My Ford Expedition had hail damage to most of my car. I am extremely pleased with the top quality work by Bryan's body shop. Also the work was completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Bryan's to anyone!! And also I will use them again if I need body work on our vehicles.

They did a great job on my wife's car. Between text updates and one knowledgeable phone call, we knew exactly when the work was going to be finished. Highly recommend.

We have had three of our vehicles worked on by Platinum this past year. They have done outstanding work on each vehicle. The staff is very professional and courteous, and the quality is amazing. If something is not just perfect they will work on it until it is right. Amazing folks! Hopefully I want need one often, but when I do, this will always be my choice for a body shop.

They did a good job through the whole process. They kept me updated through the whole time the vehicle was at their job. They dealt with the insurance so that we wouldn't have to. This is the second time we use Bryan because they do such a good job.

They were great, took longer then expected because after they got into the repair they saw more damage from where I was hit. They didn't just slap it together they ordered the parts to fix it right and that's the best service to me. Always friendly and professional. I do recommend using them

Took our vehicle to get fixed...and me trusting that all parts were on and new. Well my license plate fell off and after trying to figure out how to place it back on i realize they never replace a part. So basically they used my license plate to cover up the part that wasn't replaced. Yes I did tske it to them and they said supposedly they part was on back order but yet when I picked it up they never mention that!

I would have given the shop a zero if allowed ! I went to this shop because State Farm guided me there . I am a ask/icar certified technician with years of experience I needed a estimate so a claim could be initiated for compensation on my Toyota FJ . I call the shop the day before arriving to allow them to schedule if need be . Gentlemen on phone advised me that he needed to talk to owner to get approval to right repair estimate as I would be doing the body work myself and allowing shop to do paint work! When I arrived gentleman from day prior greeted me and advised me that the owner would not allow him to write the estimate based. On them not having the vehicle in the shop with agreement for repair . Heath Parker so called owner charged out of his office and proceeded to charge the front counter screaming and yelling, at one point I thought this guy was gonna attack me . I left and called to report the shops behavior to State Farm. I do not write reviews and do not bash businesses this is not how things get handled . But for your safety or safety of a loved one I would think twice before sending them to this shop as owner is very unpredictable. Good luck getting repairs done on yours hope this helps someone. For sure I DO NOT recommend this place. The owner and his employee acted like complete trash. This was the worst professional experience I've ever had, in any industry. There was zero professionalism is why. All the damage done by the accident was not repaired. The assessor said the insurance denied a portion of the claim, but when I called the insurance, they said the shop didn't submit that portion to be approved for repair, so they had no idea there was damage there. I suspect the fault of the assessor, considering he didn't even pop the hood for the estimate. Instead of doing his job well, he was telling me how he cheated on his wife several times, which I didn't care to know just to have my car fixed. When I had a problem with the incomplete work and the unprofessionalism, instead of mending the situation, the owner started yelling at me and speaking to me like I was a child. Yes I interrupted because I don't have to hear that noise. Then I got berated for interrupting. No regrets. A few weeks later I thought the freon may be low in my car so I took it to another shop, and they found it actually had over twice the recommended amount! I can't say 100% this was them, but it wouldn't surprise me at all, The compressor never fully recovered. I'd rather pay out of pocket after already paying the deductible, before I ever set foot in this shop again. In my opinion they don't belong in East Texas operating like that, so please let's help them leave town by refusing their business.
