Favorite place to get boba in the outlets. My friends and I got the house milk tea w/boba, winter melon creama and mango fruit w/mango jelly. The boba was soooo good, sweet and chewy. The line can be a little long sometimes but staff does a good job of keeping things moving.

Great place to grab a refreshing drink while I shopped! They don't out too much ice and it's not overly sweet! I really liked the guava tea with lychee jelly!

The staff was friendly.. service was quick.. the drinks were amazing (perfectly made—not too sweet). If you are looking to have diabetes this place is not it.

Mango Boba Milk Tea. 10/10 really good boba and milk tea. Friendly staff and really fast service. Waited no more than 5 minutes even though there was many people ordering.

Love the lychee tea here... Perfect with 50% sweetness and extra lychee jelly, it's a little pricey than regular boba places but it's in a best location, exactly in the middle of shopping areas

Nice stop for boba while shopping at the Livermore Outlets. The line can get very long, but moves very quickly in my experience. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with pearls on my last visit. It was really refreshing on a hot day. The drink was almost too sweet for me, but it was still delicious.

The tea was alright, felt boba quantity wasn’t enough. They took so long to make the tea even when there was very little rush.

There was no front end staff to speak with, only a kiosk that asked for a tip. I’m unsure why I should tip since the only service was ordering food from kiosks. Food came out as I ordered it.

I had bought a bubble tea and requested not to add any ice. But they had loaded ice in my drink. When I pointed that out, they filtered the entire drink and I barely got few jellies left in my drink. Bcoz of all the ice, my tea had watered down

Got a mango smoothie, it was very icy with no milk so was more like a slush. Wouldn't recommend the drinks here not sure about the food.

I ordered the Guava Lemonade, it was too water down, I couldn't taste the lemonade nor the guava. And I also ordered the Milk Boba, too water down also, I couldn't take the Milk tea, the boba was good. Overall their menu has a great selection but their quantity is not great. I would go to Gong Cha, their drinks are a bit better for the same price.

Don’t waste your money here. Go to Starbucks or across the street to gongcha instead.

Worst customer service!! Just walk a little ways down to the other tea boba spot! I don't drink boba drinks or tea. My 9 year old daughter saw the boba drink on tiktok and she wanted to try. Obviously I don't want my daughter drinking tea so I asked the gentleman at the front window if they can make a drink without tea. He said yes decaf tea to my knowledge decaf still has caffeine which my daughter has an illness she should not have any caffeine so I am very careful about what I give her. I kept saying the man if there's anyway to make it without any caffeine. He was very rude and impatient. He kept answering me loud and very rude. If he's working the front he should have more patience and friendliness especially for people that are not familiar with ordering those type of drinks. Also the drink was very watered down and taste like a hint of strawberry. I paid basically almost $8 for water with a hint of strawberry. Take advice find a different place!

Every time I go here, i swear the quality just gets worst. I ordered a drink and it’s mostly just green tea. How are you trying to sell a product where the base is the majority of the drink? You can’t sell me a strawberry drink and it being 70% green tea and a splash of strawberry to change the color of the drink and try to pass off as said drink from the menu. This is deceiving and trying to cut cost to save money, you should not be in business. This is the last time I’ll be going. Definitely going down hill like everything else at this outlet mall. Absolutely horrible business ethics and tactics.

Worst popcorn chicken ever. What a disappointment. It was McDonalds-grade chicken nuggets meat, but worse in texture and taste. And missing the typical popcorn chicken flavor. I had 1.5 nuggets and tossed the rest to spare myself of unworthy calories. The boba my mom got was mediocre too.

If they had good milk tea then I would ignore their awful service. But the classic milk tea taste quite bland as sh*t and pretty watery, even worse than the instant milk tea sold in the supermarket. The cashier tried very hard to ignore her customers and talked in a very low voice quickly and impatiently. I've seen she showed annoying face to 3 asian customers, even though herself is asian. Anyway, this is an unbelievable experience I've ever had in the US. Good luck to you guys!

I was watching the person who was making the so called taro milk tea and all he did was put powder, extra water to fill up the cup then he put a drop of milk and a huge dose of tea. I also asked for some grass jelly and i got one small piece for 50 cents. Compared to all the other tea places I have gone this is by far the worst. If you want real milk tea go to teaspoon of bollinger and you will never come to tea heart again.
