise sauce. I was very hard to hang onto.
The drive thru was backed up & at a stand still for several minutes. (at least 15 min) I can't say anything about the food or atmosphere because we left & went to the Batavia Mc Donald's where we were thru in less than 5 min.
I went in there just to buy a large cup of black coffee. There was no one at the front registers. I waited for 5 minutes. The few staff were all busy. I went to the kiosk to try to order just a cup of coffee, the whole process was painful. Finally I got my single cup of coffee ordered, and I waited for someone to get it to me. It took another 5 minutes. I will not be going back to this McDonald's
READ: Eggshells in Round Egg + Coffee Instead Of Iced Tea (With Lemon.) Details: I've been coming here for years and it's been great. But something's up recently. In the last week alone, I've had two terrible experiences. The first was when I took a big sip of my iced tea with lemon only to find out that they had filled the cup with iced COFFEE. (As a coffee hater, this was not pleasant.) I actually threw up in my car - but that part is on ME, not them. But then, this morning, there was something crunchy in my Egg McMuffin. At first, I thought the english muffin got a little crispy - but nope - this was egg shells. LOTS of them. I'll be done with this Mickey Dee's for a while. Used to be 3-4x a week. Not anymore.
There often seems to be a lot of confusion behind the counter, and error rate on orders is very high. Staff is frequently unprofessional. Not unusual for the drive thru to be slow, but 25 minutes today....
Don't know why but its either the best mcdonald's to go to or you get half your order in a take out
Not the best always having trouble if you have certain things you don't want on the burger so might better just not bother or go to a different location. Also the chicken selects are not what they were in years past. They are more like a tyson chicken strip made of play-doh soaked in grease. But things just are not as great as years past.
Can never get an order correct. Countless times we have come to this mcdonald’s and ordered the same “big mac with no cheese and no onion” and somehow there has been multiple coincidences where we get home to find cheese still on the burger. Not only can they not give us the correct order, there has been many times we simply haven’t received a part of our order. Communication between their employees needs to be better.
I'm not a fan of McDonald's to start with and rarely go. last 3 times I have gone items are missing from the order. twice I had to drive back there to correct it.
Very dirty. A bunch of weird kids inside made us feel very uncomfortable. Definitely not going back.
I went there at 930 and they had doors locked I called because there dining room is open till ten and they had phone off the hook so it was busy won’t be going back again and anytime actually do get served they take longer than five mins to get you your food and always mess up orders
I will never go to this McDonald's again. I have never seen a restaurant this dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. And I brought it to the managers attention and she just laughed. Just close it down, it's ridiculous!!
Leroy McDonald's is a joke. They literally can't ever get my order correct. I mean how difficult is it to make a cheeseburger with no onion and no pickle and a diet coke. Nope I get a regular cheeseburger and a regular diet coke.

Come here all the time but today was the worst experience yet. no one knew what they where doing everyone on there cellphones. Took 10 minutes to get a burger and a tea and they gave me the wrong tea
Big Mac roll was rock hard around the edges, sweet tea was nothing more than bland water. If you're handing out clearance food products, hand out clearance prices as well! I did call and was told they could be replaced on my next visit but I could not remember the name of the person who told me that so ...no replacement given.
New look, same bad customer service. Went tonight after work, was told by the rude night manager that the sausage mcmuffans with egg are not part of the two for four (which they are), when I cancelled the first order and went to order the second, I was instead ignored and told ok goodbye very rudely. This location has lost a customer for life, and i hope everyone else stops going too. Maybe we can get a taco bell or something.
I understand you're busy... however my food was literally thrown in the bag. French fries all over and the bun was off my chicken sanwhich. Although it's sometimes the most convenient I will find someplace else at lunchtime.
No matter how many times you repeat yourself and tell them exactly what you want they will give you the complete opposite, you will have a 10% chance of getting what you ordered.
Literally the slowest McDonald on the planet and even if you decide to leave while in the drive thru you can pretty much forget about it because they have the worst designed parking lot that’s too tight for two cars to drive past each other
Why whenever I order a bigger order literally 2-3 things get left out, not just wrong, completely not even there. Why am I paying $5 extra for stuff I'm not even getting? Literally the last two times...
Never ordered as their app(in name only) froze up again. Won't be back until they get the app working, lots of other places to eat.
This is by far the slowest McDonald's. I have lived in LeRoy for a long time and have had numerous problems there. You're always in the drive thru for 10 mins or longer, food comes out burnt or hard, I have had them tell me 10 mins for an apple pie. They definitely need new management and work at a faster pace. My daughter works at a McDonald's on the thru way and she said it's completely different than Leroys. Hopefully someone steps up to fix the problems at this location.
So disgusting. I watched the lady working the drive through window spill a costumers milk shake all over her hands and then she licked it all off. She wasn’t wearing gloves and never stopped to wash her hands and continued to prepare this persons milkshake and touching everything around her. When she opened the window to tell me my order still wasn’t ready I told her I no longer wanted it and that I had seen what she did. Her response? “I only touch money, I don’t touch food” after I literally watched her touching food. Disgusting, and I was still charged for my order even though I didn’t get anything. I will never go to the this McDonald’s again.

I tried paying with two separate cards and the lady with glasses at the window told me I can’t do that I’ve done it plenty of times before so I asked for the manager the manager disregarded that I had asked for her and sent the same lady to the window to tell me I can’t do it and then she proceeded to try charging my card after I clearly said i wanted to pay with two separate cards the manager came to the window all hot talking about we can’t do that then I said we’ll then make it two separate orders then and she was like I’m not dealing with his attitude give him his order for free and walked away and left the lady at the window to hand me free food which I didn’t ask for free food I asked to pay for it slack manager and she was acting like they were really busy which I’ve seen lines at McDonald’s way longer then this one can’t handle the heat get out the kitchen shouldn’t be a manager and they fries always stale with no salt on em but let’s not talk about that
When we pulled up to the window they did not had me a receipt or my drinks and we had to wait 10 minutes for our food and when it eventually came out the drinks were handed to me incorrectly (in a broken drink carrier and not counterbalancing the cups) they spilled all over me and my car, the manager didnt apologize until she came out with a new drink and it was barely an apology. As i went to pick up the drink it was sticky so she had just refilled the same cup instead of getting me a new one. The fries were cold too .my boyfriend got spicy nuggets and they were so stale that he couldnt eat them
Dude with shoulder length hair, skull hoodie and glasses gave me my red cherry Fanta while it was exploding, said it’s fine just that it’s not frozen for some reason, as soon as I set it down this drink explodes all over my just detailed car. I go back to get a refund and instead of an apology (this guy was sitting on the edge of the drive thru window professional right?) he proceeds to deny that he even handed me the drink like that even though he very, very much did. Instead of taking accountability he said “well I don’t know how to do a refund” and disappeared. Terrible service, never coming back to this McDonald’s specifically that’s for sure.

I came in for my lunch break and stood at the counter for a few minutes before I was even noticed. It was told that there was a customer at the counter but they didnt seem to care. Some blonde girl came to the counter and I said hi and she didnt say anything. They were having a conversation and laughing. In the mean time I sat down for my lunch and can hear them laughing and they were acting very silly and were very loud. Not sure where management was but looking around things could of been done. There were dirty tables, floors and food napkins, dead flies on the window ledges and smudges on the windows. Very unprofessional and a restaurant was filthy.
I came in to get something quick. Waited for someone to take my order for about 10 minutes. Just for two managers to walk around the corner kissing. I asked to speak with the General Manager. She then told me she was the General Manager. She proceeded to give me attitude when I asked her if that’s what she gets paid to do. I find this to be highly unprofessional especially when I had been waiting for my order to be taken. Does the owner actually do anything about it? Cause judging by some of these reviews, unprofessionalism seems to be the norm.
This may be a long post. I entered the store and went to us the bathroom. There was a man talking on his phone with the speaker on. They were cursing and swearing but no big deal he was in the rest room. I went to the kiosk to make my order. The man comes out of the restroom and stands there continuing to curse and swear. I told him to stop cursing in front of everyone. I guess he didn't hear me. I asked the young lady at the counter if she knew who it was. She said he was a worker there. I was a little shocked. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager and her had a conversation. The manager was a little snotty asked what was wrong. I explained to her that one of her workers was cursing in the lobby loud enough for people to hear both sides of his phone conversion. The manager said he can do and say what he wants when he's off the clock. Now I'm really shocked. I said excuse me, your employee can stand and curse and swear in the middle of the restaurant? She again said if he's off the clock he can do and say what he wants. I asked who the store manager was and she said she was. I then asked if my friends and I were in there cursing and swearing would they tell us to leave? No response. So again I expressed my concern about her employee cursing. And then unbelievably she tells me if I don't like it I can leave!!!! The employee actually walked up while the manager and I was talking and apologized. That was good. The manager told her not to worry about it. She told him he had done nothing wrong. I spoke with the Director of operations for this franchise. He tells me he will speak with the manager. I then ask if he could give me a contact at the corporate office. Hr said he would but unfortunately they send it right back to him. What a system. If this manager continues to be employed legal action may have to be taken Can you believe the manager told me if I didn't like her employee cursing and swearing I could leave???
If people really knew what was really going on in that store, it’d be shut down in a week. This is an edit, I’ve emailed you directly with the issues in this store. You chose to ignore them. There’s a lot worse than just mold in the drive thru drink machine as well as worms that crawl through the pipes. Or the mice that are running around defecating all over the buns and drink station. Hands down, the health department should just close this location. Since the owner clearly won’t shut it down and fix the issues with it.
This is the most deplorable McDonald’s in all of New York, if I had to bet money. It seems as if every worker who enters is legally required to wear a permanent frown. They don’t bother greeting you, they give you attitude over asking for extra napkins, get the order wrong 70% of the time, and can’t bother to apologize for their mistakes. The young lady who works on off days from school is one of the worst mouths I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen teenage boys vaping outside and even inside the back kitchen. This place needs an owner that actually cares about the reputation of this establishment.
I have never met a more entitled, stuck up, and rude food service worker until coming here this morning. I called ahead to see if they were open, they answered and confirmed, then when I got there, didn’t answer until I drove up to the main window. She opened it, didn’t say a word, and just stared at me. I asked if she was open and she said no, I said “oh okay well I called ahead and…” and as I am literally trying to talk to her, she slams and locks the drive through door on me. Completely unacceptable behavior that she and whoever is her lead should truly be embarrassed.
30 minutes trapped in the drivethru with no way to get out is ridiculous for McDonalds, I have a 30 minute lunch break at work. We get in trouble for being late, there was only 5 cars ahead of me. Just absolutely unacceptable.
8pm on a Thursday. Customer service is absolutely hideous. No greeting, no, thank you.No, hello, just dirty looks and an attitude. I will never go here again. The two employees in the drive thru Couldn't make you feel more unwelcome. If you hate your job that much quit.
Yeah i won't be coming back here. The food is fine. Typical McDonald's. But saw some guy vaping inside around the food. And the managers are oblivious. I was going through the drive thru and look over and see that. If you can't take a break or get through a shift without getting your nicotine then do it away from food
This is truly one of the worst McDonalds in all of New York State. The entire store seems as though it’s run by high schoolers. Everyone from the General Manager to the crew members in this store seems more interested in gossip than they are serving customers. They are also extremely unsanitary, I watched several workers pick up fries off the ground with their bare hands then continue bagging and touching food without washing their hands as if it was a regular occurrence. I wouldn’t even eat my food because I watched a person preparing the food make it without using gloves. If you’re looking for McDonald’s in the area, I recommend driving to Batavia. It may take longer but you will be guaranteed a better experience.
