We stopped by at this to grab a quick boba and snack. Best thing is it was open after almost everything in the outlets was closed. May be for some more time even if the timings on google are until 7pm. We ordered taro milk tea with peach popping boba. It was good but felt diluted for a $7+. Finished it in no time. Popcorn chicken was just yum. Rightly spiced. Didn’t have such a good popcorn chicken in some time. Boba can be a little thick. Still recommend it while in the outlet.

It’s okay. They messed up One of our orders. We asked for no ice, but still got ice. It’s pretty tasty, when they get the order right. Ambiance can be chilly in the winter.

There was no front end staff to speak with, only a kiosk that asked for a tip. I’m unsure why I should tip since the only service was ordering food from kiosks. Food came out as I ordered it.

We got taro and strawberry milk tea. Friendly staff. They use milk powder(?) and hot water to make it. Tasted like flavored water. Not too bad still but not same as how milk tea is advertised

The watermelon slush was sour and disgusting. Asked staff for a different drink, she responded with “that’s how it tastes, we dont use real watermelon so it cant go bad” Not sure if to feel more worried lol… There goes $8 down the trash bin right outside their store

Terrible experience. Avocado smoothies are favorites of mine, so I decided to try Tea Heart out. When I saw the lady put just half an avocado in the huge mixing cup and filled it up the rest of the way with ice, I knew it was not going to be the quality and taste that I was used to. That was exactly the case. In addition to the poor quality product, it was very expensive ($7.85!) and the lady working there was less than welcoming or personable. Don't waste your time or money here!

I ordered the mango sago drink, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The drink was watery and lacked the rich and creamy texture I expected. It felt like a diluted version of what it should be. Moreover, the cost of the drink was exorbitantly high, priced at $10 for a subpar and diluted beverage. If I had the option, I would definitely give it a zero rating.

On 8/14/2022 my 9 year old wanted to try this because of TikTok so I asked for a sample before I spent unnecessary money and the lady said no we don’t give free samples. I purchased the milk and tea boba and my daughter didn’t like it so I tried it and it just taste like strong coffee. Although I couldn’t digest the jelly coffee beans. That was a waste of $7.50. Please don’t buy it for children

Worst boba experience that I ever had. Rose milk tea had small bits of jelly inside when I didn't add any toppings. I'm not talking about pearl or sago. Just literal small bits. Mango Sago was literally just mango juice with ice and sago as a topping. Sago had a very strong bad smell to it. Never gonna come back and please don't go there.
