I don’t understand why everytime I place and order ITS WRONG! I ordered a burger and repeatedly said just meat and bread because that’s how my kid eats it !! Get all the way home and of course it’s lettuce and tomatoes and sauce all over the burger !! After the order was read back to me for accuracy it still came out WRONG not once not twice but every time I eat here!! It’s not that hard yall to follow instructions!! Stop hiring these teenagers who don’t care.

They are so inconsistent with drive through orders, you order 6 tacos and when you get home they only gave 4, or you order regular mozzarella sticks and they give you spicy instead. It's got to the point that you have to check there and then which is annoying to other people in the drive through but it's the only way to guarantee you get what you asked for before you head home.

Food was cold the bun was rock hard and the meat had a strange taste I'm out. Coke machine out of regular coke Onion rings were ok. They were blaring Spanish Xmas music which on but we are in America maybe a mix of both would be nice

Claimed to DoorDash they prepared food in 3 minutes. It's 10 p.m. so if they had food ready it was definitely not safe to eat. Definitely a complaint going to health department and corporate office.

I walk in to get pick up an order and I couldn't get help for a while. Once I finally got someones attention they decided to walk out while I was speaking. This staff is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and they don't have employees that speak enough English to communicate with customers.

if i could give it a zero i would but ill give it a one for now. probably the worst service i had at jack for a while. I went for a take out and i forgot to order another drink so i went back to the front and i just saw the guy just staring at me and so did the lady. This is where i find it rude as heck a customer came in and he didn’t even acknowledge me when i was right in front. The guy proceed to take the order of the guy and then walked away. At this point im frustrated cause what type of service is that.

If you believe these reviews were not faked by a reputation company, you are out of your mind. This place is a dump. They misalign everything on your burger, we were missing 2 tacos and 2 salads on a 4 person order. Everything in the bag was literally thrown into it for total chaos. My wife had to drive back, they do not answer their phone (call them). Their food was the worst I think I have ever had from a fast food establishment. When they fixed our order, they gave us heat lamp day old tacos-one that was not even half filled. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP.

Tell me anyone do you see a difference in the so called curly fries. This is the second time I came here and they had giving me old fries. I called and some young ladies answered and didn't want to give her name when I asked for it. Then I asked to speak with a manager and the young man did not want to give his name either. Both of these two young people where rude and shouldn't talk rudely to someone older than them. I guess their parents didn't raise them with manners. Its ok I'll leave it in God's hands or who ever they worship to deal with this situation. The owner is a kind older man I met one day when he was in the restaurant. I will never come here again.

We went thru the drive-thru this morning and ordered 5 sausage croissant sandwiches. When we got home we saw MOLD on two of them. I immediately took them back and asked for a refund. The girl at the drive-thru window was very friendly and gave me my money back. This should never have occurred! Whoever assembled the sandwiches should have seen the mold and threw them out. Inexcusable.

Sign said drive through open until 1am? This was at 12:20am. That is before 1am right? No one answered, watched them lock doors and race out of the lot. They're lucky I am not their boss.
