I'm really appreciate what the customer service did for me!!! I went there to order in the car because I'm a wheelchair user and I found that no car pick up in this location and I saw one of the employees unfortunately I forget to ask him about his name😓 out and I just asked him what should I do because it's not easy to get my wheelchair in&out the car and he was very happy to help me and take the order for me and bring it to my car❤️ Thank you so very much In-N-Out for having these kind and wonderful employees. The cashier was so friendly and helpful. I ordered my single cheeseburger animal style (minus onion) and it was SOOOO delicious. The fries and milkshake were yummy, too.

The best "real" burger place on Marin. I don't think you could find anything comparable in the same price range. We'd look forward to traveling to SoCal just for an In N Out before they opened in NorCal. They stick to one thing and do it right. I stop for lunch a couple of times a month.

So I am an East Coaster, now relocated to CA Bay Area. Never had In-N-Out before I visited a few years ago and then several times more recently with my youngest adult daughter, who is a big fan. I am impressed with several things: 1. the serving staff are all young, energetic, and polite. 2. the chain stays in its lane; that is, limited menu but very well executed. 3. despite all the price increases of food pretty much everywhere, the price for a meal here is very reasonable. Finally, the burgers and fries are fresh and prepared while you wait and are as good or better than any other chain I have patronized. We'll done, keep up the good work.

Visited SF from the east coast and had to try in n out. Finding it very difficult to separate expectations from reality on this particular visit. The place was very clean, quick and everyone was polite. The food was OK. The milk shake tastes great but is a cheap milkshake. The burger is great compared other fast food joints, but as someone who doesn't live around in n out is was certainly nothing mind blowing. Great value especially in the SF area.

I have not enjoyed my VERY FAVORITE Double-Double Burger in at least 24 Months. (Have been avoiding the long lines at my local In-N-Out location). On our way home from the airport at 11:05 PM last night we found ourselves hungry from being in a different time zone. I ordered my favorite Dbl-Dbl and WAS SO AMAZED at how great it tasted! The burger (mine with raw onion) was so delicious! I want to go back today and enjoy another. I'll go back in 24 hours this time!

I don't get it. Why does every franchise have a line out the door? I mean, the burgers are fine. Rather, delicious actually. It's not the best burger ever, but also doesn't cost a fortune. I do like the old school pre Ray Kroc McDonald's vibe.

Delish, always a line but so worth it. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Don't forget to try a 4X4 its 4 patties! The grill cheese is also on the secret menu and a kids fav, hold the onions is your kiddos are picky.

A nice location off the highway, a bit hidden. This one offers a lot of outdoor tables, all around the building — that is convenient and allows you to enjoy your meal right away in times of covid, especially because there is no drive through! On the food side, it never disappoint :) The menu is very straightforward and small and the burgers are delicious. Pro tip: in case you’re not familiar with in-n-out and their secret menu, ask for your fries “animal style” — they have some melted cheese, bacon bits and special sauce and they are delicious!

Always a throw-back to go here. Classic and somewhat timeless. The kids working there always have a great attitude towards customer service!!

Okay, In-N-Out. You win. I have tried you three times now and never been impressed before but that changed today. My biggest hurdle? Your fries are just different. They aren’t McDonald’s fries. Or Burger King. Or Culvers. They are unique. And something I had to get used to. But we now I did that *and* figures out the 3x3, it all just sort of clicked for me. I get the In-N-Out zeal now. Consider me a convert. This is a great location with outstanding service top to bottom. Thanks guys!!

I can really say In & Out is where it is at as far good food in San Francisco. My husband and i could leave full and happy for under $20.00 that is rare in California. Make sure you stop here for sure and have the lemonade and a #2, Or even look up their secret menu to get an animal style burger. The one thing i can say it be prepared to wait for your food and seating is hard to find sometimes but without a question its worth every penny and every minute of waiting.

For many years this was the world’s only In-n-Out Burger with no drivethrough. It’s surrounded by a lovely veranda. Same great food and low prices. There appears to be one other In-n-Out Burger with no drive through- in downtown San Francisco.

Super fun, good food. Close to Muir Woods. Go around back--the covered outdoor seating is usually available even when it's busy. Plus kids of all ages can watch the process through the windows!

It was a surprising visit! The portion size of this In and Out is actually bigger than that of Daly City's In and Out. The fries are crispy, while those of Daly City are soft. The burgers of this place are "firm" and not like a lump of mud.

Amazing food. First time having In-N-Out. Long line, but the line is there for a reason. DELICIOUS food. Employees were cautious of my boyfriend's dairy allergy and gave fantastic service. Will return again for sure if I'm in the PNW any time soon in the future. I appreciate that the store owners are also paying employees a living wage (while proving that product prices do NOT need to increase to pay your employees a decent wage. Take note, businesses!) What can I say it's rare to get a bad meal at In-N-Out. Out of the hundreds of times I've eaten there I have maybe gotten a meal that wasn't up to stamdards maybe five times. Some locations definitely have a better taste than others but it's generally consistently good.

It’s In-and-Out. You know the deal, burgers are great, fries are trash, and the price is amazing! Delayed flight caused us to get here later than expected on a Friday night. Holy moly, I forgot how many teenagers hung out here after dark. The employees were doing an amazing job handling the flow of orders and food was spot on. The eating area was wrecked, by people who obviously have literal maids at home, and the drink station just covered in wet. So it was an In-and-Out on a Friday night. Shout out again to their crew keeping epic composure. They all should be making way more than they get!

The sink in the men's room was completely clogged and the bathroom was pretty nasty. The janitor needs to take more time and clean it more often.

This burger lives up to the hype. Especially given the price. This does not apply to the French fries though, which is very unfortunate. Not sure how you can bring a burger consistently up to such a high level but not really get the fries right. Thus only allowing 4 stars.

Made my pilgrimage from KC to hit an In n Out Burger while visiting for three holidays and am thinking either my memory is not that great or their food is slipping. Fries were weirdly dry and although I know they're fresh made somehow managed to taste like powdered potatoes. Even the burgers seemed dry and thin so the Double Double made up about one standard patty. And seriously don't bother with their shakes. Probably won't make it a point to come back like I always do when I'm out at the West Coast 😕

Great service and friendly staff. I am personally a big fan of the food. The buns for the burger are pretty bland and the fries have an odd texture. Getting a seat can be an issue when the restaurant is busy.

This in and out is in Marin county off of 101N just before you get to the turnoff for the Richmond bridge. It's your standard in and out, clean, expected quality and types of food. One difference is it does not have a drive-thru, so you will have to get out and park.

In-N-Out it’s always consistent in their food quality, and the simplicity of the menu means that they do fewer things well than a lot of things poorly. I have no major complaints aside from the fact that out of the dozen times that I have come here, twice they messed up my order (which is always the same and never complicated). The employees are super friendly and professional. The parking lot is pretty wild and they would benefit from having a drive-through at some point. But the consistency is always there. Except the occasional times they messed up the order.

I have been to more than one location on several occasions and my options are still reinforced every visit. Great place , excellent service and good not great food. They made a mistake on our order which must not have been well understood. A burger and fries were missing and one of the burgers was not the right one. For food clearly mid... very little choice and fries not very good. The prices are downright interesting on the other hand but you might as well go to McDo or Burgerking.

This is one of the dirtiest In-N-Outs that I've seen. The food seemed okay but the place was just a mess. Every garbage was completely over filled, the floors had a bunch of trash, the bathrooms were even worse. This In-N-Out doesn't even have a drive through so they should have no excuses. This is place were people eat, at least make it presentable.

16 June 2024 an 330pm. I'm from the east coast. I've always heard about In-N-Out, but never really knew what it was until I got here. Definitely has a nice appearance, and a 1950s appeal. Restaurant was very clean and well-kept, the crew looked very well organized, the food looks incredible. But I have to say, looks can be deceiving! I suppose once you've had five guys, it kind of ruins it for all the other fast food Burger joints! But what was really disappointing about In-N-Out was the fries. They say they are fresh, but it sure doesn't taste so. They look so pale and have kind of a spongy texture. Not a nice crispy fry experience like at McDonald's or Five guys. In fact after we left In-N-Out, my wife made us go to the the McDonald's down the street so she could get her fry-fix. She dumped the In-N-Out fries in the trash after the first few bites. We won't be back. California can keep In-N-Out on the west coast, please.... 🤣

It feels like they don’t really want to serve people with a foreign accent. I went up when they called my number but was ignored, while the white American lady behind me was helped right away with a nice attitude. The attitude felt like "here's your order, now get out". I placed my order on November 30th around 8, 8:30pm.
