Pumpkin pie blizzard is the sizzle! Amazingly delicious 😋

Unlike other Dairy Queens I've been to in other cities, this one did not disappoint! The drive-thru line moved pretty fast and the treats were tasty! Staff was friendly, however I did not get charged for an item and had to reorder it at the window, no biggie but should be noted that they may sometimes not hear you at the speaker.

The staff is incredible...efficiency plus. They had a lot of walkin/drive thru business and they did an excellent job of getting it done. My husband had tacos...yummy and I had the Dude chicken fried sandwich...excellent..made fresh. Menu is loaded with options, especially for ice cream. We will have to come back later for a banana split....really. I've only stopped at the 19th Street location, but it was worth it🫠

Food was good. Had to get mayo for both burgers it was left off. Fries were a little cold I'm glad we didn't go through the

Dairy Queen, at this location has it all great food, a gas station right beside it, Food King grocery store, and Dollar General, all in the same parking place. Would definitely recommend, Dairy Queen to everyone!

It is the place that I have known for many years and I like to arrive for an ice cream and my favorite milkshake and also the French fries and the hamburger is delicious

The food was okay. Onion rings look like they've been sitting under the heat lamp a while but I ordered the DQ dude and it was good

Wife and I stopped for lunch to try something different. Food was served promptly and warm. Chicken sandwich was a little tough but not a deal breaker. Wife really liked her steak strips meal. Overall not bad and would recommend.

Dq is a great place to stop off for a good variety for any family meal. The staff is always very nice. The kids love the ice cream for dessert. It is a real crowd pleaser.

They were extremely busy most of the staff seemed overwhelmed due to the rush. They did not offer a bag for the to go order. I asked for a bag and they only gave me a small one for the ketchup and did not want to get a different bag for the steak finger 4 piece, when those boxes are super flimsy.

The customer service provided by the drive-thru was horrible!! Maybe place those employees with bad attitudes in the back!!!

This place is always busy, no way around it. I have tried calling in orders. MOST DAYS they won't be able to answer the phone. If they do, they can't hear most of what your saying anyway. Drive through always takes forever. The staff is kind and hard working, food is great!! We all keep going back!, giving them no break to answer the dang phone. Lol. Recommendation " Go Inside! Just don't park by drive thru or you will never get out , cause everyone's coming in!...

Same as most Dairy Queen's. Service was friendly and well maintained. This location though the order was wrong. Up charged on cheese but didn't receive it on my burger. Meat was cold/dry on the burger also, onion rings soggy with grease. Seemed like it was under a warming light for awhile.

Friendly staff, great tacos and burgers!The problem is that the drive-through is so damn slow no matter what time of day or night you go. If they could fix that, I would give them 5 Stars!

Always hot and fresh. Never disappointing. Ice cream was on point on this 100° day! It's close to home so we visit frequently. Definitely take advantage of their daily deals. We got our cones for .99 just for going between 2-4!

First, the young lady at the window was delightful. It took a LONG time to get a one meal order. I understand that they make your request when you place the order, but this was ridiculous. I ordered a steak finger basket, onion rings (which were burnt beyond taste), an order of lg fries, and a blizzard. We received the blizzard, then pulled forward and waited behind another car. There was another car waiting to the right. By the time that I received the rest of my order, there were 6 cars in to 4 rows. I probably would have been satisfied if the food had not been burned. They need to hire MORE cooks. Again, the front staff and the gentleman who brought the food to my car, were incredibly personable.

Food got out quickly and was fresh cashier was nice but the young man that took my order made a mistake and put dine in and the manager was absolutely rude and corrected him directly in front of at least 8 customers. She could have said it in a different tone and it would have been a different story. It was done in a very sarcastic tone and correcting your employees in public is a big no-no!! I came on Fri 3/2 around 2pm.

The staff does a good job considering it's just another Dairy Queen. Tell me why the management is having their workers work next to a machine that is partially exposed. The circuitry and pipes were exposed, the danger and caution labels were also exposed. Management needs to value worker safety over making money. The worker in the window couldn't even begin to explain why they were still working around that safety hazard. Close down and fix whatever it is then open. Simple.

The service could have been better. The one of the workers that was working front registers was moving very slow and looking at phone instead of taking prior order. When he made my blizzard he ended up making a hole in the cup and tried to serve it to me. It was suppose to have extra oreos but he just filed the chip with ice cream and had another worker give it to me but I ask the gentlemen to remake it. The floors was dirty and tables. only 3 tables was occupied.

I'm not sure what the big rush is to take my money and then have me pull up and wait for my food, only to take the money from the car/cars behind me and have them pull up and wait as well. The last time I was there, the waiting line was 3 lanes wide with 2 or 3 cars in each line. But the food is good. I just don't go there if I'm in a hurry.

Service was great, not happy with the assistant manager. Came in with my grandfather, my mother and my autistic 6 year old sister. As someone with autism growing up, kids are gonna mess with things without malicious intent. Assistant manager pulled the kids money donation box out of my sisters hand and then proceeded to stare her down as if she was trying to do something wrong before continuing to stare her down until we went to go get our drinks and sit down. At least have a little decency to understand kids are gonna mess with stuff and don't make it obvious that you're staring them down. Assistant manager has blonde/brown curly hair, abt 5'5 - 5'8

Updated review to 10/3/12 - much better service tonight! Saw at least 5 employees in the building and everyone was busy. Tried their new menu item - fried cheese bites and they were delicious little golden nuggets of goodness!! Burger was OK, needed more veges but over all was OK. For dessert, I had to have a peanut buster parfait, but I substitute caramel for the hot fudge and loved every bite!! Hoping they continue to have good nights like tonight!!! Update review to 6/13/2020. We went to thr drive thru, Saturday afternoon about 1230 and only 1 car info front of us. Had to repeat order twice at the order board and still didn't get it right. I correctrd again when we got to the window. We were directed to pull up to wait for our food and when the girl came out,, shw all but threw the food at me through the window. Haven't been overly impressed with this particular store over the past several years and dont go often... mainly because we get reminded why every time we go... Standard DQ food. Not busy the night we were there, but they still messed up and gave french fries when onion rings were ordered. Staff was friendly and store was clean.

Service was great! I ordered the 3 tacos meal (which is my favorite for the past 7 years) but I was disappointed when I got my order. For some reason they skimped on the meat, lettuce BUT MOST OF ALL the SHREADED CHEESE! At all of the previous DQ's that I've visited have always put a healthy amount of cheese that it spills out and I love that! Come on guys...look at the picture of this meal and match it! Please!!!

Ordered the dude burger combo. Couldn't hear the girl on the intercom speaker because she did not speak up clearly. I ended up having to get the sandwich with everything on it and pull off what I don't want. Well once I paid i waited for a couple of minutes before being told to pull forward. So pull forward and waited for a while a long with 2 other cars who ordered after. Then they took my food to the wrong car got it back and then brought it to me. The burger was not fine the bottom side of the top bun was burnt so bad my my chicken sandwich tasted scorched and burnt. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for long time. Most likely won't go back I threw everything away because I couldn't even eat it without the awful burnt taste.

We got 2 specialty blizzard yesterday (10/2) around 10pm. They were half ways filled at the bottom with vanilla ice cream. What the hell. If y’all didn’t have enough of the specialty I should have been notified and should have been discounted.

Diary queen on 19th & w loop is disgusting. They use too have the Best burger, but now it's just the ice cream that's ok. The people are so rude!!!! Makes no sense. Food is disgusting because no one has passion about what they do at work. The meat taste like rubber and the people working don't seem happy at all.

I normally love this place but.... The last few times I've come recently have been horrible experiences. My food was wrong and cold, every single table was dirty, and the service could've been better. The managers don't seem to care either way. I don't what happened to this place but.... Dairy Queen... Please fix it!!

The service was fine. Small chocolate malt was good. But those state fingers are total garbage. Mostly greasy fried dough, and the gravy was basically a gray watery goo.

I had the chicken strips dinner and it was ok, but my kids had chili cheese dogs, and they tasted terrible, they took a bite and said it didn't taste good, I figured it can't be that bad, so I took a bit of them and it was really bad, so we all shared my food, the price is very high for the taste and value

Having to wait 10-15 minutes for a $12 cold burger is kinda bad business. Need some management work.

went in with my co workers for a nice lunch meal. When I went to get a to go box I grabbed some straws to bring back to the office with me and was so rudely told that “ I’m not allowed to take straws so” I said sorry that I would put them back but this lady was just so rude and mean mugged me the entire time. Ordered a strawberry sundae (was alright), ordered a small Oreo blizzard and it was right…BUT then also ordered a medium Oreo blizzard with extra Oreo 😏 not even 1 chunk of Oreo nor extra! Seems TX’s Stop Sign should mean to stop going there overall! Very disappointed in the effort these days! Second major screw up in 3 days; 2 different areas

If you want a banana split that has melted ice cream, very little typical flavorings of a banana split, no whipped cream and no cherry, this is the place to go! Horrible banana split ever! I should've gone to Braums! Next time I will go the extra distance when I crave a banana split! Very disappointing Dairy Queen! Never again!

Food was good but dinning room was very dirty. Staff was not all that friendly either. Won't be going back to this location. Love eating at DQ when I am in town we don't have these back home. But this one disappointing.

They were not busy and the manger was rude. The cashier did not give us a number but told us we we #99. The manger told us how am I supposed to know what number u have with put a sign we told her the cashier did give us one she said I don't believe that at all and walk off after she tossed our food on the table

This Dairy Queen has the worst employees that don't care about there customers!! Ice cream is never made right. We had to wait for are order and when they gave it to us they were all melted. So we decided to go to Sheridan's which has the best ice cream and the best employees:)

Poor service and false advertising. Even if it has a certain price online for something expect to pay more than expected. Go ahead and show them the price from their own website. It doesn't make a difference to them they will argue about anything. The only thing warm was the gravy. Warm. Wouldn't recommend this location to my enemies.

I made a special trip to get a Blizzard (what a waste of time.) I paid almost $7.00 for a large cheesecake Blizzard. It was poorly made. I could barely taste the cheesecake (rip-off.) No friendly service here.

Horrifying. Decided to go in this time as something is always wrong or missing or taking an hour when going thru the drive. Walk in, nobody in front of us, order and scoot to the side. While we are waiting at 6p on a Saturday night-line forming- the manager decides to pull the ice cream machine and cold bar out and mess around behind the back. Limiting room for employees and 'cleaning' behind appliances isn't something to do during these hours. None of the toppings were covered and most of them had foreign things in them that did not belong. No hair nets, no gloves. This place needs some direction, with as many people that were on shift not a single person was leading the crew, everybody seemed lost. Friendly enough but cleanliness matters. As I'm already grossed out by a dirty rag laying on the side counter, an employee comes in and they set him straight to making my ice cream... No time to wash his hands, nothing... Straight in from the street- I watched. The worst part is when notified my order was to go and would like a lid: he took my spoon out and laid it straight on that dirty rag, put a lid on, picked my spoon up off the filthy linen and put it back in the dessert. *Vomit* happened so fast, I was just kind of in shock.. I could continue as there were more things wrong than in the whole wacky Wednesday book combined. Idk when the owners stopped caring but it's becoming abundantly clear that Dairy Queen may soon be one of those things of the past to only reminisce about. Needles to say, ewww and won't be spending my money here any more. Makes me wonder if what I see is as bad as it is, how bad is what I can't see. Nope. Just nope.

I don’t usually do reviews but this I couldn’t let slide, I go through the drive-thru and “try” to order a heath bar brownie cupfection and asked the lady taking my order if she could please sub the heath candy for Reese’s peanut butter cup candy and she tell me no, I ask why? And her response is “because it’s called the heath bar brownie cupfection” I can’t believe this location has such poor customer service, and to reply with a Smart Alec response was the cherry on the whip cream, needless to say I won’t be going back there again…

Slow drive up service, the order was wrong, burgers were cold, fries were cold and greasy. Avoid this place like the plague. I do not recommend this place!!!!! The one star is only because you have to rate a one star to post Otherwise it is a no star place

This place is terrible poor customer service and even worse food! Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes after I had already paid to get my food which is ok if the food is fresh. It wasn’t, by the time I arrived home it was stone cold and I live down the street from this location. This is not the first time this has happened to me I definitely will not go back ever!

The woman that took my order yesterday was rude . When I asked if they still had the meal with a sundae she yelled no acted frustrated that I asked. I went ahead placed my order and pulled to the window to pay which I was informed it would be 10 minutes or longer. I canceled my order. I will never go there again!

We got there around 9:30 pm. One other couple was there. Placed the order got it fairly quick. But my hamburger seem liked it was microwaved to warm it up.

I ordered a hamburger, light mustard and no pickles, a combo with onions a corn dog and small blizzard. I got a cheeseburger with pickles and loaded on mustard. They gave me my blizzard when I paid which was melted before I finished my meal. They forgot my corndog which was burned when I got it. Never again will I visit this DQ.

Restaurant was noticeably dirty when we walked in. We ordered a chocolate cone dipped in chocolate. The girl making the ice cream wasn’t wearing gloves, fumbled with the cone and taking it out and then ended up crushing most of it and still used it for our cone. Once we received the cone we found out it was vanilla dipped in chocolate, when we asked for a replacement they told us they don’t have chocolate ice cream. Put on some gloves and clean the place

Waited almost 15 minutes for the wrong burger. The order was "modified" because the girl was interrupting me as I was placing the order. It was eventually repeated back to me correctly, shows up correctly on the receipt, i was even given the excuse that it didn't come out with the rest of the order because it was modified and they wanted to ensure it was made correctly. Of which she again repeated back to me correctly, only for the burger to be made wrong when I got home.

If I could give this place a 0 I would Just got off from a horrible day of work. Came to get some ice cream. My fiance was in the driver side I was in the passenger. He doesn't speak English so I order for him. The lady couldn't hear me which was understandable .. I was a little far.. so I speak up for her to hear me. Then she has an attitude so I very rightfully voiced how I felt about her being rude. I said I wasn't in the mood for anyone with an attitude. Get up to the window and she looks at us through the glass.... manager was very friendly until she looked at us... then the manager comes to the window and tells us WE COULDNT ORDER UNLESS WE WERE SITTING IN THE DRIVERS SEAT then closes the window! So I wait for him to come back and asked him what he just said because IVE NEVER HEARD THIS BEFORE AND I ALWWAYYSSSS ORDER FROM THE PASSANGER SEAT!!! and no one is ever rude even when they can't hear me, their ALWAYS KIND ABOUT IT! But this one girl decided to have an attitude and all of a sudden CUSTOMERS HAVE TO BE IN THE DRIVER SEAT TO ORDER. So I asked him for corporates number, he gaVE me a number that i couldn't read... I then told him my fiance didn't speak English and let him know thats why i have to order for him and he told me there were people in there that spoke spanish... told him I never had to worry about it until this girl decided to have an attitude . I let him know I was recording the conversation and asked him to repeat what he just said. And of course it was a whole different story different tone until I asked him for his name. Told me his name was on his badge then told me to leave! So I've already called corporate just waiting for tomorrow to send the recording in

Came to get some ice cream for an ailing family member in the hospital. To be efficient with my time, I elected to grab some food to minimize time to return with ice cream. At the window, I was handed the 2 ice cream products and was instructed to go wait up ahead. I waited about 15 minutes with melting ice cream and finally decided to walk to the window and opened the door and asked the manager about my food. (4 PC country basket. Apparently they gave my order to someone else. I mentioned the melting ice cream and the asst Mgr (didn't catch name), just said "I gotcha". So I went back to vehicle and waited another 10 for my food. When it was delivered I requested to remake the blizzard which the young lady agreed and insisted on remaking the peanut parfait. Her name was Juanita. I was disappointed the Mgr didn't come out. She remade both ice creams and gave me a sticky note with her name and said if I needed anything she would be glad to help me. She was the shining star in this mishap that could have been made better by the boss man. As for the food, the "steak fingers" have changed for the worse I hate to say. They are thicker with more breading and the meat isn't meat, but likely contains meat. It's gooey, with alot to be desired. The old steak fingers were at least edible. After bringing up to a friend, he concured saying the last country basket he had was "gross". I've been a dq customer for years and expect low quality type food, but this was nasty on the tail end of a bad experience all together. Juanita was a jewel and deserves recognition but I couldn't find any contact info for folks up the ladder. Next time it's chicken.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen at this particular location. My burger was cooked till the patties were stiff not to mention it also was cold. I got with the staff to correct the cold fires and they only gave me fries for one of the orders I purchased. I also experienced very poor customer service because of the mistake they made to provide me with food my dog probably wouldn’t have ate.

Awful service by a lackluster crew. Not only did the attendant continuously yawn while taking my order, they then kept asking me to repeat myself. Then the attendant at the window was condescending and rude, to include the shift lead who chimed in stating “we are a fast food service, working fast, we use less words”, when all I did was politely confirm my order because the attendant speaking on the intercom kept repeating my order incorrectly. Definitely avoid this location.

Arrived to order 4 blizzards for my family, and with a sluggish response I got “we don’t have this or that”. Personally sounded like to me that no one “felt” like working. Sad world. I will NEVER visit this Dairy Queen again. To add to it they weren’t busy at all.

My brother ordered a Moolatte, person at register said Malt. He clarified with her it was a Moolatte, she said she would fix it. He was given a Malt. He explained it was suppsoed to be a Moolatte, they said no it's a Malt. Said no, he ordered a Moolatte, they shrugged. My brother didn't want to argue so he left and brought me the Not Moolatte. This is not the first time the staff has shrugged off a correction. There seems to be a low standard for customer service at this location. They constantly get the order wrong. Very unhelpful.

The burgers werent great at all. Second time I been there and the first time there were girls that worked there fighting. This time we got burgers and chicken strips. Burgers were bland at best, and chicken stripes were hard. Dairy Queen use to be a real good place to go to don't know what changed.

Most of the employees were not doing work in the kitchen and instead were play fighting and eating ice cream. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to regular customers. I waited an hour for a kids steak finger for my daughter because they didn't want to work and it's sad because she loves the food.

I had to repeat my order 5 times because he couldn’t hear me (y’all need a new speaker) then he didn’t even finish repeating our order he just greeted us as if we were the next car 😂 then they didn’t even know our order at the window…there was only one other car in front of us? And my food was cold not even luke warm it was cold😭 I wish I could give 0 stars 💀

if i could leave 0 stars i would. i went to DQ to get the s’mores blizzard and they didn’t have it. bummer no big deal. but the cashier made me feel so dumb about it. it took forever for me to order and there was a long line behind me. after i sat down and was eating the cashier came up to me and asked if i had a problem. which i didn’t. she was so rude and disrespectful. her friends were in there too asking if i had a problem. it was all very unprofessional

While one girl was super helpful and hard-working, it just could not make up for how horrible everyone else was. They confused our order with another person's, not once but, three times. We finally just left with what we had been given, despite it being completely incorrect because it wasn't worth another 45 minute wait.

Asked if I could get an extra container of gravey. The girl looked at me like I had 2 heads. So I suggested she ask someone and she just said we don't have anyone to answer a question. First off, I know there is a manager. This girl needs to be kept in back washing dishes, not taking orders

The service was horrible I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes before a employee even looked like they may of wanted to help me. The food had a funny taste to it. It was put in like 3 minutes maybe but it was cold and the bacon on my bcb was chewy and very dissatisfied with the whole place. It's was very unclean. I had to ask for a rag to wipe the table and once it was brought to me you could tell it was used all day and wasnt changed out like the sanitize buckets are supposed to be if they even had one. At all.

Visited recently and noticed that not one employee in sight handling my food was wearing gloves. It also took 10 minutes to wait outside for a small fry. I work in food service and have respect for people in the industry! But messing with sanitation and handling food is no joke.

Recently at this location I had the experience of having the same young man take my order and payment. This persons customer service skills are very lacking needless to say. He does not articulate his words at all, this making it very difficult to understand what he is saying. Last week I went to this location again. Hoping they could maybe this time get my order correct. Last time they did not. Anyways, same person took my payment. He tells me to move forward, remember he does not speak well so difficult to understand him, tells me to move forward to wait for my order. I pull up and in a bit he comes out to my window and tells me “I TOLD YOU TO PULL OVER NOT UP” I continue to sit in my spot I had pulled up to and wait. There is no room for me to back up to be able to pull over beside car in front of me. The assistant manager then comes out and says I need you to pull beside that car in front of you bc the line is waiting. I look behind me and a car is there. She proceeds to tell me I have room to back up so I can move over. She asks the car behind me to stay where they are so I can back up to pull over beside car in front of me. I told her I could not understand the young man and he was very rude. She told me she would speak to him. Idk if she did or not. I then called cooperate office the next morning. I had to leave a message, today is Saturday and this message was left on Tuesday morning. I am still waiting. I have worked in customer service for 40 years and there is no way I would accept this kind of service from any of my employees nor would I give it myself. These young kids working is great but they need leadership to teach them what good customer service truly is. I worked for DQ in high school and if I had treated a customer in this way I know for sure I would have gotten at least sternly spoken too. So with that being said. “IF “ we decide to go to DQ again we will not be returning to this location, even tho it is close to my home. I will instead drive across town to another location just to get better service.

Who brought idea was it to hand out the ice cream and then make u wait 10 mins for one kids meal . Now we have 3 blizzards that r melted . Most places with brains know to not make the ice cream till the food is ready. Just completely dumb and won't come here again. Btw if u ask for a blast. They jump over u say it's a blizzard. You know what the hell I mean ! Just trash I finally got out of my car and walked up. Knocked on the door and said hey our ice cream is melted. Did u forget the single kids meal ? I was cashed out at 9:06 waited 25 minutes to get my chicken basket… I was pulled up to the front as a third unassigned spot as the other two were full; and waited and waited for just my basket. I counted over a dozen cars cashed out and served; I ended up having to moving into the slot 1 cuz I could tell I was forgotten about. It wasn’t until it hit 9:30 did I get out my car to go check about my food. It was then the girl came out with it. I understand not wanting to stack your drive thru time, but to be forgotten about for 25minutes is ridiculous for just a 6pc chicken strip.

Tried to eat here today. Went to drive through. The guy started telling me what I ordered before I even spoke. He kept saying stuff that I hadn't ordered and when I finally got to say anything, he kept leaving out half of what I said. Never had trouble being understood at the drive through before. I cancelled order and my son, (who can barely walk right now due to an injury which is why I went to the drive through) and I went inside. While trying to order, the girl had to check on something and another young girl came out and when I was trying to order again she got rude and starting talking down to me. I looked at my son and he said, let's just leave, so we did. I love the chicken there but I won't be returning.

Managers didn't want to help me out at all with a Hamburger that the meat tasted bad or at least going bad. They just looked at it and said there is nothing wrong with it, and they did not want to do anything about it at all. Very Uncaring about the customer and the food. Tea was bad too. Frys and other food are okay, but they don't care if it has gone bad whatsoever!

Everytime I come to this Dairy Queen to buy ice cream, it seems they are never generous with the toppings. We order blizzards or banana splits. And it never fails at this location we are never satisfied with our Dairy Queen treat. I went on Saturday bought a banana split. I was barely given toppings of the strawberry, pineapple and chocolate. Then they just topped it off with the banana. Very disappointed. If you want a great Dairy Queen treat, in my opinion, the southside location on Slide Rd is the best! Avenue Q location does a great job too.

The Cashier that was being trained had to be told my order 4 times and then she had a team member, come help her. And after the fact, the Assistant manager felt the need. To Come to my table and wave her hands in my fiancé's face and be disrespectful because her employee didn't understand my order

Terrible service tonight. Had a very rude Spanish girl (for reference as she didnt have a name tag) take my order. I asked for a hot fudge sundae with brownie, I wanted to see the size and she seemed very inconvenienced and acted like she didn't know what I was asking. Then she brought our ice cream out and it was a cup of ice cream and brownie. She was very rude when I asked for the fudge. (Not sure why she was upset. If I wanted a cup of ice cream with brownie I would've just said that) so she put a glob of fudge on one side and I asked for more because it was messily done and there was barely any but she had an attitude about that as well. We finally said we will just pay for extra fudge. 35 cents later I got enough of what I wanted and left. She was just not pleasant to work with and I won't be coming back for that reason.

Writing this review while still in the drive through. I've been here for the past 47 minutes. This has got to be the slowest drive through in lubbock. I could have made the food from scratch in the time it has taken to get this order. I don't know what the employees are doing and I don't think they do either. This is the second time I've waited this long. I thought the first time was a fluke. Guess not...This place needs some serious management changes. At least give me a reason why I'm waiting this long.

The absolute worst service in Lubbock. They had to make my order three times because they couldn't get it right. DQ always takes forever, and it's even longer when when they keep messing the order up. Will probably never eat here again.

I always come to this location in the drive thru and order a kids meal with an upgraded regular fry. They always make it right or apologize if it's wrong, but this time a girl that said her name was Sarah with colored hair was very rude when I let her know that the fry was supposed to be a regular fry, but it's a kids fry in the bag. She said it's a kids meal and they come with a kids fry. I said I know, but I ordered an upgraded regular fry. She then proceeded to lie and said she didn't charge me for a regular fry. I said yes you did, I have the receipt here.. she said "COME INSIDE! COME INSIDE!" Then I needed to pull around and park and go inside, and wait in line for my correct item. There needs to be something done with Sarah. Pease at least have a talk with her and have her work on her customer service skills!

I’ve given this Dairy Queen a couple of tries when ever I go there’s at least a 20min wait in the drive through and inside the rare occasions I’ve gone in the staff is super rude sad to say I won’t be returning

Do not dine here, find the next closest DQ. Waited inside for to go order. Took over 30 min for a 3 taco order, people kept coming in after me and leaving with there orders. I finally went up to counter to check on order and it had not been placed to the cooks. Clerk at counter never apologized, when I asked her if my order was lost she was rude and said " I don't know what happened. Yes I know what happened, you didn't place my ticket at the window. No apology, no free drink. This place sucks.

DONT COME HERE! HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE! Ordered a #1 combo and tacos. The burger was smashed over salted bigtime also the fries, way over salted! The crispy tacos overflowing with grease, could not even eat! This place needs to SHUTDOWN AND RETRAIN ALL THE STAFF!Then the staff, all kids and no work ethic! Ready to take your money in the drive thru and rush you away from the window. To "pull up and wait" for the order! So you can't see what a trash job they are doing slopping your food together to get you out of there! DO BETTER DAIRYQUEEN! YOU USED TO BE A TEXAS STAPLE! DISSAPOINTING!! BET THEY GIVE A GENERIC RESPONSE TOO! THAT DOESNT HELP! FIXIT!

Hispanic girl working the drive thru was rude. I told her I would like a cone and fries with my kids meal she said “NO!” Then had me and another car form a second line only for cars that came AFTER us to get their food. Fine. Then once I do get my food it was so cold and overwhelming. It should’ve been burning hot after waiting 30 minutes!!! Smh

I came up through drive through. Not busy at all in or out. I waited 28 minutes for cold food. I had to go in to retrieve it. About every 7 years - literally - I stop here. All three times starting 14vyears ago, it's the same. Order wrong, order late, good old. It's not a temporary problem when in 2010, 2017 and 2024 I get the same problem.

They used to have amazing service, I went here later in the evening about a week ago for a jalitos burger - ended up getting a refund after waiting forever (which I don’t mind) the burger wasn’t fresh, hardly any jalitos in the sandwich. I come today to try again because I like the burger (and this Dairy Queen is closest) … I get the combo, the fries were old, hardly any jalitos on it again. I definitely miss the quality from 10+ years ago. Def not getting food at this franchise location.
