They can never get your order right here. Maybe cause all the staff are too young? Plus my fillet oh fish 3 times in s row are always dry, no sauce whatsoever. Management needs to help this store! Super long waits and each time my order is either missing or completely wrong! No it happy

Let me just say the lady who I went to talk to inside was rude and had no intention in helping me. I ordered two different MEDIUM ICED COFFEES. You can see the picture down below. I got a small iced coffee.. I simply went inside to get a medium because that’s what I asked for and I brought my receipt. The girl didn’t bother to look at my receipt and said I got a medium. She went back and forth with me. I clearly got a small and the cup said small.

I don't usually write bad reviews. But tonight was really bad at McDonald's. The line was super slow 🐌 then when I got to order they only said anything else? Anything else? Anything else ? Like cmon cmon. I asked if I could get a fish sandwich. Anything else? Then I noticed he listed 2 sandwiches. After I asked he said, Anything else? So then when I got the drinks both were the same even though I asked for 2 different drinks. But I guess that was easier. And finally the food... I got the fish sandwich and it was so badly burned and over cooked I could not eat it. It was like burned rubber. See the pics. So I drove to jack in the box and re ordered a dinner meal. My friends I texted pictures told me not to go to this McDonald's probably because it's so close the freeway they don't care. Lesson learned.

I love using my McDonalds app even though I do not frequent the location by my home. Today I felt I would give them the benefit of the doubt but I was WRONG! I haven’t came to this location in a year and now I know why! We ordered on the app and waiting in line 30 minutes to get to the intercom. By this time it was passed 11am. I’m worried about my order because I only had breakfast items. They assured me it was fine and my order was being made. When I arrive to the first window I was given my receipts. At the second window I had been waiting 45 minutes total. Then they tried to park me ?! What?! I was not going to park to wait another 40 minutes. They stated they only have one grill working and to be patient? How should I be patient if I’ve been here for 45 minutes already. They did not apologize and the manager kept trying to move us. By the time I got my order it was a whole hour and 10 minutes I was waiting. I could have went to eat at a diner for the amount of time I waited for better quality food. The manager was on the phone the whole time. Not sure if with complaints or personal.

I came in and asked the manager if I could use the restroom before I ate and she said yes I use the restroom came out and was standing outside waiting to take my order for half hour and every time I kept telling them I wanted to order they kept telling me to wait that a lot of orders in the drive through I won't come here no more

Service is lame. I waited more than 20 minutes for a coffee and some cookies. No one is at the cashier. Lines of people waiting for their orders. Severely understaffed. Do better.

This review is for Diego, he is rude and doesn't hold McDonald's customers with any regard. Ordered through the app frappe with $1.50 off also had to use the restroom which I have on 3 different occasions. Today was my encounter with Diego a horrible person by the way. I asked if I could use the restroom he said you have to buy something I said I did as he was walking away I waited for him to come back but by this time a lady was coming out so I went in. As I came out went to the counter waited . The order board was saying still serving order #1625 , then when I asked the manager and Diego where my drink since I had to buy something. Then I was told the frappe machine was down. Some nerve of these goofs. Wasted my 15 minute break, plus money cause I poured out the ice coffee because I don't trust them. I'll go to bk from now on and I'm closing my md app they hire anybody

Always a long wait. Not sure if management just has poor time management skills, understaffing, or both, but it's become faster to go to the location more out of my way than to try and stop by this one... Long wait to take my order, sometimes an even longer wait to actually get my food :(

Use cash and never use the App. When complications occur you lose the order and you won’t get your money back. Do not go to this one but if you do please use cash. $50 down the drain.

They take forever to make your order. They got rid of the cashier's and somehow this made it worse.
