Are you serious??? Why can't all the Bodacious locations be like this one? When I'm in Marshall, I have to stop at Bodacious Bar-B-Q and get their rib plate. Sometimes, I'll even get one to go so I can enjoy it later when I get home. Unlike other Bodacious locations that weigh the food and give you only a little, here you get 5 to 7 ribs, depending on their size, plus two sides. You will not be disappointed when you go here. Everyone is friendly and provides excellent customer service. I tell everyone the best Bodacious is located in East Texas, Marshall, Texas.

First time here. Everything is great. The food tastes delicious 😋 I’m not very big on beans, but oh, man these are delicious. The sliced beef is very tender and just melts in my mouth. Definitely will be coming back.

I chose the rib plate and they were big and delicious. I got 6 ribs on the plate . I chose beans and potato salad for my sides. Loved the beans the potato wasn't bad just not my flavors. My wife loved her sliced beef sandwich. Great prices for the amount of food you get. The staff seemed to work in harmony. No long waits for the drive thru or inside. We're in Marshall for another 3 weeks and I'm sure we'll be back.

Brisket sandwich and potato salad. It seemed a little expensive until we got home and I saw the size. Cut it in half and had another meal so the price was absolutely worth it. Been away from Texas for a while and really missed the taste of a good brisket. Turns out I got a great brisket here!

The BBQ meat especially ribs are THE BEST, the sides items not so great. The side items need a lot of work, bland no flavor.

The Mac and cheese is really good. I hope you keep it on the menu. Limited time folks, its made with white cheddar. Oh and that pecan chocolate chip cookie. I hate i told yall enjoy though, we gotta support our community go get it.my combination plate was fire too the brisket really touched me. Everything was good though no bs from me on food.

1st time here. Ingot the combo plate w/pork ribs and brisket. Both were meaty and juicy. And the flavor was on point. I also got beans and potato salad which I haven't even dig into yet..that's for later👀👍

Little five table restaurant with tender bbq meats, robust beans, flavorful potatoe salad and fabulous strawberry cake from Food Affair Catering! My only complaint is the tables and chairs need a good scrubbing.

The brisket was good. Had a very good smoke taste and was moist. The beans were just ok and the potato salad was not good at all. All I could taste in it was dill and mayonnaise. The young lady that waited on me was rushing me, this was my first time there, and rude. And no one was behind me so no need to rush me. I got my order to go and I feel like I wasted my $91.00. Don't think I'll be back. Customer service is crucial for your business.

I've been coming here for many years, but will not return. It's not because of the food quality, rather the lack of common courtesy and service. Went through the drive-thru around 1:00 on a Thursday. No line or rush. The man at the window simply said, "Yeah". How is that for a welcome, not "Welcome, may I help you", just "Yeah". He returned after my order and simply said, $19.76. No complete sentence, just $19.76. He returned, handed me my order and just shut the window. No, thank you, please come back, or even enjoy your lunch. You can blame it on a lack of education, upbringing, training, whatever. There are too many other places to choose from before I ever spend my money in a place like this again. So disappointed.

Total lack of professionalism. I paid $100+ and walked away with half an order and a headache. The staff is rude, snotty, and literally smirked at me when I pointed out the missing items. The entire place is run by kids who have no idea what customer service means. Don't waste your time or your hard earned money at a place that treats its guests like an inconvenience.

I’m sitting in line waiting for my food. The guy puts on a glove playing with the broom with the other hand then gets my food, wraps my food up with both hands the hand with the glove and the hand that he was just using the broom with unbelievable disgusting there’s only four places that I eat at in Marshall this was top of my list and family when we have family reunions, we order from this place people need to do better in the food industries of hiring clean mindful people. If you were going to clean a kitchen don’t do it while making orders.

Warning‼️ I bought 3 rib sandwiches, and these 3 trash ribs were on a couple of the sandwiches. The workers didn't want to give me another rib sandwich for my inconvenience. Initially, they offered to replace two ribs. The young, skinny Mexican male employee had the nerve to say "dawg you tripping over one rib?" I said first off I'm not your dawg, I'm a paying & unsatisfied customer. Second, I gave you back 3 trash ribs and in return, you only gave me 2 good ribs. The employee said, "Well, you can sit here all you want that's all I can do." I told him ok then, I'll be right here. This is horrible customer service. However, I parked in their drive-through window until customers started to pile up behind me. They eventually folded and replaced the rib sandwich. All of this was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Marshall Bodacious has lost me as a customer, and I grew up eating Bodacious BBQ. Look at the pictures of those ribs. Scorched and not edible at all.🤦🏽‍♂️
