It’s Burger King… not fine dining but only giving it ( originally 2 stars) 4 stars cause the staff was patient and respectful and made my order fresh for after coming in an hour late to pickup my order.

One of the quicker Burger King's that we've been to via the drive-thru. The location is on the edge of a strip mall parking lot, so it is easy to find from the road and it has a very good drive-thru access. The drive-thru attendants are friendly and professional. We have not yet been inside this Burger King, so we can't comment on the dine-in service.

3 times I have asked for no cheese on my burger and 3 times they put cheese on my burger. Staff is always friendly but I'd appreciate actually getting what I ordered

Food was great, but the management behavior was disappointing. I placed a mobile order just after breakfast ended and pulled into the drive-thru. The staff clearly communicated that there was a mobile order for me and worked together to sort it out. When the wrong bag was handed to me, the employees immediately tried to correct it. Unfortunately, the manager reacted by publicly berating one of the employees and snapping at another — even though both staff members repeatedly stated they had communicated the order correctly. It was uncomfortable to witness, and the employee was visibly upset by the interaction. To be clear, the food itself was excellent — everything was made correctly and tasted great. But no employee deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers. Mistakes happen, and leadership should be calm and supportive, not demeaning. I hope management takes this seriously, because good employees are hard to find — and this location clearly has some who deserve better.

I got my pink lemonade and it was all water with a disgusting flavor. I then asked them to replace it luckily the second time it was lemonade. Then I open up my fiery whopper and the bread is completely stale and slimy with the lettuce.

Cannot believe how rude and not offering help with their app. Manager was not pleasant, was there for 35 minutes, just wanted to order a veggie burger. It's too involved to even explain. Why is it so difficult to order on their app. They could have cared less. Never will I go there again!

I ordered through the drive through and when I got to the window I told them I have a code to add points. The girl who was working the window was very annoyed and rude about it and said "you're supposed to give that when you order" I said sorry I didn't know and no one asked for a code or anything so how was i supposed to know that I was to give them the code when I order

Went in at around 7 the women named joy at the front counter had absolutely no clue what I was saying dint get a single thing I ordered right even after a made a point to ask several times while pointing at what I wanted I go here a lot but not anymore I’ll take my business to a place where the employees know what they are doing and speak good enough English to take my order

This is a Large fry.... The biggest size they offer.... There's like 14 fries total???? Haven't gone to BK in a long time and won't be going back again anytime soon. What a scam!....
