Customer service isn't the best. Apparently, it wasn't the cashier's best day, as he was very reluctant to serve you. The payment terminal is extremely uncomfortable, as they won't let you move it from its location. It's not fixed to the counter, and you have to enter your PIN with the terminal facing the cashier (with you facing the keypad backwards). This creates a lot of distrust, as the cashier is standing right in front of you and can memorize your PIN. The service leaves much to be desired; expect to wait up to 35 to 45 minutes to receive your food, as it takes too long, even if it's a takeout order. They only have 3 or 4 parking spaces, and it's a very busy avenue.

Good service and very good food. The service might seem a little slow at times, but you have to take into account the number of people who go there and the orders ahead of them. To speed things up, you can call ahead and order what you want, and then you just arrive, pick up your order, and leave.

The regional music wasn't to my liking, and the volume was extremely high; I had to ask them to turn it down, which they kindly did. Pésimo lugar, atención nefasta, se hizo un restaurante de comidas con tiempos, nos sirvieron en parte la orden, tardaron 1 hora para terminar de servir la orden en total para salir de hay hasta en caja hicieron esperar, nos cobraron checando el menú para verificar costos, nos atendieron como les dio la gana o como quisieron, no se que paso pero el servicio era excelente ahora da mucho que desear, tuvimos que levantarnos por nuestros propios refresco y servilletas.

Te atiende de mala gana la cajera, te dan la comida que quieren, según pedimos por teléfono para llegar y solo recoger y todavía se tardaron media hora mas porque aún no hacían nuestra orden 👎🏻

Muy mal servicio. Uno hace el pedido por teléfono para ahorrar tiempo y cuando uno va a recoger, la cajera entrega el ticket para que el cliente lo entregue al parrillero y empiece a realizar el pedido.

The worst service I've ever experienced. I waited an hour for a simple baked potato and if it weren't for me asking the guys about my order I would have stayed longer. It made me so angry that when I asked them for information about my order, one guy said to the other, "Dude, you already have it down there," and one of us waited as if we had all his time.

UPDATE 3: My order was incomplete. UPDATE 2: They still have terrible takeout service. They haven't improved in years. You place your order, arrive, and it's still not ready. They make you wait another 30-50 minutes or more, and then the delivery people are rude to you. I don't recommend it.

I ordered a hamburger and it was supposed to take 30 to 35 minutes. I went to get it after 40 minutes. And they still took another 20 minutes to give me the burger. And to top it off, as I was eating it, the yellow cheese came with the plastic wrap. Terrible.

They take way too long to deliver half a chicken, and the mixed grill for two had me waiting over half an hour because they were heating up the beans. Then I noticed the cashier and her coworkers sitting inside eating. I agree they have their lunch break, but my point is they should serve the few customers who were there (I was the only one left) or take turns so some can eat and others can serve. Thank you.

Terrible service from the staff. They didn't serve me any salsas, or even tortilla chips until I asked for them. The table had no salt shaker, and the tortillas were cold and not even warm. I asked for tortillas, and they gave me the price first. This has been almost the same the three times I've eaten there. It's better to order takeout. I won't eat there again.
