A nice, quiet, spacious place with a variety of dinners. I liked the rib tacos, but they could have used a little more flavor, salt, or juiciness. I can't quite describe what was missing, but that's why I'm not giving it a 5. Otherwise, the attention, service, and speed of service were very, very good.

The food was good, our little one loved it, but we especially appreciated Irina's service. She was a very polite and friendly girl during our visit. We didn't like having to leave the restaurant to use the restroom.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. We called to make sure we could have dinner there since we were passing through Murcia on a trip, and they said yes, no problem. When we arrived, they didn't have many dishes on the menu, which greatly limited our dinner options since three members of our family can't eat certain foods for health reasons. They also assured us that the shopping center parking lot was visible from the restaurant, something we had explicitly asked about to keep an eye on our luggage. When we arrived, there wasn't a single window overlooking the parking lot; there was only a terrace facing it (in December), and access to it was closed. To make matters worse, after not offering us all the dishes on the menu, we asked for a pitcher of water, and they only offered bottled water (which was extra, of course), claiming they didn't have any pitchers in the restaurant. We asked for regular glasses of water, and the employee said they didn't have tap water because it was broken. Since it sounded a bit suspicious, we asked if she was sure. The manager checked with the kitchen staff, who told her they didn't have any drinking water in the establishment, meaning the problem was a lie. I remember that offering free tap water in an establishment is a legal obligation. So, of course, we had to order bottled water, since the manager and kitchen staff said the establishment didn't have any drinking water. As if that weren't enough, when the food arrived, one sandwich was completely burnt and inedible. The Cuban sandwich was cold, the fries were limp and tasted like they'd been sitting in the kitchen for at least an hour, cold, and without the included mustard sauce. And the side salads arrived undressed and with nothing to dress them with. The service was absolutely terrible. I don't need the VIPS manager to reply to the Google reviews saying they're very sorry for what happened and that they'll do their best to fix it and blah blah blah. I'm never going back to this place; don't waste your time.

Not suitable for celiacs or people who like decent food. A €12 gluten-free sandwich with burnt bread and soggy fries. They might as well not offer any gluten-free options at all. I invite the managers and shareholders to come here and order something gluten-free and then tell us if they could eat it.

To begin with, the manager or owner of the restaurant was using one of the tables as an office, taking away space from anyone who wanted to eat there. She also charged us for taking away our leftover food. She told us it was because it contained plastic, when the packaging was actually cardboard. (Photo attached). Look at it and tell me where you see the plastic packaging. To continue, we ordered the burger medium rare and it was brought to us well-done. (Photo attached as well). We ordered quesadillas, and they were ice-cold, with the cheese still not melted. The service was slow, but the food was good. The girl at the register was very friendly throughout. Halfway through our meal, we asked for some bread to go with our Villaroy plate (which includes fries and egg), and they wanted to charge us €1 more. I think these attitudes, rather than attracting customers, are actually doing the opposite. I don't recommend the place at all. And surely, these reviews will be read at the time since the person in charge is more concerned with the computer than ensuring good service.
