Walked over for a special breakfast while we were staying at the state park Memorial Day weekend. The staff was very friendly, and there was a great selection of donuts on a Saturday morning at about 9am still. Yum - what a great treat while camping! We'll be back next time we stay at FGSP! :)
Ordered coffee with oatmilk, they put regular and oatmilk. Glad I spotted with allergies. Done going here they always mess it up.
The workers are friendly. However often I order my go to drink and its never the same. Hit or miss. If it's brought to the employee attention they will fix your drink.
Love this place! Friendly staff, always willing to help me if I don't have a helper with me. Only had an incorrect order once, but they PROMPTLY fixed it with many apologies.
I love the Cappuccinos and Lattes there the employees are friendly the doughnuts are delicious my husband's favorite is the Boston cream mine is the maple frosted and the flavored coffees that they sell in bags or for kcups are also delicious I love them
This Dunkin is amazing!!! There is one lady there that makes the best drinks. Devany. Overall I love this Dunkin. Very friendly.
Workers are friendly and fast. Managers work along side crew to get orders out. Very nice place

Very friendly Dunkin staff here. Not seen such a cool server in the busy hours. My server was Mary she was busy but had a good control over everything there. She helped us serving when we needed butter and knife to spread on our croissant. She looked like she was so happy serving everybody. The other girl who was with her was also nice and friendly. This dunkin is just opposite to the fillmore glen park so grabbing a coffee from here while hiking in the park is tue best thing to do. It was clean. Wish they had few more out door benches to sit specially at their back side as view is awesome from backside.

I love coming here but recently I noticed they are leaving the piece of paper they pick the donuts with. Making it so the donuts have whatever bacteria is on the workers hands on the donut. I wouldn’t recommend getting donuts

Ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese croissants and a drink online. We picked up our order and all that was in the bag were 2 croissants with nothing else. Luckily we hadn't left the parking lot. How???
Messed up my order placed on January 3, 2021. They also have messed up multiple of my brothers orders.. This store is a joke and no wonder that they don't got much business.. Everyone goes to Groton's Dunkin were they have great Service.
Very convenient location , one stop shop for gas , refreshment and food. We came here for coffee and thought to order some food snacks. After looking at food display we changed our mind and only ordered coffee. Muffins were eaten by lot of flies and it was not closed or kept away from bugs/ flies . Should have kept it in closed display if that is a prolonging issue for the location. Coffee tasted good. It was around 5:30 pm and I could not see any donuts on the display. Otherwise staffs are friendly , attentive , floors , restrooms are clean. On-site access to gas convenience store. Lot of parking spaces.
Don't even bother. Been here multiple times throughout the week and everytime. Something is super off. Wrong order, not able to handle and take customers. Final time I was there. 20 minutes for a coffee. Yeah. Just go to kwik down the street. Horrible service and rude little teens working. 😒

Never open until after 5:30, even though business hours state 4:30.
Drive through lady said have a good day and kept staring and yelling have a good day till the person I was with said it back disrespectful will not be returning.
Put in a mobile order and still have to wait over 25 minutes for it to be ready. Horrible service and management
The past couple times I've been to this establishment I've seen this place go down hill dramatically. The quality of the food is not good anymore. Food is cold when it's suppose to be warm and the pastries/baked goods are raw in the middle. I've given chance after chance knowing staffing issues have occurred but to have this go on for months is not ok for me personally. I will not be spending my money here anymore. What happened to good quality food? Also customer service needs to be addressed. I asked nicely for a refund because you didn't have what I ordered which was ok with me. No big deal. Things happen. I get treated like I'm an asshole for asking for a refund. The look of disgust I got because I wanted a refund for something they didnt have. I will not be returning to any Dunkin establishments unfortunately.
Food/drinks good. No baby changing table, checked the bathroom and didn’t see one, asked an employee and they said they didn’t have one. Had no choice but to change my baby on one of the tables out in the open. Then they asked us to wipe down the table and had no paper towels or cleaner for it.
I'm allergic to nuts and I asked for a daydream mang refresher with regular milk not one nut and they gave me oat milk
Awful service. Just waited at the drive-through for over eight minutes when I was the only car in line only to be told that there was only one person working and that she couldn’t take my order right now. Drove off and left.
Garbage cans outside look like l they haven't been emptied in weeks.
Absolutely disgusting. Visiting manager and assistant manager from a different store harassing the employees! Honestly someone should put a call into corporate because these two are horrible I came in to get a coffee and I see them playing on their phones laughing while everyone else is running around trying to do their jobs and help others do their jobs only to get screamed out by one of these two horrendous people. How can you love with yourself knowing you treat people like that when you aren't even doing your job. I don't know how these people are even managers they shouldn't be working with those nasty attitudes.
Order Just Wrong... Never go here for a correct order. First they never remember the whipped cream, for anything. They also completely ignore your order in the drive thru. We ordered a large iced coffee, and a frozen hot chocolate. We we're given to large mocha somethings, minus whipped cream.. Told them, got the same drinks, with whipped cream.
Absolute joke that man is! How absolutely horrible Justin is! I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk and he tried to give me a half warm oat milk latte no flavoring at all when I tried to correct him he got rude and snapped at me telling me he knows how to make drinks and then walked out of the store to go sit and smoke for 40 minutes!! Honestly I think management needs to get rid of him! He definitely brings down the good vibes and happiness there! Until he's gone my family and I will no longer be going to that Dunkin!
Worst customer service and very racist server! I'll never order food or anything from this location again! She totally left off my Spanish friend's order! Then she said remembered it and then 10 minutes later asked what kind of bagel, twice before still screwing up his order. She wouldn't talk to him, only me. I was so embarrassed about bringing him there!!! Don't go there is you aren't white!!!!!
Used to love Dunkin before the name change. Now donuts are horrible. Can we get some filled donuts please. I hate frosted donuts and thats all they want to make any more. I'm sorry but I don't go here for the garbage coffee drinks they want to sell. Bring back the good donuts
Be careful! I'm a diabetic and cannot have sugar! This place has a tendency to put sweetened flavor shots in your drinks! Several times I've had to have it corrected and I'm at the point where I'm going to stop going here! That is SUPER DANGEROUS!!!
Staff is unprofessional. Take a very long time to prepare orders and will get it wrong and then argue with you when it’s called out.
Always closed at the most convenient times to get coffee.. also, the gas station does not sell coffee so there's no options if they're closed..
Every time I go gotta wait at least 10 mins for someone to take my order, during that time I can watch the massive amount of flys that land on the donuts yummy.
Terrible service. Waited in line for 5 minutes before someone took order or said something. Almost forgot my second drink and didn't put an espresso shot in my drink. I would fill out the survey but they did not give me my receipt.
Set aside 30 to 60 minutes even if you order online. Do yourself a favor drive the extra miles to lansing or homer it will save your time. Visited multiple times husband and I decided this will be the last time at this location.

The girl acted dazed and confused and ran away from window trying to find our drinks. Then proceeded to give us an ice coffee that was already half melted and watered down.
I was just at this establishment passing through , and my bf and I ordered and 1/2 dozen donuts and an Everything bagel (double toasted) easy right. Well it's almost 9:30AM so there's a little rush nothing g to crazy. My bf had already received the box of donuts he picked out, however we were still waiting for the EVERYTHING bagel , now I'd like to point out that the manager of the morning shift there was the one making all the hot items . 10 minutes has passed now and I'm still waiting standing holding the box of donuts and an employee asked if anything was wrong with my order if she could help me with something, I politely said oh no thank you, I'm just waiting for an Everything double toasted bagel. Now it's going on 15 minutes still no bagel so I asked if it had been made yet or if I still was waiting. It was no where that busy or hectic for it to be that long of a wait. The manager finally comes around the corner with the bagel and I asked to be sure it was an Everything double toasted bagel, and she said yes it's everything but mo it's not double toasted and took it before I could grab the bag. So she's now going on with all this 20 minutes for a bagel let alone toasting it twice . Finally I get the bag and now I'm in a hurry because my bf and family are ready to go and need to be at an event by a specific time. I get in the truck and I open the bag and took a bite without looking and at first thought I had the bottom of the Everything bagel I wanted the top, I look down, after all that time and constant repeating my order the MANAGER gave me a plain bagel. It was already to late to go in and have it refunded because shit I didn't have another 20 minutes to wait. Now another thing I'd like to add, was when I first arrived and was looking to see if they had any bagels on display and they didn't so I asked a crew member if they still had any bagels left . She asked the very same manager who made my order and didn't even pay any attention , any wY she asks the manager if they were out of bagels and this was her response " what did i say?!we are out of bagels when I say we are out of bagels !" When she emerged from the corner where your unable to see anyone there I spoke up for the employee and told the manager that it was me that was inquiring about the bagels because they did t have them on display . I'm very disgusted by the entire experience. I've worked for dunkin donuts several times always ending on a good note, and it's not that difficult to follow direction and pay attention to detail. Not only that but that manager did not represent the way dunkin expects ALL their employees to represent the company. If they continue to have managers like her managing their store and crew members, then they are in trouble and will co ti ue to go down hill. I highly suggest having her demoted as manger and promote one of the employees who were working hard and effectively and efficiently. But that's my opinion. And this concludes my review. Oh! One last thing, the dinning area is NOT a good set up for people coming in to order and then standing off to the side to wait . Everyone is all crunched to gather with a giant display case in the center of the floor. Which there's no need to have that much merch displayed in such a small store area, utilize a small space on the front facr of the counter . Reducing that display case will allow mre space for customers to feel comfortable.
Whos the manager of Moravia ny dunkin ? She should do her job correctly to make sure customers have good experiences! Isn't she responsible to make sure the bathrooms are clean ? These were taking this morning
