I had the most wonderful experience this morning. I wish I had the lady's name who helped me. It was 7 a.m. And she was so sweet. And my breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your good service.
The lady behind the counter went above and beyond to make sure my family with 4 young kids had everything we needed while dining inside.
The night crew at this Wendy's is better than the others in Florence. I stop here at midnight 3 times per week. Always appreciate what they do for late night worker's. Food is always fresh and without delay.
Delicious fresh grilled chicken and fries. They also accepted our coupons on the app. Service was fast even though the line was long at that time. Same good Wendy's quality as usual. Our preferred stop while traveling home.
Had a great experience through Drive thru. The cashier sounded so courteous and approachable and we didn't even have to hold on to order she greeted soon as we pulled up. The food was hot and delicious I ate mine so fast I started plotting on my wife's breakfast...I appreciate the service

The lady at the drive thru window today was so nice and pleasant! She said hello and thank you which is often rare these days. Most of the time the drive thru attended doesn’t even speak to you. Thank you for being so nice!

Overworked and underpaid!...restaurant had 4 workers. Cashier said she was pulled from another Wendy's because short staffed & they have been tirelessly working an average of 100hrs weekly!!!??? But they STILL made hot food & apologized for the drive thru wait. I told them we appreciate their service! 😃🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽👍
Thankful the dining room was open and very grateful to the employees that showed up for work today. The wait wasn't as long as expected for the food and only one item out of the 5 meals orderes was wrong, but what we got was hot, fresh and good. The restroom was clean, and social distancing was suggested when dining in. Staff was very friendly and did not show signs of stress or frustration with the crowd inside and at the drive thru. We saw only 4 employees but they were doing an incredible job under the circumstances.
This was HIT OR MISS when it comes to order accuracy. Had the Taco salad two different times and each time something was missing (the chips one time and the sour cream the next). Hubby didn't get the toppings he requested (no cheese, just mustard, burger & bun). We went here because we like a good salad; just check your order B4 you leave. Otherwise, love Wendy's
Went late night and it was excellent. I literally feel like I have now meg Wendy! She's a beautiful woman. Hot, lightly salted fries and decadent dark bourbon sauce sent me on a magic carpet fantasy that I won't soon forget! My only complaint is that when you go late night, I feel like they just stop cooking certain things because it's close to closing. I really wanted a potato but they said they weren't serving anymore at this time. I just feel like every menu item should be available until they actually close and not when the employees want to clean up quickly. What can I say? I'm old fashioned! Overall, I'm stuffed and bout to pass out , so hats off to Wendy's for letting me feel this way without turning my stove on.
As we tend to eat vegan, we only recommend a plain baked potato. We like to add ketchup, however the ketchup dispensers were not working or they were empty. That didn't matter because we sat down at a table with our baked potato and brought in our own salad and balsamic vinegar to use as salad dressing. I worked fairly hard to be as friendly as possible to try to get the person who was taking our order to smile. About the end of ordering process I got a little bit of a smile out of that person. I85
Food was good. Young lady at the window seemed agitated. Not with me though. I think she may have been new or new to that store. And she got my order slightly wrong. Overall food was good!!
I had a major headache and stopped at a Wendy's, in Florence, SC. I'm ngl, I can't guarantee that our meals were 100% clean, so rn I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that my immune system saves me. The drive-thru guy was polite-enough as he accepted my card(actually, he barely said anything) but his attention was truly focused on the conversation that he was having with two coworkers. And, in case you’re wondering, the food sucked,
The workers were very nice, and the food was good. The problems were that I was on a rather short line in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes, and they got my order wrong. If they had better speed and accuracy this would was been a 5 star review. I'm not expecting gourmet food from a fast food place, but at the very least it should be (relatively) fast and correct.
Food was ok. When I walked up to the door (at 8:45am) it was locked. Walked around to the door on the other side and employee was standing out there just talking to someone. I asked if the inside was closed. She rolled her eyes and said “go ahead”. Went straight to the restroom and found it the be nasty. Trash on floor, toilet was filthy, sink was dirty as well. Walked up to the counter and it looked like soda had spilled and dried Since I travel a lot, it’s a guarantee that I’ll never stop at this establishment again.
The staff here is great. They are very welcoming and nice and interacted with my kids. They were also very helpful, we went today at 12:10 and enjoyed out interactions with them. The building is old and the bathroom was dirty, though. The fries were also old, or the oil was old, maybe both. The chicken and frosties were great, though.
I think they were down a couple of people but it shouldn't take 25 minutes plus for the drive thru and then the order was all mixed up. While I sympathize for the lack of staffing it was right off of I-95 before labor day weekend and it really delayed a long enough trip.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and argumentative towards each other. Bathrooms had broken parts so washing hands wasn't effective. Soda machine in lobby was broken. They took so long and were arguing that we decided to leave after 15 minutes of waiting to order. The whole store wasn't in terrible shape, so the 2 stars is a bit generous.
Not the best Wendy's I've been to, for sure. On a trip back north, we looked specifically for a Wendy's and found one. We were the only customers in the store, MAYBE 2 in the drive through, and the employees...just kind of acted like they didn't care. I had to go back in to get 2 burgers remade, no where near right (just the wrong burgers all together)...and again I felt like a burden for wanting what I originally ordered. Not a regular, don't pass here often...but I hope this isn't the normal standard of operations. The store was very clean however, so I will give it an extra star.
I love Wendy's but we have to get some intelligent people in there. I definitely don't think it's a good idea to let people know there are only 2 people in the store at 11:45 pm on a Saturday. For one it's not very smart and two it's dangerous. You don't have to address how many people are in the store. Just let customers know there is a shortage of staff so kindly apologize for the wait. Not this...
Arrived after 730 in the morning and there were 2 other cars in the parking lot. We got out to go in to get breakfast, but the doors were locked. So we checked the drive-thru and someone did finally answer. We thought that we ordered the 2 for $3 deal and 1 coffee one the side. But the bill was almost $12! The lady taking orders had a really bad attitude. So, we just paid and left for our trip ahead. We definitely make note not to stop here again!
I was excited the spicy nuggets are back. Decided to have Wendy’s for lunch.. the line was long but that didn’t bother me much. I waited even with 7 cars in front of me. I’m complaining b/c it wasn’t until I heard the car in front of me place (3) separate orders. I feel like you guys should limit to (2) orders per car.. it would save TIME and i didn’t get a receipt from young lady who took my order, she could have smiled &been more pleasant. The other young lady who gave me my food was great!
It was night time. We weren't sure if they were open or not because the "Wendy's" sign and the ordering board wasn't lit up. They looked closed but we saw cars in the parking lot then drove to the pick up. We saw an employee inside. We got her attention and asked if they were open. She told us they were and the lights to the sign and board are broken. While we were ordering, they're were 3 random people hanging out at the dinning room door. They looked suspicious to me. If the "Wendy's" sign was lit up they would've had more customers. I'm sure they must be losing money. Everyone knows they stay open late. In the end, the employee was nice. I don't know if I'll take my family back there again in those conditions.
Worst burger I have ever had! It was soooooo dry and tasteless I wasted my money, won't ever go back. The lady at the drive thru window taking orders and your money was very nice and sweet though
Stopped at the drive thru and gave our order and also asked for a hamburger pattie for our pups. We had been traveling for 6 hours. The fries were not hot which we could tolerate but there was no burger pattie for our two dogs. I do suggest that more training be given to employees to double check bags before giving them to customers. When you are in a long line of people waiting behind you, it is not polite to keep them waiting while you check your bag for missing items!
Terrible. I order a number 3 off the new menu, was asked what did I want to drink. Then was informed they only have sweet tea and lemonade at the moment. 😑 Then I asked for a frosty, was informed the machine was working but there was no frosty mix. At the window I asked for my receipt, which they were out receipt paper as well. I contacted corporate so they could check into why this location was so low on supplies. This was terrible to say the least. Was told the manager from that location would be in contact with me, let's just say I'm glad I didn't hold my breath.
This restaurant is slack and needs to be shut down! I refuse to believe corporate allows they're staff to run them into the ground from long wait times to completely screwing up people's orders. I waited 30+ minutes only to receive not one sauce
Horrible service from 4 people inside. Food was cold to boot. Also, they messed up on what sauces to give and then refused to give the correct sauce because I "already had the allocated amount". They didn't have coke, dr pepper or diet versions of either. They forgot to give me one of the drinks for the 4 meals I ordered and then gave me a hard time when I went back for it.
After attempting Wendy’s on Evans with no luck, came to Lucas street store. Ordered taco salad, extra salsa & tea. Got to work no salsa, sour cream or chips and no plastic ware. Cheese on salad was soggy. Store was not busy. I’m done with Wendy’s.
We stopped in on the way back from the beach tonight. There only seemed to be 3 or 4 people working, not a single one seemed to be in any kind of a hurry. Both mine and my wife's sandwich orders were wrong. We had to wait upwards of 20 mins to get our food after waiting close to 20 mins before that to order. While trying to correct her sandwich order, my wife had water/condensation pour down on her from a ceiling vent. I did not use the restroom but my wife had to and she said it was "filthy". Honestly, our experience at this Wendy's for dinner tonight was so bad we may never go to another one again 🤔
Sat in drive through for 45 minutes. 20 of it at the window. Don’t know what is going on here but no one was working, that’s obvious. After waiting longer than a sit down restaurant x2, the order was still wrong and the worker at the window wouldn’t give me my drinks. Some guy came by and was told they weren’t taking orders. This place is by far the absolute worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. Worst service of my LIFE.
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat with my family. As soon as I walked in I smelled this stale, musty , dirty carpet smell and gagged and nearly threw up. The lady who took our order had no clue what was going on . Her customer service was horrible!!!!!!!! ( I never write reviers ever but I feel I need to). I asked her about the apple chunks with the kids meal ( as im Canadian and wasn't sure if it was like a desert or baked apple) I even asked her straight up if they were apple slices she said no , hense why I was confused... She mumbled something to the back and said she had to ask her coworker.... She friggen brings me apple slices!!!!!! Now onto our order... I was very specific about my daughters cheeseburger just cheese pickles and mayo, I ordered a bacon burger and my husband aswell... There was only one other family in there waiting to order......the order took over 10 minutes when it finally came nothing was right.... My daughters burger had ketchup they gave my husband a cheeseburger and my burger was a plane cheeseburger aswell no bacon. We took it back. They pretty much looked at us with a blank stare and said "what's wrong ?" My husband had to read her the whole order one item at a time . I'm not sure if she was high or just really hates her job..... The other family took their order back 2 times aswell..... Then more people entered as we ate and about 3 of them had to go up and get their order fixed. Wendy would not be impressed. Oh and the bathrooms were sooooo disgusting. Do not eat here ever!!!!!!
Would rather accept cash at night! Think they are pocketing the money. Order halfway right plus no receipt
At first the workers were rude. The drink machine was half empty. The fries tatstet like they fried it two time in old oil. The Ketchup is probably expired by the taste of it
Stopped by for dinner 3/21, placing the order was almost painful, I just gave up. All we needed was cheeseburgers 4/$4 with only ketchup and cheese on them, we got the exact opposite, the third entree also a 4/$4 JBC was correct but nugget sauce was not.. then while we were eating overheard a customer rudely turned away because they couldn’t pull up her mobile order. No diaper changing tables in the womens bathroom either. I hate leaving negative reviews but yikes lol if you like your sandwich a certain way I’d go somewhere else.
The place was dirty and the staff was rude. I had chili but found no meat. My husband had a "fresh" burger and fries. Both were cold. If I could give less than one star, i would.
Employees were already arguing about something when we came in. The floor was covered in something sticky. When we got our food, two of the sandwiches were wrong. The first one was fixed with no issues, but the manager thought we brought back the same sandwich and argued with us about it. We were finally able to get it fixed while the manager berated the guy making the sandwiches. After we left, two of the employees outside confided that the manager was a jackass and they wanted him gone. At least the food was good and hot and the tea was sweet.
Visited this location on 1/3/2016 around 2:30pm. We didn't receive our food until 3:20pm. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was that made this entire trip so slow. There was only 1 person ordering in front of us by the time we walked in, and over 5 other groups waiting for their order. But it took at over 10 minutes to complete each of those orders. Even as we walked in, one man had been waiting on a single cheeseburger and a coffee for 20 minutes(!). During this entire time, the manager made only a single appearance, and it was only to attempt to give a refund to the man getting the coffee. 5+ employees were standing in the back watching. 2 employees were actually making food. And 2 employees were working a single register together. Look, I've never worked in a fast food place. I don't know the system. But something was wrong here. There's NO excuse for anything to take that long at a "fast-food" place. I'm not going to assume that the manager didn't have more important things to do at the time, but at 3pm on a Sunday, when your restaurant is probably least busy, why are you not aware of how bad things are going in your store? Please avoid this location. And Wendy's, something has to be done here. You guys are the best fast-food out there, and this one location is really hurting your brand in this location.
Workers and managers are trash they called the cops because i wanted to wait for lunch when they where out of breakfest and no one was in line trash place 2 thumbs down
Passing through on way to Myrtle. Awful experience after waiting 15 minutes in a drive thru line with 2 cars ahead of me. Finally get my food, they were polite, so I drive off. Hit the road, eat my fries and get to my sandwich, you guessed it - wrong. I call the store to get a refund as I’m already down the highway, and she says I need to bring my receipt and sandwich back. I was never given a receipt (got into a disgreeement over that) but it was never received. Then for me to bring this disgusting looking greasy burger back it would’ve added another hour to my trip. Paid $8.02 for a small fry and Coca Cola that I couldn’t even drink because it tasted like it was mixed with some other soda.
Waited forever in the drive thru to even be acknowledged. They were pretty rude in general and didn't do a good job taking our order. Had to repeat and clarify many times. When we got our food they gave us the wrong sandwich for one of our orders. Skip this Wendy's
This location should be avoided at all cost. The place was filthy, bathrooms dirty and without toilet paper or paper towels. The GM didn't order chicken tenders or even have enough staff to serve the customers. The wait was over 25 minutes at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Half of the potential customers walked away when they saw the line. But the biggest reason this place should be avoided was the fact it was dangerous to be inside the restaurant. The floors felt like they were cleaned with grease. Those new wood look tiles new a better cleaner. Unless you're looking to sue for injuries from the fall. Corporate had better step up and make some swift changes.
Wife and I just wanted a quick burger and like Wendy's in NC so stopped at the first one I saw. Ordered two Carolina Classic burgers fries and drinks and had to wait for 15-20 Mins to get to the window. Noticed after paying that the bill said two single burgers with cheese which I had not ordered. When I questioned the order, the lady at the window said that these were the Carolina classic burgers. They weren't and they were awful. Overcooked and sloppy. Catsup running out onto the wrapper. Will not be going back there ever again.
Waited 20 minutes to place an order and no one ever took care of me so I walked out! This Wendy's is disgusting! By any means avoid coming here . Them 20 minutes was enough for me to look around and notice this place is not clean. If you want a stomach virus come here n have fun ..
So their drive thru screen is busted so you can’t see what you ordered. They don’t read it back to you. Didn’t give me a receipt. Not friendly. Fries were half full, and to top it off, they screwed up my order. I ordered a double and got a single, and they forgot my bbq sauce. Stray away from here unless you are dying for Wendy’s. I tried calling to complain but nobody picked up the phone after about 15 rings...
25 minutes in drive thru. only 2 cars in line when I pulled in ... Employees have zero sense of urgency even while customers are pulling out of the line to take business elsewhere. If you are looking for "fast" food, go anywhere but here.
Waited in line for 30 minutes and the man taking the order did not seem to be trained at all. Get up to the window and pay for the food only to find out they are out of fries and substituted potatoes wedges for the fries. Which is annoying since we ordered a bacon baconator fry and got baconator wedges. And the drink we got were still warm. The food was barley warm and dried out. Won't be stopping at this Wendy's again.
Cold food and took forever to get it. If these fast food places are gonna have teenagers service ppl then they need Mandatory customer service training first the one at the 1st window was on her phone the whole time and the one who handed me my food must’ve thought she was too pretty to work. Rude as hell and my 1st And last time there
service was extremely slow. TRASH in fact. order taking & food distribution = SLOW. employees seemed like foreigners in their work place. some employees werent wearing gloves. my man cooking the burgers was on it. he did a great job. but by the time they got to us they were cold because the employees failed to prepare the orders in a timely fashion. and where was the sanitation rating? nowhere to be found.
This location has become the slackest, sorriest, saddest Wendy's I've ever been to. They must have had to slaughter the cow, then butcher and process it by hand, because it took about 20 minutes to get a couple double stacks. Coca-Cola also must not have made any drink syrup in the past decade because the self-service drink machine that's supposed to have something like 100 different flavors had 4 flavors, plus water, and no ice. Seriously disappointing.
They had the lunch menu posted rather than the breakfast menu at 8 am so it was impossible to know what anything cost or what was available. Dining room was locked. Very confusing; employees seemed confused, we went to McDonald's and had a better experience.
Worst Wendy’s I have ever been too. Placed order online for dine in. Showed up and the doors were locked with no sign. Pulled through drive though to get our food. They had no sauces and when I open up my spicy chx sandwich it was wet. Not crunchy. It shouldn’t be wet or cold and stringy. And my fries were cold. Oh ya, and they didn’t have salad containers so there taped together. Two thumbs down!
The staff took quite awhile to take our order. Once we were finally able to order, we were told they were out of half of the items we wanted to order. We would have left had we not been travelling through town. The entire ordeal took over 15 minutes...at a "fast" food drive-thru. The staff was not apologetic or friendly at all.
One of the worst “fast” food experiences I’ve ever had. 40 minute wait in the lobby. The people waiting in front of me left but I stuck around because everything else was closed and I was hungry. The drive thru was moving non stop but the staff could not be bothered to take my order. Then they could not be bothered to get my food. Nuggets and fries I ordered to make it simple. It was absolutely idiotic and seemed intentional because the guy in drive thru kept saying he was going to close the doors to keep customers out. It was literally 4 of us the entire 40 minutes I was there. And of course no receipt was given to me. Stay Away from this dump.
Went through the drive thru ordered 2 sweet teas and they gave us unsweet, fries were cold and burnt tasting, hamburger was smashed didn't look anything like the picture. Worst Wendy's I have been to in a while and the people in the drive thru were very rude. I would will not be back and I would avoid!!

Parking lot empty. Waited in the drive through for 10 mins and then left. Please try to take care of customers quickly. Update 6 months after. Waited forever again. I actually got served this time. Food was below average for the 18 minute wait. I thought it would be warm, but it wasn't.
By far the worst Wendy’s to go to. Stayed in line for 30 mins and there was only 4 cars ahead of us. Got to the window and took 15 mins before someone even said anything over the intercom. Cars were pulling off but we waited would have left but let the kids decide where they wanted to eat. Someone finally said something and was told it would be another 30 mins if I wanted a baked potato so we didn’t order one. Waited another 15 mins just to pay and still had to wait on the food. Finally got order and was even more disappointed. Spicy chicken sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even bite into and strawberry lemonade had so much ice after 2 gulps I had nothing to drink. So not only did I waste my time I wasted my money too. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews and wish I saw the reviews of this place before stopping cause it’s not worth your time or money. Will not be returning
I went through the drive thru tonight and the staff was pleasant and friendly however when I ate my sandwich I had a bread tie in it. It was not a wire one but a half of a flat plastic one and I'm concerned where the other half went. I have a picture of the bread tie and it is ridiculous that I had to throw away a meal because of the recklessness of the kitchen staff.
My chicken sandwich was burned and I almost broke a tooth.We was waiting in the line for like 45 to a hour for some stale fries. And we waited cause we paid and we was real hungry. They need to hire smart people that comprehend speech.While we was waiting we seen them kiking and laughing playing and stuff while we waiting for our food in the cold. It’s not right and they forgot my honey mustard I asked for a thousand times and gave me only four nuggets. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. And the lemonade sour. And they had my sis car heating like they gonna pay for her car period.
Traveling and stopped to eat. Disgusting and dirty, had to clean seat, whole place is greasy. Ordered a salad and the chicken was chopped and overcooked and dried out. Poor management, lots of screaming between employees, management? Nasty bathrooms.
Terrible experience. Employee that was preparing fries was eating her own personal box of fries while preparing customer orders. The employee had fries, opened dipping sauce and a drink literally on the fry area eating. This was so unsanitary, this will be one Wendy's we won't be visiting again.
Walked in the door and saw the very poor customer service being given to other customers so I turned and walked away. I guess I'm old fashioned but in my opinion the front counter staff should have done sort of customer service. There was a lady with huge bull rings in her nose being very rude to a customer. This lady also had extremely long finger nails and handling public good made me question how clean her hands were. Not clean enough for my money.
Cashier taking order was kind and nice however. Order was complete wrong and missing an item when gave missing item it was still incorrect. Food was tasteless and just looked slapped together not even fresh. Will not be visiting again.
WORST costumer service I’ve ever had! Lady at the window gave so much attitude. I asked for two chicken pretzel pub burgers, one a meal and the other just a sand which. She didn’t repeat back what we had so I was a little weary going to the window. Drove up and they didn’t add our other sandwich. Asked if we could add another and it was fine, but when we went to check it they were regular HAMBURGERS. I had to go inside to get them changed, the lady at the drivethru shot me a nasty glare. very rude from the very beginning. If she doesn’t care about the job enough to do her job then she shouldn’t have one. I wish I could give this place zero stars because I don’t think anyone should be going here.

Food tasted stale and soapy like someone was doing dishes before making our meal. Screen was busted and hard to hear, they seemed to be very understaffed As I first went inside to order but no one was in sight. Finally got service when going through the drivetru,didn't receive a receipt so I didn't bother trying to get a refund or gift card from management. Definitely avoid this and go to a different Wendy's just a few minutes north or south.
Worst Wendy's experience ever. Yes it was slightly busy but it was clearly chaos behind the register. Waited 18 minutes to order then 20 minutes for my food. Fries were undercooked, burgers were severely over cooked and the dining room was a mess. Ended up not even eating and just leaving. Can't said I'd stop by here again.
Do they even serve food at this location? Sat in drive thru line, finally my turn to order......nothing. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you". Radio silence for ten minutes as cars stack up behind me and two that had placed orders in front of me finally got food and drove off. No person visible at the first window. A weary traveller, I gave up thinking if it took > 15 minutes to place an order, my chances of actually getting the food anytime soon was hopeless. Horrible service, whoever was managing 5:15 pm on 12/20 should be relieved of their duties. Least you could do is communicate.
Used to be perfect, fast service, hot & fresh food. Has really gone downhill. Waited in drive thru line for half an hour yesterday for a mobile order. Spicy chicken breast was half the size it used to be, and cold fries.

Should have stopped elsewhere. The minute you walk into the lobby you get greeted with a smell of pee/wet dog. The bathrooms are dirty, the soap dispenser in the women's room are on the counter, broken. The floor is beyond sticky, like peel your shoes off of it. The staff have attitude. Like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. No one else was there, but they still forgot items of my order and then looked at me like I did something wrong. The food is overcooked. The fries are gross. The nuggets tasted like they sat there overnight.
Awful! Awful! Awful! Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so stale I couldn’t eat it. Like a raw hide bone. Should have know better. Nobody else in line. It’s at a busy exit off 95. Obviously know you won’t be back anyway
Food was good. It’s one girl who is always at the second window. She wears glasses she always has an attitude when you get to the window. Prior to getting to the window she is always rushing when you’re trying to place an order. She talks fast and tries to be funny when you tell her you’re missing things out your bag. Either someone needs to talk to her about her attitude on a place of business or I’ll go to upper management about it. I don’t like handling my food with an attitude.
Cold fries and forgot my frosty for an online order
Worst ever fast food restaurant. Floor were sticky, bathroom was dirty and stank. No napkins available. Tables were dirty. We decided not to dine in. Order taker looked shabby and suffering from smoking, but was courteous. Apple pecan chicken salad was good but is not listed. Spicy chicken sandwich had gristle.
Now I'd be wrong if I posted pick of dude on his phone while I waited for 5 min at speaker before I was greeted and another 10 min to get my food with one person ahead just wanting fries ...every late night drive thru in Florence is the same bs
Worst jr. cheeseburger deluxe ever! Stone cold, patty stone cold, cheese cold and unmelted along with freezing cold lettuce and tomato. It was if it was made a hour ago, then pulled out of refrigerator and thrown into a bag. Go somewhere else and spend your money!
Did a mobile order and they couldn’t find it even though my card was charged. They didn’t seem like they cared to fixed the issue, was only talked too once. Place is very dirty, VERY DIRTY. Take this review very serious, there is better Wendy’s in Florence than this one. Staff seem rude and need more training.
We did a drive-thru order as we were passing through town. The frosties were good. However, The burger was undercooked, and the fries were old and cold. And there were no napkins in the bag (minor problem). I don't typically do reviews, however, I was very disappointed.
I order food from Wendy’s off DoorDash and when the food got to me the fries was cold and the chicken sandwich was not cooked fresh and the chicken patty was hard
I have never been to a more slack Wendy’s restaurant, in my 55 years of life! My Sister was in the hospital so I decided to stop by on my way to see her. I got to the drive-thru and when I got there to order, they stated the system was down and I could not order because I was using a card to pay! Then, I tried stopping by the next day to order 3 of the Dave’s Doubles combos and was told that they did not have any cheese. I was so mad that I really wanted to just drive off but I got the burgers anyway! I will just. Never ever Will I stop there for anything else. You might as well shut this one down or fire the employees and start all over! So disappointed!
All other Wendy's I have been to have all been pretty good we went to this Wendy's on our way home from Florence we were going to go in & place our order someone stuck there head out the door saying use drive Thur dint say anything else so we used the drive Thur after we placed our order we see a black gentleman walk out with an order the gentleman didn't work there.it took us from the time we placed our ordered about 40ins to get our order looked like they were using old lettuce & tomatoes i asked for 2 of the burgers to have no cheese the other no picked 2 had cheese on there the other had pickel so I would tell you if you want your order messed up & get really poor service go there other wise stau far far away from there the fries were cool & had no salt on them
Terrible restaurant. No ice, No ketchup, Front door was broken, Floor & tables were dirty. Employees just standing around. Overall bad experience. Owner needs to fire everyone and start over. It’s that bad!
Absolutely awful experience! The rude ppl that work here is Absolutely astonishing! They shouldn't represent a company like this! We pay for our food why should we feel like we are burden to ppl. This can't be good for business 😕 The other problem is they aren't cleaning their lobby or bathrooms. Its absolutely disgusting. The lady with tissue under her head set is the worst. VERY RUDE! I HOPE SHE ISN'T THE GM......
We had to wait for staff to finish a personal conversation before we could order. Trash cans were overflowing. Floors were sticky. The area that should have had straws ans similar items was not stocked. The dining area was a mess. Our order took quite a while. Fries were old. Our order was not correct. And all of this while there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Do NOT recommend this location!
We were traveling on 95 from Florida and decided to stop to get my three girls food and have a bathroom break. Dining room was closed and they wouldn’t let my 5 year old use their rest room. This was at 6pm. She messed herself in the car. Was told they were understaffed. After that they gave my girls moldy apples
THIS was the WORST fast food experience I have ever had! There were several issues with this restaurant. I wish I had checked reviews before I went here. To start 1. The floors weren't clean. They were slippery and greasy. 2. It took 20minutes to make x5 4 for $4s. 3. The manager was yelling and cursing at all of the rest of the cooks and drive through workers. I had my three children with me so that was very unprofessional! 4. The chicken nuggets were both under and OVER-cooked in four of the five to go bags. They were either stuck together, outside burnt inside under cooked, and the ones that weren't stuck together tasted like cardboard! 5. The drink machine didn't have the correct beverages to go with the assigned buttons. 6. The French fries were COVERED in salt and they were could not be eaten! I have a picture attached. This branch needs to be cleared out with new management and standards because this was not acceptable!
This Wendy's is a disappointment to the chain. I have told them to clean their window sill the ants are always swarming that area and it is unsightly to a paying customer when buying food! There is this chunky light skin girl with red braids "this week" that often has a very nasty and antagonizing attitude. I will say the food is usually hot and fresh but the customer service at this establishment is unacceptable. Just the other day I was there and after getting her attitude at the ordering area in DT, I asked for a receipt after recieving my order. It wasnt her saying " we ain't got no receipt paper" that had me vexed enough to write this review in addition to contacting corporate...It was the mere fact that as she said it, she slammed the DT window and walked away! How Rude! I thought and said out loud and my children were appalled as well. What happened to customer service standards in America? The way these teenagers are changing the face of the fast food industry is disgusting! I find this problem amongst a lot of the fast food places here on 52 in Florence. And this is a tourist area. These owners and customer and quality control regulators need to better and return the smiling " Thank You Have a Nice Day" type if service back to these paying customers, we dont deserve attitudes from people who dont like or appreciate their job and these employers need to do a better job at regulating these establishments.
