Switch Brick never disappoints! Started with the garlic bread and truffle fries, so good! Sangria was very refreshing. We tried the meatball pizza tonight, delicious! The tiramisu was a great cap off! Yum! Adam our server was very personable, polite and prompt! Would have taken pictures, but nothing on the table lasted long enough. 😁
Lovely dinner on the patio. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The shrimp scampi with pasta was delicious but a bit too spicy for my taste. That didn't keep me from sopping up the flavorful sauce once the pasta was gone! I hadn't been there for a while but plan to go back soon.
I would give a higher star rating, if available. The food is absolutely excellent and very reasonably priced. The service is awesome. Our group arrived shortly prior to the 12 pm opening, but they opened early so we could be seated. Very, very friendly, but unobtrusive, service. The restaurant occupies a building of very interesting, spacious architecture located in a beautiful landscape with beautiful gardens.
Love Switch!! We have been eating here for a couple of years. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is totally different than anywhere else in town! Everything on the menu is wonderful, but our favorites are the homemade chips with horseradish, the oink pizza and the garden pizza!! Great beer and wine choices and wonderful cheesecake for dessert!
We had a nice dinner last night for our 26th anniversary. We sat at the bar. Stoney mixed up a nice Old Fashioned for me and Crown and Coke for my husband. The food was exceptional (salad, pizza, and shrimp fettuccine). The service was just as it should be, not too fast but not too slow. We ordered a dessert and Stoney served it with a candle for our anniversary and then gave it to us on the house. How sweet was that? I highly recommend the tiramisu. We couldn’t have asked for a better night.
Food was fabulous!!! I loved it!! Every single dish was delightful!!
Switch is a nice place to eat. Great Pizza, good price and an amazing waiter Stoney. We had a large group and he was extremely good at keeping all of this group full of drinks and served our food in a timely manner. Thanks to all for a wonderful night.
Food was fantastic, drinks were great, people were awesome, can't say enough good things. This will absolutely be a regular spot for us!
Best Italian Pizza in Texas. Best Tiramisu , that melts in your mouth. Riley is the Best Best experience I have had in a long time. Thanks Switch Brick
Very nice. Cool atmosphere. Great wood fired pizza. Fried artichokes were a real treat. Large selections of wine and other drinks, even a few craft beers.
Best pizza in Palestine (not a huge accomplishment) & nicest restaurant (it's Palestine TX but a win is a win!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone!!
Love the food, if you go the meatballs are a must try. Very delicious. Pizza is done in brick oven 😋
Really the best pizza I have had all year traveling the USA. Classic made from scratch dough, hot brick oven, hand pulled mozzarella, and best of all a traditional San Marzano tomato sauce. The San Marzano tomatoes add a natural sweetness to the sauce. Plus the low acidity of the San Marzano is just perfect for a traditional pizza. They also had naturally cured prosciutto and hams for toppings. Could not recommend this establishment more. I also love the creole fettuccine, a fantastic spicy take on the traditional and cream sauce.
Very good experience. The atmosphere was comfortable. The food was tasty. Prices are good. We had pasta and pizza. The blackened shrimp was perfect. The pizza crust was the best. The cocktails were excellent. The bartender Jose really made our experience! He was very attentive and well you just don't get cocktails like this in this area. So if you haven't tried this place I highly recommend it. I absolutely will be back now that I know what I've been missing.
Best brick oven food in East Texas from pizza to pork chops the food is very good
Switch has been open for a while now and this was the fist time I've had the pleasure of going. I've heard a lot of good things about it from others in the past and can now share my own experience. The atmosphere is laid back and swanky at the same time. I'd feel comfortable going here for both casual and special occasions. I can see it being a great place to bring friends, family, or business associates to have a great meal or just have some good drinks while enjoying each others company. This place has a good menu, nice bar, indoor/outdoor seating, and a private room with an outstanding reclaimed wood large table that will seat a group of 12 comfortably. The prices are very reasonable and the food is fantastic. I'll definitely be back.
Loved this restaurant and service was top notch. I ordered the meatball and spaghetti dinner and my daughter ordered the rigatoni with vodka sauce. The food was delicious, so much flavor. Highly recommend this tucked away delicious restaurant.
Yes, they make fantastic pizzas but they have a great menu that covers a wide range of dining tastes. The atmosphere is friendly and the wait staff is excellent. They newly remodeled bar is three time bigger and opens up to the whole room. Their wine room is well stocked and a great place for business meetings. They also offer outside dining that's usable almost year round. All in all, you just can't go wrong with Switch.
Excellent food and atmosphere! We were in town from Shreveport, LA to ride the train for my birthday and a lady at the visitor center recommended Switch for my birthday dinner! We were so glad we listened to her! Our server Ishmael was among one of the best servers we have ever had! So attentive, efficient and personable! We highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back again when we are in the area!
What a gem! The food, atmosphere and service are all well worth finding this gem in the heart of East Texas
Fantastic pizza joint. Crust was perfectly cooked! The huge brick fire oven is neat to watch. Great selection of drinks and the staff was very friendly. Parking was a bit tight but definitely worth the visit!
Food was excellent. The crab stuffed Ravioli was a reasonable serving and delicious. My husband had the rib eye and it was cooked perfectly. Ishmael our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere on a Friday night was casual and comfy. We will be back!
Food was amazing. Service was good. We went for linner and there was hardly anyone there, so not sure how busy it gets during dinner.
We have come here the last two years for a retreat and have eaten here both times. Every time the experience has been exceptional. Our server, Riley was not only efficient and attentive, but she had us rolling in stitches. We will definitely be back. Also, I had the pork chop and that should definitely be put on the Permanent menu
This was our first visit. We were extremely impressed by the food, prices, and service. The food was really authentic and reminded me of my numerous visits to Italy. The price was very reasonable and very good value with generous servings. Our server was Riley and she went out of her way to make our visit memorable. We’re excited to return and will definitely recommend to our family and friends. An awesome place for office celebrations.
We had a late lunch/early dinner. We orders pizza and it was really good. Middle of pizza was not soggy at all, it was very delicious.
I had a great dinner here. I happen to be in town for work and stopped in by chance. Good wine selection, knowledgeable staff and really good pizza. I would recommend and will be back if I’m ever in town again.
omg! this place is amazing, the food was absolutely some of the best! The service was incredible, we were treated like family…i so wish i could remember our servers name, she made the experience twice as good! Everything about this place screams, Ill be back!
Some of the best pizza I've had since moving to Texas
Had a simple pizza, but it was really good! We’d come back here.
Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! Very unique and beautiful restaurant with a real brick oven. Good service and reasonable prices as well. Definitely worth a try!
Our favorite restaurant in East Texas! Great service and awesome food. Stoney always does a superb job with his service. We drive from Tyler many times a year to visit The Switch! Highly recommend‼️
We had an awesome time, service was absolutely perfect. I don't remember our servers name, but she was shorter with brown, medium length hair. Give her her a raise! We were seated outside then flies became a problem, she then seated us in the cooled wine room, the food was awesome, I had the blackened shrimp Alfredo and I think it wasnthe best Alfredo I've ever had!
Had a dishwasher pick up at Lowe’s. Hubby and I were hungry. Chili’s? Jucy’s Burgers? Nah… Found this little hidden gem around the corner from Lowe’s! GORGEOUS architecture, lovely elevated patio with old oak shade trees. Riley, our server, was bubbly, attentive, with a great smile and fine service! Ordered two bloody Mary’s to start! The food? Divine! I had the “Creole Alfredo”! HEA-VEN!! Alfredo sauce with a Cajun twist, chili peppers, sun dried tomatoes and blackened shrimp/chicken! WAY more than I could eat! Hubby had the “Beginning and End” A blend of spring mix with a homemade Italian dressing. On the side of this? 2 homemade meatballs as tender as your mothers heart, oh, and homemade sourdough bread, a huge slab, on the side of each dish. We WILL be back asap! One hour round trip worth every second!!
Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram at SNDTravels. What a neat place here in Palestine Tx. Good atmosphere and top notch friendly and attentive service. We all ordered the brick oven pizzas but they have a good variety on the menu of pasta, salads and steaks. The pizzas we tried were the Meatball, South street and the Cluck. Mine was the meatball and I enjoyed the way they crumbled the meatball instead of leaving it in big pieces as many places do. The house made sauce and mozzarella were enjoyed and not over abundant. The crust on all the pizzas was very thin with a nice crispy crust edge which I enjoyed because the flavor was there but didn't fill you up. The cluck was obviously chicken with carmelized onion, mozzarella and fontina cheese. Loaded up and cooked tender. The South street is very thinly sliced ribeye with carmelized onion, sauteed bell peppers and mozzarella cheese. Once again everything was good. The only complaint here was it could use just a little more ribeye. We tried the house made chips which everyone enjoyed and the garlic bread appetizers. Bread needed just a little more toasting but was still very good. Overall another great find and two thumbs up. Recommended!👍👍
Have only been just a few times, but each time, we got great service. Hubz and I realized the last time we went before last night, was for last years Anniversary! Hahahah! So for now, it will be considered our favorite anniversary spot until we venture out some more.... We tried the Fried Artichoke and Truffle Fries which were both great... and hubz had The Oink and me a steak salad...so yummy!
Absolutely outstanding! The mushroom pasta dish, salad, pizza, mozzarella bread, everything was beyond amazing.
We had a lovely pizza dinner with some amazing potato chips and truffle fries, which are a must try every time. The potato chips and truffle fries came with a dipping sauce, but the chips were better without it, which is saying a LOT. The truffle fries were good without as well as with the dip. We tried 4 pizzas. All were wonderful. The marguerita and mishroom pizzas were preferred over the carne and Supreme. Our server,Ishmeal, was terrific. He anticipated drink refills for almost everyone each time. He was unobtrusive, yet friendly when interacting with us. He was obviously the only server at a slower time of day that ended up being pretty busy with our party of 8 plus other tables and he did a really proficient job of managing all of us from what I was able to observe. Really good server, which makes a place, imo!
Delicious Italian food, especially spaghetti and meatballs, Meatballs Immaculata, made like chef's Nonna used to make. This is specially-prepared cuisine as made in Italia!! Not like the frozen Italian food you may be used to. This place is a gem of a find, with a full bar and good wines, nice atmosphere and elevates Palestine, TX in this dining experience. Also grazie to Jose, for his great table service, while serving the bar in the early evening. Very nice dinner for two last weekend!
Stopped by with my boyfriend while on vacation. Pizzas was great along with the tomato bisque we got. Fettuccine was undercooked and had a sour taste to it, but was a minor issue. The head chef Mike was even nice enough to come out and offer to remake the entree. Atmosphere was very pleasant and restaurant was clean. Our waitress was very attentive and took care of all our needs. Would recommend!
Delicious food, the chicken Alfredo was tasty as well as the pizza. Great service and atmosphere
We are visiting from Florida and we are so happy to have found this Gem!! The food was amazing, the pizza phenomenal and the Creole Blackened chicken pasta was Thee best, but what made this all TOP NOTCH was our server Ismael, he has to be the employee of the year if not he deserves to be!! We hope to visit again!
My wife and I adored this place. The atmosphere was what really got us, we had our table and though it was busy, we felt in our own little world. Our server was fantastic and the food was amazing. Probsbly the best blackened chicken alfredo I have ever had, and my wife had the mushroom pizza. She loved the mushrooms, said she will ask for extra next time. Server was attentive, not pushy. We were recommended to come here and we were not disappointed. Ready to go back!
My wife and I have been going to Switch for years. It’s a go to date night. The food, service, and atmosphere are all excellent. We have not had any food item there that we didn’t like. Their pizza selection is outstanding. Recently I’ve been trying their pastas, I love the fettuccini Alfredo with blackened chicken, and their creole style pasta with blackened chicken. They make great cocktails as well. I typically enjoy their Old Fashioned’s with Makers Mark, but occasionally I’ll venture out into their specials. Right now they have Pomegranate Margaritas and Pomegranate Mules. I could talk all day about how good the food is, but I would be remiss to not talk about how exceptional every staffer we have met has been. It’s a great environment. You need to check it out!
The flavor was absolutely fantastic, and Riley’s service was absolutely excellent. The staff ensured we had everything we needed while also allowing us enough time to enjoy our meal. I ordered the pizza and requested extra sauce. They promptly brought out some amazing and flavorful sauce that really enhanced the dish.
The food was excellent. The pizza even made my top 5 fav pizza list!! And the service was even better!!! The parking lot is a bit steep, so those driving cars should be mindful, but it's worth it!!
This is an excellent choice for a gathering. THE PIZZA IS DELICIOUS! My only word of caution is that the driveway to the parking lot is not conducive for any vehicle that has low ground clearance. It's one thing to scrape the bottom of your car when you go into a low clearance. But this can be a little bit more of an issue. If you haveyou've an RV. And I don't know if there's anything the ownership could do to change that unless they had an adjacent parking for vehicles such as RVs.
Highly recommend We were visiting Palestine and tried Switch Brick Oven for dinner. We had the Meatball Al Forno for an appetizer and Brisket Pizza. Both were delicious! The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Our sever was very helpful and attentive.
Food was great, drinks were excellent. Atmosphere and aesthetic were nice. Great service! Don't wear heels, parking lot is an uphill walk. Definitely going back!
Highly recommend My wife and I went here for a date night a few weeks back and had a great time. The ambience is good for a couple going out for a date night with. Lean bathrooms, friendly staff and no wait when we got there. There is a separate wine bar area and you'll be asked as you walk in the door if you would like a listing of their wines which are extensive but seem to favor napa valley selections that, in my opinion are overpriced for the years offered. Service was great even though we asked to be seated somewhere other than originally placed, and our server was great. This place also offers daily specials which are a rarity anymore. I ended up getting a parmesan encrusted New York strip and my wife ended up getting the vodka pasta and both were excellent. I also ended up getting a mixed drink which was good and a brisket pizza to go. Overall, this is a great place for date night, and we will be back again.
Phenomenal food and drinks. The turtle cheesecake & Chocolate are amazing. We had the Malibu and Mexican sunset to start off and they were delicious. We did not expect the Italian margaritas to top them though. 10/10 amazing margaritas. Pizza was delicious, perfect char on the crust. I'm already excited to come back.
You definitely will not leave hungry. Food was delicious 😋 Very neat place hidden among the trees. Isamel our waiter was spot on for his recommendations of the creole chicken and shrimp pasta. My husband and I shared a plate of the pasta and a Margherita pizza. We barely touched the pizza they give you so much you could definitely share a meal.
You'll be a daisy if you do come and check out one of Palestine's better restaurants. The building has history, renovated to be an eatery, they did a wonderful job of adding ambiance for a nice romantic evening. Seperate wine room that has a large table for a larger family to sit down and eat in their own room. The bar space is ample, and the bartender is friendly and attentive. The pizza here is a thin crust, but with an reverify crispness and texture. Make it one of their special pots or your own, you can't go wrong, the sausage and pepper one is now my favorite. I did have the shrimp scampi as an appetizer. Would be nice to have a baguette instead of the bread they serve with it, but I'm not complaining. Sauted in white wine, garlic and butter. It's a nice start to your meal. Hope to come again soon.
I've been here a few times and I wanted to leave an updated review: I went here yesterday with a total party of 3, was pretty busy and the waitress I had did amazing at handling our order even with the busy night. Food was delicious, we chose to sit in the outdoor patio section and it was nice, there was no flies or bugs trying to get on us or the food
Great gem in the middle of the woods. Five star service and great food. Nice atmosphere. For an appetizer we ordered the truffle fries. Good flavor and big portions. My wife ordered mushroom penne Alfredo. She said it was flavorful. I had the lasagna. Came with a salad. Again, great flavor and large portions.
I had dinner here on 3/8 around 6pm. I was immediately seated. Our server welcomed us warmly and took care of all our needs. We got the pepperoni and cheese pretzel bombs, which were a delicious appetizer. Then the meatball immaculata was a delicious entree. The Texas Mules were great drinks as well. Wonderful experience, and great atmosphere, if a bit dark. Most people were using their phone lights to see their menus. Other than that, this is a great place for a nice dinner.
It was delicious! We had the Brisket BBQ, The Switch, Cheese, and spaghetti with meatball. 2 people could share one pizza. Portions are generous. The atmosphere is small and cozy. Our server was attentive and hustling! We got there right as dinner service was starting so we did not have to wait very long.
Definitely one of the best restaurant options in Palestine! Diverse menu, good prices and service.
The food was amazing! I would give 5 stars but the hubs beer was not cold, he said it was chill! Next visit will determine a 5 star rating.
Group Dinner. Pizzas, Pastas and Salads. The Pastas were exceptional. I've had better brick-oven pizzas. We had reservations, so little wait for our tables, more wait for service. Very popular restaurant. Parking was a challenge - didn't realize street parking was an option.
I'm really on the fence. Maybe today was an off day, because I'm generally pleased with the other food... but not today. I ordered a supreme pizza for pickup and asked for a little extra sauce because there's so much outter crust without it. $17 plus an extra $1.50 for marinara and I still left a tip. Today it's super floppy thin and hard to eat. So disappointed. Most of us want to support local small businesses and I appreciate it's a true brick oven and imported ingredients, but come on. I won't be ordering pizza here again... lesson learned.
They ran out of steak salmon and chicken could only choose between pasta and pizza
We really thought this was goimg to be a great hidden little place. It was built well. It is vast and nice inside, the stone oven is lovely, the bar beautiful and well stocked. These beautiful old barn doors and other signs had me very excited. The food portions were small but the presentation was great. The reality is the hostess made us feel unwelcome. They sat us outside on the porch but left opaque curtains up so we could not see out and would not let us open them. Then our waitress took 20 minutes or more to take oir drink order. The hostess came back out and asked us if were going to be gone in an hour. The drinks were all sweet and sour. Then we get comped for 20% after not even getting my drink order til the last 15 mins. Everything was expensive yet we were treated like a roadside burger joint. Id bet the owner had a great vision the employees dont see. I hope this place improves and lives up to how nice it could be.
Great food! I ordered the sausage and peppers pizza and the pizza is very thin. It's very oily but delicious. The only problem I had was that the area I sat at was dark, and I could barely see the menu or what was around me. I also got the truffle pasta which is good as well! 😁 Update: I recently went in with a group over 15 people for a birthday party. I was happy about my meal and everyone else’s. They all said it was delicious. The only problem I had was that the waiter, not sure what his name was (never introduce his name to our table) put him a $50 tip when he didn’t even do a good job. I wouldn’t even trust him or the staff here with my card again. 😒
My pizza was fantastic, but the Steak salad was all fat and nearly raw. We asked for the steak well done, but received it purple and cold. Otherwise, the service was excellent. Do not order steak unless you like it Blue Rare.
Service was really slow for a Thursday night. Pizza was just ok, wouldn't go back.
Have been here a few times. First time was in 2015, Truly loved everything about Switch. Have been again with a large party twice was fine had Pizza. This time was very disappointed. That atmosphere, when out with my husband, for a birthday dinner was awful. It was loud. Reminded us, of a bar that serves food. Would not call the food Italian just the pizza. I live in Palestine, and promise will never return. We eat out often, once or twice a week. We prefer the new Bistro downtown. I will not waste my money.
We had a large group so 20% gratuity was added, then if paying with a card instead of cash there is an Additional 3.5% added to your bill. They make it impossible for people to go out to dinner. The dish I ordered was pasta and mushrooms and I added chicken (protein) that was $7.00 (which was about a 4th of a chicken breast). I could have gotten a whole rotisserie chicken for that price.
Horrible pizza, I've had better frozen pizza, I believe they are using subpar cheese and toppings. Took forever to get crushed red pepper and parm after asking for it. Waitress decided to visit with people at bar for several minutes instead, while our pizza was getting cold. Will never recommended or go back.
Unfortunately I can't review this one as a 5 star. I had high hopes...our first pizza was like a saltine cracker with no taste and that dry. 45 min later we got something that at least was decent. With 4 kids with us . You can imagine waiting while the pizza recooked... So a few cherries to tie over the baby 13 mths. Well.. they made sure to charge us for those cherries 2.95. also ranch (1) 1.49 and tonic water 3.00 all which normally are never charged. Oh don't forget a mandatory 20% tip was included for service that was frantic and running from table to table that we had to wave down for anything we needed.( which wasn't much)
I’m usually very excited to visit this restaurant when I’m in Palestine. The food has always been great. We ordered the Cajun fettuccine dish, a margarita pizza and large salad. We ordered for pick up. The pizza was burnt on the bottom…black and hard as a rock, skimpy cheese and just a bad pizza. I was very disappointed in the quality of this pizza. We didn’t even eat it. I’m thinking whoever made this pizza, saw it and still put it on the box for us to take home. The pasta was dry and needed more sauce but the flavor was still good. The salad was great. I think Switch is a little pricey for this area and so I expect the quality of the food to match that.
In years past, this place was top-notch, but something has obviously changed. The steak was horribly cooked, the pasta lacked seasoning, and while portion sizes were decent, the quality didn’t justify the cost. Service was what I would expect from a Chili’s tier restaurant, not a high-end restaurant. The wobbly tables only added to the underwhelming experience. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be going back.
Ok, I don’t usually post much about bad reviews, but this was worth mentioning. We ordered the steak dinner which was one of the “Specials” for the night, our mistake for not asking how much it was because it was $50 per person!! Then, it was cooked extremely dry , even though I asked for very well done , they didn’t have to deep fry my steak . It was literally flavorless. We had one half order of truffle fries , and we both got a piece of cheesecake to go, and our bill was $150. For 2 people !!! And when I opened my cheesecake at home it was so dried out that I couldn’t eat it . I had to throw it out . Absolutely sickening at the whole thing. We have always loved this place , but we couldn’t have gone to a steak house for a hell of a lot less and got better food !
We haven't been to Switch in a few years but we decided to take a business colleague there for dinner. We were all disappointed in the quality of the food. The bread was semi-stale and I really wonder if the fresh mozzarella was really fresh. It was not at all tasty. The tomato sauce (marinara) on the meatballs and spaghetti tasted like it came from a can and the parmesean cheese tasted and looked like Kraft. The whole place felt neglected. The patio was dirty and the furniture very worn. I will say the service was excellent.
Worst service I have had in years. I understand they were busy and we are very tolerant but the only excuse was that they took in too many customers and were not equipped to handle it. The first salad was brought out, 10 mins later we had to flag down the waitress for silverware. She said they had ran out and grabbed us some forks. At that time we asked if they could please bring the other salads out, about 15 mins later they did. Then the lasagna sat at the warming station for so long the cheese was like rubber and we couldn't even find our waitress to get a knife. Will never go back. The diner in town was better than this. To add to it, Ladies, make sure you bring a jacket if it's winter because they have a manual sliding front door that the other patrons don't seem to understand that they need to close it behind them.
We've been twice in five years, food was great, service was terrible both times.
If I could give negative stars, I would! Don’t bother to go to this restaurant! We looked online and saw their closing time was 9pm. We arrived at 8:15 and could not get in. We called because we were outside freezing and thought maybe we were at the wrong door. We were informed that they stop seating at 8 pm. They were totally rude and unprofessional! If you call and ask to speak to a manager, they conveniently don’t have one available. Never will I give them any business.
Cheese pizza was literally so awful four CHILDREN wouldn’t eat. Then they go and TASTE our food to PROVE it taste fine. So gross!!! Do not recommend. AT ALL. Worst manager service too. They don’t honor a replacement or remake of another food AND WONT TAKE OFF WHAT YOU REFUSED TO EAT
My friends and I came in for a girls’ night and unfortunately left very disappointed. Two pizzas were cold/burnt, and a sirloin ordered medium came out undercooked twice and had to be taken. The most concerning issue was the billing. Our server, Riley, (also the manager) added an extra $2 to each drink and a $12 gratuity on a $9 drink. She mentioned she knew about the pricing issue but said the system wouldn’t let her fix it. It took multiple attempts to get our bills corrected. I understand mistakes happen, but overcharging and blaming the system isn’t acceptable. Please review your receipt carefully before paying. If possible i would have put 0 stars.
I was really disappointed with my experience here. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues throughout the meal that made it hard to justify ever coming again. The drinks were overpriced in the checks. The pricing didn’t seem to match what was on the menu. What was two dollars extra ended up being almost $10 since all of us had ordered that same drink. On top of that, when an item was comped because the meal was not cooked properly, the gratuity did not adjust accordingly. The dish was undercooked and server did not return at a reasonable time to check on the table. One of us had to take the plate back to a server to address the issue. At the end, we decided not to keep the dish and sent it back without taking one bite. Once we reviewed our checks, it appeared that the tip was still calculated based on the original total before the correction, which felt misleading and unfair. The food itself was also disappointing. Several dishes arrived cold, as if they had been sitting out before being served. The pizza, in particular, was burnt on the bottom and edges. Overall, between the pricing concerns, gratuity discrepancy, and poor food quality, this experience did not meet expectations. The location itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere but the problems we had during our evening gave us a bad impression. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues so future customers have a better experience.
