It took a while to assign us a table even though there was only one other family in front of us, but once inside, the service was prompt and good. The food tasted good, although everything was dry (we ordered baby ribs and breaded chicken), and it seems they overheated the dishes.

The price. Increase. 189 pesos. The soda is given to you in a jar. It's not the glass shown on the menu at Galerías Toluca. And others are the one shown in the photo. I say this because the jar is small. I clarify, only the one at this branch. The others. If they give the correct size and for the price it should be the corresponding one, the cold food is overpriced.

A bit of a shame… The service in the evening isn't very good, and the staff's attitude isn't very pleasant. I ordered a 30th anniversary special burger, and it really left a lot to be desired. The price-quality ratio was very basic and nothing special. Approximately 270 pesos includes sweet potato fries (very tasty). I'll leave a photo, so you can decide.

I wouldn't go back. Of all the Chili's I've been to, this is the one I liked the least. The service was slow, even though there were very few people there. The food was okay, but several pieces of chicken were raw. We also ordered the chicken from the kids' menu, and because mine were raw, we weren't so sure about ordering from them. I told the waiter I can't eat dairy, and he assured me my dish didn't contain anything dairy-based, but it did! Luckily, I'm not one of those who could have a more serious complication, but they definitely need to train their staff. As a side note, milk allergy is one of the most common allergies.

This can't be possible! I went to watch the Spanish Clásico and they can't afford Sky? Seriously? They were streaming the match on pirate sites, it kept buffering every five seconds, a terrible experience. They make so much money and they can't afford Sky for these matches.

Reading the comments, I'm no longer surprised by what happened. I ordered through Rappi, and the order arrived very quickly. I hesitated to order because it had happened to me before: the burger would arrive raw, undercooked from the middle. Since it's ground beef, it should be fully cooked; it's not like a steak. As I mentioned, this had happened to me before, at takeout and in restaurants, and it seems to be a very common occurrence. This time, they didn't even add any salt to the meat; it just tasted like seasoned raisins.

Terrible service. Employees urgently need to be trained to correctly follow the terms and conditions. They argue that the system doesn't allow them to enter more promotions if one has already been executed. In our case, we ordered four "3 for me" promotions and two à la carte menus. There was a live game, and they applied the 2-for-1 offer on beers, adding that it was a friend's birthday, and they didn't want to help us with the celebration. It's worth noting that we've used this combination of promotions and services at other locations and there were never any problems. We requested a burger without onions, and the most they offered was to mash it and remove the topping. Terrible service.
