it's Chick-fil-A. what can you say? everything was great. the only thing that I have to complain about is the fact that they didn't put a spoon in with my yoga order as we had a mobile pickup. I would definitely stop here and eat again

Had a great experience on their 14th year anniversary. The kids loved it. They gave away brownies, balloons, baby cows and it was a great experience for the kids. Thanks to Management and all the staff at Chick-fil-A. It was a great visit and experience.

This is my preferred Chick Fil A place in the city. For the most part, the fries typically come out hot and fresh. I think they have all the employees trained right at this location. They have been consistently professional and courteous in their interactions with me. I have been to other locations where they handed me cold fries or had employees talking poorly about their coworkers in front of me.

Saw advertisement pretzel bun so I try the combo , with specialty cherry berry the cherry berry drink was not good at all. The overall OK atmosphere is OK as well. with the exception of most of the noise was coming from the workers inside

Hash browns did not seem fresh for whatever reason. I selected no cheese, they added cheese, so I had to disgard that half of my sandwhich. They forgot my orange juice til I reminded them, after unsuccessfully trying to get their attention when they were loudly distracted by eachother, as my car sucked in fumes, several minutes. Be careful with your drinks, second time this week I had half of leaking into my cup holder, complained to management and they said that's basically something that happens. Super sticky heading into work.

Went through the drive through with my family and got halfway home before I realized they forgot part of our food order and didn't give us enough straws for the drinks. I called customer care and they said they would email a coupon. It's been about 2 weeks and no response. Spent about $60 to be dissatisfied.

To my disappointment, I had a rather frustrating experience during my visit to this Chick-fil-A location on Saturday night. Upon arrival, I waited approximately 7–8 minutes at the drive-thru speaker before anyone acknowledged me. When I requested that my food be served warm, the team member hesitated and then placed me on hold. Once I reached the window, I was asked to provide my name, and my order was confirmed. However, I then waited an additional 10 minutes specifically for chocolate chip cookies. When my order was handed to me, I was reassured that the cookies were freshly made. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I live just two minutes away, and by the time I got home, the cookies were already cold and hard, which was very disappointing given the wait and the assurance I was given. This experience did not reflect the standard of service and quality I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope this feedback helps improve both customer communication and product consistency for future visits.

Sandwich was incorrect. I asked for no tomatoes, no multigrain bun, add buttered white bun, and add pickles.I didn't get any pickles and they added tomatoes. Also they didnt give me any sauce with my nuggets. customer service was ok.
