Clean. I was surprised that smaller servings actually cost more. The California minimum wage has definitely affected small businesses. Food is good and plenty of free parking.

I come to this taco bell decently often, and it always has awful service. The staff doesn't come up to the counter so it is difficult to ask for things like straws or try to get things they have forgotten. It has decent food, however I've had better taco bell food. I really only keep going to it because it is the closest one to my home.

They really love giving one option and that is using a kiosk to order the other location would give both choices. Which, I am able to get a reciept at the counter never did get a e-receipt. Finally, they open at 8 am while other locations are around 7am so be aware if you heading out on a road trip by the near freeway of the difference of time.

I've been to this Taco Bell twice and both times the experience has been less than pleasant. Don't know if its lack of staffing but my last visit was through the Drive-thru, it literally took 14 minutes from start to finish. Staff was nice and order was correct after all that.

Good food, cant rate service if you dont have it, its all do it yourself. Nobody was available to take orders only the do it yourself. Wich is noce sometimes but not when you cant find what your looking for and cant get questions answered. Also the tables are all wiped with a dirty rag. Not very clean. All the tables have nasty streek marks. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Taco Bell, so this was a big disappointment.

I try to give Taco Bell a fair chance. Yet they continue to disappoint me. Last visit all I ordered was a black coffee at the drive thru and I got a coffee that was with lots of sugar inside. Glad I am not a diabetic. Yuck!

Food quality was terrible, the tacos were cold and didn't feel fresh. Overall, the restaurant has become very run down and definitely not somewhere you want to eat in anymore which is a shame.

After.standing at the counter waiting, it became clear that the reason no one else was in the store during a weekend lunch was that they only take orders from the order pad. Zero customer service. Quesadilla was awful. Cheese not even melted. Very disappointed.

This rating has nothing to do with the food quality, its always decent. My grip is with the pricing at this location. It's the highest in the area and I don't mean 50cent, but a buck or two. Shame on the owner right across from a HS. Greed. When enough enough. Time to give back.

I wish I could give them a no stars but one star I guess can push by. I waited over 15 minutes for cashier to run my order. But after waiting 15 minutes, with no Direction. Some other guy cut in front of me and a cashier assistant him ASAP. As I waited politely right behind that guy. The cashier had no existence of me being there. Screw this talk about one of the worst Taco Bell's I have ever been to. Terrible customer service!

Definitely not coming back. A group of unruly teenagers was vaping inside the restaurant when I came in to eat with my kids. I kindly told them it was a non-smoking environment and they mocked me. When reported to the server, she asked them to go outside for 5 minutes, they continued show and aggressive behavior and 5 minutes later they were back inside and vaping again. This is definitely not the environment where I want myself or my kids to be having a meal again

Went today July 11 at 9:45 AM. Ordered two grande burritos and they gave us the regular tiny toasted burritos. They also refused to honor official coupon because they are franchised location? Try to avoid this location.

At 7.30 am, Google maps and the taco bell program showed that this store was open, so I ordered through the taco bell program. But when I came to the restaurant, I saw that the restaurant opened at 9 am. They wasted both my money and my time. Also, when I press the contact us section in the taco bell program, I can never be reached.
