Visited here a couple days ago and the young girl who made my difficult drink was very helpful and nice. She was really patient about with all the questions I had. She also ask me how I would like it as she made it. She made the perfect drink. I came by earlier today again and she made my drink again. And to no surprise, she made it delicious! We made small talk as she made more drinks. She even recommended me her favorite drink. Thank you, Delylah! I will continue to come here. Overall great energy and staff are super friendly.
This was an incredibly busy place this morning however the line inside and the drive through moved very fast. Order was placed and served in less than five minutes. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Coffee shop was very clean. Best Starbucks I’ve seen as far as the number of customer orders being processed. There were no complaints expressed by customers over wrong orders. Very impressive operations.
I had a really great experience at this Starbucks today. I had a very complicated order this visit and the person who helped me, Ari, was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with all my questions and while I made sure I had everything correct. She definitely went beyond what I was expecting, offering suggestions to make things easier, keeping it positive (I was a ball of stress this morning), and just was so sweet the whole time, she was such a huge help!

Today it was okay. I ordered a White Mocha frap with Matcha, extra ice and no whip cream. My drink wasn't thick and they put whip cream. Service was good for it being early, oh well I will try again tomorrow 😊
The drive thru is usually busy, but it moves fairly quickly, even though some people order fancy drinks that holds up the line, understandably. But they do work pretty fast if you compare to other Starbucks in the area...

We arrived in the drive thru and it was a little frustrating that we couldn't see the menu as the car behind the ordering customers. I ended up using the app on my phone to figure out what I wanted. We ordered 2 different tall, hot drinks and they were ready as soon as we pulled up to the window. However, they weren't labelled and I'm not sure the person at the window heard us ask which was which. It took a sec but we needed to know before pulling out into the busy LA traffic.
I came here with my dad at 3am. The service was better than any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They were quick and helpful, I’d have to recommend coming to this location.

Even though this Starbucks is a very busy place, customer service is always exceptional. I appreciate the calling out of orders. I've been to other starbucks location where I've waited for my order for more than 20mins waiting for my order to get called out. Downside for me is the restroom. The few times I've visited the restroom it was poorly maintained.

Late night Coffee and not just any cup of coffee, I ordered a Blonde Roast Coffee Pour over ☕️ Kia is very nice,professional and her Smile made me smile. Thank you for taking the time in making this night a lot easier for me. I also noticed when I ordered she had to quarter back the whole crew in order to make this pour over happen. Everyone here works very hard all to serve the community with Starbucks Coffee. Great job everyone.
I don’t usually post reviews about anything but I loved my experience here so so much! I want to say that the Barista Gaby was one of the sweetest baristas I have ever met and her recommendation was definitely amazing! She deserves a raise for her patience and attitude. I will absolutely be coming back here!
I order my usual (Iced Coffee w/5 classic, w/extra splash of soy in a Venti cup) I tend to get some off portions, and the flavor is a bit of a hit and miss, do I like it or can I just deal with it and just drink it. This is a per location thing, Starbucks in general, but this location hit it on target and it was great. I can’t say what was off when it is but this time it tasted great and I enjoyed it… very busy location but they were very quick to make my order.. Definitely recommend to visit when by the USC area..
I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for a year now. I am always greeted with a kind smile and happy vibes, even if the staff is busy. The staff here takes the time to know my name and can sometimes predict what I’ll order. Thank you to everyone here for adding positivity to my weekly routine!
Been going here a few times every week this past month. Sometimes are busier than others, and it might be a bit slower, but the mixes are always spot-on and the people are always very friendly. It's a nice regular stop for me these days.
Jeremiah provided the best customer service, was patient and was able to understand what I wanted. Overall because of his service I will continue to choose this location
This is officially the last Starbucks I’ve ever visited and/or ever will visit! It’s because I like good coffee and life is way too short to drink burned garbage. 5 start review because I’m sure other people like their drinks and they have great service! But if your a real coffee drinker - you know - Starbucks is not the move
I want to thank Vane at the drive-through window for her outstanding service! She was very patient and helpful while assisting me with purchasing gift cards, and she handled everything with a great sense of urgency so I never felt like I was holding up the line. Her kindness, efficiency, and professionalism really stood out—I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!
The place is great. Even though it could get very busy and the drive thru as well. The only problem is that I sometimes i ask for double espresso on my frappe at it seems that they don't added. There's other Starbucks that I have visited and when I ask for double espresso you could taste it right away. So I have to be reminded them to add double espresso.
I just felt Rush in place my order when there where any other person waiting at line. Forgot to make my special request for my order. I have issues placing orders, just have to keep ordering on the app.
Stopped here to have a hot beverage on a very cold morning. Service was really fast and very good. Workers were really in a festive holiday mood and it made for a great experience at an establishment that i normally don't frequent. I would definitely recommend this location because of the customer service.
The staff is absolutely friendly and efficient but please take a look at your bathroom. I’m posting this because it’s a disrespect to your customers and disservice to Starbucks to operate like this. I see you have an assigned employee restroom so I’m sure on one even checks on the customer bathroom. I have to point out there isn’t even a bathroom log on the door like most establishments. I hope this does not lead to you closing the bathroom to your customers but something has to be said about this. It really bothered me to go into such a disgusting bathroom. I’m more than certain you have not mopped this bathroom in days or weeks. I just hope you take is seriously and clean it regularly.
This place really need to hire more baristas. Been visiting here almost one year now. Always I can see baristas on here outnumbered by online order, drive through, and customers. Ordered Brownie but expected to get warmed up brownie. But it was cold. I didn’t complain bc I know they are busy. This place 100% can be better than this.
They are out of the apple danish and I LOVE THOSE THINGS! Order more and don't make them a seasonal item. This is why I go to Starbucks! Otherwise you get 5 stars for food.
“I only ordered one matcha and there’s almost nobody inside, but I’ve been waiting for about 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. This place feels like a nightmare. There are around 6–7 people working here, but I’m not even sure if they’re actually working.
Not sure what the barista was having a bad mood from the one particular day my daughter went to go for a drink with her friends. The barista in her words, said, “I’m not serving this girl.” And so had my daughter hand her gift card to her friend. To which she then passively declined, claiming the gift card wasn’t working. My daughter didn’t believe her and after impulsively tossing the card out, and unsurely knowing I’d the card was empty, called her uncle again asking about the card he gifted her. The uncle said he was positive it was a brand new card never used and advised my daughter to check again. So my daughter registered this card online to find out that, in fact, there was $10 loaded and unused on this card. I’m not sure if my daughter was being profiled for being poorly dressed or trying to score an extra bottle of water that she declined for using the gift card with along with her friend’s drink, but I don’t appreciate this kind of treatment. We will be boycotting Starbucks for future notice of all Starbucks chains. Not that they care, from the way this company had been acting on a large scale, but they should. My daughter says the manager helped mediate the situation and she should be at least acknowledged. So thank you to whoever you are. But as for the rest of the staff that encourages this kind of behavior, shame on you.
Very slow. Considering that they have staff to cover inside and drive through they take forever to give you your order. Ive been to smaller and more crowded starbucks with minimal staff and they get their job done in less time then this. On top of that they get your order wrong and definitely show their frustration to you. You would think it would have good service since its near a busy area and on top of that a great university.
I'm a student I also live nearby and I do Uber in the surrounding areas this is one of my go to places when I have to use the restroom but honestly I've been to a dozen or more Starbucks in other areas and depending where you go will dictate how clean the bathroom is. There are 5 locations in this area it's surrounding USC this is got to be the filthiest bathroom I've ever been to. Just had to make a pit stop and the bathroom Is trashed the floors wet nasty there's no toilet paper someone is used all the toilet sea covers and these customers are some of the lazy's people I've ever seen they will throw used toilet paper and toilet seat covers on the floor instead of in a trash can that is very visible there I don't know if there is a language barrier or what but the staff needs to let people know when they run out of a toilet paper. There's nothing more annoying than having to go to the bathroom and there is no toilet paper. Also it needs to be hit with a HUGE DOSE OF BLEACH. THE floor is filthy and why is it a unisex bathroom? They should have kept it separate BIG MISTAKE. Since the men use the regular toilet anyway and leave the toilet seat up or they pee on the floor. I just left this bathroom almost slipped and hurt myself due to the puddle of water that's on the floor that someone left. Upon leaving the bathroom I noticed numerous staff members just chatting, clearly there are enough people there where someone can take the time to clean that filthy ass bathroom. But no when I notified a member of staff he seemed to have a bit of an attitude when I told him that The bathroom was trashed there was no toilet paper and needed to be cleaned it was filthy. His response was yeah I'm gonna get to that I'm trying to clean it it's actually not a service right now. His version of putting a sign saying that in service was just putting a cleaning bucket in the hallway where the bathroom is how do you know that a bathroom is out of service if you don't put a sign. Clearly the staff here are not concerned with cleanliness and if this is any indication of how the coffee prep area looks I don't think I want to drink coffee here anymore because you might get something seriously I go to school in Alhambra there is one across the street from there and it's like the total opposite it's pristine clean And they do close it for a period of time to clean and they use bleach I've gone to a location in El Segundo it's the same thing super clean. This location is close to where a lot of homeless people are and I understand why they don't have trash cans outside now because the homeless with mental issues will go through the trash and have trash everywhere so I understand that. Maybe it's a management issue I don't know because the PANDA that's across the street bathroom is super clean so is the McDonald's across the street so what is the problem here and why should I get attitude when I inform staff of how their bathroom it looks . I doubt if their employee bathroom looks like this so why should this one look like this it's Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Clean it with bleach you have hundreds of people coming through here daily. What part of that do you not get. It's Sickening.
Not impressed with my first visit to this location......I spent more than average $ and I tipped, but it didnt seem to matter because I had to wait 10 minutes for 1 Chai latte that was just sitting on a back counter👎........and it wasnt busy at all.......there were only 3 customers in the whole time I was waiting.......I kept looking at the drink on the back counter......wondering if it was mine, finally I asked someone where my chai latte was because I had been waiting 10 minutes for it.......he looked around confused and when he saw the cup in reference he brought it to me! At that point I was frustrated wondering how THAT happened.....he did offer to remake it but at that point I was upset and "over waiting"!!
I come here everyday since it’s my closest starbucks and it’s sad to see how their customer service gets worse and worse. Old staff and morning is always very polite. Tonight’s shift was very rude and clearly do not like their job slamming everything around. They were rude since we first began to order in drive thru and than got our drinks wrong. All 4 employees seemed to be in a bad mood. 2 stars only because there’s still some employees that are nice.
Super long wait time for such a short line. They have difficulty taking your order... At least they're 24/7 seemed pricier than before though, yikes.
I ordred tall size coffee around 6:50 am. Coffee was warm not hot. First time it happeed at Starbucks. McDonald sometimes serve warm coffee, but when I pay more at * bucks I expect better service. Also, my credit card info was stolen at this location a few years ago. My card info was used 5 minutes later at * bucks at Olympic & Figueroa buying gift card worth around $400.
Location: Convenient Hours: 24hrs super convenient Customer Service: Poor Called exactly 16 times, beginning at 430AM no one picked up. I decided to drive over, again they are a 24hr location, coffee should be readily available. Well, don't depend on it. You might ask, well why didn't you just order online? Turns out travelers are no longer available online. Well wait isn't that coffee? Any who.. if you need multiple travelers for early morning 6AM meeting don't depend on a 24hr Starbucks.. they don't have the capacity to handle coffee orders of such magnitude.
Really depends on when you go. This morning the dude who should have been making my order was screwing around on his headset instead. Made me wait 15 minutes at 3:30am for one coffee with no other orders behind me. Wasn't making a fresh pot either. Just not paying attention. Pick a different location early mornings.
Take vacation from work when u are ordering from this location and don’t forget to get a tent and mattress. Just to make a regular coffee take approximately 1-2 business days. Very slow ((((
Maybe the drive thru is okay, but I don’t recommend going into this Starbucks if you’re in a hurry. even if there’s nobody in line it still always takes 30 min before your drink is ready. I think they prioritize the drive thru customers which means looooong wait if you’re in store…. :(

Bought two brown sugar expresso ordered the barista had the worst attitude today on top of that the drinks came out disgusting i couldn’t even taste the coffee no sugar i waited extra because the confused my name and trashed me a different name and my drinks where just Sitting there if you are in no mood to work stay home i visited Starbucks with time to be at work on time and o was late today because of this and my drinks were not good at all
Was really bummed to find out I couldn’t get my Starbucks drink for free since it’s my birthday today. They tried to scan the QR code on the app but it wasn’t working. I even showed them the birthdate in my personal info section (which you can’t change) but they still had me pay full price. It’s sad but a free drink was going to be the highlight of my birthday. But honestly that’s probably what I get for ordering at a multibillion dollar company. So cheap and heartless, it’s not a surprise, just disappointing.
I have been coming to this starbucks for years. I do not know if they change management or what, but the drive thru has been slacking and there taking a long time to get cars out and hand them there drinks. Not only that i right once i was about to pay i wanted to add a cookie a cookie not a drink but a cookie. The cashier ask the manager hispanic(male) if i can add a cookie to my bill he was so rude and inappropriate and said no because there busy. Mmmm i have been coming here for years and sometimes i add a extra item last minute never been a issue. If i was a general manager i would look at the reviews of my store and start firing people. This employees need consequences to there actions

Very disappointed because I have ordered at this location several times and I have never had a problem with my drinks until yesterday. We ordered two iced caramel macchiatos which is my husbands favorite drink. One drink was perfectly fine but the other drink did not have caramel. We went back but the employee, Angie, who was at the drive-thru window didn't want to change the drink because she said it was fine and that we were mistaken. It was obvious that one drink had caramel and the other didn't. After we told her we didn't want anything anymore and left the drinks at the window, then she said she would change the drink. Very disappointed with the customer service we received.

I always place my orders through the app before arriving. The app gives me an ETA about when my order should be ready. Every time I arrive and expect to pick up my drink and walk it, I'm waiting at least 10 minutes. Today I decided to voice my frustrations, because there was barely anyone waiting. The barista just gave me a bug-eyed stare and shrugged. If I didn't wait for nearly the entirety of my break, I would've asked to speak with his supervisor. That's NOT the way you should be treating your customers. And these employees want higher wages, they don't even deserve to be in customer service if they can't handle feedback.

I've lost all faith for this location. If, you are only at Starbucks for the sugar and syrup, this location is for you. I ordered a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew via the drive-thru. What I received was milk and sugary syrup pumps over ice. It was my fault for not tasting the order before driving off. The times I have visited this location it is the same outcome = caffeinated beverages nowhere in sight. You know you have the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew right when you can distinguish between the cold foam and the cold brew. Read that sentence again if you must. There were no cars ahead of me while I placed my order. It only took a few seconds to drive up to the window. The drink, by some miracle, was ready to go. The cold brew was not visible at all. Not even some type of caramel shade to indicate that there was cold brew present. It is difficult to fathom that a correctly made cold foam could have reach and mixed with all of the cold brew within the cup at such an alarming rate. Most importantly, there is no way the staff could have blended the cold foam correctly so quickly. A barista who is passionate about their work, perhaps. In retrospect, I should have just asked for a regular cold brew. To be fair, look up a picture of this drink on the Starbucks website. I am not saying it needs to look like that every time but there should be some type of satisfactory standard. There should be transparency. Just trying to get the order done as quickly as possible to have free time is unfair. We are paying customers. I can understand if I had ordered the drink via the mobile app and I took a long time to pick it up. That was not the case.
There was hair in my tea and I did not even know until I finished drinking the tea and I opened the lid. This is really disgusting, And I have seen them consistently pick up cups with their index finger meaning their finger is going in the cup before they pour anything in it… Which is also disgusting. It’s ridiculous that they don’t have better sanitation and cleanliness.
It sucks that I pay $8.00for coffee n this particular location can’t get my order right ever!!!! But this am my coffee is the worst it’s ever been …. I repeated my order several times slowly she said got it Got to the window n asked her to repeat my order .. she got it wrong … after waiting for over 10 minutes… I tried my drink it tastes like watered down coffee…. I don’t taste the restretto … my cup doesn’t have a label… EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS GETS IT RIGHT BUT THIS LOCATION N THAT SUCKS because it’s convenient for me to come here late night early morning
I was waiting to be helped which I don’t mind until I see all 7 workers walk pass saying “they will be just with me” but not one person behind the counter came to help. It took someone from the back to help and in all honesty it was NOT busy whatsoever. Very disappointed. This crew needs to work on being attentive to customers because no way there is only one person who knows how to do cashiering.
Usually this starbucks have the Best Services during the day time , But as a regular customer, my husband picked up my mobile order coming from work, as he gets home I look at my drink to see if it had whip like I wanted but turns out it didn't even have half the drink itself, I called to communicate with them and speak to a manager but according to the person that answer “ Victoria” said I had to go back so they can remake my drink, I made sure to let her know that I lived far and she just stayed quiet instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience , I asked if that was how they speak to their costumers since she just stay quiet, she replied back saying “what do you want me to do? We can’t refund you without you coming to the store”..Overall, the most important role was to be sincere and respectful but apparently this person if she was really a supervisor of the night, didn’t have what Starbucks is considered to have, great costumer service.
This place did it again…I decided to give them a chance AGAIN 🙄 and got my usual iced shaken espresso. The drinks are always watered down. It tasted nothing like an espresso. I will now for sure drive a few more blocks to another location.
This Starbucks is busy and does not have enough staff. I will not be coming back here even though it is the closest location to me. They cater to the drive thru (drive thru still takes forever) and take forever for the in store orders. I was there on Sunday (September 24th) placed my order and 17mins later I still was missing one of my drinks (mind you, I only orders 2 drinks for me and a friend). I was going to be late for work so I had to leave one of the drinks I paid for which is ridiculous. The cashier offered me a refund (which I appreciated) but then realized she didn’t know how to do the actual refund; that along with the in store line becoming long and running late for work, I left my drink. I am better off going to another location farther from me and getting better service with drink time than coming to this location. Only come to this location if you have at least 20mins extra to spare. Do not come to this location if you’re on a schedule.
Online it states that the store is open 24/7 with lobby hours 4am-9pm. It was 4:40 am and there was a man standing in the pouring rain, flash flood, waiting for them to open. I asked why the interior wasn't open yet. I was rudely questioned what was I saying what was I asking as if you don't understand any other word excluding lobby's.toll they didn't open until 5am so do I want to order or do I want to wait and go inside. And then a girl got on and asked me what was the question and I repeated myself again she told me when they open & I suggested they get corporate to chang their hours and her response was that's not her job. I explained I would've went to another one that I knew open their lobby earlier. She then flat out lied making up her own response that that store was not 24hr like them and they opened the same time which neither was true. Why do people make up garbage, just say you don't know and you'll at least let corporate know.
Service is ok but the drinks are horrible I ordered a dragon fruit lemonade and It has a taste of a pumpkin like what ?
I placed a mobile order for a matcha. I have never in my life waited as long as I did. 15 min!!! That defeats the purpose of a mobile order. What the heck! And no apologies. I felt like I was in the twilight zone - people were coming in and out grabbing their drinks but I was STILL waiting! And on top of that, my drink was very mediocre. I am disappointed and I highly doubt I will be back to this location.
I work at one of the large luxury auto dealerships near this Starbucks. I, along with several co-workers have been coming to this location for years. 70% of the time our orders are wrong or drinks are wrong. I don't like to bash Starbucks because my daughter works for one but when I tell her what goes on here she is appalled. I even started mobile ordering because it's a 45 minute wait. I mobile ordered and still waited 45 minutes. 4 people walked in and ordered and got their drinks way before me. Today we went and this is what I get. I mean seriously, you can't even fill it up? It looks like someone drank it! This place always has new employees and they are the slowest most inaccurate Starbucks EVER. They opened another one a little further and we go there instead.
NOT LAPTOPS FRIENDLY!!!! What a shame the workers are very very very rude and when I ask to use the laptop they go there are no chargers you can’t use a laptop here I was like what you mean that’s what Starbucks are for, right? then she goes There are no charging outlets in Starbucks don’t use laptops. The reason I go to Starbucks so I can work on my laptop and drink some good coffee. not in this one they are not laptop friendly if u would like to use a laptop and have a cup of coffee avoid this place at all costs!!! It’s on Figueroa I posted the screenshot of the place. horrible really really really bad and the way they talk will make you feel like you came from the moon. Something like laptops really what are you an alien don’t use that here we don’t know what it is go somewhere else bye-bye that’s how bad this place is. If I could give zero stars I would but the only option is to get one but it’s actually -1
Today I ordered my coffee with an extra shot and when I tasted it, it tasted more like milk than coffee. I asked for an extra shot and she told me that I had to pay for it. I said okay and went to the cash register and when it was my turn, I explained the situation to the lady at the cash register and the lady at the cash register said no problem, you don't have to do the checkout, I'll do it again and I thanked her. At that moment, the other lady came and forced her other friend to pay. They kept looking at me. This situation made me angry. This is very rude behavior. I paid 12$ for 2 coffees, am I not going to pay for the extra shot? The employees are very rude.

Lobby is dirty and disorganized. The bathroom was dirty and stinky, gross. It's one of the worst locations I have ever been. Trash cans were overflowing with trash. The store is continuously busy, same as the drive-thru. And there is only 3 people working on the counter. I definitely think that this store needs more employees. I do not recommend this store. Eventhough, their our are very convenient
This is one of the worst run Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I ordered ahead and when I went to pick up my order it was incomplete. I ask a worker if they could fix this, which they said they would. After waiting for over 20 minutes I never received the rest of my order. I went and asked again, only to be told “We’re working on it”. I understand they get busy, but it can’t take that long to warm up a sandwich. The lack of care and attention from here was truly horrid.
Starbucks workers writing “trump” on cups and laughing about it, so unprofessional! Will never shop at this store again, immature employees like these ruin stores. Do better
Staff is not friendly at all & lack on good customer service. By far the worst Starbucks I’ve been too, do better.
As a paid customer, my child needed the restroom and was denied unless he was also a paying customer, HES 9YRS OLD!!! We enjoy starbucks all over the country but this was ridiculous for this special location. Horrible management and shift rep at 10pm 1/16/2026. .
Terrible service, and the baristas just play around with each other, never paying attention to the customers, and they take a very long time to make a simple frappuccino. They need to have a supervisor in that location. Never come back
An excruciatingly long wait. NOT HAPPY. Ordered a black coffee inside and it took 10 minutes to get it a simple black coffee. So sad to see Starbucks fall off from what it was. Rosa was gave attitude, as if I was the one taking something from her. Manager should really keep her employees in line. This Starbucks has usually disappointed me, but today it was just too much.
they made my order after numerous follow up. It was prepared and delivered not in a very good way - milk is all over the cup

The service here is absolutely horrible. Girl with blonde hair does not even say hello or anything when asking what you want. She's too busy being friendly with her coworker but can't be polite to clients.
The customer service was poor during the early morning shift. The female barista at the mobile window ignored my 'good morning' and immediately asked, 'Are you here for pickup?' I said yes. I knew my order was wrong right away when I received it. I ordered a Hazelnut Oat Shaken Espresso Double Shot, but what I got was essentially a cup of milk. I was already late and didn't have time to complain, but if I had wanted a cup of milk, I would have ordered one. If the staff doesn't like working the morning shift, they shouldn't be
I’ve been coming here for 5 years and the service has gone downhill. The new staff lack professionalism, are rude instead of helpful, and handle situations poorly. Recently, I was wrongly accused by a drive-through worker and refused service while trying to get food for my mom who had just left the hospital. The “supervisor” wasn’t even wearing a name badge. Very disappointing compared to how great this location used to be.
Such an Awful experience at this Starbucks on August 4, 2025. The female cashier working the drive thru around 12 AM was unbelievably rude. I asked a simple question about a product, and she snapped back with a flat out no in a nasty dismissive tone didn’t even bother to check or help. Meanwhile, she was being polite to other customers but treated us like an inconvenience. She also told us we couldn’t make any modifications to our order. We were so mad, we just drove off. We didn’t want to deal with her attitude anymore her customer service was absolutely terrible.Do yourself a favor and skip this location. There’s another Starbucks just 2 miles down the road where the staff is actually helpful and respectful. This one needs serious retraining or new management.
I’ve had multiple negative experiences at the Starbucks at 2735 S Figueroa St, and at this point it’s clearly a pattern — not a one-time issue. On June 26 around 7:05 AM, after I placed my order at the drive-thru speaker, the employee told me, “Have your payment ready at the window.” It wasn’t friendly, it wasn’t helpful — it was said in a way that felt condescending and unnecessary. But this wasn’t the first time. This same employee has said that exact line on multiple different days I’ve come through — and every time, it’s the same dismissive tone. It’s not something said to every customer, and it makes the service feel biased and uncomfortable. That same day, I handed her a coupon Starbucks gave me for a previous issue. She acted like she scanned it but didn’t, and I was still charged full price. And another time, when I used my points for a free drink, they barely tried. The order was wrong and clearly rushed — like the one time I didn’t pay out of pocket, they didn’t think it mattered. I filed a complaint, and corporate passed it to the district manager, Kevin Zavala. He responded with a generic email and refused to address anything directly — no apology, no resolution, no accountability. This location needs serious retraining. Customers shouldn’t feel judged, overcharged, or given subpar service — especially when using rewards or resolving previous issues. Do better.
It is very very sad and disappointing to come to the Starbucks because I really needed to use a restroom first before I made any purchase. I was forced to buy something first before I was allowed to use the restroom. I am a regular Starbucks customers who always buy a lot of gift cards from Starbucks to give it to my staff. I strongly recommend you do not come over here again to support them. Very, very poor Customerservice it is horrible.
‼️‼️Disappointment with Customer Service‼️ I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received at your Starbucks location. During my recent visit, I repeatedly asked the employee for the restroom code for my child. Despite standing right in front of her, she refused to respond or acknowledge my requests. It was incredibly disheartening to be ignored, especially with my child next to me. I have never experienced such disrespectful behavior in any establishment. It’s clear that this group of employees needs retraining on how to acknowledge and treat customers properly. I know she heard me, but her refusal to respond was unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this Starbucks in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to customer service.
1/15/25 it’s 7p.m staff that was on duty was not helpful. Waiting for 10minutes to get my ordered taken inside the cafe. Person on register was multitasking and focusing on making drinks as I waited. However there was a staff member that was focusing on cleaning or starting to being a night task, she could had easily taken my order and knew I was standing there. Not one person acknowledged me nor apologized for the wait. I understand there was others before me still waiting for drinks but the staff member that was not doing drinks and was Berly going to start a task could had taken my order quick and would have kept the times of doing drinks reduced down. I don’t know if she was management but she could have easily stepped into help the cashier since the cashier was not to be found in the first five minutes of me waiting. For it to have been slow at that time I came the team could had easily been quick to take out drinks and then do night tasks. Upper management should train more on time management and focus on service at this location because that has died down. I’ve been coming here since it first open even if I’m not a regular here it’s a hit and miss with this locations customer service. Also please have a sign for smokers to smoke a certain feet away. Smoke smoker are accommodating with families that have toddlers and others not so much. Would be helpful for the children’s health.
This Starbucks is unbelievable... i bought a Trenta Ice Coffee on a regular lid. The lid didn’t have the zippy lid on it. It had the center cross vent to insert the straws. The lady at cashier says they don’t offer straws to customers however I can purchase one for a dollar. I asked her how do you expect me to drink this while I drive. Remove the lid? They make it so inconvenient to customers. Why do I have to pay another dollar for the straws.
