Any negative reviews you see about this place probably came from someone having a bad day. This is by far THE BEST sub-shop in Miami. Great staff. Great food / food quality.

Used to visit all the time in my undergrad days. Loved it then, love it now. Price is ok but the food is good and customizable so get creative.

I can’t imagine anything that would make this place any better. From the chicken and cheese sub, to the soft baked cookies to the stellar service, this place is amazing!

Drove all the way from Davie to Miami to try this place and it was well worth the drive, food was excellent and cooked just right, all fresh and great customer service, this place is awesome!

Wanted to get a quick bite to eat and decided to stop here. Nice establishment and very courteous staff. I had the chicken bomb sub less the mushrooms and it's was very very good. Enjoyed my visit and if I am ever in the area again I will definitely visit again.

This place offers highly customizable footlong sandwiches, with some "special" sandwiches for under $3 ($4 with a drink, ~$6 with a drink and 3 cookies). That's the best value (for good sandwiches!) that I've found anywhere in Miami. The employees are very amicable, the place is kept clean, and the restaurant is particularly friendly to FIU students & employees, to whom they offer a 10% discount. I go back everyday, because it's so hard to find a place to have a good lunch for $4 or less.

All of their subs are great, plus their meal with drink n french fries is definitely delicious and cheaper than other non-fast food restaurants. I recommend the chicken cordon bleu with extra honey mustard. #foodcoma

Omg.. I wanted a sub but I got so much more!!! I got a steak sub and it was full of flavor and fresh😋 and it was real steak!! The workers were very friendly and welcoming. If I leaved in Miami I would definitely be a regular customer.

A classic college subshop. A little disorganized in terms of when things get packed, orders get mixed up. A bit chaotic

Great hot subs. They give a 10 percent discount to FIU students. The honey mustard chicken and chicken teriyaki seem to be the most popular items on the menu. They are pretty fast and normally have your order ready in under 10 minutes

I love this subshop. I always reccomend it for their variety and customer service. I've come in at rush time before but never have I had a bad experience until today. There's a stout, blonde employee who's worked here for as long as I've been coming and more. She NEVER has a pleasant face on and today she was giving me more sour looks than usual, I don't know what crawled up hers but she messed up not only my order, but two others. In the end, I liked my sub despite the lack of ingredients I had wanted.

There is a large variety of subs and sandwiches here are subrageous. Unfortunately many of the options in the menu taste very bland or like the other options. The price is great for the amount of food you are getting but it does get tiring eating there.

The sandwiches are great! I just don’t like the fact that they are not obligated to wear hair nets. Especially the manager.

Communication is key here.the new people making sandwiches have no clue how.you need to be repeating your order. The prices have gone up not.thats not great for students.

SUBS inside Publix Which There's no awareness of the place

Showed up on Saturday at 9:15pm, door says 10pm closing and but the door was locked. Girl inside sees us and we point at the 10pm sign and she signed 9pm with her hands and turned her back on us... Why not update your hours of operation?

Super expensive, I paid $17 today for a steak bomb with chips and a drink. Not worth the money.

This Subrageous location is a ripe off!! They charge you $1.50 for every "additional topping" (peppers and mushrooms) Apparently it is not the same owners as the one on Bird rd. Extremely overpriced especially being right next to Campus and having mainly student clientele. Do not go here unless you dont mind spending $12 for a regular sub.. your best bet is the bird rd location

The dust and dirt is caked on the fan and hanging from the fire extinguisher. It is what it is for a college dive. The shock came when the cashier charged me $25. Shame on me for not looking. I thought the price would match the locale. When I questioned it. The cashier calmly replied “you got a soda. “ yeah $4.50 for a fountain drink. POW!!! That’s about $4.25 pure profit. Never going back. The next day I had the same sub with chips and a soda in South Miami. In a pleasant feeling place that was actually clean for $17.00.

For 21 dollars i got a tuna sub, bag of chip and fountain soda. In all fairness at that price they should be making their own bread. Just not worth the price

I felt like I walked into a battle scene. “Hurry up, you’re going to slow” The food is not worth the price and I’m not going to give money to an establishment that treats their employees like that.

Apparently COVID 19 does not exist once you walk into Subrageous.. not only did a customer walk in with no mask but the employee making the food was also with no mask and did not care what so ever... such a shame I love this place but will not be going back due to safety concerns.

Rude and disrespectful at the front desk. They hang up on you right away when they're busy.

I used to come here often, but so it hapoens that the new employees and managers screwed up. This was my daily lunch spot, now I'll have to stick to the good ol' Subway. I simply asked for a tray so that I wouldn't dirty the tables and what seemed to be the very unproffesional manager, talks in my back as I walk away in spanish to another employee. Now I may look gringo, but I sure speak a lot of languages! "Pa que necesita el tray si no lo usan" "what does he need the tray for if he won't even use it?" Really?? Subragous goes that low?? Like I got the tray so that I wouldn't spill food everywhere, not because I am a dirty pig. In top of that FOOD cross CONTAMINATION is very present in this restaurant and the employees are quite rude, not even saying good morning, just a "what do you want" unbelieavble.

Wow haven't been here in years since I moved to TX. Sad to see they had to down size none of the old crew is there anymore. Subs are still good but alot smaller and more expensive.

It’s the middle of a pandemic and the employees can’t be bothered to wear masks. And when I kindly requested that they do so when making my food, they declined. I have 2 very sick parents (which I explained to them) and they can’t be bothered to put on a mask for a customer. Screw them and this business. People are dying from this disease and somehow the MDs they acquired during their subrageous training qualifies them to determine the necessity of safe behavior. I’ve been a customer there for a long time but as far as I am concerned they can just close their doors. I will never return.

DISGUSTING - READ...Just went there to buy three hot subs. The guy that prepared it was dripping SWEAT in my sandwich, literally, swear was dripping down his 2nd chin. I told him about it and he just wiped it with his shoulders. NASTY PLACE. Too bad because sandwiches were good in the past , but now I can never eat there again. I feel it's managements fault, since no one there taught this employee the importance of hygiene. This guy obviously can't control the SWEAT, but I also don't think I should eat the food he serves. I am not exaggerating , sweat was dripping down his 2nd chin. Paid $25 and sandwiches went to garbage. SAD and DISGUSTING place.

I was a loyal costumer of this establishment, despite the overpriced items and the extra-charge-for-everything ($1.50 for honey mustard!) I even recommended it to many friends on numerous ocassions since I try to support local businesses, but today I was utterly dissapointed by the rudeness and lack of professionalism in the way I was treated today. The woman working tonight blatantly lied to my face, saying that I had always been a trouble costumer and became increasingly aggressive when I confronted her about her attitude. Even though she said she was the owner, I have a hard time believing that anyone in any management position would lie to a costumer. Moreover, an owner should never treat anyone so badly. This is bad business... After reading the other comments, I realized I wasn't the only one this lady mistreated. What a shame.

Beyond horrible service. Went there and as soon as I walked in the lady counter has a nasty attitude. Once I placed my order she asked if I wanted onions, I said a very tiny amount..she pit a whole hand full. She then screamed to the back for someone named Anthony to make my the sandwhich. Anthony came out and he also had a nasty attitude. Asked me If I wanted cheese so I said yes ..once he got the cheese he threw it on the dirtyy counter with nothing on it and you could tell the counter was dirty. I got.grossed out and walked out.

Got order wrong and the food was not good at all? Steak had no seasoning sub had no flavor. Would absolutely not recommend.
