Holy grease-trap batman! This is not my first experience with a Five Guys before, nor my second, but it was the first time I have bought a burger from them. I've had their grilled cheese, their veggie sandwich, and the BLT. But never a full beef burger. (mostly because I tend to avoid red meat) But being as burgers are a part of their tagline, I figured I would have to add it to my to-do list. So here we are. Ordered online using their website and bought a large Cajun fries, a Bacon Cheese Burger, and a Banana and Strawberry shake. All together coming to a little over $30 before tip, a little pricy but they do give you enough fries to sink a battleship so there's that. Had to wait about 7 minutes after the time I requested for pickup, even though I clicked their link to let them know I was enroute and everything. Not the most efficient, but they didn't go over 10 minutes so it wasn't too bad. Back home, well, in the car I slurped down the shake because it was cooking outside and the shake was becoming more milk and less frozen by the second. Very surprised none of the strawberry bits clogged the straw as they tend to do, and the flavor was quite rich but not very banana-y. Still, pretty good. Now for real, back home, I dug into the burger and fries. The burger was first and boy, I think half the weight of that thing was in grease alone, because man, I think if I had been the tin man I would have been set free from my rusty joints in an instant after I eaten this. The flavor was meaty, juicy, SO greasy, and very savory. It's been years since I have had an honest to goodness burger, but I do not recall them being so liberal with the fats. As for the fries, well, quite the disappointment. I've had them before and they were super! Crispy, spicy, and warm. But here I found them to be limp, oily, and room temperature at best. Didn't even taste that well seasoned, though perhaps that was because the oils covered up any chance the Cajun had at showing up. A darn shame. Overall, 4/5 stars. Relatively fast service, super greasy burger, and disappointing fries.

It was yummy, it was five guys with the extra fries and the ketchup on the side lol. Our burgers were good. Our fries were good and because they have those cool soda machines we could mix sodas anyway we like and the soda was really good lol. I thought that the personality of the guys working at this five guys was better than anyone I've been at before 🙂

Service is good, always friendly and looks like a fun crew. Food is good, quality is consistent so you get what you expect each visit. Store is clean, not many people seem to stay in and sit. We usually do take out ourselves. Only complaint is that two burgers and Cajun fries costs about $30 (just my husband and I). Can't imagine taking a family with a couple of kids. This isn't against any of the local locations, but just a general observation on 5 Guys.

One of the best burgers you can get for the price! Definitely better than any other fast-food Burger in the area I-e McDonald's or Wendy's or Burger King. Friendly staff, clean location and still rather new! I only refrain from a five star rating because their prices have increased slightly and the soda machine always seems to have an issue? Happy Eats!

Great food.I would highly recommend the bacon burger. The atmosphere could be improved if tables were visibly clean. Generally, I like to sit down and comfortably enjoy my my meal however, the grime on the table was a bit unsettling. Three stars

Usually this one has been reliable, but the last 3 times I've gone there have been issues. This time I got Chipotle vibes. It's bad enough that every 5 guys does their portions differently, but it's worse when the same place can't be consistent. I got a regular which is usually plenty but this time they just barely filled the cup and dropped less than 20 fries in the bag, all of which look like the leftover bits and pieces. If it were busy I could understand it but I got there early and waited for my order to be ready. No one went in or out for the entire 10 minutes I was waiting. When I went in there, there were no customers so there's no excuse for such a lazy portion. I've already cut out most fast food so thanks for the shrink-flation, cutting out 5 guys as well now.

It was not very busy when my wife sent the order via the app in to be picked up. I didn't wait long so that was good , but when we got home realized that they did not put cheese on my bacon cheeseburger. I was also missing the mayo. Otherwise the burger tasted like it always does... great! Not sure why the order didn't get fulfilled right. Generally this is a great place to eat.

I basically just spent $15 for a bag of fries and a small shake. I also ordered a hamburger and it’s raw in the middle, normally I would eat it but being the fact that I’m 7 month’s pregnant I’m not going to eat raw meat.

I don't know if all Five Guys are making cuts or if it's just this one, but after paying 7 dollars for a reg order of fries, I got less than McDonalds gives you in a small order. They didn't even fill the container.

Last 2 times ordering here they forget ingredients. Paid extra for bacon did not get any bacon on our food. Fries were mushy and not cooked all the way.
