The barista was very friendly and welcoming and the pastry I had was very tasty. It was a savory and buttery, flakey croissant with soft boiled egg yolk in the center. The Iced Coffee was decent, just not as strong as I'd like, and slightly on the watery side. They have 3 small tables outside, which I appreciated because Im still cautious about eating indoors. The inside of the place is small.

You might find yourself gravitating towards the big and familiar coffee venue for the masses right across the street... Don't, resisting the urge will be immediately rewarded by the warm and local atmosphere in this little spot. The coffee is great and there is a selection of snacks and baked goods. Limited indoor and outdoor seating. And if you really got time, put down your phone and grab one of the books from the tiny book shelf. Don't miss out on trying the Kale muffins. Finally, on the day we were there, there was a great "end of the day" deal on all of the food items.

The place is nice overall. The pastries look delicious although I didn’t try them. My espresso macchiato was not right the first time and they were nice to remake it. The coffee itself is too dark to my taste. If you like Starbucks you will enjoy it.

Staff were very nice and helpful but I got a decaf coffee and it was disgusting. I threw it away which I’ve never do done before. Shame as the place is nice, maybe it’s just the decaf option that’s bad…

7.44 for a large cold brew. 8.44 with tip. Bro fills it to the top with ice, then thinks maybe not enough ice… puts more in not more coffee… The cold brew tastes old and bitter. It’s a Saturday ok, but why would I ever go back here when DK has a $5.11 large with half ice 🤷🏼‍♀️

The shop itself is cute, but I ordered a latte and it was over extracted and after adding a pump of syrup, the bitterness lightened up but left the coffee without any flavor. Wouldn’t recommend if you are an avid coffee enthusiast.

Coffee was WAY TOO hot (this is not the way to make coffee) and it Didn’t taste well (burnt). The only good thing was that they had gluten free pastries (which I didn’t try).

Great place to have a coffee at. The coffee is of good quality, and the place is very warm, stylish, and relaxing. Staff is great too 👍 Edit: 2023 Last time I reviewed was 6 years ago when it opened. Coffee was a very high quality back then, now it's garbage. They know they have a good spot to sell Coffee with fresh clients every day so they don't bother providing quality anymore, yet extremely overpriced in about everything. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes as bad, or worse than the Coffee served with attitude. What a shame.

Due to a misunderstanding I’m in the hospital. I initially inquired about dairy free options so the barista should’ve guarded that knowledge. I then repeated myself twice then I’d like a drop of regular coffee with my decaf. He then added cream into my coffee which I have a sever allergy to. I’d avoid this place.

Don't be fooled by the hipster wood, steel, and twinkling lights -- this place is not hipster approved. Along with the espresso being overheated and tasting burnt, it has the unpleasant benefit of also burning your tongue. I ordered an Americano, and got something with steamed and foamed milk (see photo). They also never told me how much my drinks were, didn't ask for a signature after swiping my card, and didn't say what brand of coffee bean they used. Hipster wanna be fail.
