We love WingStop and this location is the best in the area. The food is always great. I love that I can call in my order and they are always very patient.

They have a large variety of wings, sides, dips and drinks. The service was great, as I was waiting, one of the workers noticed I had 2 drinks and offered me a drink holder. My order was finished quick for being fresh outta the fryers. We ordered the original hot and Louisiana Rub wings with the seasoned fries. Everything tasted great. The inside sitting area was clean also. We will definitely come back here.

It's basic wing, fries, bread rolls, carrot & celery sticks, and soda drinks. But I love it. The wings are tasty, the sauces are flavorful, and varied, and the service is quick and friendly. I'm a fan.

One of the better Wingstop locations. The wings are fairly greasy and probably extremely unhealthy for you. The mango habanero is great balance of sweet and hot.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The fries were so delicious but the sandwich was ok. The combo comes with a drink and the price is reasonable and it's around $9.50 only. The dining area is not so big. The staff is friendly.

No dine I right now. Did the phone in and pick up. Sometimes the wait is long but just be patient they are working hard to get out the many orders they get. Always a hard decision but never disappointed. Fries , veggie sticks , ranch and good to go. Cash and debit accepted. Free parking in lot.

Unfortunately super inconsistent. When it's good it's very good but sometimes the fries are very soggy or wings have almost no sauce.

First off, I love Wing Stop, but after yesterday's experience, I may not frequent any stores again. This was the WORST customer experience I've EVER encountered. I called in an order, picked it up, and drove home. After arriving home, I discovered that they got my order wrong. I ordered 10 bone-in wings - 5 garlic parm, 5 lemon pepper; 5 hawaiian boneless; large fries. I received 5 boneless of some mystery flavor (brown sauce), 5 boneless lemon pepper; large fries. I called in to let them know they got my order wrong. I spoke to Mariana, the supervisor. Instead of apologizing, and telling me that she will replace my order, she asked me to tell her what I received (understandable); and told me that she was NOT the person who gave the order to me. I don't understand what difference that made. She told me that I'd have to bring the food back in order to get the meal I ordered. I told her that I was not going to waste 30 minutes of my life (15 mins to prep the food; 15 mins to drive home), and that I wanted to pick up the correct order at 7:30pm. After much hesitation and a call later, and talking to a mgr, she obliged. Only at that time, did she apologize for getting the order wrong. She said she would have the mgr, Veronica, have my order ready at 7:30 pm. I drove to Wingstop at 7:30, and right before I arrived, I called Veronica. Only at that time, Veronica said that they could NOT honor my correct order, and that I would have to bring back the wrong order as proof. This was the instruction of the owner, Nicki. This is a complete joke - I already ate part of the food for lunch, after all, I still had to eat lunch. And Mariana confirmed I didn't have to bring back the food. At no point, did Veronica proactively call me to tell me she couldn't honor the correct meal. I drove all the way there, and only b/c I called, she told me at that time. I asked to have the owner, Nicki call me, which she did not. To summarize: -they got the order wrong -they shorted me 5 wings -they didn't apologize to me (at least it took a REALLY long time) -they wouldn't take a picture as proof that they got the order wrong, they needed me to bring in the actual food (I did not have time for that, that's why I called in my order) -they promised me they would honor the order at night, they didn't -they didn't call me to tell me that they changed their mind -the owner never called me As stated before, this is the worst customer experience I've ever encountered, and not the correct way to run a business and foster customer loyalty. I believe that this Monrovia store totally diminished the brand of Wingstop, and is a complete joke. I don't think anyone, including the owner, was ever trained in problem resolution.

The crew at this location needs a couple training sessions in customer service and interaction. They're absolutely horrible when it comes to interrupting customers as they order, and they all have the personality of a gnat, like video game NPC's.

A place that specializes in wings always manages to give me half cooked wings then if I order bbq or any kind with a sauce on it it’s never fully coated in that sauce that’s always been the problem with this wing stop when the skin isn’t cooked u can see it when u ask for bbq or any other flavor the wings should be coated in it not one side not just the middle me and my husband are so upset at this point we are done going here it’s disappointing

The wait time here is absolutely ridiculous... I've gone here 3 or 4 times and I've always had to wait 10-20 minutes to pick or eat in. I understand if it's busy but seriously 2 orders and 15-20 minutes to make my 10 wings, they only sell wings on the menu boneless and bone in?!

It's crazy how much they charge for barely any food. Sometimes the wings can be really tasty but u better eat them piping hot. They get gross when they cool down

Did not give me my full order, although they charged me for it. I asked for a refund, as I was not going to drive over there again, they said they would call me back about this and never did.

I got food from here 2 days ago ago and I think whoever made my food was sick because immediately after I was done eating my food I had a sore throat, fever and later flu symptoms. 🤮🤮 wear mask please if sick !

Worst experience at a Wing Stop ever! Somehow in the long line of customers my order got switched around and even though I was there first I got my food last the wait was about 35 minutes. When I got home I discovered they gave me the wrong sauce I ordered spicy Korean and I got teriyaki. When I called Mario told me the manager Oliver wasn't in but the cook said he gave me the right sauce. So let me get this straight in that long line of customers that the cook cooked for he remembers that he gave me the right sauce. I had spicy Korean 2 days ago I still have the sauce in the refrigerator I know the difference between Teriyaki and spicy Korean. Poor customer service and very disappointing when you go for something specific. There are enough Wingstop that you can find another one my advice is to do so.

Chicken and dicken people over… Placed an order for 100 wing combo for delivery and never got it. Want to go on a merry go round? Order from this place and try to get your prepaid order delivered or your money back. Ultimately don’t use a debit card because you will have to call your credit card company to charge back your non-existent order. Wingstop = hard stop. Taking ghosting to the next level!

Maybe it was a bad day or something but the atmosphere and the look of the staff was just negative and hostile. Came in happy came out with a frown. Soon as I got my wings I was out. This location needs some better social skills at the register.

I have visited This Wing Stop three times, each time has been worst then the last ! This Last time the Wings were chewy (grossed us out!) and the fries were soggy !!!!! I think this wing stop has stopped me from visiting any other location ! Sucks cause when done right I liked the food !!!! But I'm so grossed out I can't go back!!!!!!!

I called in a to go order today. They never pushed my order through so when I went to pick it up they said “Sorry. We never pushed the order to the kitchen. Now it’s going to take 10-15 more minutes.” That is just wrong.

I order a chicken sandwich the bread was so cold like it was in the cooler bad quality. Team member had an attitude when I told him about. Not coming bck to this location again

It looked and tasted like all they put was a teaspoon of oil and they call that "mild" like where is the flavor? Why are the wings so dry? I ate one wing and could not eat anymore because of how fustrated I was. Wing stop is not cheap and to get the quality of food I got. I was disappinted!

It looked and tasted like all they put was a teaspoon of oil and they call that "mild" like where is the flavor? Why are the wings so dry? I ate one wing and could not eat anymore because of how fustrated I was. Wing stop is not cheap and to get the quality of food I got. I was disappinted!
