This place is slowly becoming a new gateway.....I don't know when , how or why but they continue to brick by brick and mortar thins little corner and it's evolving into a really great eclectic place to check out. The new, the old all coexist as one, and the potential is there. If you plant it , it will grow ! 👍

Gateway Liquer is awesome. They carry all the major labels as well as a complete array of unique drinks. Prices are hard to beat and the owner, Kathy, is very knowledgeable when it comes to wines.

First stopped at THE BEST bakery, French's, got a couple of goodies for the weekend! They have the yummiest cakes, pastries, cookies and breads....all baked in-house!!! Then across to Starbucks....need I say more🤭 All in all a fun stop!!

This shopping center is good for multiple different needs. We take our dogs to the groomer here, use the liquor store, the Starbucks. There’s even a Montessori in the back. The only thing that gets annoying is the parking...sometimes it pretty crowded and it gets annoying. Beside that though, it has a lot good useful places to go.

Didn't know the city of Mission Viejo classified this as a shopping mall now, how about that. It's a good place, I come here about once a week, get dinner, bank, liquor store, I like it. There's a Hawaiian restaurant that's super tasty, would absolutely recommend.

Its a nice center with a few places to visit. I don't like the parking. It's right in there and traffic isn't good getting in or out. I like Starbucks with the exception of it being overpriced. Baja Fresh is tasty and so is Oggy's. There's a bank, cold stone, bakery and other stores i haven't explored. Have fun except for the parking.

This particular trip was to Starbucks to grab a quick cup of coffee. It was great for me because I was able to spend some time with my daughter. The Starbucks was very clean easy access. There was disabled parking. And very accessible.

This place used to be a dump about 5 years ago. You could tell by not wanting to stop at some of the establishments to take one there. Lol. I say that because I'm of the opinion that if you live in any South Orange County city, things are always well kept and manicured which brings out the best in city and it's people in general. One thing Mission Viejo is top notch excellent at is it's forward thinking philosophy on constantly upgrading, renovation, and always improving on moving the ball forward. Mostly due to the relationship between contractors, business owners, and key people in local government. So this place, like many others has that look you'll see in most shopping centers, some of the businesses have changed most have not. At times I spend my consumer dollars here as well as get in my banking

Parking can be tricky. Tight movement in and out. Be cautious of other drivers when pulling in and out. It's still a great location for many needs like bar, restaurants, liquor store, ups, deserts, banks, and more.

Great location and a good selection of stores although there are many empty units now. Getting out of the parking lot can be a challenge because the lane for the light on Alicia is quite short. Still a convenient location for a quick lunch or cup of coffee.

I was pretty excited upon walking in, as there are TV's everywhere and a huge wrap around bar with plenty of seating. However, the beer list is pretty basic and old school, and the food didn't exactly blow me away. I got the Louisiana style wings which were decent, and the sports fan pizza which was pretty average. Great environment to watch a game with a group, though.

There is a decent Hawaiian place, great Optometrist, busy Starbucks, a delightful French bakery, a liquor store, okay urgent care, not so great local restaurant... an Oggis, Baja Fresh and daycare. I don't have a pet, but there seems to be a popular groomer as well. And an ATM machine, good local barber, eh cold stone and a dance place.... In other words A LOT. With terrible entry/exit and parking.

This is an eyesore and a terrible parking lot. it's very dangerous to drive in there so you have to be really careful. There are empty buildings in the center. The urgent care is gone, along with many other businesses as they raised rents so high. We lost one of the most popular bakeries, Frenchs and everyone in area was devastated.
