Locale molto carino e informale con servizio self service, in una location appartata tranquilla e rilassante immersa nel verde, con un panorama molto bello sul torrente Passirio. Cibo e bevande di qualità. Una menzione particolare a Maria, simpatica e molto professionale.

Amazing experience. On top of being seasonal and local, the food is very original and tasty (and you would die for the dessert made with mozarella foam). The staff is welcoming too. We had no expectations at all as we were in Merano just for 1 night and found this place on google. We ended up having the best meal in the entire holidays! :)

We ate lunch here on Christmas Day -- we felt very lucky that they were open on a day when most restaurants are closed! Comfortable restaurant in a lovely setting alongside the Passirio River. We enjoyed our lunch so much that we returned the next day for another lunch. They were several vegetarian and gluten-free options on the menu, for which we were grateful.

A parte il locale freddo e un po' datato, il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel servizio e nel dare consigli su piatti particolari. La cosa su cui davvero non si può dir nulla è il cibo, in quanto era tutto davvero ottimo ! Un menù semplice ma con proposte particolari che non si è soliti trovare in altri posti. Lo consiglio!

It’s a cool place, just near the river. The atmosphere is nice, you can choose between normal tables, relaxing chairs or sun beds. The food and drinks options good enough. But furniture should be updated! Everything is so old and dirty. The location and idea is brilliant, but bar should be better maintained.

Buona la materia prima ma per il resto siamo lontani da piatti di alto livello che per i prezzi chiesti ci si aspettano Servizio problematico non scusato dalla buona volontà deĺ cameriere ( non è accettabile aspettare 1 ora per la comanda). Spero che sia tutto legato ad una serata poco felice in cucina anche legata ai troppi commensali presenti.

The place is beautiful and quirky, amazing location right by the river. It’s romantic and we found the service to be very attentive and quick. The food however was A) too imaginative (cherries with pasta, pineapple with chilly) and B) way too expensive for the quality and amount. It would be the perfect place, if they simply focused on good and simple dishes.

Awful experience in Meteo Restaurant! We left with a very bad feeling...very cold atmosphere and we never got a smile from the waitresses... I almost asked them how much a smile actually costs? :) Both waitresses came across as rude to me... particularly Agata, which I think is the owner, who was strange, moody and actually very condescending with her behaviour and how she spoke to us. Also they have a very odd wine system to complicate customers' lives... they don't have a wine menu, which is ok if it was organsied better...but it's not right to have to go and choose your wine upstairs without knowing how much it costs (the prices are not written by the bottles.) I've never come across a situation like that, where you have to go up and down the stairs with a bottle of wine to ask for the price from the database...? Ridiculously absurd! I go to a restaurant because I like to sit down, relax and be served and have a nice time and that didn't happen here. The food was ok, but expensive for the experience that you get. I never normally write bad reviews but this was too bad an experience to not say anything. I would not reccomend it at all!
