I have only been to Sushi Sake one other time near Miami Beach, and it was good but nothing outstanding and was not expecting much but the service was great, food was fresh and tasty and even the dessert was awesome. They have a good happy hour menu, and a great selection of rolls. I would come back to this location again. There is paid parking across the street in a parking lot.

I come frequent to this Sushi Sake for lunch, happy hour and dinner. I enjoy the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. Yesterday I had a party party at my house. We purchased 4 sushi platters and some chicken/beef teriyaki. We were beyond safisfied. The presentation was fantastic. Our guests were all impressed. My new favorite place, not only for sushi but they have a special chef’s menu with really great options. Had sashimi and steam dumplings as appetizers, which were very good. NOW, the MiMo fried rice and the tres tostones from the chef’s menu was out of this world - very generous portions too. Excellent service with a wonderful ambiance especially with the DJ playing Nu-disco house music. The music volume was perfect as you could still have a conversation at your table without having to raise your voice. Even the owners came by to say hello and checked on our food/service. Went for my anniversary and I will be returning for sure.

I try the bartenders recommendation and wow He made one of the best mule that I ever tried in my life RED MULE is made of bit, cucumber , mushrooms, ginger, bourbon and hibiscus ginger beer. By far the best sushi sake I have been to. The cocktails were delicious, their specials included ceviche tostones, crispy rice with tuna tar tar, and fresh wahoo. They are unique to the location so you won’t find it at any other location! The presentation and tastes of the dishes were a 5/5. The vibe and ambiance was like any other, I highly recommend for a great evening in Miami.

We had lychee sake jalapeño martinis with the most delicious ceviche tostones to begin and the food kept coming…The Vanessa roll and The Angel roll were my faves. My husband & I had dinner at Sushi Sake MiMo last night, a Tuesday night, and I’m so impressed that I’ll definitely be back. The swanky decor with the welcoming Buddhas at the door makes you feel like you stepped into a serene and luxurious oasis. The evening began with a delicious lychee martini - WOW. It was a perfect blend of sweet and refreshing, setting the tone for the rest of the night. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the Sake Trio, which was an exquisite introduction to the meal. The Tostones Torched Salmon Belly with Truffle Oil was AMAZING – the combination of flavors and textures was a true delight. Next, we had the Crispy Rice Tuna, which was perfectly executed with a nice crunch and fresh, flavorful tuna. I went to the restaurant a few days ago and I had a great experience. The food and service was great but I must say that the drinks were the highlight of the experience. The guy at the bar, Dany, he provided a top services, he really is passionate with what he does and he knows what he is doing. He prepared a drink called red mule, and OMG it was delicious!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you go there.

We are residents upstairs at The Boulevard and decided to give it a try. really loved it. ordered from the lunch menu which was very reasonably priced and had a good selection . I ordered the fried Goyza to start and Hibachi Chicken with the vegetable fried rice which included a Miso soup. they were both great. My daughter ordered the TTN Roll which was also very good. The service was very good by waitress Angie and others who came to the table to check on us . the quantities were good enough to take home some leftovers. I even ordered an extra dish to take home for dinner ! Definitely will be back .

Unfortunately, after being seated, I waited 15 minutes without any attention (despite there only being one other table occupied), so I decided to leave due to the lack of service. The place itself has a great atmosphere and décor, and the menu descriptions make the food seem excellent—I just didn’t get the chance to experience it.

This is my second time coming here, and the second time not much by choice. Truly spot looks really good but food is just not it. This is maybe at the same level as Publix sushi. First time I got a Temaki and the seaweed paper was soggy and felt like it had been sitting there for a while. Out of all the things we had, the best decent thing was the fried rice. In general the sushi rolls and all very bland. Second time I went, last night, I asked for a ramen…. This is possibly the worst ramen I have ever had. Lack of flavor, no real mesh of any of the ingredients. Also sashimi was just not great, looked like it had been sitting around for a while and tasted flavorless. I really wanted to make it work, just don’t think their goal is quality, just pretty presentations. Hope this helps anyone out.

The server was very nice and attentive. It has a trendy cool bar vibe, and a nice outside seating area. It would be a cool place for drinks, but the quality of the fish was not good. If you have a car and can drive a bit, Shibui near Doral was a true gem for quality fish, and I really loved Kracken Krudo a few years ago too. Sushi Sake was like grocery store sushi…it’s fine, it’s food, but it’s not that tasty. The baked Miami Heat roll was decently good but my UM roll and Spicy tuna rolls were meh. My husbands sashimi was just ok. I’d skip it.

Worse, no one checked on us to see if we needed anything, like additional drinks, which would have enhanced the experience. While the food itself was decent in flavor, the presentation lacked appeal, leaving us underwhelmed. For a place with "Sushi" in its name, I expected more attention to detail and artistry in their dishes. Sushi Sake Mimo could become a go-to spot if they address these service and presentation issues. For now, it’s a good option for a casual drink outdoors but may not satisfy those seeking a polished dining experience.

Chicken Katsu $22 for 4 pieces o chicken and a ton of rice, Moshi Moshi offer a way bigger portion for $15. Service was okay but the lady that helped us took more than 10 minutes to bring our check. Athmosphere wise looks good but the loud hip hop music was annoying.

I am utterly surprised by all these good reviews because I ordered on DoorDash and was appalled by how TINY the portion was for the large price. The shrimp tempura roll advertises as spicy mayo on it in the photo. However, when I got the order there was no sauce, the seaweed tasted stale and dry, and the small portion size of the fish in the Kendall roll was pathetic. I paid 35 bucks altogether and was still hungry after the meal cuz it was so small. Perhaps an in-dining experience is better but I am very disappointed and DoorDash refused to offer a refund or compensation for this.

When we first walked in, we were the only 2 at the time.We had to wave someone down to start taking our orders.We ordered some of our food with our drinks.After we got our drinks.We noticed 3 different party’s walks in they were immediately seen And their orders were taken.No one checked on us after we finished our drinks.We look up and see food coming thinking it was ours since we were first.No, the other three tables got there food while we were still waiting.We had to wave them down a second time to ask about our food.We even asked to talk to a manager but to our surprise there was no manager there till 5pm.lol that explains why the service was so horrible.

Terrible service, extremely rude staff, and disrespectful behavior from the owner. Someone with such a negative attitude toward customers shouldn’t be running a business, let alone one where quality and hospitality are key. The sushi was also quite mediocre—nothing special in terms of taste or presentation. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for a good dining experience.

I highly do not recommend this place. I did not like the service and rude attitude. The music played sometimes too loudly, sometimes barely audible.

I’ve been a regular customer of Sushi Sake and have always appreciated the decent quality of their food. I was excited when they opened a location close to where I live, but unfortunately, tonight’s experience was terrible. It seems like the staff had a “Monday” attitude, which really impacted the service. When we walked into the restaurant, no one greeted us. We had to ask for water instead of it being offered. Our server barely checked on us throughout the meal and was wearing an overpoweringly strong perfume, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, it doesn’t feel like they value their customers, and that was really disappointing. I hope they work on improving their service.

Tasteless chicken, plain white rice overcooked, boring, bland food. If you strive to eat food like this, then is your place over price as well never ever will I go back again?

We ordered a delivery with teriyaki chicken, and all they gave me was doble rubbery chicken and rice filled with teriyaki. That was all, and the price was $39. The worst.

Be careful we were considered as a large party and we were only 5 people at the table. They charged automatically 22% of service obligatory fee without notice.
