I very rarely have bad service here. And tonight was no different.

Wow amazing BLT. The bird was fried with cheese, so it was super crunchy. Husband had the Americian Burger with all the fixings and was super happy. Really we could have split the sandwich for the light lunch we stopped in for.

Vaughn always great sever/ bartender. Food is always hot and cooked right. Worth drive from Nacogdoches. Nacogdoches location just isn’t in same league.

Food was a little slow but it was greeeaaat. I did the apps 20 wings fir $14.99. It let's you use the deal as much as you want so we got 40 wings for $33.64. 8 ranches, 40 wings,2 large fries. Only down side of using the deal twice is they have to be duplicate orders so u still only get 4 sauce choices. Still the food was prepared perfectly. 10/10 would recommend. -( i have since been back. The food was amazing, I got the new maple Chipotle and the Cajun flavors...... I have been a die hard mango guy forever but these two won me over. Maple Chipotle 🍁 new favorite. )

Pretty big place, a bit dark due to the high ceilings. Lots of TVs. Great food, prices aren't bad. Location is good too. Good parking, clean restrooms, great food. Second time here this time in the evening. Place isn't packed; lots of open tables but it took us about 20 minutes before we got our drinks. Another 10 minutes before we got our food. I'm definitely not stopping here in the evenings. Some staff is running around busy busy while others just standing around. Either the sections are to big or they have very few actual wait staff. Bless our waitress, she is really working hard.

There was a young guy there who was named Conner and was doing an outstanding job! he was multitasking to the man and able to handle probably more than he is paid to do

The vibe, service and food was amazing. I ordered CARIBBEAN JERK wings they were good with the perfect kick of spice. My girlfriend and stepson ordered some burgers they said them burgers were the bomb. The beers were ice cold so I enjoyed them as well. I will definitely come back to this location.

The Mango Habanero traditional wings are delicious. The veggies were ok. You have to try the cheesecake with caramel on it. Who doesn't love a nice cold beer and if you do you ask for it prepped that's with some salt and a lime. The service was exceptional. We were not required to mask. It is your choice but they are masked and they have shield on the back side of every booth seat. Felt very safe.

Love this place ! The wings use to be amazing ! The only downfall is that the food quality has decreased but a great place to chill watch games, and drink a few beers! Love to sit outside and love the fact that they support and take care of an outside cat more power to them! Service is great ! Wait staff is awesome ! Over all good hang out place!

Management had only one waitress/bartender working,yes, both the same person, and she did a great job with what she was working with. They need to make changes to make it great. Giving 4 stars for the waitress, but the restaurant needs work.

Went there to fave a football crew meeting, while we were there we all ate. I had the breaded chicken tenders with onion rings. They were very good. Our waitress was very polite and courteous.

Food comes out at different times, not all at once. This is the third time we've had our food come out at different times. I guess they bring it when it's ready, don't try to bring it all out at once. Seems strange to me. Service was good, friendly and attentive. Food tasted great.

Nice location. Ate here on Father's Day and was told 4 cooks were scheduled and only 1 showed up. Despite getting food slower, everything tasted good and we had a sweet server.

I haven't been to a BWW in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised this evening to find they have quite a few non-meat options (nachos, cauliflower wings, black bean burger...). Their patio is dog friendly and our server took great care of us and the pups. Unfortunately, their patio is also smoke friendly It made it hard to enjoy the evening air toward the end of our evening since we were seated by a table full of smokers, but I'd definitely go back and enjoy their food.

Went last minute after the dining room closed but our whole family was served in the car area. Kids included. Service was great, food was awesome and we had a great time.

I really went to see the game. The location was good. It was right off the highway. The establishment was nice and clean. Wide open eating area with lots of TVs and tables. The service was mediocre. Our waitress was very attentive. She had too many tables to serve or something. We only had appetizers. The cheese sticks, wings and onion rings were good. The nachos/chips with salsa were okay. This was my first time there. If I go again, I will definitely order something else. I recommend them if you're going to see a sporting event and stick to the wings and drinks.

Huge bar, many TV's with sports playing everywhere. Great hang out spot. Food was good, but two of us got our food and the third persons came about ten minutes later. Service was okay, but it was hard to get her attention.

This place has changed a few things for the better. The food was pretty good, the drinks were better. My hubby likes that there were many options of sports on at once, per usual.

Food was great. Service sucked my waitress was not very attentive.

I had two orders of naked tenders and fries and wings. The tenders were so small and way overpriced. They could have included more fries for the prices they charge. The food is good but the prices were not. $60 for 25 wings, large fries, two orders of 5 naked tenders/fries.

Very crowded and loud. Understaffed. My food was ok but they never brought my son's food until every one else was finished and we had already asked for the check. They brought his food as we were leaving. I would have thought they would have offered to take his food off our check or at least discount it but neither of those things happened and then they acted put out when we asked for a to go box to put his food in since we were all ready to go by then. I will not be going eating here again.

It's gotten better... But the service was very slow on my last visit. I believe they need to improve time. Food tasted good. Waitress attentive. But 30+ min wait for fries? I previously had given 2 stars.

The food was good, the server was awesome, but it took nearly an hour to get our food. Not sure why it took so long to make our food, just 3 orders of wings, at lunch, and it wasn't busy. Great food and service, if you have the time to wait.

Service was okay. The price was okay. Food was not something that I liked. Nobody at the restaurant did anything wrong I just don't like it. Came in just before lunch rush. Server gave us our food and refilled our drinks. Nothing extra nothing less. Probably won't go back.

The last few times we have ordered for pick up it always takes longer than I’m told over the phone. Today I was told 15-20 minutes and I allowed 5 extra minutes because I knew it wouldn’t be ready and I still had to wait on it when I arrived. My fries tasted old so we had to throw a family size order of fries away and our wings weren’t even warm so I spent $56 plus left a tip and wasn’t happy with the food. Only positive was that the girl who checked me out was nice so my 3 stars are for her.

Our waitress was very polite but not very attentive. It seemed that in the beginning, she would be. However, in the end, she was not. After receiving our drinks, which were alcoholic, we thought there might have been an issue with one of them not having the correct mix. The waitress did take the time to double-check to make sure. It did have the correct mix. After that, she was no longer attentive to our table. My drink was empty and had been that longer than it should have been. I ended up not ordering a 3rd drink

Definitely needs more cleaning especially front doors should be cleaned daily x3. Beer is good, Sports were on point. Bartender was very stressed and thusly not great service. He needed help but also maybe not the best job for him.

Have always enjoyed great service and food at Buffalo wild wings in many locations across the US. Can feel comfortable that good food and service can be counted on. Almost all locations are multiple times busier than the Lufkin, TX location but at this location it was extremely poor just to be acknowledged. Then to get any type of service was extremely slow. Once order was placed took an extremely long time for food to arrive. Am very disappointed.

Not good. Great service is a hit or miss. Wings are ok. Drinks are overpriced & not made to satisfy. Fried pickles are good. I got a slaw that was straight from hell. The garlic Parm wings I got were soooo salty & overcooked. I'm still trying to find something I really like from this place & I will probably stick to beer next time.

The service it what bothered me. We didn't get everything we ordered. We weren't even offered a menu. I pulled it up on my phone. When my son asked for a drink refill, it never came. The food was great.

Waitress was the only one working when we came in on a Saturday after lunch rush. Ordered a sandwich got a wrap instead and this is after she repeated my order back to me. Didn't want to complain because she seemed to be training someone and was running herself ragged trying to clean up too. Husband's wings were okay but forgot the veggies on the side and I've paid $30 for a great steak place so wasn't expecting over $40 before tip. For the size and incompetence of the kitchen the price isn't worth it at all.

Horrible service, our server id everyone at my table and we we’re all over 21. One person from my group had forgotten their Id so he wasn’t served beer at the moment, but he noticed our server didn’t bother to ask other customers who were white. If you’re going to ask for an id, PLEASE ASK EVERYONE! And stop being racist! We left a tip in which we REGRET, and she didn’t even say thank you.

Whether it’s 15 fries with my cheeseburger or Dried out Wings this BWW’s never seems to get it right. When your food comes out that's all that comes with it. No napkins, salt, pepper, ketchup silverware if it’s needed you have to request everything and it takes forever as in I finished eating and never got my napkins until my check came 30 minutes after I requested it. This place is always understaffed you wait 15-20 minutes for a beer. I have friends that like to watch the games and we have no good sports bars in town so this is our only option. So instead of eating go on in and request an Application they need your help so I can get a beer.

Went on a Monday night. 2 people at the bar where I was. Maybe 8 in the entire restaurant. Had to ask to get my beer and refill. Got a salad to go. Was good until I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. Not a good experience overall.

I placed an order through the app and when I received my order of cauliflower wings-Asian zing they gave me what looked to be and taste like bbq…when I returned it I was told it was correct…management came out and agreed to make me a different order…they made the same exact thing but this time with green onions…o have been ordering the same thing from that place for three years…I know what it tastes like and that was not it!!!!!!

On a busy night there was only one waiter Jerome serving 12 tables bye him self he was trying his best I could tell he was overwhelmed, the bartender and another girl at the bar. They could have helped Jerome, my friend got his beer hot so he didn't want it any more. The food was good but I didn't see a manager helping out. Every time I come here I always have a bad experience , bad customer service, super long wait on everything.

My chicken wasn't quite right. The fried chicken was pretty good. The nachos were disappointing, I'm the one whom ordered a nacho appetizer at a chicken place. My bad.

My wife and I just left here, full but with our pocket book EMPTY! I got the cheesesteak sandwich, wife an appetizer platter. My sandwich had a GREAT taste but DIDNT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE its picture in the menu. My wife’s looked as good as the menu Our meals and two beers a piece, 65 dollars. Ouch. Could have eaten at the Hole in One for that. Look at the pictures and see if you see any differences in the sandwich. I do lol

Well my last review was deleted unfortunately. Food very inconsistent has been for a while. Waitresses don’t care about you. Clearly one slept with MY HUSBAND. Her and the beefy bar maid had a good laugh at me. I’d definitely watch who I hire. Luckily I’m a little classy and will not go and curb stomp the little girl.

Place was really loud and the wait was entirely too long. On top of that, the wings were not worth stopping for. Definitely don't recommend stopping here at all, especially if you're really hungry!

Ordered takeout online today, and in addition to an online convenience fee, I got a signed receipt by Layla that my order was checked for accuracy. I’m wondering if there actually is a “Layla” because my order was missing HALF of my wings and my WHOLE order of fries. I spent almost $50 and got half my order. When I called to let them know, I had to explain the situation multiple times in detail because all I got was an argument about how my order was, in fact, verified… Just go to Wingstop, it’s not worth the aggravation. Maybe pay your employees a fair wage and this wouldn’t be such a problem? In the last four times I’ve ordered from here, my order had been flat out unrecognizable three times…

My wait was around 20 minutes or more for my online order. I finally asked someone about my order as they passed by me and he replied "is that it?" and pointed to a wire rack by the register. It was and it was almost cold by then. Very disappointed. The glass door entrance was filthy. Management and wait staff get 1 star for there "I don't care how long you stand there attitude"!

It took 45 minutes to get appetizer, another 45 minutes to receive our main order (bogo 15pc boneless wings. 30 wings in total), food was cold, and the waitress never stopped to ask how we were doing without having to stop her myself. We will not be back. Disgraceful service. 0/10

my waitress corrine was a very disrespectful and she left my card on another table while taking another persons order for it to be stolen. she had a horrible attitude the whole time. we were here for 2 hours and i saw her 2 times. everytime we would try to get her attention. she would act like there is a big problem.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Went in lastnight about 10pm to pick up my to go order after working all day. Got home and my fries tasted and felt like they were a day old. My wings were cold and had no sauce whatsoever. I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. $28 wasted. I wont be back

Disgusting bathrooms I’ve seen construction porta potty’s cleaner

Didn't include the requested condiments, no napkins, the food was wrong.. and both managers (I needed to speak to two of them?) both talked over me when I was explaining my issue. It was very on brand for them to also not assist me in fixing my order, though it was clearly a problem in their kitchen.

I would like to express my appreciation to buffalo wild wing. We waited at the front door with two other couples, not associated with us, while the wait staff ignored us. After a while it became quite comical to see them walk by and act like they were looking in another direction. We finally left and went next door to cheddar where we had a very excellent meal and only waited for a few minutes to be seated. Buffalo wild wings was not very busy at all and there was no reason this should happen. However I do highly recommend Cheddars, excellent food and service.

Ridiculous service, I wish I can share some pictures. Waited 20 minutes for the food which is understandable, after getting the food waited 10 minutes to get the sauce (ranch/bluecheese) and again 10 minutes to get the silverware. The wings which i got was super salty, where we can see the salt more than anything else. The minimum they can do is clean the carrots atleast. I have pictures of everything. If management is reading this review, I would request some kind of email or phone number to share. Funniest part is I complained about this to the server, she took away the food and gave me the entire check of $30 to pay. Never going back again.

Waited 30 minutes when they weren't busy for the most basic food ordered garlic Parmesan chicken strips and got regular strips with sauce.. this is the next day and I have food poisoning this is just great thanks..

I went to the bathroom to discover two employees getting it on. When i asked to join because the blond was very attractive, i was rudely told to get out and mind my own business. So to say the least costumer service was well below par of other restaurants i have visited but the show on the other hand was very above average. So i guess i had a good time... no complaints.

We never got to taste the food. We never even got to order. They seated us, brought water, and that's the last we saw of our waiter. They were not busy by any means. After 15 minutes I stood up to see the waiter behind the bar with the bartender. We left and went next door to Olive Garden.

My family and a couple friends ate here around 6pm on 9/21/2019. We sat down, ordered, and they brought the appetizer. When they brought the entrees, they only brought half. So, those who had food waited for the rest to come out of respect for the rest of our party. It was over 15 minutes when the rest of the food came. So, now half our party was eating cold food. My order was incomplete, they forgot my fries. They finally brought them literally at the end of dinner. I'm not kidding! We had finished our meal and then they brought the rest of my food! The wings were terrible. I always get the dry rub and I really enjoy it. These had almost no rub at all on them and you could tell they were just thrown together with no care whatsoever. My daughter didn't even eat her wings they were so bad. There was zero explanation or apology from the waitress. I walked around and asked to speak to a manager. They presented someone who didn't seem like a manager and I told him the situation. He offered no apology and just abruptly said he would check on it for me. They did heavily discount my ticket at the end, again, with no explanation or even acknowledgement of the situation. I only knew they discounted it because the bill was so low that I reviewed the itemized receipt. I literally couldn't care less about a discount. That meant nothing to me. The customer service at this location was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in my entire life! I will never go back. And I will tell everyone I know to never eat there. What an unbelievable, surreal experience. I wish I could convey to the reader of this review how bad it was, but there just aren't words to describe it. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER. PERIOD.

I'm done eating at this location. The food is so incredibly inconsistent. This is the third time the quality has been terrible and they got it wrong as well. Ordered bone in wings, received half and half. Wings were over cooked and definitely not fresh. My takeout order was 20 bucks for 15 wings with no sides or drinks. They charge a 99 cent takeout fee now, too? The only reason I gave them so many chances is because the spicy garlic sauce is quite good, but it all falls apart when you pay an arm and a leg for old burnt baby wings. Tldr, go to wingstop. They're cheaper and way more consistent.

Service really needs to improve. Our food came out individually. The first person was done eating and we still hadn't gotten all the food. Waited on a tray of fries for 20 min. Another person waited on tacos that was told it was sent to another table and would be right out. When. They came out, everyone had already finished eating. And nothing was even offered to make it right!

Didn't know what racism felt like till just now. Went to bw3 Lufkin, been going for years. Know all the bartenders but an African American was working the bar and took 5 full minutes of being the only one sitting at the bar to be recognized. I'm 54 years old and he asked for my ID. I asked if I looked under 21 and asked to speak to a manager and the bartender viscously look at me and at that time I felt a racist vibe and unsafe. The manager came out which was African American and I explained what happened and he started at me and after an uncomfortable stare down to which I felt that same racist vibe he said what can I do for you and I said nothing and left. I am shocked that this happened to me I am surprised no one from bw3 has reached out. The above happened. I should have explored legal options. Won't ever go to bw3 Lufkin again

I had too wait a whole hour for my food too come out she had all my friends food and never even put my order in… that’s not right at all

Update: Had a bad experience a year ago, came back to give another chance. Placed an order to be ready at 2:30, still waiting on order now (3:06) have watched multiple parties come in to get sat, no staff acknowledged them and I watch 3 different groups leave. It's very clear the management is not concerned about their guests or business. Which is a shame. We moved here from Houston and have always loved our BWW. The Lufkin location will just be avoided from here on out. Tried to submit it through online portal but your store locator does not work. Og:Showed up at 1:30pm on a Friday. Dining room was 1/3 full. No hostess, no problem, assumed they were busy with another task. Waited approximately 8 minutes. Multiple staff members walked past and no one acknowledged us. ToGo phone began ringing and eventually a manager came out and took the call. Turned her back on us. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Even a simple 'we will be right with you' would have been enough to keep us.

It took an hour and half to get our food while everyone around us was getting their food. The food was cold and no excuses or apology. Would never eat here again. Worst service ever

I come at least 1 or 2 times a week, sometimes we are 2 people, I really like the wings, I really like the place (which I hated in Mexico) I went with one of my employees, we are both Mexican, he is a humble person , of dark appearance but they treated us very badly, we were victims of racism, when we arrived they sent us to the area of ​​the furthest restaurant in a corner. Nobody came to serve us for a long time, I asked to be moved, I realized that the waitress who served that area was not happy with us there! Well, he complained to the receptionist, he treated us in a bad way, as soon as he brought us the food, he brought us the ticket !! What happens?? We still hadn't finished eating or ordering. I ordered a couple more beers and a dessert, although I was treated with clear racism, I left the tip that I usually leave in all the restaurants I go to, 20%, 5 days a week like in the best restaurants in Nacogdoches, I will definitely put a complaint to the competent authorities, even so I came again today because I like to eat here, I hope the owners of this restaurant do something about it.

The hostess was very professional and apologized for the delay in seating. Understandable with her trying to get a to go order out. But after being seated no one showed up. The patrons all around me got service but no one came around to say they will be with me shortly. After 10 min I left giving my menu back to the hostess. The bar was full due to it being Sunday football. But the dining area was sparse.

Went in on Veterans Day. They sat me down the waiter took 12 minutes to get me a drink set it down on the table and left I sat there another ten minutes before I decided time had expired. This is two years in a row this same thing has happened. The restaurant wasn’t that busy. I’m finnaly done with bww.

Been here a few times. It's a gamble.. one day going everything good, next time you get the worse of everything. Need more consistance of good food, waiters, and more humbling experience.

Our waitress Corrine was not very happy to be working. We went in at 9:30 when they close at 12 and she gave us plastic silverware and said “the girl already rolled it all and I didn’t want to make her have to do more”. Whenever our food came out our fries were cold and soggy. We finally got our checks after 30 minutes of trying to get her attention and her ignoring us. When we finally got our checks we had our cards out before she even left the table( which is saying something because she all but ran off once she dropped them off) but it still took her twenty minute to come get them. She finally took them and our dirty dishes and LEFT THEM ON ANOTHER TABLE. We had to wait another 20 minutes to get our cards back while she flirted with all the tables around us. When she finally went back to our cards to run them she had them all mixed up. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a restaurant and it’s disappointing because i’ve had good experiences here before. (I’ve included a picture of the pile of dishes and our cards on the table).

walked in and waited at the front counter while 5 separate employees walked past us but specifically a middle aged blonde woman in a claw clip working 11/18 at 8:40pm, when i had said “may i ask you a question” she ignored me and walked right past me, since the employees had no interest in seating us after 5 minutes of waiting we sat ourselves at the bar, bartender was chill though

The service was horrible there was one guy working the outside. He kept getting stopped by a group of large ppl. There never was another waitress came out and ask did did we need anything or what could I get your for drink orders. We were being ignored. There were waitress coming and bringing other guests food and drinks and assisting with orders. We were invisible. The the waiters that had the big table stated a waitress was coming out. One came to the door were I was at look at me and look at the other waitress trying to help. Then when I asked was she coming to help she just looked at me and walked away. Rude Rude Rude and bad service I don't care what color or who your are. Everyone should get the same service. Some of the wait staff there are very disrespectful. Tonight was HORRIBLE!!!!!

This place is garbage. The manager was the absolute worst. Our food was wrong, and she avoided our table like the plague. I had to flag her down. Our food came 17 minutes apart. We will never return . No, this mistake wasn't fixed properly but stood at the kitchen and gossip about. Try to take the chat back further into the kitchen next time. The server avoided the table after the mistake . They weren't busy . It was an easy fix if the manager would have taken the time. Didn't even bother offering taking it off my bill. I had to ask because I didn't eat it . Had to ask the server to take it to the kitchen. Take time to train the manager's on table touches .

If you place an order on the app, and you’re told it’ll be ready by a certain time, don’t expect it to be right. I’m typing this as I’m STILL waiting on my order that was supposed to be ready at 7:40 pm, it is now 8:17 pm., and still waiting on my food. Zero to little communication from any of the staff members, everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off, as if it was their first day on the job. Line of people next to me waiting to be greeted by a host, and haven’t seen the host but ONCE since I arrived at around 7:30.

I ordered via Uber eats a big food order and some food took forever to prepare came straight to me cold I also paid expensive money for cheesecake and a brownie but they made sure to put that brick hard cookie in there tho. It was my cheat day and I was very upset and they didn't refund me either 😔👎🏾

Don’t dare get a pickup order bc not only do they take 50,000 hours! They also fail to call or something to tell you they can’t make part of your order.

This year, buffalo has gone down hill. Their management sucks, she has a nasty attitude. I’ve came to buffalo FOR YEARS and never have I ever had bad experience until recently. The last 3 times I’ve came to eat, it’s been a worthless experience. With this last go around There’s absolutely no reason my child should have to wait 40 min to eat. Everyone including a table that ordered way after us, food came out in a timely manner except for hers. I under stand 5 min, maybe. However, my two kids, my husband, and myself all finished our food while waiting for her food to just be “checked on”. As a manager who’s is supposed to MANAGE THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT she should have handled it WITHOUT a nasty smirk, nasty attitude and a WHOLE BUNCH OF EXCUSES!

Took my dad out to dinner and was very disappointed. The traditional wings were so hard we could barely eat them from being so overcooked; brought out with barely any sauce. Got two of our flavors wrong and instead of fixing it I was argued with and told I was wrong. Lastly we were also brought out the wrong drink and didn’t want to even go through the trouble of saying anything due to being so over with the FOOD & SERVICE! Would not recommend.

1st time at Buffalo Wild Wings and my last. Ordered a Beer, it was warm, ordered 15 wings, they were cold and dry like beef jerky. When the wings showed up finally there was only 11 cold wings guess they can't count. Manager came by and I let her know the issues, but she acted like she could care less. I could care less myself and will never go back. 1st time there and my last time going to Buffalo Wild Wings. FYI: Besides the crap wing food the wings are really small and COLD and DRY. Baby wings and baby drum sticks cause they count those as a wing. LOL A joke of a place you'd want to visit!!!

Very disappointed with the food portions for the price. Never in the 4 years of coming here have I had food so terrible. Spent $80 on two "subway" worthy sandwiches. And $15 for a double bacon cheeseburger that was the size of a McDonald's burger. I never would have spent my money here if I had known the quality of the food downgraded to fast food level. Last time my family eats here.

Just walked out after getting seated at filthy table and waiting 15 minutes and not one person came to even take our drink order. Not busy, several empty tables but they could not figure out who was supposed to be our waiter so after they debated the issue for 5 minutes, and others were being seated around us and getting drinks, we just walked out...with a sticky purse from the filthy table.

Awful. Not busy at all and the service was incredibly slow. The young lady was nice but not very attentive to our table. When my boneless wings came out I could instantly tell they were old, meaning they cooked them and put them in their warning drawer for more than 6 minutes. I know this because I was the kitchen manager when it opened years ago. The sauce was thick and obviously trying to cover up the over cooked wings. When I tried one, my suspicions were confirmed. I asked the server if they could please make some fresh wings, unfortunately her reply was a blank stare and slight eye roll. The picture is of the "fresh" wings they returned to me. Again they were barely warm and conveniently looked exactly like my previous plate with a couple extra added. This is not the so called standard of what I remember. Didn't matter if it's boneless wings or fillet mignon...take some pride in what you produce! The lack of music or a game on set the tone as well... not the fun environment we used to have when I worked there. Just a pathetic experience overall.

We went here for fight night tonight and its literally THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! I've never had so many waitresses ignore me. I understand its busy but this is your job you chose this profession. My husband and I were taken back on how rude the staff was. When we finally got our waitresses attentetion we asked where our appetizer we ordered 30 minutes ago said she'd go check. Mind you she didn't even let me finish my sentence. I had to go chase her down to tell her to cancel the order because we've waited to long. She was literally putting the order in as I was telling her to cancel it. Never again.

The music in this place was extremely loud. The people who were there had to talk really loudly to hear each other at the same table. My wife and I could not hear each other. The food was extremely with hardly any customers there. The loud music is a trend that needs to stop. People go to restaurants to eat and have conversations, not to feel like they are at a night club or concert.

EDIT TO ADD UPDATE: MY HUSBAND ENDED UP EATING THIS MEAL BC I DIDNT WANT IT & GOT FOOD POISONING! HAS BEEN UP ALL NIGHT THROWING UP! DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE SICK TOO!!! Wayyy overpriced for a few basic tenders, a tiny sauce, & like 10 fries. The fries were more seasoned than the strips😵‍💫 the people were nice but the food isn’t worth it at all. My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings left much to be desired, underscoring a glaring indifference to customer satisfaction. Upon returning home, I discovered a missing fry basket from my order and was dismayed by the scant portions of the ones I did receive, despite their over $4 price tag. Attempting to address this with the establishment, I was met with a dismissive attitude; the manager was "too busy" to even take my call. Compelled by the principle of the matter, I made the 15-minute journey back to Buffalo Wild Wings, only to be greeted by further indifference. After waiting for 5 minutes in the hope of some acknowledgment, the manager finally appeared. My concerns and the photographic evidence I provided were brushed off with a nonchalant claim that the meager portions were standard. In a last-ditch effort for fairness, I ordered an additional basket on the spot, documenting its contents to preempt any accusations of dishonesty. Yet, this action too failed to elicit any meaningful response or acknowledgment of their subpar service. This experience, which I've shared in a review on their website, paints a clear picture of Buffalo Wild Wings' disregard for customer feedback and a lack of interest in delivering value or satisfaction. It's a disappointing revelation that has firmly dissuaded me from future visits and compels me to advise others to steer clear, lest they too experience this dismissive treatment. Buffalo Wild Wings, it seems, is content to remain detached from the expectations and opinions of its patrons. I ordered a American burger, fries and queso and a drink from with wild burger part of the door-dash app. The burger was greasy, I picked the burger up and everything slid out it. The fries tasted stale and reheated in old grease. The queso was watery. I spent $20 on door dash and I didn't get to eat any of the food I ordered. Management was nice though when I called. Offered to remake the order , which I declined because why?!? Why couldn’t it had be been right the first time? You guys really think I’m going to trust you to remake it????
