Update: after my first review, it seems that the service has gone down. Ordered ahead of time and drive thru not being as packed as before, my food took forever to be ready. Ordered 7:24pm didn’t get my food till after 8. No generosity was shown for the wait. Since opening, I’ve came here three times now, here’s the good and bad. The bad, let’s talk about the flow of traffic for the drive thru line is a mess. People cut from one side or the other. The parking spots are slim tight, if that wasn’t enough , it’s difficult to get into a spot when the drive thru line is blocking the way. At first you couldn’t order on the app but now it does pop up which is a plus. The good is, the food is excellent, for a new establishment & opening weeks , they staff is doing outstanding. My mobile order wasn’t ready but they showed hospitality by giving me a drink while I waited. Understand going there is busy but the staff is doing excellent for the amount of customers they’re attending. Popeyes if you see this, please don’t close but fix that drive thru and parking issue. 🙏🏽

You know what is more annoying is waiting in line in the Drive Thur for 10 minutes and people super cutting in the line next to you and then getting their orders before you... some people are just rude and inconsiderate , but the food was over all yummy

Ordered takeout around 4pm. My wife & I think Popeyes has the best chicken, I'm sure yesterday was the exception. The chicken must have been leftover from lunch. Chicken, both breast & thigh were extremely dry. Since it was a 5 miles return trip we decided not to take it back. The pieces were smaller than usual but that does happen occasionally. The chicken would have been best thrown out before selling it to a customer.

food is fine but if im gonna have to pay for sauce on top of Uber eats prices can I at least get my sauces? this happens every time

Bad chicken, good service. More breading than chicken on the tenders or sandwich. Lots of tendons too. Good fries and biscuits tho

There was an issues with the app went into the store to see what was happening . Worker said to contact customer support and then proceeded to make our order in store as they could see our ours we was pending. Well they got the order wrong did not notice till I got home.

Bad chicken, good service. More breading than chicken on the tenders or sandwich. Lots of tendons too. Good fries and biscuits tho

I need to know in what Universe or make believe verse or whatever DO YOU THINK IT'S OK TO SERVE THIS TO ANYONE?!?! I tried this location when they first open thinking that I was going to get some clean fried chicken. there because all the other Popeyes were a little bit murky I'm thinking with their grease and they didn't have the freshest tasting chicken in my area but this place by far was way worse than any. I said I give it one more try. And this what I got. Stevie Wonder can see you need to throw this out and come again!

Employees there are very rude and disrespectful not wanting to take orders and talking way too much about their personal lives. And everyone waiting on their food.

Popeyes had amazing food, but outrageously slow service and the whole ordering process is on those tablets, so they aren't even taking orders or helping customers when they have questions. All of the food for my order was ready. I could literally see it sitting there in the trays and on the shelves. All they had to do was put it in a bag and it took over 40 minutes. Even when I asked to cancel my order, they walked away. Infuriatingly bad.

Food is always warm to cold even after waiting. Customer service is absolutely disgustingly horrible. Every time I’ve been inside, the employees don’t even acknowledge you. You’ll stand at the counter for a full 10 minutes until you ask for assistance. They’re behind the counters cussing while making your food. Just very unprofessional location. I’d rather drive an extra 15minutes to the perris location

Price here is outrageous! When I asked to change my order because they had a better ad deal. The employee said she can’t change my order because I already paid it online (????) corporate needs to hire better employees geared towards customer service specially for the prices customers pay. Very disappointed

People like Adelia is why I stopped eating fast food in the first place. Adelia took my order and forgot to give me pies, I came back to get my pies and she asked for my receipt acting like she didn't just take my order. She came to the window gave me my pies, and I asked for jalapeños and she tried to charge me for them after I had to come back for thier mistake! Unbelievable terrible customer service by Adelia she should be fired! She didn't apologize or anything, pretty pathetic if you ask me. It kinda seems like the zero customer service comes from upper management.

I had to go inside to the self-help station after trying to order through the drive-thru because the cashier did not understand or speak English. This experience literally made my food taste "not so good" .... i just want to be happy.
