Okay, so I may be a little biased because I was a Starbucks barista…but I love this location. Park behind the location or in the corporate parking lot to the left. Don’t even BOTHER trying to dive through. This location is ALWAYS busy and the drive through is insane…while the lobby is completely empty. Park, walk in, get your coffee before a car even gets through the line. The baristas are super sweet no matter what time of day, and always put a smile on my face.
By far the best Starbucks around. The staff is super friendly and QUICK! I never have to wait long in the drive thru, no matter how long and daunting the line may seem. The facility is always clean too! Great job guys!
The servers are amazing! They remember the frequent customers and what they order! It is nice to be called by name when you come in or drive thru! Heather and Tegan are your girls! They strive to make each customer feel #1 when they see you and aren't afraid to just take your order and get you out of their faces! They actually like to say hi and ask how are you or are you having a good day! Love them both and their order accuracy is always spot on!
I have only been to this Starbucks a few times and have had great service. But this time, I was there due to a car accident and had to pull into their parking lot to wait for the Sheriff. While standing in the heat of summer one of the employees brought us all cups of water and kept coming out to check on us. We all really appreciate that employee and Starbucks. Thank you to the girl that brought us some much needed water and that we appreciate you for thinking of us. I am so sorry that I don’t know your name but I was a little shaken still from the accident.
This stand alone Starbucks location is very spacious but feels cozy. It is a perfect spot to study ans get work done or meet for coffee with a few friends. The staff is super nice too!
Look, when they're busy there's a long wait; however, everything is always made right, the staff is fun and attentive. I have 5 starbucks that ate closer to my home and I still drive all the way to this one.
Coffee was hot, fresh and delicious! Service was fantastic and friendly and I was able to get back on the road in minimal time. Huge thanks to this location for making my stop enjoyable.
Staff great, coffee great, music a little annoying.... If your an illusive person who thinks they're a Disney princess the music inside is for you. I forgot my headphones and was in there for an hour and a half thinking there should be a nice mix of music I should be fine. NO constant musicals movie dialogue and all. I have never wanted to rip my ears off anymore. I will never forget my headphones again... But everything else was very pleasant.
Store was empty. To be fair it was 620 am Sunday. 4 of us and 2 other guests and one car drive thru. Drinks took about 20 mins total to get all 4. 5 workers very shy and quiet and probably exhausted from day before. I know we were. No pictures it was coffee you all know what a cafe mocha latte tastes like.
I love Starbucks I get good service I get good food I got good things to munch on my coffees and my ice coffees are also excellent. Love Starbucks
When we walked into Starbucks everything looked Immaculate we were helped within seconds by the staff who were super nice. We got our drinks in less than 2 minutes and then enjoyed our drinks in the comfortable chairs in the very spacious beautiful Starbucks restaurant. The layout on the wall was very helpful in choosing where to sit and the entire restraint was nice and peaceful. 5 star service! Would recommend Drive-Thru or Dine-In.
I don't know who was working at 6:30pm on 10/27/21 but that group were the best and bubbly crew I've ever known in my Starbucks excursions. Made my night. 10/10 drive though experience. Would highly recommend!!
I gave the Atmosphere 2 stars only because the drive thru is a nightmare. It's a very busy location. I wish the drive thru was in a better position but it's tiny and feels cramped. The service is always great and never had a problem with my food/drinks.
The best Starbucks in our area. Order is always right, staff is always friendly, and they have a very clean store. The only complaint is the parking lot and drive-through situation… it can be tough to navigate through there. Still way better than the other Starbucks on Dale Mabry!
Today they prepared my coffee flawless!!! I was so happy, I like a light ice frappe and it’s not everyone that does it they way I like, but today it was and it made my day! Thank you ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
You know these guys were crazy busy this morning...inside...full lot...backed up drive thru. The customer service was perfect...friendly...never under pressure. Once i ordered food came quickly and was hot and delicious. Flaky croissant...fresh food in general...and on point with what to expect from Starbucks. The cashier was the difference to me...busy but under control and above all else she was friendly.
Had a good experience at this location. Went through the drive thru, it was early and there was no wait. It's a little funky getting in there to the drive-thru but not difficult to understand. Follow the arrows, read the signs and make it safe for others. Great service and conversation at the window. My latte was delicious and hot.
Was in town for a couple days staying at the hotel down the street stopped by here to get some fuel service was good restaurant was clean! Coffee was hot and strong!
This is my FAV store in Tampa. They are super efficient; every single coffee is perfect, or they’ll re-make no issues. They’re busy but the drive thru moves fast. The staff is outstanding. They remember me just from drive thru orders! I get cute lil messages and awesome greetings. In our current world these little things mean a lot to me. I appreciate them so much! Please tip well and be nice when you visit. They deserve it <3
There has been a recent improvement overall that is 100% noticeable. Super grateful <3
Super busy drive through. Better off to just go inside. There was no wait inside.
Drive thru service, staff was extremely nice and friendly and coffee was amazing.
My husband and I were just in the local Starbucks where the staff was very pleasant, Kind and professional. We witnessed them have to deal with a very unruly customer and they handled it with class as they remade her drink 3 times and she still wasn't satisfied So they gave her a refund only for her husband to come in and harass them, they did not deserve it. We witnessed the whole thing. They handled it very professionally. Great coffee great service.
I frequent various coffee shops in the area daily as I work in the community while my kiddo is in school. I’ve got to give kudos to the manager at this store (I’m not sure if he’s the GM or what - but during the day he’s often there! Tall African American man… unsure of his name as well lol.) I sit there for hours some days and I have observed him to be so kind to everyone - employees and customers. He always has a smile on his face, greets everyone who comes in, and is intentional with his conversation. He is always willing to lead and guide his employees and he does not stand idle - he is always helping the baristas. It’s very refreshing to witness. It’s a pretty busy location but the team is also friendly and they all work so hard. I’m more reserved and don’t converse with them, but there are other regulars who come in and they greet them by name. My drink is always made right but even if it wasn’t, the customer service at this location would make my experience 100% worth it still!
The people that work here are amazing. This is my favorite store. The service is always spectacular and the coffee is always done right. If there is a mistake they always fix it.
This Starbucks is always great. The staff are very friendly and fast. The atmosphere is a great chill vibe. It’s one of my favorite Starbucks. The only downside is it’s always busy. But the staff handle it well.
The vibe at this Starbucks is absolutely electric! The staff is incredibly friendly and always greets me by name the moment I walk in. How amazing is that? I happily pass by two other Starbucks and two bookstores just to soak up the atmosphere here—it's truly the best place around!
This morning there was a young black gentleman, he was great ✨️ He was welcoming with good morning and say bye bye with special messages😍 Especially I have paid attention that, he writes special messages to coffee cups, I loved it very much. It is great to start the day like this 🥛✨️☺️
I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location in particular. Everyone is super friendly and they’re relatively quick with drive thru orders, but they are always busy. It moves fast though! Honestly, I’d recommend walking inside and ordering your drink, because it’s always pretty empty in there (at least whenever I’ve been there). You usually get your drink way faster than waiting in the drive thru. Every time I order online on the app, my drink is always made and ready before my estimated pick up time, so I never have to wait long for my drink. The only downside is their parking lot and it can be difficult to enter from Linebaugh if traffic is heavy. I’ll continue to be a regular at this location!
Went inside and grabbed our morning coffee and snacks. Nice baristas working here playing good music. I had my tall regular coffee, with my Onion bagel. Great location and good coffee. Be back …

Quick service, fairly good drinks. I've not frequented Starbucks before, and the atmosphere was surprising and welcoming. Did not stay long, but there were lots of spots to settle down with a computer and enjoy your beverage.
The coffee is always great. The Carmel frappuccino a great reward after a hard day. But I cannot give them 5 stars because the service is so slow. I don't understand it because it's not just one store-it's all of them. I have to ask are they trained to move at a snail's pace.
Great seating inside with lots of places to plug in your devices. Nice staff too. The parking lot is very small so sometime you have to park across the street. If not for that I would give this location 5 stars.
4 stars ,food and coffee always delicious. Just a few fixer uppers, the ordering machine outside is starting to go bad,you need to now yell because of traffic outside. And last, inside employees don't always call out the names of your drink so you stand there minutes longer. Give the receipt always to the customer unless your store is mistake free 100% everyday.
Wait times here and a postage stamp size parking lot is what drove me to buy my own espresso machine. However, I do miss my white chocolate mocha.
I really like visiting this Starbucks! The inside is always clean and beautiful and the staff are very friendly. I visit a lot and have yet to meet anyone unfriendly. I've also always enjoyed the drinks I've ordered from here. The only downside is that it can sometimes get crowded and hard to find a seat--which isn't too bothersome because that means they are doing well as a business. I'm not a huge fan of the parking lot, however, which can be a little troublesome to navigate, especially when the drive-thru is busy.
I found this Starbucks to be really nice. It was very large inside. They had some nice plush sofas and seats to sit on. They had lots of seating and tables inside. I was a little disappointed because they were actually out of what I wanted but, I ordered a different delicious Starbucks drink and of course it tasted great. The staff was very friendly here. I would return to this location again.
We like what we call the "Long John Silver's Starbucks." I like the layout. The location is a good one, although parking and getting in and out can be a challenge. The staff are not as friendly as at some other Starbucks. I had one heat my coffee cake when I ordered it on the app and chose the option not to heat it (the default is to heat it). She explained that many/some people want it heated but do not order it that way. Since you have to proactively choose on the app to not have it heated this seemed odd. She was nice about getting another one for me and made clear it was not a big deal. And in the grand scheme of things this is a first world problem for sure. But it was annoying, especially since it was not just a mistake (which I can understand...they are busy) but a choice she made to do this.
I absolutely loveeeeee this Starbucks, the staff is top tier. They are always friendly and they provide the quickest service even at peak hours (coming from a NYer who is accustomed to having everything done in a NY minute). The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the parking lot is a nightmare. It's super dangerous with all the congestion in the area and the volume of customers they have. They recently renovated and didn't touch the lot, I don't know why!
The drinks are always delicious and the staff is really nice and efficient at this location. However the parking lot situation is a big mess! If you enter from Linebaugh Avenue and try to go through the drive thru - you better hope there isn't already a line because if so you have to just wait until someone lets you cut them. I've seen things get heated between drivers over this. Plus, there's no way to circle around the building to get to the back of the line - instead it just puts you in the drive thru line and you're stuck. This store was just recently remodeled this year and I'm shocked this was such a huge oversight. Starbucks needs to either put a do not enter sign at the Linebaugh entrance or add a wrap around lane next to the drive thru lane.
We had to go inside to order. The drive thru was overwhelmingly full, and since this place barely has any real estate for the drive thru, all the cars were already on the main road. Then trying to get to the parking lot alone was hard to get to. So much traffic in this, this corner area of Tampa. The iced coffee and white chocolate mocha iced coffee, were both very delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful people. We are visiting Tampa to see my parents who live here, but we probably won't be back to this location..
Great place, great food but service to the walk in customer needs improvement. There is a near total focus on drive thru, others focused on stocking shelves. The lack of greeting the walk in customer is disturbing. I've experienced this situation 4x at the same location. The customer is the life blood of any business, the absence of the customer makes any business just another warehouse of products.

Years later : they’re still getting my order wrong almost every time. And I’m not ordering some annoying “secret menu” nonsense, I always order a simple green tea with honey. Lol it’s honestly comical at this point. They’re always very polite and kind, the service itself isn’t the issue, they just get my order wrong consistently, if they actually even have it ready at all by the time I get there. Once again, this is the single most bunk Starbucks store in existence. I would suspect people are being seriously OVERWORKED and they don’t have enough staff available for how ridiculously busy this location is. Imo Starbucks doesn’t care about their employees or customers, if they expect a literal handful of people to be able to run a store at the intersection of two of our busiest streets in this city and not end up screwing up half the orders. I hope this store unionizes. Just maybe give these people better pay and a freaking break and they’ll be able to get orders right.
Maneuvering in parking lot dangerous. This location's drive thru is so busy line blocks parked cars in lot...overflow backs up in street. Exit for parking lot takes you to a right turn only lane...if you wanted to go straight, you're going to have to do a U-turn...but try getting over to the left lane on this busy road. Employees are so busy they really don't have time to focus on friendliness. Definitely not enough parking here.
Love the large building with lots of places to sit. But the parking lot is ridiculously difficult and the store is so busy that they don't seem to be able to keep it cleaned and stocked. Additionally, they ask for my name, but never use it! Many mix-ups have occurred and drinks needed remade when others, who don't know what they ordered, grabbed the wrong drink. Finally, this is the least friendly local Starbucks. Luckily, they are pretty consistent, have abundant seating, and an adjacent lot that I can park in keeps us coming mostly on weekends.
My first time at this Starbucks despite living in the area for quite sometime. They had plenty employees working at the time (about 8) and service went as expected, not super fast but an okay rate. I would of liked it to be a bit faster. The staff was friendly, courteous and attentive and seemed pretty knowledgeable. My only issue here is the lobby area, it was a mess! Napkins, stirrers, empty coffee cups left by patrons, crumbs on the floor and tables and generally a disheveled appearance. It's as if a fraternity had a house party! The staff had ample time once the crowd died down to send someone out to clean and tidy the place up but nobody came out, the staff just stayed behind the counter. This was a huge disappointment and total lack of control by management. I don't expect this at a Starbucks, they really need to get their act together. At peak hours the parking a this location is atrocious and so is the drive through set-up This is a big Starbucks with ample seating and is really laid out in a great way. I love the place and the WiFi is fast and has a strong signal. Since this place is so popular it will get busy and the parking lot gets pretty crowded. I'd come back but if it's trashed again that will probably be the last.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, BUT the music is so loud that people at the tables had to literally shout to hear each other. I guess the baristas have a harder time hearing it due to the sounds of the machines, but it is at a ridiculously high level making chats nearly impossible.
The coffee is good but it's hit or miss on how long it will take to get your order. Sometimes it's quick and sometimes it's not quick at all. Drive through is the same, sometimes it moves quickly and sometimes you realize you made a mistake.
So I pull up to a Starbucks in the nice part of town. I pull up in my $60000 pickup truck, nothing too fancy and I order a bagel and a coffee. The coffee is about 7 bucks. Total bill is twelve bucks, twenty bucks with a tip... So I pull out a stack of hundreds and fifties like I normally carry on me, I give the kid a fifty, he tells me he can't break a fifty, that's starbucks... I'm not a Dunkin' Donuts. I come to Starbucks to get the better atmosphere to hang around. The better people. $50 bill should be falling from the sky at Starbucks. The ceo is worth a couple of billion... So then I get my change after he gets approval. You know, for the big 30, something dollar change. So I'd give the kid $8 tip. He asked me, what's this? I said it's a tip. This is America, you hand people tips. He said, I'm not from here. It's jokingly, of course, but we've become so much Backwards that you can't accept the $50 bill on a $12 order at the most prestigious coffeehouse chain in America. Shut the doors, stop you, percolating and go home
Normally a good Starbucks to go to. It’s a fantastic location and the hours are great. Today service was not so great. A bad experience with staff over a simple fix. I have never felt that way after leaving a Starbucks in over 15 years. Kaylee could have handled it better. Instigation is not a great tool for customers. Normally it’s a pretty good staff.

Standard Starbucks with consistent quality. The parking lot is something out of a M. C. Escher fever dream. The drive through is snakes through the ultra small parking lot not allowing cars to back out or pull in off of Linebaugh. Difficult to return to dale Mabry because of the intersection and traffic. Avoid this Starbucks if you’re in a hurry because it will only make you late for your next appointment.
Isn’t a Starbucks supposed to be a chill vibe instead of a frat house? Hella loud music and the manager had a terribly dismissive attitude when I simply asked about sugar out of all things to be mad about.
Awesome location. Worst parking and drive thru ever! The location was just literally remodeled...no one had the foresight to move the sign closer to the street and allow a path to drive around the building? Then they moved the speaker and made it even harder to enter the line from linebaugh. Great place. Horrible design.
The coffee was very thin, hardly no tastes I could not believe it. When I approached the girl at the counter she said yes, it looked a little thin she spilled it out, made me another cup, and it was not any better. 2 pastries I bought we're cold. I asked to warm them up she said get at the end of the line, and she'll do it. There must have been 10 people in line. I left the pastries on the counter and left with my week tasting coffee.
Eta: changing my review. Some dude keeps telling my sister she cant get sugar free cold foam, even though they have made it at this location before AND all the other stores have no problem making it. Starbucks lets you customize your drink however you want, so whats the issue here??
25 minutes drive thru waits with 70 percent full drinks, barista gave us sass and said their drinks are always served 1/3 empty. That's all pretty crappy for a $25 order. What happened to Starbucks? Yikes.

Cashier B's behavior when I told her I would pay my order in quarters was cruel. Her level of professionalism was none existant. She was very loud and rude. She stated, "PLEASE DONT TELL ME YOUR PAYING YOUR ORDER WITH QUARTERS." She kept tut-tutting and rolling her eyes as she counted the quarters so much so that another employee came to her side to investigate why she was acting in that manner. B kept looking at the other employee and making hand gestures of disappointment. After asking her multiple times for my receipt, she reluctantly handed it to me, and when I asked for her name, all she said was B. I am a nurse, and Starbucks is my favorite coffee because it gives me the energy that I need in order to provide help for my patients . I don't mind paying $5 for a cup of coffee, but I do mind being disrespected. I am very disappointed with Starbucks. I would rather go to Chick-fil-A for my coffee now, where I've NEVER been mistreated.
WARNING: Do not go to this location anytime you are planning to meet with someone. The music at this location is absurdly too loud. I’ve contacted management several times and all they do is email you back a generic email to apologize and state that they will address the situation. This is simply not true. Starbucks once use to listen to it’s corporate accounts but now we’ve become just another transaction invoice number with a receipt in hand in exchange for our business. Long gone are the days when real human beings could offer genuine feedback. So what now, we don’t have a choice, we have to deal with the environment as they see fit, or go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I’ll go somewhere else.
What the heck did you guys do to the entrance on the Linebaugh side? When there’s already a line in the drive-through, what are we supposed to do? It only takes two cars turning in from Linebaugh to start backing up traffic into Linebaugh. We can’t drive around through the front and the back is one-way coming out towards Linebaugh. This is a truly an idiotic and unsafe design. How is it even legal or within county guidelines or whatever they go by?
Never a pleasant experience. Just a bunch of kids running a over priced coffee shop. Anyone can brew a little coffee. Just horrible experiences and let's not talk about the waste that Starbucks produces. All the drinks dumped out and all the food they throw away. They used to be genuine and donate their pastries and sandwiches before expiration. Now greed is the only way they survive.
Dumbest drive thru set up ever. Don't try getting a coffee on the way to work unless you really love corn mazes and don't care about being very late for work.
Too much cinnamon I had to throw it out. Then today the pumpkin didn't look or taste right. Was watered down. Never have had a problem before. I'm back and lowered my score to one star. I've been here 3x this week and each pumpkin Frappuccino was sub par. I had to throw them all out. Too watery, tastes strange. strange colors. I guess I might as well go to McDonald's. Very disappointed.
The worst starbucks ever! Waited 30mins for nothing! I know its mother's day and i know its BOGO but that doesnt mean you will make people wait for 30mins! The worst.. They always put whip cream in the middle and on top with my venti frappes just to fill up my whole glass.. The worst!
Everytime I get coffee from this location it’s always trash they never get my order right or the just make me a hot soy milk drink with no coffee in the cup would recommend you hire people who can actually listen and read instructions as there given will definitely not be drinking Starbucks for awhile after having back to back coffees made for them all to be wrong work on yourself Starbucks
Easily one of the worst Starbucks. Just skip the ones on Dale Mabry completely and go elsewhere.
Order window is not really visible on drive thru for someone's first time at this location , I drove around and waited in line of 6-8 vehicles , approx 20 mins for a cup of coffee and was refused service when I reached the window with attendant
Guy behind the counter couldn't make me a very dry cappuccino, he tried twice and both times it was a latte even after I explained it to h the first time, thinking maybe he's new no he wasn't. The Starbucks in Target (NPR) knew how to make it and it tasted awesome!!! Go there instead or even McDonald's, theirs was even better!
If I could give them a zero I would. Every time I go there it’s like no one knows how to make the coffees they advertise. I always complain when I’m there it ridiculous. Crème cold brews have a layer of sweet cream then coffee below it. Every time I go in they hand me a vanilla iced coffee..and today was no different plus the coffee is watered down. Such a bad experience every time. Such a ripoff because you never get what you pay for. This is a not the crème cold brew I asked for. Shame.
The drive thru is ridiculously slow at all times.
I was just there and my coffee is fine. If I could give a zero star I would. The short girl with dark hair had the biggest attitude and was so rude to me because I didn’t remind the girl doing the drive thru what I ordered. The short girl talked to the drive thru lady and was complaining that I forgot and being rude and I heard the whole thing. I didn’t even end of getting the item because I couldn’t take being criticized a second longer. Will not be coming back!
This place is a mess. Tables are sticky. Trash on floors. Bad management.
The wait time in drive thru was terrible long, I was there for 20 minutes for a drink.
Didnt even start my order until i got there and it was placed well ahead of time
Got a quad espresso a few days earlier and the female mgr refused to remake?! Was only $4.00 poor attitude and customer service experience lacked in every imagination.
This Starbucks does not have it together. Insanely slow, all the time
I went in the drive through this am, the line was very long, somehow after waiting 15-20 min I get to the window only to realize I missed the order box somehow. The young girl at the window says well you can make the line again or go inside. I go inside with my infant son. Order, no one asked my name or anything. As I sit and wait , I see more and more people getting theor names called and givem theor order. I said excuse me do you know how much longer for my order... she eye rolls turns around, looks at some cups and starts to make it. She looks at another girl and says it's only been 3min. Well yes maybe, but that's on top of the 15 I waisted in drive through.. then she walks over says, is this it and literally slides it across the counter and walks away. Disgusting service. Today's society I screwed with all these kids thinking they are holier than though. Please teach your employees empathy and customer service.
I have gone several times to pick up orders that are made online for takeout, and I receive no help from the employees!! They don't even ask what you want, they don't come over, they just look at you, and continue, they talk amongst themselves and you continue to wait ignored, I just had the same experience for the umpteenth time as always when I go to this store.
Worst customer experience ever! The girl who got our order through drive thru sighed all the way through our order. My husband wanted to add a muffin to our order and he politely say hope is not too late. With attitude the responded well guess not and walked away to grab the muffin while shaking her head. The girl gave us attitude the whole time. Didn’t get her name but tall believe to be of asian descent and tattoos in her arms.
I don’t understand why I have to pay for Starbucks running out of a product. Customer service was horrible and should really learn how to talk to people.Especially their night crew.
Pretty disappointed, ordered a white chocolate mocha grande. I got home looked at the cup and it was only half full. I paid for a price of a grande and basically got a small. Whoever works there needs trained to fill up a cup what a waste of money and time.
I just want to say that they moved the box for the drive-thru, and if you get in the line by mistake, you will be stuck there for a long time. When you get to the window, they can not help you because you didn't place the order, and they expect you to go back in the line and start again. First, they moved the box in a weird location. Second, they are making their problem our problem, due to cause inconvenience and make us waste time. Starbucks, you are doing great in opening our eyes and not keeping our business together with the most important people. *your Customers " I don't now recommend this place to get your coffee in the drive thru. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY
As a delivery driver, picking up from Starbucks is one of the most frustrating parts of the job. Orders are never ready on time, even when I arrive well after the pickup time. I often end up waiting 10–20 minutes for a single coffee — sometimes more. While other restaurants value drivers’ time, Starbucks seems totally disorganized and careless about how long we wait. This slows down my whole shift and affects my earnings. Dashers beware: unless you love standing around doing nothing, avoid Starbucks pickups.
Terrible customer service specifically from Sara I came in to pick up my mobile order I’m in school and come every day if not in the morning i come at 6 pm before class I asked for a little extra splash of milk because I do only get espresso and Carmel drizzle so I could tell from the color it looked really strong she told me she couldn’t because it would be a latte I told her I’ll pay for the additional splash of milk and she said since it was already made she couldn’t do anything about that I ordered two drinks and sadly had a terrible experience
Hard to get into, couldn’t even pick up my order Inside as the app allowed pick up. Had to wait in wrap around line and drive-through to get my drink that was no longer hot. Drive-thru person held up her finger to keep me from talking when their window was open to me outside. Don’t plan on returning.
They want to charge me 7 dollars for a simple English breakfast tea latte cut to “customization “ since the button was removed. 80 cents extra for vanilla syrup in place of classic is ridiculous! Other Starbucks locations build it affordably. I asked if they could figure it out and they just gave me a “nothing they can do response”. Pitiful! I spend enough money each week that I don’t need to be treated this poorly for hot tea
I started working in a different area of town a few times a month so I will usually come through here on my way in. It's not my usual Starbucks (where they are actually fabulous and so friendly). It didn't take me long to realize that orders are almost never done on time, so you have to make sure you order extra early. It can be frustrating to see when you go in, waiting for your order that was supposed to be done already, and only 1 or 2 people are working and the rest are often standing around. Also, the customer service here is absolutely terrible. I do not know her name but the tall girl with the glasses who is usually making the drinks almost always has an attitude - maybe because she's the only one making drinks half the time, I don't know, but that's no excuse. Either way, today was the last straw. That same girl was slamming things around every time she closed something or set something down. It was ridiculous. She also wasn't calling out people's names so one guy who wasn't directly watching her was sitting there for a while waiting for his drinks until he walked up and checked them. And then when she finally made my drink I was missing stuff in my order so I stepped up to inquire but she blatantly ignored me twice. I had to wait in line at the counter just to ask. Very unprofessional and extremely off-putting. I'm done coming here.
Save yourself the frustration and visit any other starbucks. This most recent visit, I waited at the drive through window for five minutes while my completed drink sat right next to the barista the entire time.
Very Disappointing Customer Service at Morning Shift – Starbucks Location Review Dear Starbucks Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations during the morning shift. On Thursday, July 10th, I entered the store at approximately 6:50 AM. The café was not busy — only two customers inside, and the drive-thru wasn’t crowded either. As I walked in, I politely greeted the staff by saying “Good morning,” but neither of the two baristas acknowledged me or responded. I stood at the register waiting to place my order for over 19 minutes. During that entire time, I was completely ignored by both employees, despite clearly standing there. They continued making drinks and chatting amongst themselves, with no regard for my presence. Eventually, I had to speak up and say, “Excuse me, can someone take my order?” — and even then, I was ignored again. This is unacceptable behavior, especially from a brand that promotes warmth, friendliness, and great customer service. If your staff cannot even acknowledge a customer or offer basic courtesy, something is clearly wrong with the training or management at this location. I left the store at 7:05 AM without ever being helped. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the professionalism and customer service skills of the morning staff. Sincerely, Katty Rojas
Just want to say it’s the second time I’ve been to this location I’ve had an issue first time I figured it was just the day or person or somebody having a bad time, but to have it two times of ordering coffee for a large and it only been filled up about 75% and it was warm, it’s the whole reason why I got a large so I could have it all the way to the brim. Who want a warm coffee on a cold morning. as well as waiting in line nobody there 7:40 in the morning it took them about two minutes to get on the microphone as well as I couldn’t see the menu due to condensation, I had to get out of the vehicle and wipe their screen down just so I can see what to order I won’t be the location I go to again….. I don’t want to write bad reviews and I hardly ever do but to have this has happened on two separate occasions
