We got the 16 inch Diavola with the soppressata couldn’t stop eating it. New favorite pizza place will be back to try more. Jason the owner was so helpful in explaining all the menu, fresh ingredients that they offer, we felt like family. Fun fact: found out his wife and I are both Colombian and share the same name what a cute place. Pizza was ready in three minutes! Made in a stone 800° oven just amazing! Will definitely be back. Hot tip: they offer Colombian sodas, too, you’re welcome.

My husband and I walked in and were immediately welcomed with a smile and friendly conversation. What a beautiful little gem of a place! We ordered a large pizza, which was done in less than 5 minutes!!! The pizza is absolutely the best pizza we have ever had! There was a family dining in as we were leaving. They stopped us to say that we were going to love the pizza because it is the "closest you'll ever get to Italy." We devoured the whole pizza, with exclamations like "Wow! This is delicious!", "yum!", and "I'm so happy we tried this!" In between bites. Wonderful and personable owners who genuinely care about their customers and are clearly enjoying this experience!

If you want to experience a little piece of Italy, this is the place you have to try. We started with the zucchini flowers…absolutely delicious! Then we ordered the burratina pizza and let me tell you, the pizza was insanely good. Of course, we had to finish with the ricotta pistachio cake, and like the owner said, “You get selfish with this one” and it’s true! I could’ve easily eaten the whole thing myself. The customer service is amazing, and the owner is just as wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went to Italy about 9 years ago for vacation to try Neapolitan pizza and let me tell you this pizza at 800 Gradi brought me back memories of the taste of Napoli! This is the closest you’re gonna get to the authenticity of the ingredients. The Pizza dough tastes exactly like Italy, super light, crispy and not heavy. The sauce doesn’t leave you smelling like garlic neither! My Family and I chose 3 small pies (table of 4) to try the different flavors. The Parma , 4 Cheese and if you like spicy The Daviola we recommend them all! Don’t forget to ask for their authentic Parmesan cheese and extra basil because believe me you won’t regret it!!!

WOW!!! My husband and I decided to have Chipotle for dinner but were entertained talking and missed the spot. We ended up turning right in front of 800Gradi. Our curiosity and amazing memories from Italy and Naples hit us right away! Oh My God, we finally found an authentic Naples pizza in Miami!!! Eating there felt like traveling to Naples just to have dinner. The place is small but cozy and inviting. Enrico and Jason are genuinely nice and welcoming!!! Franco, the chef, makes everything from scratch and everything comes out delicious!!! We exchanged our experiences and talked throughout our meal like we were friends! What a nice experience we had! The food was SPECTACULAR!!! We will definitely come back for a lot more!!! Thank you 800Gradi!!!

Hands down one of the best tasting pies I’ve ever had. I asked the owner why does the dough taste so different and he said it’s a special type of flour that comes from Italy. ALL ingredients are imported and are assembled in 120 seconds! . Even the Parmesan cheese tastes different it’s like you don’t have to buy a flight to get a taste of Italy! Btw the cannolis and the tiramisu are top notch ☝🏼🙌🏼 and the four cheese pie is to die for !

The pizza was wonderful! The desserts? Delicious! I ordered then chocolate rum like italian dessert, even the tiramisu. You can't go wrong, and the owner is awesome, very respectful, funny, professional, and all around on point! I am thankful that they're so close!

2 pizzas with charges including service, delivery and tip for $50. They had almost no sauce or cheese and added toppings were sparse. They had no pepperoni despite it being an add on. One on the left was onion and mushrooms added. Needless to say never again.
