I didn't intend to eat subway, but I saw it on my way out for lunch. The ladies made my sandwich between what I assumed was a huge stack of online orders. I got the special(chicken teriyaki), which was okay. The bread was fresh, the toppings were just as I asked... the sandwich just wasn't what I was craving.
Great location. The guy had a great attitude and made a wonderful sandwich. Check out his music too he goes by Broccoli. 🔥
I am not a prejudice person, but if you’re gonna work in public, you need to speak the language of the public to stand there and only speak Spanish when you have an English customer standing in front of you asking you questions does not work, had a problem with a gift card and all she could do was just keep pointing at the machine like hurry up and pay hurry up and pay and then I didn’t get a receipt. I started getting upset because she couldn’t help me so I just pulled out my credit card and used it and the slide still did not work. I had to insert my credit card to get the machine to work And then the other person in there just kinda grunted with this little disgusted noises I walked by. will never go back there. It’s this is my closest location. We’ll never go back.
Ordered on app. Came in after reported due time. For sandwich and when to eat offsite. Black olives NEVER ORDERED, ALL over. Trashed sandwich. Value seems to be edging up and portion size the same.
★★★☆☆ Subway® This Subway® was pretty mid overall. The workers could barely speak English, so ordering was a little confusing and took longer than it should have. Other than that, the place seemed clean and the food actually tasted pretty good. Not the best Subway, not the worst — solid 3 stars.
The food tastes good, but it wasn't actually what we had ordered. Ordered some foot longs, all of them came at six inches for no particular reason. We did not order in store so wouldn't have been able to check. Maybe that's our fault. But still, at minimum a company should be paying employees enough to make the food the right way. Especially if, in some sense, half our order is missing. The sandwiches were made right, just at six inches rather than a foot long, it makes me wonder if this was intentional.
Delivery, so I can only comment on food... terrible! I mean it's a sandwich: how can you add so much sauce it's taking a bath? This picture shows only 1 side of sandwich (footlong) that i had to squeeze to get as much sauce off as i could. Plus i ordered toasted and that wasn't even done. I like sauce, but not a bath of it needing minimum 4 paper towels to dry, plus a puddle.
The worker was clearly grabbing himself inappropriately without any shame. I was starving so I prayed over my food hoping he hadn’t contaminated it and tried to eat it. I ordered the forest ham sandwich with cucumbers, spinach, oil, garlic aioli, and salt. The sandwich had two pieces of ham, maybe 4 half pieces of cucumbers and literally two leafs of spinach. I ordered Italian herbs and cheese toasted, I got the white Italian not toasted. No garlic aioli no salt and no oil. It was a major disappointment and I promise I won’t be back. This location is a waste of space. I would reach out to corporate but I can see all the bad reviews and I’m sure that wouldn’t matter they seem to be comfortable ripping people off and providing disgusting service. 0/10 don’t do it guys. Waste of money and time.
These workers have no respect, they will make the sandwiches of Spanish speaking people nice well put together. They don’t understand English well and they will make a sloppy sandwich. If they put the wrong condiment on the sandwich and you tell them, they will scrape it off with a knife. Unevenly cut bread. This establishment needs to be shut down. Or new employ should take over!
If I could give it a negative 100 stars, I would. Only two workers that can not communicate with English speaking customers. I ordered a ham and turkey footkong. Once I paid my receipt said I ordered a subway club, which was over $2 more. Only $2 but that’s not the point. I pointed it out to the employee and she said she did that bc the club was cheaper. First of all, don’t ring me up for something I didn’t order. I didn’t ask for any favors, secondly, the club is IN FACT more expensive than a ham and turkey. Being that the club has 3 meats on it and the ham and turkey only has two. They could not give an answer as we were trying to talk through google translate. All they kept saying was that it was cheaper. It was not! I tried calling the “Area manager” listed on the receipt and there was no answer. Mariana Martinez, so called area manager, forwarded my phone calls. This is ridiculous.
I ordered on Monday, 11/3, and was notified upon arriving to the store that they didn’t have flatbread to make either sandwich I ordered. I asked for a refund instead of sandwiches on different bread. The employee told me she couldn’t refund and to call the area manager. I called the number she gave and they insisted on texting only before not responding at all. I’ve called the store number 10 times and no one answers.
I just picked up an order and asked the lady if the sandwichs were toasted she said yes but that was a lie. Not very good customer service.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service I want the number of the store manager or the district manager. I have been hung up on three times now due to this location not having a single employee that speaks English. I simply called to see if my glasses my 200$ glasses were left in the shop and all I am left to is someone saying sorry no English then hanging up on me three times and declining all the rest this is outrageous. You guys need to get your shit together
It is extremely clear why this location is always empty. The Hispanic lady who helped me was extremely rude and passive-aggressive. I was the only CUSTOMER in the store and she made me feel like I was asking her to do something unreasonable, simply because I do not want all of the fixings thrown on the sandwich piled in the center. Next time, I will drive the extra few miles to Josey Lane.
Lady making the food is talking on the phone with her phone hidden behind the open lid that covers the meat, using her gloved hands to mess with her phone, which im assuming isnt sanitised, and then touches the food with that same glove on. Pretty sure thats a health code violation. The surface and gloves used to make food are no place for your personal phone that you probably take to the bathroom.
Nearly every time I order via the SW app from this location, my order is incorrect. I ordered a foot long sandwich on Sunday, 23rd and picked it up. Something told me to check it, while in the parking lot. I unwrapped the sandwich and it ONLY had grilled chicken on ONE half of the sandwich... I immediately went back into the restaurant and showed it to the employees. The employee named, Aurimar, smirked and said something in Spanish to her fellow employee. It's also common place for my online order to be incorrect or missing something ( ie... Cucumber etc...) and each instant -Aurimar has been there... I'll gladly take my business to another location. Awful service at this location! I would rate it a 0 ⭐ if I could.
I ordered delivery and my food never arrives . so i proceeded to call the store and no one picks up . i tried multiple times so i drive down there and ask for a refund since i had to drive . but they said i have to call door dash and door dash says they couldn’t find the stuff so all subways did was print out a receipt . didn’t remake my sandwiches or anything . so i spent my lunch hour basically being ignore just to be told all they’ll do for me is print a receipt and when i asked to talk to the manager to get a name or number i was ignored she just walked away to help other customers. there needs to be a way to communicate with people when orders aren’t delivered .
Second time I have ordered on the app to pick up at this location. . . The workers never follow the special instructions and never put any napkins in the bag. Napkins are common sense!!!! Plus the workers here have trouble understanding you because most of them barely speak English! The second time the sandwich was made very sloppy and not made right! Definitely need to be retrained. Subway was my first job as a kid so I know how it is but there was no rush and the store was empty. The workers were just playing around talking to each other even when another customer walked in
This place just robbed me and refused to give me my money back out right stole from me. I had a coupon and she didn't use it and charged me in full highway robbery. Don't ever go there I'm taking pictures of everything. I'm trying to figure out how I add attachment on here so I can show what I'm talking about.. she also told me that these little bitty sandwiches were 12 inches and I knew better but she insisted that they were. Oh my goodness never go there. Never never really really bad experience and they're going to use a language barrier as the excuse. I don't know what happened to the days of warning your customers to continuously come back to your establishment. Wow! If I wouldn't have experienced this I would have never believed it.
My husband decided to try this subway since the others were packed big mistake order 6 in Chicken Sub can't find the Chicken, Hubsand had a steak Sub footlong couldn't find the steak this subway needs to retrain the staff or shut down. Now we see why nobody was there! For these expensive sandwiches the customer deserves more!
