We’ve been to three Bulla locations in Miami and love them all—and The Falls location didn’t disappoint!!! The food was absolutely perfect! More than tasty and well cooked! More than we expected. Although there was a mix-up with our order and the paella took over an hour to arrive, the staff was incredibly apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right. They brought us complimentary croquettes, paella, and dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture. In the end, we left very happy and impressed with both the food and the service. We’ll definitely be back! Soon!

I had an incredible experience at Bulla Gastrobar, and I have to give special recognition to Marcos for his outstanding service. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel genuinely welcomed, attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and always checking in at just the right moments. It really elevated the whole dining experience. Now, the food: let me just say, the gambas al ajillo was perfection. The shrimp were plump and tender, cooked just right, and the garlic-infused olive oil had that rich depth of flavor that makes you want to soak up every last drop with bread. Easily one of the best renditions I’ve had. Between the warm hospitality from Marcos and the quality of the food, this visit was nothing short of memorable. If you’re coming to Bulla, I highly recommend asking for Marcos and absolutely ordering the gambas al ajillo. You won’t regret it.

Our Server Jeferson was Extremely Professional and Excellent. He’s been My Server before. The Octopus was Delicious. The Atmosphere is Awesome.

I have been to Bulla many many times and this by far was the best all around. The restaurant wasn’t packed (yet) for brunch and everyone was very attentive. Pedro was an excellent server who was fast, responsive, and not over-bearing at all. The food was so good; this will be the location I go to from now on…and I live in the gables. Keep it up!

First time I've ever been here, my friend brought me today and I fell in love with the place the food was very well presented as tase. I rate this place, the clserver as well as the food 100/10. The server Allan was above and beyond, it felt like i was at home with a friend hosting my dinner. I wasn't sure about a drink fearing it would be too strong and he recommended a drink that was lighter and it was a delight and he was right, it was my perfect drink. Our server Allan knew what I was looking for. Great service, atmosphere, food and drink. I Truely recommended this place to anyone and everyone, as well as the waiter allan.

Came here as a treat for my Mom's birthday and our sever, Juan did an excellent job. Very friendly and amazing service that made the meal easy and stress free. Thank you so much! We ordered from the pick two menu (refer to the photos). The food was absolutely delicious 😋 . Their calamari, patatas brava, and croquettes were yummy starters. The main meal we got was truffle carbonara, the Iberian pork bowl, and the chicken paella bowl. Leftovers were taken home and will be thoroughly enjoyed!

I went here with my mom and we absolutely loved our dining experience! The service, food, and atmosphere were all great. Arturo is the real MVP behind the bar! If you're lucky enough to snag a spot at the bar at Bulla Gastrobar, ask for Arturo—hands down one of the best bartenders in Miami right now. From the moment he greeted us with that warm, genuine smile and effortless charisma, we knew we were in for something special. Arturo doesn't just pour drinks; he creates experiences. He listened to our preferences (one of us loves bold and smoky, the other leans toward refreshing and fruity), and in minutes he crafted two custom cocktails that were absolute perfection. The first was a smoky twist on a classic Spanish gin & tonic with hints of rosemary and a perfect char—balanced, complex, and dangerously drinkable. The second was a vibrant sangria variation infused with fresh seasonal fruits and a splash of something magical he wouldn't fully reveal (bartender's secret, he said with a wink). Both were spot-on and elevated way beyond the menu. What sets Arturo apart is his passion for Spanish spirits and his storytelling—he shared quick, fun facts about the vermouth he used or the history behind a particular sherry, making the whole night feel like a mini journey through Spain without leaving the bustling, lively bar at Bulla. He's lightning-fast during the rush but never makes you feel rushed; he checks in with genuine care, remembers details from earlier in the conversation, and keeps the energy upbeat and fun. The tapas we paired with his drinks (the patatas bravas and grilled octopus were the best) tasted even better because of the perfect drink matches he suggested. Arturo turned what could have been a great night into an unforgettable one. If you're at Bulla Gastrobar in Miami, do yourself a favor: sit at the bar and request Arturo. My special order dish was amazing. So my definite compliments to the chef. Moreover, I must highlight Alan's attention to detail and exquisite service. From the moment I was seated to my last bite, Alan was attentive, had amazing knowledge of the menu. and the alterations to my entree, proved to be perfection. Give this man a raise!! 👏👏

Paola is an amazing server! My glass of wine and water was never empty without asking. She has an amazing can do attitude. The food was yummy too! Try the passion fruit cheesecake. A good balanced dessert

Today we went to lunch at Bulla in The Falls. We we were served by Marcos, who was very nice and showed us pictures of their exquisite menu. He recommended some delicious house specialties. I had never found a place in this city that served "cannelloni", and we found it there! The visit was very pleasant, with unparalleled service. Thank you so much, Marcos, and the entire team of this restaurant. I highly recommend it 100%!

Our waitress Jeff was amazing! He was super good and fast, always checking on us and making sure everything was perfect. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and he had such a great attitude the whole time. You can tell he really cares about giving great service. Feeling rushed at a Restaurant Español? The lady in the front looked like she had no option but to be there, our Server (English only) did his best. The tortilla española was not good at all, far from like a really Tortilla is, the texture, the flavor, the size… Datiles were amazing, croquetas, round and not the best, on the other hand, La Paella was amazing! Some raegueton was played on the speakers, and some servers were yelling at each other like a bad Cuban neighborhood… Lots of points to improve, nothing is perfect.

We stopped right when they opened on a Monday. The server was very nice but immediately she told us that about 4 things from the menu were not available. Disappointing to hear that on a Monday at opening time they don’t have certain food items. Not because they needed to be cooked but the restaurant ran out. Like tuna tartar. But overall I’m giving them 4 stars. Everything we ordered was good. The steak was a little cold. Service was ok too.

The food was great. We had the short ribs, definitely recommend it with the carbonara pasta ! Server was more worried about the other tables. Then 1 out of 4 people on our table got served their meal while the others waited. The food didn’t come out together, unprofessional. other than that quality of food is present. But more work on service, which may not be the case of all servers. Just OUR experience with our server this new Year’s Eve.

I visited Bula Gastro Bar yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the Host which seemed to be the manager and or supervisor. He mentioned he didn’t have any tables for us as they were for customers with reservations but encouraged us to sit at the bar. Once we found seats there was an awkward exchange between the bartender and a server, which set an uncomfortable tone. The server also seemed unfamiliar with the wine menu and couldn’t provide any recommendations. Seeing as he was a bartender I expected a little bit of knowledge. When it came to the food, we were disappointed across the board. The ahi tuna was drenched in sesame oil, overpowering its natural flavor. The garlic shrimp was similarly disappointing, as it was overcooked, underseasoned. The grilled octopus was also overcooked, which affected the dish’s quality, even though the flavor was decent. We also ordered a Mediterranean salad with chicken, which arrived very late, making us think it had been forgotten. When it did arrive, the chicken was overcooked and dry. The ceviche was another letdown, with a confusing mix of seafood and a pool of liquid, and the plantain chips were just crumbs as if it were the bottom of the batch. We asked for a replacement and received plantain chips that were soft. Finally, the dessert, the torilla with brioche bread, mascarpone ice cream, and honey, was disappointing as well. The bread was rock-hard, and we had to use a knife to cut through it. Overall, it was a letdown, and I hope they can improve in the future. Will go back to try their brunch. Hopefully it’ll be a better experience.

Disappointed experience. I went today with my family for dinner around 4:50 pm and had the worst experience in this establishment. As soon as we enter, we waited a few for a host. As soon she came she was on her phone and didn't acknowledge us till she finished her text or w/e she was doing. No biggie. So we sat down outside and waited for our server, mind you, he didn't said his name only thing we know is that he have glasses. My wife try order a burger and the server told us the restaurant ran out of burgers. No problem she end up getting the Salmon and I ordered large short ribs. 30 min in and no water refill and our server told us that something happened with the oven. I get it, that will delay the food but it took almost an entire hour to get our food. at 6:02 pm our server told me that they're platting our food. Finally, at 6:09 pm the food hit the table, as soon I saw the "strong plate" i was disappointed. mind you, I ordered the "large". Anyways, I tried and it was barely warm, so if the kitchen was platting our plate the food at least should be warm to hot, that was not the case. Tasted as if was on the warmer for a while waiting to get picked up. Server nowhere to be found till a new table came in. Our server greeted that table and spend considerably time with them. Maybe they're were friends because we heard our server how unhappy was working there and such. We showed on our faces how displeased we were about the situation and our experience that our server barely acknowledged us. 2 managers come outside and none of them bother to talk whit us to apologize or even check our table to see if we were ok. Anyway, bad experience, long time to get our "strong entrees" out and 0 acknowledgement. Save your money and if you really want to eat in Bulla go to the one in Coral Gables.
