Firstly their location is perfect for us, and very convenient. The staff is always friendly and inviting. I tried the Firecracker shrimp for the first time. I was a little hesitant, thinking it might be too spicy for my taste, but I was wrong! This shrimp dish was delicious with plump giant fresh shrimp, definitely do it again! If you try it save some for me!!

It is comforting to see at least 1 familiar face, and that is Jon's. His service is excellent, always with a smile, no matter how busy it is. He knows this is my Mom's favorite place and will ask how she's doing. The fact that he can remember that is beyond impressive. Besides the food and the convenient location of this branch, his pleasant and welcoming demeanor is why I keep coming back. This kind of customer service is almost non-existent. KUDOS, for hiring him!

This place can get busy but I feel the line moves fast. I'm greeted normally as I step in and once I am at the front, they offer a sample. The food generally stays fresh during this period as it gets rotated through rather quickly. Their eggplant and tofu dish taste really good.

The food is good, but what's up with these portions? I paid for a plate. But with this much orange chicken I should've just paid for a bowl and an additional 3 pieces of orange chicken. And one of the cashiers did not want to be working there. Dude was out of it. He asked if I needed anything. I said a cup of water and that request went right out the other ear. He asked if I wanted my order for to go or here. I said to go and that also went out the other ear.

Two stars because they are stingy with their portions. Ordered a 2 item plate and the amount of teriyaki chicken was the same as a bowl. See photo. Also, they have 1 trash can located near the entrance where people line up to get food just adds to the chaos in there.

Quality food comes down.... and watch the spaces on new plates..... the space for rice and chaomein, then the really small portion for the protein item.... becarful... put attention about the quantity the serve on your plate. I asked to an employee , she said that have to change the plates for the material.....but I asked for the portions not the plate.... then she said is a total of 24 oz. Of food, but when I asked the oz. Of every item or portion she's not sure about it....

Okay, I haven’t had Panda Express in awhile because they didn’t have the beyond chicken, so maybe this is normal to others but I felt like my bowl was half the size it used to be? This was $15. No longer worth the price :(

This location frequently "misses" online orders, or takes 20-30+ minutes to have your order ready after the estimated time. I get it...you may be busy, but there needs to be a bit more respect for online orders. I don't think anyone showing up in-person will need to wait 35+ minutes from their time of arrival to their order completion.

We just picked up our food maybe around 10 and just got home with our food. This is what she found in her plate. We actually waited for fresh super greens because they were out. We tried to call but staff acts like they can't hear us on the phone. We're saving the plate and coming back tomorrow. Hopefully for a refund. If you are at this location make sure you check your food if you are ordering to go. Staff was nice in person, I have no idea how they can serve this and not see it.

This place is all bad. I dont have a problem with onions but when I get a bowl of chow mein i dont want a bowl of mostly onions This is horrible everytime. Im over this place never going back

We came more than 30 minutes before closing and they completely ignored us and refused to open the door. They were already deep cleaning. We were not the only customers to be turned away.
