Very busy here always. Business is great. I’ve eaten at several of these establishments in the area. No complaints, food is very tasty 😋

My wife and I dined here on a Wednesday night, I felt this location is a take out dinner in my best estimation. They have a very casual atmosphere, 2 tvs, and a minimal occupancy dining area. The resteraunt was completely filled with takeout and maybe even walkins ordering to go. Don't get me wrong, this resteraunt is a chicken wing machine. They really crank out the orders im not sure how well they do meals to go since this was our 1st time. We dined in and waited about 20 minutes to get our order as we were warned of the wait being 20 minutes. There were diners at almost half of the tables and a bunch of people waiting for their to go orders. It just amazed me that as crowded and busy as they were and a big group of high schoolers also dining in. The staff still managed to have super clean restrooms. I doubt that I'll dine in here again, but I will return for wings to go if they can make them as good as they did this time. At least if I need to wait, the restrooms will be clean, and I can wait for some delicious hot wings. I recommend ordering to go in advance. They stay busy from what I witnessed.

Ordered our food about 15 mins before we arrived and it was almost ready when we got there. Food was delicious and the staff was polite, especially the middle aged hispanic manager. Will be back to this location.

I love the food and the service is great but there are certain times that a bout 2 or 3 slack but most workers are hard workers and i love their wings they come out crispy and good oily a bit!!👌👌

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered the 100 wings meal from Wingstop on 6/13, around 5:30 PM, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A team member took our order over the phone, and the manager came on to confirm everything—very professional and thorough. When we arrived to pick up the order, they had it all packed and ready. We checked every bag and were impressed that nothing was missing—which is rare for a large order like this. All the wings were hot, juicy, and flavorful. Everyone was happy and got exactly what they wanted. Huge thanks to the staff for getting such a big order right and making the experience smooth. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

Wingstop, we gotta do something about that grease! Can you please let the wings sit two seconds to drain off the excess grease!!?? Other than the excess grease, my order was actually correct, extra lemon pepper and all! Oh, and I did a survey from the receipt for a free brownie. The cashier was friendly I think her name was Marilyn or something like that! 🤔😁

First-time at this new location. I was hesitant to try when they first opened after reading the 1-star reviews. However, 2-3 mos in I'm glad I waited. A bit of delay upon placing my order due to the staff assigned to the register was on break. Once my order was placed I waited for about 23 minutes (not bad). Everything was perfect except the fries. They were a bit over cooked but the associate was more than happy to shorten the time so they were not as well-done. My wings (lemon pepper & garlic parmasean) were crisp to perfection. The staff have been well trained and the establishment is kept clean.

We got here at 11 am for dine in. Took 31 mins for our order to be completed. They had a TON of orders to complete before ours was done. So if you think getting here right as they open for a quick order, that won’t happen. Employees are super helpful & nice. Our Order was correct. Would’ve been 5 stars, but the long wait made it for 4 stars.

Always busy but the staff try to help witj whatever they can. Teenagers run the store but do it better than other locations with adults. They do mix up missing items but they are helpful with getting it fixed the next time you can stop by - really appreciated.

This Wingstop in New Caney on 20172 US HWY 59 count your days! Ophelia the “Asst Manager” spoke to my momma like she was 3 years old. She was condescending, immature, and caused a scene. All my people in this area if you eat there think twice because if they want to treat her that way they might try you. I’ll drive to Kingwood before I go there again. I WILL NOT TOLERATE DISRESPECT especially when we can’t even understand half of what you’re saying. 💅

The food was good, but it took 51 minutes to get a normal order for 3 people. Order online. If you dine in, don’t expect to get your food without multiple trips to remind them about your order & make corrections. Seriously, just remove the dining area, double the kitchen space, & only offer carry out…A much better idea for the amount of customer traffic.

I'm sorry that I have to come on here and try to resolve this matter. As a regular customer I'm disappointed tonight. I did call the store to seek a resolution to this and nothing. I ordered a 50 piece of wings, and sides. All of them are still slimy and undercooked. We took a chance at trying a couple and were immediately disgusted by them. The lemon pepper were white and barely any lemon pepper on them. Basically all you see is specks of pepper. The hot ones were water down sauce. Pure yuck, this is a health hazard for undercooked chicken. The fries were soggy taken out the fryer to soon. Sad that our satisfaction went out the door with this place. To all the staff I'm not sure who was my favorite expert that put these togeather. But you sir or mam need more training. I can live with out the seasoning it's the raw chicken we were served. Disgusting get it together guys. If you took your food handling class you should of known this is a big no no. Management train your team better. Have blessed night.

I came in and there was already a line almost out the door and then everyone had to confirm that they are picking up their order on their phone, we get out and i take out my food and the wings barely seasoned literal wings just wings and then i go to get my ranch and im guessing they didnt close my ranch all the way and it spilt all in the bag, do not come here.

Went to get some wings. I place my order on the app I understand that they are busy but they should have a way to let in know that it’s going to take more time l had to wait an extra 30 minutes to come home to some horrible wings. Lemon pepper it looks like they just empty the container all over them.

I WAITED 50 MINUTES FOR 10 WINGS AND BAD SERVICE. I am NEVER rude to restaurants or businesses, but on 11/29 at 1:30 I called for a take out… it took over 5 mins to even get me off hold, that was fine. I ordered, she said 15 minutes to get my food. I go in, get my drink and wait. 35 mind go by!!!! I go up and ask for a refund because it shouldn’t take over 35 minutes for 10 wings and Cajun fries??? It wasn’t so busy that it was impossible to get 10 WINGS OUT!!! I was giving grace for them being a little backed up, but over 30 minutes for 10 wings?? Are they playing back there? All you can hear is laughing and giggling, I didn’t see one person working. The lady at the front has attitude and is smiling when I ask for a refund? She the says it’s 3-5 business days for a refund… I’m like ok well I need one, she then says to come in 30 minutes later or call in 30 minutes for a refund… what???? She gets her manager, and the lady says she’ll get our food in 2 mins… on the screen it says my food was done 10 MINUTES AGO…?? It takes her another 5+ minutes to get my food. It said it was ready for about 15 minutes before I even got it. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Food is HORRIBLE. Wait is HORRIBLE. Please go somewhere else if you want wings. Over 50 minutes for ten wings is a joke😂.

Imagine going to buy 30 piece wings sides etc and paying then after WAITING for your order and realizing you have zero ranch /blue cheese because it’s an “extra charge “ that the cashier failed to mention at check out. You ask for a manager and he tells you “it’s not on me” don’t put people in position if they wanna ARGUE with a customer so they can be right?? The young man you have in charge after 10 pm on 10/7 needs a crash course training on customer satisfaction ASAP!! TRASH SERVICE! Nothing but a bunch of kids running the show! He wasn’t even in the restaurant. The cashier had to go find him somewhere outside looking high not giving a damn. Smh do better wing stop!!

There was brown stuff coming out of the ice machine. I let him know and I asked if me and my friend can have a new cup. Mr.Nathan a white guy with braids, got an attitude and slammed the cups on the table. And when we expressed why he e where asking for new cups he had an entire attitude and threw the cups at the wall. I will NOT be spending money here ever again.

I called in an order they said 35 minutes, and that was perfectly fine I showed up 35 minutes later they said 25 more minutes I understand if it gets busy but I have my order in first , second I got my wings they where all the wrong flavor & I had mentioned I called my order in for a reason I had puppies at home and I didn’t appreciate it they could have called me and told me that they had my number on the phone call order .

This location sucks I suggest the one in humble. What your going to get from this wingstop at new caney is slow service even if you call in you’ll have to wait for ur order because none of the 50 employees in the kitchen do they job and rely on each other to get none done it seems. Apart from slow service they have a lowkey dirty looking fast food restaurant, just walking in you feel the dirty vibe in the atmosphere. Now as I’m riding home I’m thinking I hope they didn’t mess up my order. Fns
