This is Ronnie and Terri Williams. Bryans recently repaired our Jeep Liberty which had fender and trim damage. They were very courtious and the repairs they did were beyond reproach. Our Liberty was filthy when we put it in shop as we live down the red dirt roads of East Texas. Not only did Bryans repair our vehicle, they went above and beyond and washed and detailed it inside and out. It looks like a new one. They will always have my buisness and anyone I can send that way. Very friendly and proffessional people.

The most honest and professional place to get your vehicles back to right. At this point I have used them on two different occasions for actual body work and couldn't have been more happy. But even more impressive was the time I had locked my key faub in the trunk and had no way to get it out. Went up there to just ask for advice because they were so great before. They told me to leave it with them. They took the back seats out and got it open. Had it back to me before lunch and wouldn't take a dime. That's people that care. If your'e not using Bryan's Paint and Body you're doing it wrong.

They did the work fast and it came out perfect. There was an issue with the windshield people but the staff at BRYANS made them come back out and fix it the same day and even let us pick up our car on a day they were closed!!!!

I have had multiple cars fixed by Platinum Collision over the last year. Most recently was my brand new 2019 F-250 King Ranch after a head on collision. The truck came out looking brand new again and runs amazing. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars

Man if only I could have shown a before and after photo!!!!! I had some decent size paint damage and deep scratches all the way through the metal in some areas. I am very impressed with their services! You can’t tell anything ever happened! They also surprised me by giving my vehicle a bath inside and out! I was told possibly two days for repairs, and it only took 24hours! Thank you so much for taking great care of me!

Had my headlights replaced. They went out of their way to get the best price possible. Installed my lights right when I was ready. Ladies in the office are awesome. Excellent service by all. Will use them again if a need arises.

We took our 1976 Corvette to Platinum Collision after a minor accident and they did an awesome job. The paint matched perfectly and you can not tell there was ever an accident with the car. Unfortunately I’ve had to visit Bryan’s 4 times in the last 10 years. Fortunately they do an amazing job every time. They communicate with you throughout the process and the car is perfect when you get it back.

I don't regularly give 5 stars to anyone but Bryan's deserves it. Top notch repairs and customer service. As good as I have ever seen anywhere. If you're having a hard time deciding, look no further. Had a great experience at Platinum Collision. I wrecked a Ford F350 that was in excellent condition. I thought it would never be the same again but I was wrong. Platinum Collision restored it to new condition. There was great communication with the insurance company with no headaches. I will definitely be returning with if need be.

Bryan's does very good work. They took a car totaled by insurance and made it look like new. Heath, the owner, took care of any concerns I had amicably and completely.

Doesn't seem like the new owners have a clue about what they are doing.

I was not initially told that there is a storage fee, added fees like a $250 administration fee that is categorized as material that is not explained, when you don't use your insurance. I paid alot of money that I couldn't afford to platinum to just have them release my car to me because everything was not explained. This is not against any of the ladies up front because they were polite even while cashing my bill out.

Took a while to get mine finished. Then had to go back for my trailer hitch and bed tie downs. They couldn't find all the tie downs and were supposed to call back. Never did. Tailgate is still a different shade of red. Wouldn't recommend.

Went to get estimate on damages and lady in front ask me for insurance info and I told her I just wanted and estimate to take to insurance and she said all she could do was write what she could see and I said that's all I need , then man came from other office and ask if I was going to let them fix car and I said I just needed estimate for now and he said it would cost me $60.00 dollars for them to write an estimate, I guess free is not always free , very unprofessional people, would not let them work on anything or recommend them to anyone

I will not recommend this place they charge insurance for stuff they don't do and if you do take your car there to be fix , you must be ready to fight the owner , because he will get agresive

👎🏿 Paint is peeling off and chipping already. They damaged parts that where just fixed. Left old parts on the vehicle. I recommend inspecting their work cause they will definitely try and pull a fast one on you if you don’t.

It Was a horrible experience we will never go back there … they were not truthful with us seem to change story about the extent of our damage to fit the thousands of dollars in claims they were turning in We got a call from insurance company they had tried to make a false claim for work that their body shop did not complete & we had proof of that !! It took 3 months to get our car to have it come home with issues and we had to take it back following week .. they didn’t return calls and when we did talk to them we were given the run around & could hardly ever get a straight answer One of the worst experiences Ive had !

I will never go here again. The new owner sucks and under pays their employees. They fired Butch Reeves who is the best painter in town. For no reason at all. They hired one of their friends who doesn't do half as good of work as Butch does. Over half the business from that shop was because of butch. They will learn. He will get a job that treats him and pays him what he is worth! They hire a bunch of druggies and pill heads up there

For sure I DO NOT recommend this place. The owner and his employee acted like complete trash. This was the worst professional experience I've ever had, in any industry. There was zero professionalism is why. All the damage done by the accident was not repaired. The assessor said the insurance denied a portion of the claim, but when I called the insurance, they said the shop didn't submit that portion to be approved for repair, so they had no idea there was damage there. I suspect the fault of the assessor, considering he didn't even pop the hood for the estimate. Instead of doing his job well, he was telling me how he cheated on his wife several times, which I didn't care to know just to have my car fixed. When I had a problem with the incomplete work and the unprofessionalism, instead of mending the situation, the owner started yelling at me and speaking to me like I was a child. Yes I interrupted because I don't have to hear that noise. Then I got berated for interrupting. No regrets. A few weeks later I thought the freon may be low in my car so I took it to another shop, and they found it actually had over twice the recommended amount! I can't say 100% this was them, but it wouldn't surprise me at all, The compressor never fully recovered. I'd rather pay out of pocket after already paying the deductible, before I ever set foot in this shop again. In my opinion they don't belong in East Texas operating like that, so please let's help them leave town by refusing their business.

I needed an estimate for an auto paint job and called this place to ask if I could get a ballpark quote. The woman who took my call was short and rude to me on the phone for no reason. She angrily informed me that I had to come in to get an estimate. I decided to drive there despite her rudeness to give the shop a chance since she was only a receptionist (I assume). Her bad attitude and unprofessional manner continued when I arrived. She basically threw the paperwork at me without looking at me, and tried to help another customer. When I asked about why so much personal info was required just to get an estimate, she was extremely rude. I thanked her for her "attitude" and she continued being completely unprofessional and angry in front of all of the other customers in the shop. And I left and won't be going back. I went to them first because they were recommended by family, but the owner should reconsider having this person answering phones and greeting customers, or working there at all because she's going to cause the shop lose clients.
